We enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent. The Hotel's proximity to the wharf was amazing.
- 4/5
we spent 2 nights here. the room was clean, very comfortable bed. staff was very friendly and professional. the area is super nice and convenient. definitely recommend this hotel!
- 5/5
Nice staff.
- 4/5
Room was very cramped and over a courtyard that remained loud on one of our three nights up to 10 pm. Hotel has nice decor and is walking distance to Fishermans wharf
- 5/5
This property has an excellent location. The Deluxe King was cleaned and very spacious. The restaurant Pescatore was superb, amazing French Toast and linguine with clams. Both staff at the restaurant and the front staff were warm and hospitable. Kudos to Joey at the front desk for her outstanding customer service!

Very convenient to attractions. Super friendly staff.

Location
- 5/5
Just blocks away from Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and Pier 39. Very convenient location overall to walk to restaurants and bars.
- 4/5
A bit outdated in the room but the location is prime
- 5/5
Check in what friendly. They gave me a few extras like a food credit to the restaurant but I didn't get a chance to go. Rooms were nice. Location is ideal, short walk to the wharf and right across a trader joes. Also fairly close to the North end of town with all the Italian spots. Safe to walk around. Absolutely would stay again.
- 5/5
Close to everywhere in fisherman’s wharf, the hotel staff is friendly and amenable, doing everything possible to help. The restaurant was wonderful with a great staff. And valet was well worth it.

Lovely property, very high-end feeling. Very close to Fisherman's Wharf and pier shops/dining/seals, 10 min Waymo from night life, 10min scooter ride from Golden Gate - would stay here again if I find myself in San Francisco again! Lovely city!
- 4/5
We had the Junior suite but were quite disapointed with the room quality, furniture and room were quite worn out and I expected the view to be a bit better (other rooms). Location was very good, though. Fireplaces outside were nice. I feel like the resort fee is a bit unnecessary in this location and we did not even really end up using the "perks".
- 5/5
Friendly staff clean rooms. Great location walking distance to most of tourists attractions.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
I would recommend a room away from the street because it was very loud but I would stay there again. I enjoyed my stay. Food was amazing at their restaurant
- 3/5
The property was walking distance to many fisherman’s warf eateries. The hotel was clean the hotel was also very expensive for a small room with a small bathroom. I think $600 for a small room with no couch or table is priced too high.

Location. Left the property for meals. Liked the charging station but would have preferred to be able to charge for longer than an hour. It appears many cars were charging overnight.
- 5/5
Everything was greato
- 4/5
Nice people and place for gatherings.
- 4/5
Close to the boardwalk
- 5/5
Great location close to Fishermans warf.

I do not recommend this place to no one. This place overcharge my visa card with hidden fees. Very dishonest managemnt.
- 5/5
Heard there were s'mores in the atrium, but had dinner reservation in North Beach. Didn't make s'mores but next time for sure 😊
- 5/5
Everything Great
- 4/5
The room was very stylish and had a lovely feel to it and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was tastefully done. The hotel was in a prime position for Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. No complaints.

I wouldn’t describe this hotel as boutique but it was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located.
- 4/5
Very helpful staff, great location!
- 4/5
Nice room. Good valet parking.
- 5/5
Great staff perfect spot to get to everything. We only gated the useless tv
- 3/5
Good location, walkable to the pier and the cable car was a block away. The property will charge your EV for you, which makes is awesome because the city has limited charging stations. Small and dated shower and bedding could be better.
- 4/5
Hotel is more like a 2.5-3* it’s only a 4 star because of attached restaurant which I didn’t use… their morning coffee was sparse and ran out .. they stored cleaning supplies and laundry in hallways fusing checkout times.. there’s only one set of elevator
- 4/5
It was beautiful and clean. Beds comfy and felt safe. Charging to check in early.
- 3/5
Small and dated shower and bedding could be better.
- 5/5
A nice, conveniently located hotel near Fisherman’s Wharf — assuming that is where you want to be based in San Francisco. By local standards, the area is better than most and only minimally affected by the city’s otherwise rampant homelessness issues. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a few charming touches that make it memorable, including the stuffed crab souvenir I ended up bringing home for my daughters. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay in one of the more manageable parts of the city.

This property was a great stay!!! Highly recommend!!! Clean and updated and very helpful staff…. from the lovely and very friendly and helpful check in desk lady Emelda who was very speedy …to the very helpful happy friendly door/parking greeter Ariel who knew soo much like the best breakfast places and where to catch the trolley etc! Thank you! You all made our Anniversary trip sooo pleasant to San Fran!!! And this place is a close walk to the wharf and Trader Joes!! Soo fun!!

Great location between fisherman wharf and north beach - can't beat it
- 5/5
Great staff! Great service!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the cozy, personalized atmosphere that made the hotel feel unique compared to larger chains. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco.
- 1/5
Staff at frobt deask was clueless and rude. We had a hotels.com credit for $260.00 and staff said i had to play the full amount on my credit card because they could not split the cost between 2 pay sources. The room was clean, but the hitel was not worth 450.00 a night. We stayed across the street at a nicer place for 150.00 less and had a frand breakfast included. I would not recommend this hotel, there are much better right around the corner
- 5/5
Location was really convenient, and loved the smores!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in the heart of the San Francisco fisherman’s wharf area. Terrific helpful staff and great rooms. Has a beautiful common garden seating area with fire pits and blankets. Just very nice. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Good value... would stay there again
- 5/5
Convenient to the wharf We didn’t get credit for the first night when our flight was cancelled. We felt we should have been compensated since it was out of our hands.

