Room was nicely set out and comfortable Nice bathroom Poor WiFi and internet connection. Unfortunately these days, if hotels don’t have any contingency to have connectivity promptly sorted, it ultimately leads to a poor experience. Blaming providers, just doesn’t lead to a great experience

Love the aesthetic and contemporary colors/art. Great central location. Could do without the freestanding TV in the lobby. Definitely drops the aesthetic value down. And there’s another tv behind it in the restaurant. Also could use at least an info flyer in the room. Assuming that was to cut back waste but even a quick note of where the closest ice machine was, gym, etc.

Waited an hour for our car via valet as they lost track of our tag. We were told we would be refunded the $90 for valet parking we were charged extra for. Hoping that happens otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Location of the hotel is great. The front desk was helpful in the hotel was very clean. They offered a $20 credit for the cafe which was nice to use in the morning for coffee and a pastry. The only criticism I have is that the valet parking is about $90 a night which seems a little ridiculous.

The bed was very comfy, slept well. Great location very walkable area. Wall to market Street, ferry building, giants stadium, we walked to north beach and china town and Russian hill and back. Salesforce Tower Park was cool all walking. The Moscone center is right there too! N/A

Breakfast was lacking. 2 coffees were $19. Room was charged $41 a day for amenities that are not used.

Lobby and staff was great! Mobile ordering was very fast for the coffee shop. Staff made the stay feel comfortable and safe for my daughter and I.

Great customer service since the moment we stepped through the door. Great decorations for opening day of Giants as well.

This hotel is beautiful and staff was extremely helpful and kind. We had a family member coming to surprise some members in our group, and the staff was extremely helpful in arranging connecting rooms and facilitating our spur of the moment needs. Stayed because it was close to Oracle Park, but was glad to have it as a home base too. We had a red eye out and they kept our luggage, gave tickets for cable cars and advice on what to do and see and hosted us in our stay. 10 outta 10 Would stay here again. Food was good too (burrata was awesome) & so were the drinks!

We've stayed at the Clancy a number of times, and it's been a great experience each time. The room is always quite, comfortable, and clean. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The cost of valet parking is a bit much.

Good location Had issues with getting the room i requested plus was charged twice - once thru booking.com and again at the hotel.

Valet parking was a mess, people were waiting for over an hour just to get their car parked when we arrived. In the morning the wait was over 30 minute. Dark hallways and carpet make for a depressing stay.

Courteous and helpful staff. The decor was VERY San Francisco. Then, ofcourse the location was ideal... a short walk from everything.

The suite was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The check in staff lacked real warmth and certainly did not extend a warm welcome. The system of charging "extras" is ridiculous, just add it in to the price and be done with it. Your hidden charges just irritate guests.

The staff was amazing. Very personable very informative The bathroom and the master bedroom share the same entrance, but not a show stopper.

The staff were very kind and the room was lovely. However, the entire building was very cold/chilly like the AC was on even though it was 46 degrees outside. The air freshener/signature scent perfume or whatever it was in the lobby was really strong to the point of being unpleasnt. Crucially, as a person there for business, the WiFi signal in my room was very inconsistent to the point I couldn't use it because it would disconnect then then on reconnect it has "no internet" (three different devices experienced this.

A bit more expensive for the rooms but they have queen beds and the rooms are larger than most in SF. (Normal sized in any smaller city)

The police had to come ask us to move because we were blocking the way. There was a lot of cars waiting to be parked and we were not told where to go. They just said park anywhere and we will get to it. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.

The beds were wonderful. Very clean, great shower. Wish we would have had a coffee machine in the room. It was an expresso. Also wish the restaurant had more variety of "regular" food like sandwiches. The public space was also very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful.

First time staying at this hotel location & I would highly recommend. Went for a concert at ATT Park, and this hotel was only a few walkable blocks from concert location. Dining, Beverages, Coffee and gathering areas were fantastic. Highly enjoyed our stay, rooms were spacious, clean & quiet.

Nice bedrooms, but valet was slow, and took us 15 minutes to get into the hotel, and 2+ hours to get our car. Nice enough to waive valet fees, but shouldnt be that way.

I went for SF marathon and they extended my checkout by 1 hr that is nice of them. Parking is costly.

