Great hotel and I’d def stay again, the only drawback is the way the noise. Could be the way the noise carries through the hallways. Also the foot steps from the room above us were easy to hear. But the area is wonderful and it’s a great value for SF. I’d stay again.

Good location . Parking garage around the corner decent price . King bed was comfortable . Because it’s open on two ends to lower levels you can hear lots of street noise and people talking in the lower levels . First day I was very tired and didn’t notice . Second day very noticeable .

Great option in an awesome location; close to so many things! Despite being in a busy location, hotel and rooms are very quiet.

Nice rooftop outdoor area for hanging. Did get noisey because it had open atrium and the sound carried up. Off site parking was not a problem but maybe if it was a busy season, could be an issue? Otherwise nice area to stay in.

The location was perfect. The property was clean, well designed and had everything we needed for an overnight stay in SF. The front desk staff were very friendly. Cozy fire place outside, refillable water station, coffee shop, and great walking location to many places. We traveled with two kids under 7.

The rooms completely lack privacy. Windows open onto the hallways. People see you as they walk by. The general manager is only on site for 3 hours a day and will not respond to any escalated concerns. Could not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel is very well appointed with great attention to detail such as a chest of drawers, a large well lit bathroom with a counter, a highly functional and comfortable bedroom. And a perfect location for dining and shopping.

The location and hotel are beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The amenities were nice as well with the roof top terraces, Pelaton lounge, and onsite coffee shop. The walls/ceiling were thin and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors, but earplugs were provided for sleep.

The room was small and cramped with no privacy. The windows look out on a a public deck or on the hallway, so the only way to get privacy is to close the shades all the time, making the room seem even darker and more cramped. This hotel tried to maximize rooms at the expense of comfort. Don’t stay here.

If you aren’t a Hilton rewards member, they do charge for water bottles. Check in/out process was simple. They had my room ready early which was also nice. Parking is limited with a small garage across the street that is shared among all the business near by.

It was very clean and modern. It is odd to have no windows to the outside (only the hallway) abd that seem to make it louder than a typical hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, right in the heart of the Marina District. It's close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The staff took care of all of our needs, and the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. As a bonus, there are two nice rooftop decks with great views.

Nicely refreshed property in an underrated part of San Francisco. Very noisy. The room was next to the elevator and overlooked an open air lobby/gathering area. So we got all the noise from the loud people below as well as the street traffic and noise.

Great option if you want to stay in the Cow Hollow/ Marina Bay Area. There is a separate sandwich shop adjacent to and connected to the hotel that was very convenient.

I really love where the hotel is located. I wish they had parking. Unfortunately, we had to pay extra at a contracted garage. The hallways can be loud, the room we were in is very close to the elevator so the sound of it running is a bit annoying but no biggie. We loved our stay. Eric and the other staff were courteous and quick to provide service.

Location + availability of early check in. It seems Well runs and it is clean Hate that my room is tiny and no exterior view.

Noice it is imposible to sleep

Rooms were nice, comfortable, and tidy. Enjoyed the two rooftops, one with a fire pit, to relax and hang out as well as a zen garden, and a fire pit outside the lobby. The Twisted Street Cafe was delicious and very accommodating. The location is good too. Right around the corner from Chestnut which has restaurants, bars, and shopping! A very enjoyable stay! Looking forward to going back! I’d like to check out the fitness room ?

Only complaint would be the thinness of the walls and perhaps front door? We were by the elevator, so that never helps, though ear plugs were provided :) Sometimes things like that can't be helped! I managed to sleep alright in my comfortable bed, so what more could you ask for :D

Hi! This hotel had very kind front desk staff that was available when needed. We had a rental car and they let us park it out front while we unloaded and freshened up to head back out. You would need an uber to get to the Pier and there are just random things around like a Verizon store, a burger shop, etc. It’s not in the middle of things. I do suggest if you take a left when you walk out and go straight it’s a bit more scenic, restaurants and stores. We had a 3rd floor room and it was a little noisy as you can hear people from the patio. The room offers earplugs which came in handy! There is also no dining room service. There is a cafe downstairs though. There is no travel hairdryer in the bathroom. If you want something with room service and lots of amenities this wouldn’t be it. This hotel is clean and the shower had great water pressure. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend.

fun neighborhood, good food all around. roof deck was a great surprise. very detailed rooms, great shades on windows. automatic lights, good architectural details and design. dimmable lights all around. good delta shower fixtures. the open air balconies throughout the property shower leaks on floor in both rooms needed extra towels to mop up. poor sill plate detail. thin walls with little sound control

Outside looks nice and good location and good gym. Thin wall, cheap bed, cheap materials, no good air circulation. Doesn’t work like 4 star hotel. Overall room experience was like 2 star hotel

Avoid rooms at front of hotel, lots of traffic noise from street plus the hallway near the first couple of rooms is open to the lobby floor below which generated lots of noise from people entering and exiting. Parking is offsite, over a block away and not convenient especially for anyone who has difficulty walking.