Lovely lobby are and very clean. Free smores and blankets for outside area was a lovley touch. Walkable to fisherman’s warf and public transport accessible. Staff very friendly. Our room was directly at the front and there is a bus stop at the door very loud at night and slept very poor. Room wasn’t the cleanest in the bathroom some hair under the sink and some tablets the previous guest have dropped. There was a large table in the room with glass on top the gap between the glass and wood was very dirty. Loads of crumbs and hairs Did not mention to staff while there. They were very nice and I’m sure something might have been done
- 5/5
Room was clean; Staff and Valet were very helpful and responsive; Breakfast items at associated restaurant were very good;
- 5/5
Incredibly clean room, friendly staff, and an excellent location. We were only in town for one night (a wedding) but we've decided that we must come back during the summer. We won't stay anywhere else.
- 5/5
The staff were beyond friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Nice hotel but surprised they did not have coffee available in the rooms and the coffee provided in the lobby was not very good. Otherwise it was a convenient location for our stay in SF.

Arrived late in the evening, and left the next day, but everything was very nice. Helpful staff and comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Very clean, comfortable and very, very quiet room. Casual and friendly staff. Perfect location. Only downside is very small bathroom. Overall a great stay.
- 5/5
Only stay one night but everything was great
- 5/5
Didn't have breakfast but the place was really clean wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend
- 4/5
It was fine, just fine. The elevators are slow. The walls seem thin and the room just okay. Nothing bad that stood out. But nothing to remember. For the price, fine or okay are disappointing
- 5/5
We loved this place! Fantastic staff. We got an upgrade to a really great suite. One of our fave suites ever. Great location. Only negative is all of the bathroom fans are hardwired on, they can’t be shut off. Weird, annoying choice. Other than that, loved it.

No real views out the window. Front desk staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. On site restaurant was very good. Location to Fisherman’s Warf, cable cars, Pier 39 and 33 are walkable.

Great hotel. Friendly staff
- 5/5
I had narrowed it down to a few hotels and we landed at The Zoe. So thankful. From walking in on day one, zero complaints. They were able to accommodate early check-in and a room upgrade. All staff each day was helpful and courteous. Nice enclosed courtyard for sitting out at night. We had breakfast at the hotel, pizza and awesome dessert with chocolate lava and raspberry sauce. Food and service was superb. Daily room service. Great location. Would def stay again.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean safe room. It would’ve been nice to have a coffee machine and a mini refrigerator in the room but they did have coffee downstairs.

A quality hotel ideally situated 2 blocks from Fishermans Wharf which is quiet. The experience commences as you pull into the arrivals where a very efficient attendant deals with your luggage whilst you speedily check in with extremely helpful staff. The hotel room was spotless with plenty of space and comfy beds. The lobby and "Firepit Area" are inviting after an evening out. We did not use the adjacent restaurant as we thought the Menu was limited, and chose to dine both evenings on the Wharf at Swiss Louis. We would use this hotel again on a future visit without question as being very good value for money.

Great hotel and great location!
- 5/5
Excellent locations at Fisherman’s wharf. Very nice hotel, room and amenities. Valet parking is expensive, suggest looking for cheaper. Only negative is thin windows, we were on the street side and woken up every morning at 5am (noise from garbage pick-up and/or deliveries). Would stay here again if in the area.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
I stayed here on a whim, and was beyond pleasantly surprised and delighted by this hotel. The location was incredible and super walkable, we got a free bottle of wine and credit to the onsite property restaurant. The room was super clean and much larger than expecting. I will absolutely stay here again as my new favorite hotel.
- 3/5
The only part I didn’t like was that the 2 bottles of water inside the room had a charge. I honestly don’t mind paying for them, but most hotels usually provide complimentary water, so I think it would be better if guests were informed beforehand to avoid confusion. The plushie crab toy in the room also had a charge. Again, I didn’t mind paying for it because it was cute and I took it, but I do hope the hotel can place a visible price tag or inform guests in advance since it can feel a bit misleading otherwise. Overall, still a very nice stay.
- 5/5
Great Location, very friendly staff and clean and good size rooms
- 4/5
Location is great and the lobby is very comfy and cozy, had dinner in front of the fireplace a couple of times The rooms look a little older than they are in the photos but clean. There is no gym at the hotel but they give you passes to a gym at a nearby hotel. The lady at the front desk on our first day refused to give us passes to the other gym and lied that it was closed to renovation which we found out later it wasnt.

Hotel was great! The staff really made the stay enjoyable, from check-in to check out. I would definitely stay here again. Easy walking distance to pier 39, lots to see and eat there.

Okay stay. Great location. Little outdated in some parts. Great staff.

Parking was $150 for four days. Our bell hop was fantastic. He unloaded our luggage, delivered it to the room. He helped me secure parking in the adjacent garage.

