I want to really like this place. It’s close to lots of great places in San Francisco, so points for location. It’s fairly quiet and a decent price. It has a certain appeal and charm. However, it needs a little investment to fix a few issues. For example, stayed there twice, a year apart and both times the elevator and ice machine were broken; coincidence, I think not. Kind of stings when the owners Genesis is getting detailed in the parking lot in front of the broken ice machine. Ran out of body wash in the shower. The bottle holds 16 ounces, had housekeeping paid attention in the previous week or so, it wouldn’t have been an issue. I shouldn’t have to ask for this. Other things like we had three people in our room, bring towels and wash clothes in groups of three. Room furniture, please update chairs, etc, that may have been in place since the Carter administration. Yes, it’s quirky and has some retro charm and vibes, but spend a few dollars to maintain the basics. Also, please add a protein source to the breakfast selection. I assume I’ll receive a canned response thanking me for pointing these things out, promising to look into them, but my bets on nothing will happen.

I just do not know how to use the shower, there should be a sign on how to use it. AC and ref are noisy at night. I just opened the window and unplug the ref and it helped me go back to sleep.

Perfect location! Parking helps a lot! Cause in the city I really didn't need a car. Easier to use a bus/uber or walk. Safe and beautiful area with a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants. Motel is simple and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. A complimentary breakfast includes a coffee machine and a pre packed pastries. I had my own electric kettle and a French press so I didn't;t try those. A bit spotty WiFi/reception but I was working for a week from it and it was ok. Coming back!

The hotel lobby smelled like cold cigarette smoke. The rooms were dark, even with all lamps and lights on. During my four night stay, my room was serviced twice. The television only had one channel working. The elevator was not working, so not the easiest with luggage. It was at a convenient and safe location. It was nice to have the mini fridge.

The rooms are a decent size plus it comes with a microwave and refrigerator which is hard to find. Is close to many bars and shops. The property needs better maintenance and definitely a remodel. The restroom had a dark spot on the ceiling what seemed like mold, the carpet had an unpleasant smell.

I don’t mind an older room or minor issues, but a clean, mold‑free space is a basic expectation, even if it is a 2-star motel. Thanks to the condition of the bathroom and the bad customer service, we stayed at the DoubleTree instead. It was a comparable price and a far better experience.

I’m trying to give a fair and honest review. The motel itself isn’t that bad. It’s pretty basic and not the cleanest, but it’s also not horrible. The location is good, so I’ll give it that. The main issue is the management. The staff was consistently reluctant to give fresh towels and seemed annoyed anytime I needed help. I did have to get my key card fixed a couple times, but that’s normal with guests. The problem is their door system barely works. On my last night my key stopped working again and when I went to the office they told me I should just sleep outside because they were tired of fixing it. When I explained the door wasn’t working, they started cursing at me, were very disrespectful, and ended up calling the police. I was forced to leave and didn’t even get to stay the last night I already paid for. While all this was happening I also saw rats running through the office, which was pretty shocking. It seems like the management is a family living in the front office. The man and woman were very rude and unprofessional, but their daughter was actually nice. Overall the place itself is okay for the price and location, but the way I was treated made it a bad experience. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’m trying to give a fair and honest review. Location is fantastic, very easy to connect the city and to the main attractions. Disappointing stay. The property is outdated and suffer from a total lack of maintenance. With a broken elevator, we had to carry luggage to the third floor. The staff was rude and the 'breakfast' was non-existent—just bad coffee and cereal with nowhere to sit. To make matters worse, the room reeked of stale smoke and mold. Avoid this place.