We loved our stay here for the Giants game, easy walk and close to the field. Extremely nice staff at front counter and the bar area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Also good water pressure in the shower.

We stay in the city once a year and decided to try this hotel this time. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel bar has great drinks and appetizers for happy hour and the staff are friendly. Our room had a spectacular view or the city and the bed was extremely comfortable. This hotel was within walking distance of our desired destinations. We would definitely stay here again.

close to event i was attending. room had a few more knicks & dings than i expected for the price. windows should have screens & locks. wild that a 5th floor window opens wide without even a screen. nice that they offered the kids a free small toy at check in

This is easily the nicests hotel i've been to in a long while. I don't mean the property, which is admittedly extremely good-looking, I mean the staff. Every staff member we ran into was funny, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and worked together flawlessly. I'd be happy to stay here again the next time I want to stay in the city!

Went there with my best friend and her two kids for a concert at the Oracle field, which was so close we walked. The hotel staff was amazing. The room was beautiful. The bar had great happy hour items.

The actual hotel and front desk staff were great! Quick check in and check out. Room was clean and spacious. The vibe of the hotel was nice. They offer a food credit which ypu can use atbtheir cafe to get a pick me up in the morning.The only negative thing about this trip was the valet parking experience we encountered. This hotel is close to Oracle Park, so they should be in the know when it comes to concerts and events in the area that may cause them to need to call in extra staff on those busy days. It was very irritating having to wait that long. No one seemed to know what was going on at the Valet desk. So I went inside and the front desk staff was very helpful and asured us that this isn't typical. They were nice enough to comp us parking. Due to them being understanding and not brushing us off, I would definitely book with this hotel again. As I said before, it's a really nice hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we will probably just park at a nearby lot ourselves.

Our bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a hotel. We enjoyed the outdoor courtyard as well as the inviting indoor seating areas. The hotel restaurant offers tasty breakfast options as well. As is the case with most hotels in the city the parking fees seem excessively high but the valet staff were expedient and helpful. Our car was returned to us in good condition.

The property double charged me for staying. Good thing, I always review my transactions. Otherwise, I guess it would have been free money for the property. How often does this happen without people knowing??? This could potentially lead to legal issues. I don’t know that I would want to stay here again after this.

In the evening their is a great little bar and seating area where many people like to just hangout and socialize. The outside area after fire pits.

Excellent place to stay for business in financial district. Decent drinks at the bar. Reception and concierge staff are excellent. Room was clean and bed was very comfy! Easy to walk from hotel to Embercardero for a high quality walk. I did this walk three evenings and loved it.

Amazing service. Kyran is wonderful and attends to your every need. The property is beautifully decorated with a hipster vibe. I highly recommend it for tooling around and a short Lyft ride if needed.

Great stay in San Fran at the Clancy!

Great staff. Cafe in property was good. Was able to walk to local places and transportation spots.

This hotel has become my favorite in San Francisco. Great area, feels safe, clean and walkable to the Warf. The service is great and courteous and friendly. I paid more this time than last, but because it's a great place to stay, I'm willing to pay a little more for feeling safe and comfy.

This was our 4th time staying at this property. As far as SF hotels go this is the crown jewel. Everything from hello to see you soon is top tier. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Clancy. The property was clean and the room was very comfortable and Spacious. I love the coffee maker and the set up. The location was fantastic. Well within walking distance of the areas that we wanted to visit for dining and Shopping. The hotel was perfectly located for catching the public transportation to visit the zoo.

It’s a great property in financial district. Lot of good lunch options. Waymo & uber are great and pick-up is right in front of main door. Few blocks of walk to Embercardero.

Adam was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Excellent employee.

It should be said that there is going to be a valet parking fee to be added with your stay. Great news is that they make up for it with the credit for food and water, refillable water bottles and the cable car ride. And that it is for our stay (overnight), not per day. Of course we didn’t use the car until we left for home. Considering that this is San Francisco, I’d say it’s reasonable. This is also the fanciest dog friendly hotel I’ve been to. 😊 great fitness center too

We had a good experience but our view was not good. The view was a wall and the roof of a building.

Nice place nice area I suggest paying for parking prior to arrival to avoid $90 through hotel…there’s a garage about 3 mins away that was $40 cheers