The location was convenient for exploring San Francisco and the bed was comfortable. Very disappointing experience overall. I booked months in advance and specifically noted that it was my wife’s birthday, politely requesting one of the better rooms in the category with at least some sort of view, especially as the photos for the Deluxe King room type showed brighter corner-style rooms. Instead, my request was never responded to and when we arrived we were placed on the lowest floor facing a courtyard directly overlooking workout bikes with virtually no privacy. When we raised our concerns immediately after checking in, reception advised there was “nothing they could do.” There was also no manager on duty (5pm) available to escalate the issue to. The following day we noticed airline crew members occupying the upper-floor rooms, which only reinforced the feeling that regular guests were not being prioritised… The handling of the complaint and refund request was extremely poor. The only solution initially offered was changing rooms + breakfast (noting we only booked for 2 nights) after we had already unpacked and settled in. After considerable back and forth, the only compensation provided was removal of the service fee. Overall, the service fell well below expectations and did not reflect the price paid or the experience advertised online - beware of the Deluxe King Room photos which are still online when I was told they’d be amended.
- 4/5
Perfect stay for a 2-day city trip to San Francisco!
- 5/5
Clean hotel and toom
- 4/5
Basic room. Breakfast not included. We used the $15 room credit if we dined in their restaurant after five. We sat at the bar and had a beer and shared a margarita pizza. It was delicious! Crust was great. Location was perfect for catching Powell Mason cable car. Also very close to Fisherman’s Wharf.
- 5/5
Gorgeous hotel that is in a perfect location! It was clean with upscale decor and excellent staff.
- 4/5
Great location , helpful staff and nice rooms. No gym but can use one a block away. Free bikes are only for an hour. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Staff were excellent, especially Jose. Nothing
- 5/5
Used valet parking and staff did EV charge our vehicle overnight as requested. Used our $15 credit for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom had all the amenities we required.
- 4/5
Location Common space unwelcoming nowhere to get a drink unless you went to restaurant next door
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Super close to Pier 39.
- 4/5
Great location, easy to park and walk anywhere.
- 4/5
Cozy, neat, modern, the free warm beverages in the morning and throughout the day refreshments. The credit for the hotelrestaurant. Location N/A
- 1/5
The hotel notes you can use their peloton bikes that are in an open air courtroom, but when I tried, the hotel had to find the power cords to plug in the bikes. 10 minutes later, I was tired of waiting (it was 6:45am), so I asked to get a pass to the hotel they allow you to work out in that's 2 blocks away. Once you get to that hotel, you then have to wait for security to let you into the basic gym. So if you plan on working out, allow an extra 20 minutes before leaving your room. The worst part was trying to get a receipt. I had to call 5 different times to get a full receipt for my stay. Not only did their team not confirm my email address, their system consistently sent me on a loop between their SF hotel and corporate. Each time I called this, took over 10 minutes to get someone to "help" me, but only after 5 separate calls was I able to finally get my receipt. I will do my best to not stay here again.
- 3/5
Most staff very helpful. Location was great. Rooms noisy, and bar and outdoor area close to early.
- 4/5
Great location and staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
After the first day cleaning, there was no additional coffee packets provided so I had to hunt down a maid. She gave me the coffee but no additional cups or sugar/creamer packets. I needed change for a $20 and at first, front desk said they thought they couldn't help but did track down someone who was able to make it happen. So some small issues but overall, staff friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I'm shocked to see any negative reviews about this place. I can't recommend it enough and will be returning if we visit San Francisco again.

ALL GOOD
- 5/5
The staff were really helpful. Although the parking wasn’t included, paying to have valet take the car and bringing it whenever we needed it was really easy. Will definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay, especially because of how convenient the location was. Everything felt so close and easy to get to. Being within walking distance of Oracle Park was a huge plus, and it made exploring the area so much more enjoyable. There were also plenty of other tourist spots nearby, which made it simple to see and do a lot without needing transportation. Overall, the location made the whole trip feel smooth and stress-free.
- 4/5
Rooms are small in size and didn’t have a microwave or coffee maker. I thought that was customary for any hotel. It was alright.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and conveniently located. Fast and easy check in. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
WiFi was a bit sketchy in the room. Staff very friendly. Location great with street cars and buses nearby.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel and room decor. Room was clean and comfortable and provided a relaxing atmosphere. It was also surprisingly quiet. The location was great. Easy walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Ghiradelli Square and near lots of transportation options. The staff was friendly, especially the valet staff. I would definitely recommend it. The mattress could have been firmer, but that is our personal preference.

The location is very convenient for everything. It wax just a room, the hotel hasn’t got many other facilities.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay! Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful; room was perfect size and very comfortable. The lobby and fire pit patio were very nice and cozy. Location was perfect and walkable. Parking garages are close and affordable if you don’t want valet.
- 4/5
I had a strange experiencing checking in. I called the hotel and asked for an early check in. The staff members I spoke with explained it would be an extra $25. I agreed and headed over to the hotel. Once I arrived the check in desk they said it would be $50 or more to check in early. They then started speaking Spanish and saying they should charge me more. Mind you I’m Latina and speak Spanish so I’m understanding the whole conversation. They said they could not honor the $25 early check in because I did not know the name of the person I spoke with over the phone. I was able to leave my bags and check in at a later time. It was a strange experience but other than that the hotel was great.
- 5/5
We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Parking was also a huge plus—easy, convenient, and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

One of the best dog friendly place in the city.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 3/5
When I booked showed airport shuttle however when I arrived and contacted them they said no airport shuttler. Cost me $70 in taxi. There was no outside seating for smokers, just stand on street corner. With having to use a cane to walk had to hobble down the street to a bus stop in the middle of the night.
- 5/5
Ok so it’s a little pricey than staying in the hotels between LA and San Francisco but it’s the location, the staff, the room and amenities that make it worth it. So close to the piers and far enough away from the sea lions which could wake the dead! Lovely place to stay. Thank you
- 5/5
Clean room, the fridge could use a thorough clean but other than that everything else was beyond expectations! Loved this hotel!
- 5/5
Easy parking
- 5/5
Very clean rooms.
- 4/5
Room is not big
- 5/5
Reception staff were super when we arrived late after missing a flight. Location is also super. Trader Joe is's a block away in one direction and 7-11 is just as close in the opposite direction. The wharf itself is only another block away. It seemed like everybody staying at Zoe's went to breakfast at the same time. It got a little crowded.
- 4/5
Parking was great breakfast no good did not give free breakfast like all the other hotels

Location couldn’t be beat! Easy to get in and out of. Very friendly staff.