Main issue was breakfast doesn't start until 8am, which is very poor and not to basic expectations for access at a motel - despite paying for it we therefore had to skip it as we had tickets for alcatraz, staff were completely inflexible even to grabbing a pastry the night before (which are just in the cupboard) - basically guests are walking in/out as cash machines. Also no seats at breakfast, wouldn't hurt to put 6 stools at the bar, but then people would stay longer and eat more right?
- 4/5
The room was good for the price and parking was free.
- 3/5
Parking was good. Rooms clean. A bit outdated but for the rate and location good. Elevator was broken which made for a hard climb after walking all day. Overall we'd stay again
- 4/5
Location is great! We could walk everywhere. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We will always stay here. It’s a great value! Can’t really say. Everything was great
- 5/5
Breakfast was okay at best. It was just a little something to fill the belly until you had a real breakfast. But I have no complaints. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. it is located close enough to some attractions and restaurants. But far enough away to not be admitz the hubbub of city. The guest services were accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody going to the city or passing through is a quick access off highway.101 and a quick access back on. Elevator? An omelet maker would have been nice.
- 3/5
I like the vintage feel of the place The service staff were kind and accommodating. Parking was free. The not so good stuff: the elevator doesn't work and we were on the 3rd floor. The breakfast buffet is not great unless you like corn flakes and weak coffee. The curtains and furniture were dirty. I found a set of sheets in the closet and covered the sofa and the chair so we could sit down. Our fridge had 2 settings - off or frozen. Neither works for beer. The toilet paper is more like tissue paper.

Everything is always perfect. Clean. Amazing owners. Free parking in San Francisco! The best.

Older motel but was a clean comfortable room. We would stay again.
- 3/5
Location The mattress is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. King size, but you can feel every spring, and is probably about 20 years old.
- 4/5
The room was old and outdated but it was clean and very convenient.
- 4/5
we arrived to quick check , and found room to be relatively large and comfortable. The location was great, plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. We were there for 5 pleasant niights, only problem was the last night when we could not get any sleep for hours because of the people in floor above us making a lot of noise and it appears they let their children run arround all night
- 2/5
We have stayed at this hotel often. The last time we stayed was in April of 2025. At that time, the elevator was not working. When we arrived this year, it was still not working. I had knee surgery, which made it difficult to climb the stairs. The towels are threadbare, and "breakfast" was not much. Terrible coffee.
- 2/5
The elevator was out of service, the room smells, only stay here because all other hotels had been sold out
- 5/5
Convenient, quiet, and clean, with a great location just a 10-minute Uber ride to the pier and Chinatown. It is also within walking distance of a few blocks from Union Street. NA
- 4/5
It's an old hotel but I was comfortable there, waiting for my husband's bypass surgery. Neighborhood feels safe and is walkable, actually plenty of parking, room was simple but comfortable enough for what it is. Beds very firm but I don't mind that. A very squishy floor in one corner of the room that sunk quite a bit when I walked over that part. I would return if I ever needed a quick place to stay in SF that is very reasonably priced.
- 3/5
Cons: electrical outlets so old that phone charger brick didn’t fit, mold on window curtain, generally a bit dusty and musty
- 3/5
Family suite had decent space for the six of us. Appreciated the stovetop, mini fridge and microwave. Location was generally quiet and felt safe. Appreciated the FREE parking and not having to use a valet so if we wanted the car, we could get it quickly. Pretty close to bus line and restaurants. Bathroom was dated and furniture worn. Breakfast was very light (pastries, cereal and juice). Ice machine didn’t work.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and in a good location. The clientele was sketchy and disorderly. The police were called during our stay due to a fight and the guests were evicted.
- 4/5
- good location: you can walk up to Union Street's shops, bars, cafes (the Starbucks is perfect for early-risers) or down to Fort Mason, Marina - comfy room (with safe in closet for valuables) and spotless bathroom - breakfast with coffee, some cereals, pre-packaged pastries and such - parking lot is well lit at night elevator broken during my stay
- 4/5
Pretty close to everything If is no parking on the motel is hard to get close by
- 4/5
Only real complaint: the blackout curtains need fixing — the curtains in my room were ripped, and the heavy curtain only covered about a third of the track. If you’re a light sleeper the morning light may bother you even if most days San Francisco is foggy Surprisingly quiet considering you’re only a block from the club scene. Everything I needed is the room; fridge microwave, suitcase stand, desk, lighting is nice, but the spring mattress was basic everything was good enough overall.
- 2/5
The staff was not very friendly. I asked to be put in a room on the bottom floor because I have trouble walking and she said sorry I have no rooms, but I requested it before hand. The screens were falling off the windows.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and cozy. Perfect location
- 2/5
Pros: Free parking Great location - near plenty of public transportation stops, great coffee shops, nightlife, and restaurants Cute building and room Safe neighborhood - no loud sirens at night, felt safe walking at any time of day Cons: The breakfast area coffee machine doesn’t make coffee, it makes liquid mold. The mold smell dominated the smell of what should have been coffee. This seemed unsafe to drink. The breakfast food options are extremely limited. Also coffee related: we were only provided two coffee pods for a one week stay for two people. When we asked for more, the owner appeared to be irritated, and gave us two more pods. We still had several days left of our stay, so when we returned two days later to ask for more, he was once again irritated. The pillows have less padding than a low impact sports bra. The Dish Network cut out multiple times You have to stand on the bed to change the channel! The dish box is located above the TV, with the sensor pointed at the ceiling. If you are located in rooms 311-316, you are directly under the apartment the staff lives in. They are loud. Very loud. On one night of our stay, we could hear them messing with their smoke detector for about an hour, starting around 9pm. Then, they were hooting and hollering until three thirty in the morning. THEN they flushed the toilet nineteen times in a row (I am not exaggerating, I was wide awake due to their partying and had nothing better to do but count the flushes.) They eventually quieted down by five in the morning. All in all, I guess I would stay here again if I had exhausted my searching for anything else. Sure, there’s mold in the shower and the bathroom window doesn’t stay in its track when you try to open it (the screen is half ripped out anyway), and ok, the room is only lit by a couple of lamps with mismatched bulbs. And yeah, the peep hole in the door is gone and stuffed with a Kleenex instead. The door lets light in around the sides of its frame anyway! The reception in the room sucks if you have T-Mobile which isn’t the fault of the hotel, but the hotel wifi sucks too. Really, though, I would hope Hotel Del Sol down the block had availability instead. That one looked cuter.

