It was a clean room staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for it to be free and they serve free snacks and beverages throughout the day.

I have stayed at this hotel regularly for almost two months now, around 15 days every month, because the location was convenient. But this time the service was honestly unacceptable. First of all, the room hygiene was terrible. The bedsheets were never changed during my stay, and the trash was not cleaned either. I even left dirty gloves covered with chili oil in the room, and nobody removed them for days. I understand that if bedsheets are stained, the hotel can charge a cleaning fee or deduct money from the deposit. That is completely fine. But charging a deposit while refusing to provide basic cleaning service makes no sense. A hotel should at least maintain basic cleanliness for guests. Another issue was the front desk service. I stayed on the 2nd floor and asked if I could change to a room on the 6th floor. An older male staff member told me there were no rooms available that day, but I could switch the next day. I agreed. However, the next day a female staff member suddenly told me I had to pay extra money, and her attitude was extremely rude. She also added breakfast charges even though I never asked for breakfast at all. The overall service attitude was terrible and made me feel very disrespected as a guest. As someone who has stayed at this hotel many times, I am honestly very disappointed.

Very limited menu. The Sheraton club had less on the menu than downstairs. Only OJ, none other, only scrambled eggs, only protein changed. The shower dripped constantly, even after I informed the front desk. Room Very dark, but it had motion sensor light switches that you could not turn off. The lights came on about every 15 minutes when in bed. The sofa had so many stains on it that my wife and I could not use it. Did I mention this was a suite

Second stay in this hotel. It's quite high end hotel, with Starbuck coffee and luxury shampoo body lotion are provided in room and bathroom respectively. Room is definitely clean. It would be perfect if self laundry service is installed in the hotel.

in this time，The front desk gave me a room that was already occupied, and when I went back to complain, they acted like they didn’t know what happened. The male staff member who was working at the front desk after 11:00 PM on the 4th checked me into room 503. When I opened the door, I found that the room was already occupied by another guest. When I went back to report the issue, he acted like he didn’t know about it, which made the situation even more frustrating.

The hotel was beautiful, very well kept and very clean. The staff was super helpful and responsive for the few times that we needed something. Most everything was provided and readily available. It was nice to have actual restaurants and a Starbucks directly in the hotel. They were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms, which made a huge beneficial impact on our stay. It would have been nice to have had a microwave already in the room without having to request it. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed, so I was surprised that a cot/rollaway was not allowed.

Large new spacious room with starbucks coffee. Walking distance to several asian restaurants. Breakfast variety could be better

Location, cleaness Air conditioning and heater don’t work. First night the room was 80 degrees and very uncomfortable, next morning we told the front desk about it but still didn’t get fixed until in the night when we came back and complained again. A technician came and manually adjusted the balance of hot water located in the ceiling, and then the temperature started to go down. However, it just functioned as a fan and does not heat or cool to the targeted temperature. Second night our room was 66 degrees even if I set to heat to 72. Internet was slow. Parking was extra charge.

Very modern looking, aesthetics were pleasing. The rooms were big and comfortable. I got the sweet and it was gorgeous and I had an additional bathroom for our guests. The property it’s itself is beautiful, but the neighboring area had construction going on, so it didn’t look as nice as it could, but that wasn’t a father to us.

Definitely did great for what we needed, only a couple minor issues that were more nuisance than detrimental. The bathroom light had this horrible high pitch sound emitting from it and the water in the shower smelled of sewage for a bit (not sure if we just got used to the smell or it went away)

As a long time, Hilton Honors member, I was extremely impressed by the professional staff, gorgeous king corner balcony rooms, of which we had two. Both were exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. Elevators were slightly slow. Parking was simple and convenient. The restaurant was fantastic as was the check-in staff. I would love to see this property replace the carpet in the hallways and rooms with simulated hardwood. All around excellent experience.

I've been traveling a lot lately, and I found it unusual that the hotel only provided one complimentary bottle of water. It's not a major issue, just a bit unexpected. As for the bar experience, the bartender didn’t bring much energy or engagement. We had one drink but didn’t feel encouraged to stay for another.

The stay was very disappointing! I was woken up in the middle of the night by an unknown noise, resembling mechanical operations, which lasted until morning and severely disrupted my sleep. Reporting it to the front desk didn’t result in any timely resolution. This is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. Definitely would not recommend!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very confortable. The area where the hotel is located may not be the best but the highway is near and you are close to nicer places, like Glendale.

I went for my 10th anniversary. It was wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable. They have a lot of amenities available and room service with a great menu.

The staff are very nice and friendly. There are many choice of restaurants around the area. The only thing I can comment is the house keeping. They did not leave 4 bath towels for us every day.

My family stayed one night and it was really enjoyable. The staffs are very friendly. My son likes the outdoor pool the most. The pool is clean and nice. We luckily got our room upgraded. it is really spacious, clean and cozy. The location is good and safe. We will stay again next time.

This was a great and easily accessible hotel. I came to LA for a vacation for a few days and stayed here. The rooms are clean and a bit more spacious than a regular hotel. The neighborhood is located in a predominately Asian community so that’s really all the stores and restaurants that you’ll see. I’m from the south so I didn’t mind driving a bit; everything you’ll probably want to do is at least 30 minutes away so be prepared to drive if you’re looking to hit the tourist part of the county. The pool is heated, no complementary breakfast but easy parking deck and great hotel and staff overall

The location is convenient to many dining areas and freeways. Staff are generally friendly, but in this stay we experienced shower stall floor drain overflow and toilet seat with blood stain (still looking fresh) and water glasses with finger prints . I would say cleanliness needs to be improved. Oveall rating would be 3.5.

We received fire alarm noise 2 days in a row. One was happening in the midnight, and it was a fake alarm. The alarm lasts 1 hour.