Posution of hotel was great yo walk the area. Staff helped book taxi to cruise port.
- 4/5
Myself and 2/3 had got early reservations from Hotels . com And each time “it’s $75 but here is a discount so $50” Hotels said all 3 had $50 early booking confirmed. Either Hotels lies or the hotel clerk never got the memo and instead made us all feel bad for arriving early
- 5/5
Would have like to have a discount for hotel parking
- 4/5
Great staff. Rooms more dated than I expected
- 4/5
Clean room, no coffee maker in the room. Older AC unit had to run constantly to keep temperature set. Onsite restaurant with breakfast and friendly staff.

We had a room facing the ferris wheel from Pier 39. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming! We really liked our room, but it would have been even better if we were up a little higher from the street level and not facing a bus stop.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zoe at Fisherman’s Wharf. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The location was excellent—conveniently close to Fisherman’s Wharf and other nearby attractions, making it easy to get around without feeling overwhelmed by tourist traffic. The room was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the overall experience was pleasant and hassle-free. One disappointment was that the nightly s’mores are no longer offered, which was something I was really looking forward to and had heard was a nice touch to the evening experience.
- 2.5/5
The suite while cutish, was very small compared to suites we are used to and the furnishings were old and needed updating. The bathroom sink was very tiny and clogged easily. There was hardly No room service which was awful for us.
- 4/5
This hotel is lovely! It has someone outside always ready to greet you, which is really a nice touch. The room was nice, no coffee or tea in the room, but free tea and coffee downstairs until 10:30am. Location is amazing, it is two blocks from Fishermans’s Wharf, so you can easily walk to all the action. There were fireplaces all around, and they had an outdoor patio where we cooked s’mores on the fire on sat night. (The hotel provided the s’mores kits). That was a fun thing to do. Only thing I did not like was the $35 day resort fee as I did not partake in using the bikes, gym, or get the $15 food credit each day. The $15 credit could only be used for dinner (not breakfast) at the restaurant that was only open 5-9pm, not a good time for me. So I felt like it was just extra money to the hotel for something I did not use. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel, the cleanliness and location and overall value for price paid so I was happy staying the there!

- 2.5/5
The hotel was just ok. The staff we interacted with were nice and everything was fine but the hotel was nothing special. The room was outdated and there wasn’t anything about it that felt nice or special.
- 4.5/5
Jose at the front desk was not very welcoming.
- 5/5
We loved our stay here.
- 5/5
Great location and staff extremely helpful. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Definitely would stay again

Great location!
- 5/5
Friendly. Good food in restaurant. Centrally located close to cruise ship terminal
- 5/5
Property was very nice, clean, interesting and it was close enough to attractions that we could walk to them. And the staff was helpful and awesome. 👍
- 5/5
Not having free breakfast
- 5/5
Great place and great price!
- 5/5
We loved the hotel. Great location, staff was wonderful, room was nice, bed comfortable after a long day of walking.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Very clean. Loved the modern/rugged style decor.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent all the way around. Super helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Jose at the Front Desk
- 4/5
Great location. Staff was superior. Rooms pretty good. Little rough around the edges
- 5/5
friendly staff
- 3/5
Good location, quick walk to the piers’. Desk Staff was not friendly or helpful. Had a GREAT experience with Azriel the parking attendant.
- 5/5
The hotel is located perfectly in the middle of town where you can walk or tram anywhere. The staff were amazing and very friendly to assist with anything. They also have a driver that can be booked for private trips or pick up and drop off to the airport for a reasonable fee and he is amazing.
- 5/5
Great location. Quiet and comfortable
- 5/5
One night stay, last minute booking It was quant, clean, and staff was amazing. Close to Fisherman’s Wharf. Would book again when in area.
- 5/5
The location was perfect and the staff very friendly, especially with holding your luggage before and after checkout. They are very accommodating with that.
- 3/5
Location was great Great Staff Very small room and a narrow shower
- 5/5
Convenient walking distance to lots events.
- 5/5
This hotel is in the perfect location to do all the must do’s in San Francisco. The stop for the bus to the Golden Gate Bridge is directly across the street. The pier for Alcatraz is less than fifteen minutes away. Fisherman’s Warf or the Cable Car stop is five minutes away. And the best, a Trader Joe’s is three minutes away.

Great stay. Staffwas fabulous

Clean room. Liked the free Peets coffee and Red Bull. Great location. It met our needs and we'd stay again, but it's not a posh or fancy place. It's very basic and could use some 4 star touches to make it stand out.