Location is amazing, lots of restaurants & cafes in the surrounding area. It's an easy walk down to the marina where you can get close up to the bridge and walk around the POFA. We will definitely return.

The location was perfect as it was so central to all the cafes and restaurants and the waterfront. Staff were very accommodating, friendly professional and helpful. Room was large and very clean. Loved the shampoo and conditioner products provided. As the window faced the corridor and central walkway of the hotel it didn’t feel like you had privacy. However the privacy blind did let in light and was hard to see in from the outside. There is a fault with the shower door where the water always leaks out into the bathroom even with the shower door closed. The staff are aware of the design fault and are always very willing and helpful to give you many towels and bath mats to mop up the water.

I've visited before and came back because I really liked the location, the comfort of the rooms. Rhe gentleman working the front desk on Christmas night was rude to our visitors who were waiting for us in the lobby. The guests above us may have had kids who were heavy stomping but that's not the hotel's fault.

Great location- very conveniently located close to the broad walk, with lots of shops and restaurants near by. We got a motel experience at a hotel price. There are no outwards facing windows in the rooms; just like in a motel, all the windows are facing the inner hallway, meaning you can hear and see every person walking by your room. Secondly, at ~$200/night, you would expect stuff like water to be complimentary; unfortunately Hilton thinks it's ok to charge $2 for the simplest 300ml water bottle. Lastly, the hotel is very noisy; you know it's going to get loud when the hotel gives you complimentary ear plugs in your room.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nice, a little small. I am not a fan of carpet in hotels, so that is the only thing I didn’t like. Overall, great location, clean, no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay, great location, nice little coffee shop, clean, etc. There is a bit of traffic sound but it calms down later in the evening. Also some no noise from other rooms and the terrace, one night until 3 a.m.

The downside: the rooms with two double beds jammed into them means that the air conditioner is about 6 inches away from the side of one of the beds and blasts the poor occupants of that bed all night long with frigid air. Sounds kinda nice if you’re a hot sleeper, but the novelty wears off after thirty seconds. When the air conditioning isn’t running the beds are really hot. And it’s noisy - can hear everything happening in the hallway and when people are walking in the room above. Also, the parking garage around the corner is handy but if you read the google reviews for it you’ll read that it’s a regular spot for breakins.

Lovely little hotel with small but well equipped room and a GREAT shower. But so noisy!! We literally listened to the woman next door’s phone call at 6:15 am, as well as everyone in the hallway. They have a cute rooftop we watched fireworks from and a nice cafe. Would give it a 10 except for the paper thin walls.

This is a low key hotel in a great location for walking. It is incredibly clean and well kept. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Minimalist in the best possible way.

It's a moderately priced hotel and so expectations were set accordingly. And expectations were met. Nothing great. Nothing terrible.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was convenient to get to our concert event. Hotel staff was friendly and hotel was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again for any future events in SF.

This is my go-to when visiting SF on business. Been staying for a couple years, now. They keep everything pristine. It's like they just oprened.

Shower door do not seal properly so we had wet floor every time we took a shower

Great location close to restaurants and Marina. What I didn’t like what the noise coming from outside and heaters were loud . Rooms too close to each other . Otherwise staff was very nice .

The primary negative was how noisy the room was. The entrance to the rooms are from an outside corridor where sounds from rolling carts, suitcases are quite loud. The architecture is odd in that most rooms don’t have outside windows so you are looking out at the corridors. Also there is this open air space in the middle of the room configuration where you can look down to the patio. Our room was near a corridor that looked down to the patio and the noises traveled up from below. Other issues were Expedia indicated there was a free breakfast buffet but there isn’t any restaurant associated with the hotel, there is a coffee shop next door.

Kind of an overhauled motor court. Good black out shades, honestly did not know if it was 8:01 vs 1:08! Hated the BR (low flow everything) so no noise masking and your room mate 3 feet away, so be in-love with your guest! Very walkable and good food close by!

The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip. Everything I needed or wanted was within walking distance. I stayed in a deluxe king room. It was spacious, clean, and had nice amenities. The bathroom included a shower in the oversized sauna - a relaxing perk! Overall my stay was great. I'd happily stay here again.

Very nice little boutique hotel. Enjoyed staying here while on business trip. Convenient. A lot of things are within walking distance.

Most of the rooms are interior with no outside facing windows.

Greatly over-priced at $500/night, minimal to no amenities, no exterior window, small, noisy, only elevator not functioning

We stayed 2-nights in San Francisco for an event. The hotel is in walking distance of the Palace of Fine Arts, which is great. However, upon check-in we were met with an out-of-service elevator and a room booked on the 4th floor. Having to use the stairs all weekend was annoying but whatever. The bathroom amenities and bed are pretty bougie. Worth a stay, as long as the evelvator is working.

The rooms are very clean and modern

The beds were comfortable but the hotel is so loud that we were awakened at 6am every day by other guests, staff, or street traffic. It was non-stop noise in the morning. One of the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, the other two we interacted with were very nice. I would not recommend staying here.