Staff is very kind. The rooms were vacuumed and the beds made. The smoke detector in room 205 looked to be tampered with. There were a few black stains on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. After using the toilet to simply pee the toilet clogged? I asked the front desk for service and they provided me with a plunger and instructions to “just keep it up there” in my room. The toilet continued to not flush throughout the duration of my stay. However, I loved the location of this hotel. Outside was clean and looks just like the photos. Bad lighting in rooms but not the worst.
- 5/5
I've been staying here for almost 20 years. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. There's free parking and you are close to anything you want, bars, shops, food For the price, it can't be beat! I've stayed all over SF but always come back here.

I like the retro Motel Capri as it's a great budget option with parking in/near a fun neighborhood. It's also close to the Presidio, Golden Gate, Palace of Fine Arts and marina/beach. This is the second time I have stayed there. The first time I was on the third/top floor which I recommend not only for the cool mid-century ceilings but perhaps for being quieter. Unfortunately, the people directly above us this time were extremely loud. This is not the fault of the motel. Will stay here again.

The room was dated and the ‘breakfast’ was disappointing. There were very loud people partying until wee hours of the morning which called for a restless night. Would I stay here again? No. On a positive note it is near a lot of restaurants which are on Union Street and there was parking on the facility, which was great! Not ideal for families I would say. 😊

The hotel is outdated. The TV is not formatted correctly to fit the screen. The light bulbs were burnt out in the bathroom. The water pressure was horrible and never got hot, was luke warm at best. The water was coming out more from the pipe than the shower head. We could hear the guests above us having sex all night. The breakfast was not good either. Coffee tasty dirty like they have never cleaned the machine. Pay a little extra to go to a nicer hotel

Quieter than the properties on Lombard, but poorly managed. Internet was out for a day and the manager did not seem to care. Office was empty even during daytime hours and no one answered the phone. Power outlets in my room were blocked such that a phone or laptop charger could not be plugged in to almost any of them. Housekeeping took away used towels but did not replace them on 2 nights.

My car was vandalized by either an employee or person who the hotel refused to identify. To make matters worse, subsequesnt conversations with management were hostile and dismissive. There are other options in the same price range as this hotel within walking distance. Do not stay here. It is not only dangerous but the mangement truly does not care about your experience. I typically like to support independent hotels like the Hotel Capri but this hotel should be avoided at all costs.

Room wasn’t cleaned on checkin, crazy smell, cords hanging out underneath air conditioner, stains on all cushions and pillows, study chair covering peeling away, curtains all stained, poo in the toilet and Internal door to bedroom only has one door. Lady at checking wasn’t friendly at all on checkin. After asking for new linen, they did change the linen. Loud noises coming from upstairs all night.