Great location for walking to North Beach and Fisherman’s Wharf. Really comfy beds!
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent location, and fantastic staff.
- 5/5
We had a great stay, clean rooms and some of the nicest staff you'll ever meet.
- 4/5
Great location, clean
- 4/5
Staff is friendly
- 5/5
Great hotel, very helpful staff and everything I wanted for my stay
- 5/5
Very clean the junior suite room we had. We enjoyed it.
- 5/5
Staff, location, it was a great experience.
- 2/5
The biggest issue was the timer on the bathroom light, shutting off every couple minutes, leaving those taking a shower in complete darkness. Very unsafe--potential serious injury. When we mentioned it, desk person appeared nonplussed.
- 5/5
Great location and fantastic staff!!!
- 3/5
Room is a little outdated with appliances and such. Comfortable but nothing extraordinary. The light sensor at the restroom turns off quite frequently which can be dangerous while taking a shower.
- 5/5
Great location, nice staff, good price. Cant go wrong.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely sweet and helpful
- 3/5
The location of the hotel is perfect! Close to a lot of local attractions and within walking distance of so much. Our king suite was spacious and clean. The lighting could use an update but the room was comfortable and had a nice view. The staff could improve with special services. We came to celebrate Valentine’s Day and probiotic to our stay my spouse reached out to staff to attempt to coordinate special decorations, flowers, anything to make the stay a bit more special. Staff could not offer anything and was unwilling to help coordinate his plans. During our stay, the fire alarm sounded throughout the building. We stepped out to find a hallway filled with thick smoke. It turned out to be a malfunction in another room with a wet log in their fireplace. Staff did a terrible job of communicating during the emergency. Guests were confused on evacuation and no announcements were made to help advise on the emergency. There was no night manager present so all decisions were made by security. They did not wish to call the fire department because they had it “under control”. While the situation was far less dire than it could have been it took guest prompting to have staff call the fire department to ensure things were actually okay. That seemed incredibly unprofessional and did not give any relief to all involved. We were provided $20 off the stay for the inconvenience. This was okay, but I wouldn’t stay again simply because of the lack of procedures and professionalism.
- 4/5
Room was small but nice and clean and comfortable. Staff at check in was nice. Location was good for our needs. Noise from courtyard was a little much but it stopped at a decent hour. Reasonable price for the quality of accommodations. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Hotel location is pretty good , closer to everything . Pillows were really bad , fire alarm 3 times at nighh didnnt help . Nice staff, clean room every day pretty . $40 night resort fee is really stupid , specially where there is no gym or pool , you have to go to sister hotel for that
- 5/5
Great place and service.
- 5/5
Good room, convenient location, all around great!
- 5/5
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Great location, very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower and terrific staff. Highly recommend!
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful. There is a courtyard area to sit and have fire which is very relaxing. Parking is expensive $65 a night. Rooms are small and I was in a king suite.
- 5/5
The hotel is a couple easy blocks from the Warf so it was very convenient. Make sure the enjoy the outdoor fire pits if you decide on a night in.
- 2/5
When there stay 1 day bathroom missing toothbrush,
- 4/5
Comfortable rooms and good restaurant.
- 5/5
Room was great. Hotel was close to everything we needed. Staff was friendly. Access was great. I would stay here again. Value for the quality received to the price paid (during the Superbowl weekend).
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, great location in Fisherman’s Warf, and had a small lovely courtyard. Very great spot to stay if you plan on walking around the area
- 3/5
I only gave it three stars because the room we were in needed updates and the view from our window was of the building next door, which are apartments and their courtyard and it was not attractive. It was not a room to relax and unwind. It was a place to lay our head for the night, quickly shower and leave. I provided feedback to the hotel messaging about the room and asked about an upgrade, since it is one of the perks wirh my account on Expedia but didn’t hear back. I took pictures of the room to show a stain on the carpet, discolored bottom of tub and caulking around bathtub glass. We requested housekeeping everyday and although our bed was made and room looked clean, the same sheets were kept on the bed. I know because there was a small mark/stain on the fitted sheet. I would stay again but would definitely request a different room. We were in room 439.
- 5/5
Clean. Great location.
- 5/5
Fabulous hotel the staff was amazing I’ll be back
- 5/5
I had a great stay at Hotel Zoe. The location is super convenient—within easy walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square, which made getting around really easy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself looks recently renovated. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in keeping the property clean and well maintained. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely choose Hotel Zoe again on my next trip to San Francisco.
- 5/5
Room and staff was EXCELLENT! Will come back! Convenient location to most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance!
- 4/5
Staff
- 5/5
Great location, wonderful staff, and nice hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was good about this hotel. Great location.
- 3/5
Valet service was just okay and could be quite slow at times, even when it didn’t seem especially busy. While the staff was friendly and helpful over the phone prior to check-in, the in-person experience didn’t quite match that same level of warmth. Ultimately, the stay didn’t feel worth the price. The main positive was the location, as being so close to the Wharf was very convenient.
- 5/5
Location, clean and staff assistance when the power went out!
- 3/5
Room okay; staff not friendly
- 5/5
Great location - excellent service - parked at 350 Bay Street - much cheaper:)

- 5/5
Clean room, good location, nice staff
- 5/5
Loved it! Clean easy perfect location, staff was great! All around happy
- 5/5
We absolutely love this place as locals and truly enjoy spending our weekends at Hotel Zoe. The staff is always friendly, the location is fantastic, and there’s so much to do within walking distance, it makes every stay feel easy and fun. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the parking, which feels a bit overpriced. Overall though, it’s a wonderful spot and we keep coming back.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, felt very comfortable staying here. Loved making s'mores offered by the hotel.
- 5/5
Great room, very clean, excellent staff

Amazing stay! As a solo traveler I felt safe at all times and the room was exactly as pictured. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. And the location was amazing!!
- 5/5
Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, great location.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Nice staff. Clean room. Comfy bed. Cute courtyard with fire pits and comfy seating. We stayed here for one night before our cruise. Walgreens 3 blocks away was handy for a last minute item. Would recommend.
- 3/5
Staff was great. Room was very small. The bathroom did not have its own light switch so whenever turned on the entire room is lit. No coffee or hot water pot but have coffee in lobby. Walls seem very thin, we had to listen to our neighbors music. Probably would not stay again.
- 5/5
Staff members are courteous
- 3/5
Rooms are decent location is alright
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice and located near many attractions.
- 5/5
Staff was great and the room was very comfortable
- 4/5
The service was very attentive. The team seemed committed to ensuring we had a good stay. Great location. Close to fisherman’s wharf, Columbus str restaurants and the cable cars. The room was small. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel where you receive a credit. We had breakfast take out and it was good.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. What we loved most was the location of the hotel, we didn’t use the car once on our stay.
- 5/5
Wonderful place
- 5/5
We actually didn’t eat the breakfast, but I’m sure it was amazing. We ended up getting two bloody Mary’s in the morning and they were good. Highly recommend this place to sleep at. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
It’s a small 1 bedroom suite, but it’s very clean and cozy. Staff are very nice.
- 5/5
His staff is amazing, kind, and very helpful! The rooms are very clean and comfortable in. The location is awesome!
- 5/5
Second time staying will stay again
- 3/5
Even though I was assured the restaurant would be open over Christmas, it wasn’t. When I inquired about it, the person at the desk said it wasn’t his problem and there wasn’t anything to do. Rooms were unimpressive, even for the king suite.
- 4/5
Clean room, staff, amenities and close to everything.

Closeness to fisherman’s wharf
- 5/5
Great service and hotel location. Will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
The room was perfect atmosphere is perfect and had an enjoyable night
- 4/5
Room was pretty clean! Cozy lobby area/outdoor fireplace. Private bathroom (closing door) not just a sliding screen. Bed was comfy as well. Only small thing was high security deposit over 200 usd. When I decided to stay/add another night I had to wait til the morning to be charged again because their system didn’t allow a add on night. So I ended up having to have over 450 on hold (security deposit) not the biggest issue but definitely note worthy. I will stay again!
- 5/5
Great location, service, and rooms!
- 4/5

- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and spacious
- 4/5
Great location. Nice accommodation though rooms quite small. No coffee in the rooms. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. Shower very weak water pressure.
- 4/5
Staff were pleasant. The room was clean, and comfortable. It’s close to both Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square.
- 5/5
Room was nice, walkable to the wharf and many places. We loved it and our whole extended family stayed here. There was a restaurant on site they enjoyed. I didn't try it personally. Only complaint was the valet was a little unorganized but the customer service was top tier.
- 3/5
I don’t know
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Valet service amazing people, check out was a issue as was being overcharged for meals not provided all sorted in the end

Room was good
- 5/5
Staff Ben are valet attendant was awesome and very helpful
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt upgraded, which made it easy to relax. The lobby is especially impressive—warm and inviting, with a gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. There’s also a beautiful enclosed courtyard with fire-top tables and cozy seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just steps from the waterfront, close to all the energy of Fisherman’s Wharf, yet tucked onto a quiet, very safe street. It felt like the best of both worlds. I was extremely pleased with my stay and highly recommend Hotel Zoe to anyone visiting San Francisco.
- 5/5
Nice, quiet, clean hotel. We had a king room and it wa s big for SF. Nice size bathroom as well. We were only there overnight so no chance to check out any of the other amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

- 5/5
Staff were excellent and provided me a microwave and coffee machine during my extended stay. Room was comfortable and hotel is we’ll located

- 5/5
Room was great, clean and good size! We were upgraded and given a bottle of wine which was great after our long flight!
- 1/5
Full report to follow when we get home watch this space. I’ve already stated that Expedia had not confirmed my booking with the hotel. There was no room allocated to us and the hotel was fully booked when we arrived on 28th October. After travelling for 21 hours it was not the news we wanted. We had to stay in a hotel elsewhere in the city and I’m grateful to the staff at Zoe hotel for helping us to sort out the issue caused by you. If I’ve paid you a fee for this supposed booking, I’ll be looking to be refunded.
- 5/5
Great staff and room was nice.
- 5/5
- 5/5
Clean room and very friendly Staff!
- 5/5
Two team members truly stood out and deserve special recognition. Diana at the front desk is an absolute gem — her warmth, professionalism, and genuine ability to connect made us feel instantly welcome. In the service industry, that kind of authentic connection is rare and deserves to be celebrated. We only dined at the restaurant once, but even in that short visit, Ricardo left a lasting impression. His friendliness, openness, and professionalism made our experience memorable — it’s remarkable to recall someone after such a brief interaction, but he genuinely stood out. Overall, wonderful hospitality and a lovely stay.
- 5/5
Fantastic location with very clean rooms! In the middle of it all would definitely recommend again. Cozy fireplace with coffee in the morning!
- 4/5
Website stated nothing about early check in fee but when arrived this was disclosed to me. Ended up paying for it as had planned to do other things that day and needed a home base
- 5/5
Location was excellent! Walkable to everything we wanted to see. Nice clean rooms
- 5/5
Good location. Helpful staff. Great restaurant for dinner. Clean comfortable room. Daily maid service
- 3/5
Everything was fine except it was very noisy outside my room which fortunately finished at 10pm
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice lobby and courtyard for socializing. Good location. Easy walk to waterfront and other attractions.
- 4/5
The location is great, minutes from the Fisherman’s wharf area and easy to access other areas of San Francisco. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms need some work, poor set up so the shower leaks a lot and slow drain but otherwise no issues.
- 5/5
Well run hotel that was clean and had a great location
- 1/5
Manager was terrible. too many issues
- 4/5
Hotel great location fisherman’s wharf 5 min walk. Bed comfy. Bathroom lets it down tiny and bottom of bath all enamel worn away. Very weird you need to put bathroom light in puts light on sink in bedroom so wakes other person. Staff friendly. Drinks and food pricey. Outside drinks area nice. Asked for quiet room and was put near lifts and ice machine so not great.
- 3/5
Staffs was rude at reception and bell boy took out our luggage and left at foyer
- 5/5
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful! My only complaint would be that I thought parking was included but was charged $55 + tax for one night… wish this was specified but still, very worth it!
- 5/5
Would stay here again. wonderful hotel.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were well appointed and beds were very comfortable.
- 5/5
Staff is so nice and ready to help with anything we live a city away but come stay for Fleet Week The Hotel Zoe never disappoints totally recommend to everyone
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean. Bed comfy. Close to fisherman’s wharf. Loads of homeless people around it. Restaurant was expensive.
- 5/5
Room was nice. It was quiet. We had breakfast credits and it was just ok for the price and wouldn’t have eaten there otherwise.
- 5/5
This hotel was perfectly located to where we were visiting. We were so pleased with this spot and the team here. It was a great combination of comfort, luxury and some pampering with their concierge team. It was such a convenient option. Loved having the in-room massages and the options for early and late check-outs, and storage of our luggage, the entire team was fantastic. Also, the attached restaurant Pescatore was a winner. Thank you for our awesome visit!
- 5/5
Hotel Zoe was conviantly located near Fisherman's wharf. It was a block from the North Beach Trader Joe's. The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel property had a nice lobby and an outdoor space. It allowed fitness access via another property if walking was not sufficient.
- 5/5
Clean room. AC worked great. Would have like a coffee maker in the room. Husband wanted to work out on exercise bikes and could not access until 7am. He was ready to exercise at 5:30am. But still, a wonderful visit overall!!
- 5/5
Close to everything
- 5/5
Great location. Very clean and modern.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel and our room was very comfortable. The front desk people, Jose were very nice. The hotel is in a great location very easy to get around. I would happily stay here again.
- 2/5
Room stank of chemicals. The "Junior suite" was tiny and filthy. Stains on the walls and floor. Air conditioning is very loud, so if you are a sleeper that requires silence, you won't get it. Think 90s motel for the AC unit. Also extremely expensive for a sub-par hotel.
- 5/5
Good location, reasonable value for SF
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
For an expensive hotel like the Zoe, you would at least expect room service of some sort. Also, the price for breakfast, which I didn’t even see a restaurant was outrageous. Wouldn’t go back there again.
- 4/5
Comfortable beds!!
- 5/5
Excellent 5 Star
- 3/5
The room was dusty with cobwebs all over. I had to ask for new sheets because the sheets looked dingy. All I was concerned with was the lack of cleanliness of the room.
- 4/5
Excellent location and helpful staff. Hotel is a little tired in places. Was disappointing not to be able to make a drink in the room or even buy water etc. No mini-bar either so quite limited options.
- 5/5
Great staff. A little pricey but clean
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Very good hotel close to everything, walkable to restaurants the Bay Area and public transport. Staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff
- 5/5
Staff was amazing.
- 5/5
Great for the Wharf area!
- 4/5
Only negative would be the room are very tiny.
- 1/5
The room was disgusting. The shower doors were broke, floors filthy, makeup on pillows, bugs on the ceiling. Check out was easy the person at the desk didn’t even look up she just said “keys go in basket over there”. The place could be nice but it’s pretty bad when the people running the place stated that the “have occurring problems with the cleaning staff.”
- 5/5
Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable beds!
- 4/5
I did not eat breakfast there
- 5/5
Clean, really nice rooms, great shower, superb location near pier 39 fisherman’s wharf