Couple was fighting with children in room staff watched as it became physical . Poop on steps from animal, beds are mediocre. At the very least the room was clean. Old school toilet hold lever and wait until everything goes down. Recommend staying at one of the other nearby hotels as there are many . Greenwich inn and cow hollow are fairly decent.

Close to town and easy to access public transport. Only downfall was we had a level one room and the room was not soundproof and could hear the room above thumping around, which got very noisy.

This place is fine. It your typical Marina 1950s Motel. Out bed was comfy. They have DISH satellite TV. Remember these hotels in the marina have small rooms. But it was perfect It was your typical two star 1950s built Marina Hotel in San Francisco. We would stay here again. It was just our place to sleep for the night for New Year's. Parking is free. Did it charge me any deposit on my credit card. All in all a good experience

I could not believe the condition of the “Family Studio Suite” when we checked in. The curtains were stained and dingy. The couch and arm chair were stained and dirty. The office chair was ripped and the fake leather was cracking. The sliding door which was supposed to separate the rooms was missing in the track, so there was no privacy. When we went back down to the lobby to complain and request another room, we were told there were no other rooms available. Yet when I went onto my app, there were multiple rooms still available. The staff refused to switch our room or offer any refund. The only positive points about this hotel were the free parking and convenient location. I will 100% never book this hotel again.

The room was clean-ish. I noticed some mold on the curtains which is pretty gross as well as not good to be around for those with autoimmune diseases. There were issues with the tv which is had heard from another customer when I was checking in, but we just kept pushing buttons and got it to work. There were some weird stains on the table/dresser as well. Not sure if it was food or what, but it looked gross.

It was perfect. Location was right in the middle of so much to eat, see and drink. The bed was super comfortable and noise level was surprisingly low. If you're looking for luxury, this is not for you, but the room was clean, and had that "old school" vintage aura that made me feel nostalgic. Staff was very helpful and inviting. Definitely staying here again when I return to the city.

San Francisco is pricey on all counts:rooms, food, etc. It’s too bad San Francisco has developed a reputation for insecurity on their streets and at parking areas. That’s why I rated this standard, no frills stay as high as I did. The location is convenient to a lot of restaurants. The sheets, beds, bathrooms and towels were clean and nice. Again, for the price, this is a no frills stay but very functional.

Good room for the price. Just needed it for 1 night, since my son had appt at UCSF 2 consecutve days and its a 3 1/2hr drive for us. Neighborhood was quiet. The breakfast was a little skimpy just toast, danishes, cereal, coffee and juice. Would have liked some fruit, even a banana. overall a good stay, would stay again if we need to stay overnight.

- 5/5
Check-in was smooth and fast and the staff very friendly. The room was nice and clean and great for what I wanted it for, to sleep. The parking was iffy since it seemed like there is not enough spaces but we got a spot and there were plenty of places nearby to walk to without losing my spot. Good location and free parking, we totally would come back here.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Very nice place and great location.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice everything was clean. Only thing I would complain about is uncomfortable pillows and the elevator not working. It's hard carrying heavy luggage up a couple flight of stairs. The coffee with the breakfast items were nice in the morning.
- 5/5
clean, quiet, and conveniently located/essily accesible via metro transit
- 5/5
Had a room over the lobby carport area and it was spacious. Parking spots are narrow but they let us keep car there until early afternoon for no additional charge so that was a huge plus. While breakfast was standing room only at a high counter there was plentiful food. They served white bread for toast, 3 types of cereal, instant oatmeal, and danishes. Orange juice, apple juice and coffee plus Stash tea packets were offered. (There was no fruit or protein other than milk) Hotel was cute and clean, beds are a bit on the hard side but fine. Bathrooms are retro. Great value and would recommend.
- 4/5
Old hotel and has a distinct smell at first. Bathroom is color pink but the beddings are white and clean. A little on the small side. Tight area with luggages. We chose this because of free parking as we have a rental car and much more affordable than expensive hotel and have to pay nightly parking. Its close to downtown. Easy access to the bus and waymo everywhere. Breakfast was to go: bread, pastries, cereal, coffee/juices in a tiny walk in closet size room. No seating but prolly counter can accommodate 6 standing people. If you are not high maintenance, this will do!
- 5/5