Bad breakfast, to much money for a buffet.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and the double decker bus tours
- 5/5
Great little hotel, close to everything!!
- 4/5
The concierge was very helpful when we were arranging transportation back to the airport
- 5/5
I really like the outdoor fireplace
- 3/5
Staff was great. Only negative things is the rooms are very small.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, I think I experienced the less delightful parts of Hotel Zoe. First, my room was on the first floor just around the corner from their conference rooms and hotel lobby bathroom. I heard many people going by my room which was loud and took away from any charm my room had. In addition, as a woman traveling solo, I prefer not to be on a first floor and was surprised there were rooms there at all. I called to request a change but they were sold out so could not move me. (Understandably.) Second, my room was unusually small (but clean). My window, which didn’t open, looked right out to a cement wall and a radiator. I understand the hotel was sold out but I think Hotel Zoe should consider no longer using these rooms for guests (at least that room) as it degrades the overall experience that the hotel strives to offer. The staff did what they could but were a bit overwhelmed with a few large group check ins (20 person flight crew for example). It would have been helpful for them to add more front desk staff as it looked like one woman was doing her best to handle everything (graciously) and the line for check in/check out was growing. Location very convenient, easy walking to the piers. Their restaurant was very good, and the cocktails excellent. I loved the $15 restaurant credit. But even with all the pluses, I’ll try another hotel next visit.
- 4/5
- 5/5
The Hotel property is very clean , it has a lovely courtyard with fire pits to sit around , relax and they even offer you the S’more ingredients to enjoy making a s’more while sitting by the fire pits. The rooms are cozy and lovely ! Also they offer freshly brewed coffee, tea , cocoa every morning. We would never stay anywhere else but at The Zoe Hotel !!
- 5/5
Perfect stay if you’re hoping to explore San Francisco Bay!
- 4/5
It was ok.
- 5/5
Hotel was exactly as advertised and room size was comfortable and overall a nice hotel in a great location. Would recommend for future travelers.

This hotel was really just like a motel 6 or holiday inn. The bed was like sleeping on a cement block - hard and uncomfortable and clearly old. Room was so small and smelled musty. Had to try multiple times to get someone to answer the phone. I absolutely would have stayed elsewhere if I had known how poor quality it was. Unless you need to stay in Fisherman’s Wharf, I would stay in the Union Square area. Much nicer

Nice

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend!

Average amenities. Walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf attractions

Loved the hotel. We had king corner suite and bed and pillows nice and comfortable. Room was clean and location was perfect! Nice bathroom and had an ice machine and water bottle filling station. Will stay again when visiting SF

We arrived in the afternoon to find that they had upgraded our room to a king size bed overlooking the courtyard. That was a plus as it was a bit quieter at night and my wife is a light sleeper. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with tips on how to get about and where to find a bite to eat. The hotel itself is well situated within walking distance to good restaurants,Fisherman's Wharf, a Trader Joe's, and convenient public transit options to explore the city. We would definitely recommend Hotel Zoe to those looking to experience San Francisco.