Negatives: the elevator was being worked on so we had to climb the stairs. The TV wasn't working so a handyman came to the room and after about an hour, got it working. There was major roadwork being done behind the motel that began at 7 am and was SUPER loud. The rug in the room was old and dirty looking, the towels were super thin so needed to ask for extra wash clothes and bath mats. The drapes were. Coming loose from the window frame so couldn't close all the way without a lot of wrangling. No tissues and super cheap smelling soaps. So called breakfast was plastic wrapped pastry, cold cereal, very watered down juice and bitter coffee. Positives: very convenient location to walk to restaurants and shopping. Relatively safe area, front desk and staff were congenial. Free parking (although break ins are a risk in SF) but spaces are tight. Reasonable rates for SF. If you decide to stay, ask about the road work and elevator if that might be something that would bother you.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, safe, great location, free parking and no frills at a great price. Walking distance to Fort Mason, Presidio, and lots of good restaurant options a couple blocks away. I'll definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location. Comfortable and clean. It was a great value for us.
- 5/5
my family 1st visit to SF won’t be that great without your hospitality!
- 5/5
Great location. Easy check in and out. Older motel but clean and had cool features!
- 4/5
The only drawback was that the elevator was not working, otherwise an overall great stay and will most likely be returning!
- 3/5
Desk clerk didn’t seem interested in checking us in. He didn’t tell us the elevator was out of service. Towels were so thin you could see through them. We found black mold all over the bathroom. Disgusting. The bathroom looked like it was from the fifties which sounds cool in theory- but was not in reality! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Positives- cheap and free parking.
- 5/5
Always love staying here. Great place, great service. Been staying here for several years.
- 5/5
Great art deco motel in a nice part of town with free parking!!
- 5/5
nice stay
- 5/5
I rated this motel 5 stars because I felt that you got value for your money. It looked quite dated from the outside but the interior nice. I had a king room on the 3rd floor and I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs but it was not a problem for me. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were suitable for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was provided but I didn't have it so I cannot comment on it. I was able to walk to the marina area and Fisherman's Wharf, plus there were other places to eat within walking distance of the motel.I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Tissue box in bathroom had 1 tissue left in it. Dark hair left on pillow case. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Shower head is way too low if you’re 5’8” or taller. As for the “light breakfast”: they shouldn’t offer it as it is and lower the overall fee instead. You stand in a cubicle-like stuffy room with people lining up outside. Items are very basic. 1 toaster only for dozens of people waiting, 1 bottle of milk only that gets emptied within a NY minute etc. Breakfast staff not efficient etc. That motel is run with no vision or whatsoever and has a very poor sense of business and customer service. At $230/night it’s outrageous. We have stayed at amazingly well-run and beautiful hotels for that price and less. There was a big conference in town therefore all great hotels were sold out. We were there for a school tour and didn’t have a choice for the dates, that’s why we settled for that one, but won’t be staying there again.
- 4/5

Nice stay for visiting San Francisco!
- 5/5
The door opening card was the best I had ever used.
- 5/5
Motel Capri is great value for its location. It's off the main roads so is lovely and quiet, close to great bars and restaurants. It's about a 20 minute easy walk down to the popular Ferry Marketplace or a 10 minute uber drive. And important to me - the beds are super comfy! Plenty of free on-site parking which was good for us as we had hired a car for a few days.
- 4/5
I would stay here again :) Beware of small trip hazard step up (2 inches or so) going into the bathrooms. Prob just a result of the age of the rooms and renovations.
- 5/5
The Breakfast was just right to start the day.
- 5/5
Well kept older facility.
- 5/5
The suite was perfect for a one night stay for my family of 5.
- 5/5
Good spot right off Lombard street. Clean and nice looking all around. Parking was awesome.
- 2/5
Our room was very small. The curtains would not close which caused us not to sleep well as the light from outside show through. The towels were threadbare. Parking is complimentary which was a plus.
- 5/5
Outstanding place in a great area!
- 5/5
We liked this place a lot. Clean and safe. American breakfast and free parking was a big plus.
- 5/5
But only 1 issue: elevator didn't work, we had a baby stroller
- 1/5
From the moment we got there, the room had a strong, musty smell that never went away. The floors and lamps were covered in dust. We started getting stuffy noses and itchy eyes within a few hours of being in the room.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and okay breakfast. Only problem the elevator didn't work and my husband has a walker, so had to climb stairs first night until they moved us to first floor.
- 3/5
Overall the room was good, the only bad thing was the ceiling was paper thin and every time the people above moved it sounded like they were going to come through.
- 3/5
The elevator is out and the ice macchine also is broken. The breakfast is pastries, toast, cereal, milk, and horrible coffee. I paid $70 too much for this hotel. My room was worth $100. Deposit is $150
- 3/5
Dobrá lokalita, vše co jsme chtěli vidět bylo blízko. Snídaně dobré, jen si je musíte odnést na pokoj. Bohužel velmi slabá wifi.
- 2/5
The elevator and wifi did not work. The sofa bed's matress was in very bad condition. The breakfast was poor
- 2/5
The downside is the beds are old, uncomfortable, squeaky… ;) And our room was not cleaned once despite being gone all day. When I went to speak to the front desk about the problem, they were dismissive and unhelpful.
- 3/5
The stay was ok, the room wasn't cleaned properly, no wifi in the room and the lift was out of order. Breakfast provided isn't much and no room to eat. Good location to get to the Fisherman Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge. The staff were ok, but could have been more accommodating.
- 4/5
WiFi was terrible other than that great place close to many things. Thank you Motel Capri. Please fix this WiFi issue… other than that almost 5 stars!

Unfortunately, we ended up staying at a different property during our trip to San Francisco. However, it was an absolute pleasure get to know the property manager, Nick, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I will definitely look forward to staying here on our next visit to the city.

Old motel charm fully modernized for the 21st Century
- 5/5
Welcomed us early to store our luggage until check in which we were appreciative of. Check in was quick and easy with clear instructions. Bonus free breakfast which was welcome before hitting the city. Beds were lovely and comfy. Nice touch with the toiletries.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at Motel Capri. For the location it’s great and the price is definitely reasonable. They also offer free breakfast.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 4/5
Everyone is very friendly two things they need to work on is the breakfast situation which is sad and the strength of the Wi-Fi other than that it’s very nice
- 4/5
I love the motel Capri I’ve been going there since I was a little kid. I really enjoyed my stay this time however my TV wasn’t working. And the front desk clerk more or less didn’t care to help. Other than that, I love this place.
- 4/5
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the thing they need to do is upgrade their Wi-Fi because it is extremely lacking in signal
- 5/5
The curtains were molded the room was smelling a lot of mold.
- 5/5
Everyone’s very friendly and it’s located in a very nice neighborhood and the parking is easy.
- 4/5
For the price this was a good motel. A bit outdated and dirty but nothing alarming. The free parking definitely made the motel worth it.
- 5/5
Everything was close by restaurants. Markets that have food. Convenient 20 tops driving to destination sight seeing
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Enough parking. Close to nice restaurants. Good service of staff.
- 4/5
The hotel looks like a 60’s hotel. Lobby is very clean and comfortable with nice spa type music. Our room was very clean. Comfortable. It had a refrigerator and microwave. It also provides a grab and go breakfast. They stock white bread, yummy danishes, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple and orange juice. Also 4 or 5 cereals and milk, orange and apple juice. No where to sit, though. Love the housekeeping staff. Very sweet and provided extra towels. The lady that takes care of the breakfast area and other services was great. Very close to Pier 39. You can take a buss which takes 5 minutes. My only complaint is not enough hangers and no hooks to hang a robe or wet towel in bathroom. Also, the curtains that touch the air conditioner are dirty on hem because of the moisture mix with dust. They really need a place to sit and relax outside the room especially when you have late sleepers that don’t want you to make noise! I told the the staff and she said she would mention to owner. It also provides free parking!other than those things, It was a great stay. We will be back!

This place is great, the managera are great. The only problem is that bathroom floor in the doorway where you hit your feet at night going in there
- 5/5
The staff so friendly. Free car parking is great plus. The famous areas of San Francisco are in walking distance.