Was nice.

Awesome spot!

Great hotel. Easily accessible to things. My only qualm and its very small concern, is that the free coffee in the morning is a bit horrible quality. Other than that everything was great. Best features of the hotel were the staff.

Located in a touristy, but lovely part of town which was centrally located. Restaurant attached to the hotel was very nice and the firepit area was a nice place to unwind after walking around the city. Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and offered pillows for every comfort level. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, very attentive staff.

Great place to stay if you want to be near the piers. Lots of places to eat and explore nearby.

New, clean, friendly staff

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great tips for local dining and activities. We also loved the complimentary bikes and cozy courtyard—it added such a nice touch to our trip. Overall, Hotel Zoe combines fantastic service, stylish rooms, and an ideal location. We can’t wait to come back on our next visit to San Francisco!

We had items stollen out of our vehicle by the hotel valet team. Being near fisherman’s wharf, we decided to use the valet underground parking instead of street parking for security. At the rate they charge, we expected professionalism. But the valet attendant stole items out of our car. We then caught him trying to sneak it into the door of the car after we reported it missing. He even stole the Mercedes key chain off our key ring. Surprised they didn’t steal the air freshener too. Wild experience at what we thought was an upscale hotel.

Hotel seemed quiet, rooms were nice and cozy. Only things we had some trouble with were the pillows that were quite uncomfortable, and even stacked up went completely flat. And the very quirky bathroom light that had to be turned on from outside the bathroom, which would be fine, but it also turned on the light outside the bathroom, which lights up the whole room. Not great for the other person sleeping. Overall good stay, would stay again, mostly for the location and feeling of safety.

Valet service was wonderful--they were the most helpful of all the employees. Housekeeping also. They made the place.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Very dated hotel rooms. Not what the pictures portray. However they are big rooms. Smoking must be allowed in some? Housekeeping were knocking on doors early and leaving trolleys and bags of rubbish through the narrow halls. Lifts are slow. The best part of this place was the concierge and we didn’t even have a car. Be mindful when booking the photos and description are not what you will get. The reviews seem to be skewed.

Walking distance to fisherman's wharf and pier 39, pier 33
- 5/5
The hotel has the best location for a tourist. It is near all the popular places in san francisco and near all kind of transportations!
- 5/5
Nice place and a good location.

Loved the daily s'mores and restaurant credit. AMAZING lovation - walk to Pier 39, Fisherman's Warf, cable car...and Trader Joe's.

We loved our stay here! Great location. Safe. We walked mostly and Ubered here a there for longer destinations. Rooms clean but cozy. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and would stay again.

The staff was super nice!!

Loved the location
- 4/5
Bed comfort was fine but our room was incredibly small and breakfast was $40 for the same meal that other hotels have offered for free. For that price they definitely need to scale things up a bit.
- 3/5
AC and ventilation make a lot of noise.
- 3/5
Overall our stay was okay. The check-in was quick and easy. Staff were welcoming. Room was clean and everything worked well. Good location for tourists, close to pier 39 where the sea lions are and pier 33 for the boat to Alcatraz. Also walking distance to Golden Gate Bridge. There’s also a 7/11 shop a couple minutes walk away. It would have been good to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks. I requested a quiet room but the room we were given was in the bottom corner of the hotel and was very noisy as it was at street level. Walls between rooms thin and the room doors noisy when closing. Breakfast was $40 per person!! Very overpriced. Needless to say we didn’t have breakfast. We were told that we could have $15 discount per day as we were guests however even at $25 per person we still thought this was pricey. There is a decent cafe called IHOP nearby where we had breakfast instead. The incidentals deposit was $100 per day which seems excessive.
- 5/5
Very close to the wharf and transit.
- 4/5
Walking distance from everything.
- 4/5
Loved the very convenient location to Fisherman's Wharf. It also seems to be a safe area. Appreciated the in room safe and the room was clean but there was not nearly enough drawer space. They need to replace the old 60's style night tables by the bed that have no drawers with some that have a couple of drawers. Staff was great!
- 5/5
The room was beautiful, efficient and clean. Coffee and tea were provided in the morning in the lobby. Great place, great location. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.
- 3/5
The room wasn’t particularly clean especially the bathroom. The parking is also $60 for the night which is absurd as there is much cheaper parking directly across the street. Wouldn’t have done it but the valet comes straight over and makes it seem complimentary. You are not told except for one tiny sign that is easily missed.
- 5/5
Conveniently close to everything available
- 4/5
Did not like that the refrigerator in the room was not working. Didn't like that there were no vending machines on property. Room was nice, bed was comfortable.
- 1/5
Only thing I liked was the location. They charge for early check in or check out ($100), the rooms are microscopic, no coffee in rooms but if you want to haul yourself out of bed and get dressed they have it downstairs (only until 9:30 am). The light in the room is on the same switch as the toilet/shower area and it’s super bright. No room cleaning and they wouldn’t even give me a receipt when requested at the end of my stay (I chose not to spend any money at the property anyway, but I like a print out to ensure there are no extra charges). The bed was comfortable so that was a plus. Breakfast buffet is $40 a person.
- 5/5
The hotel itself was great. The area around was a typical downtown area.
- 1/5
This property has amazing reviews. This is why I chose it. However, when I checked in,I felt like it was a bait and switch. In a highly touristy area. The bikes they advertise, had an app issue. So no free bikes. The parking is valet, so definitely check the pricing on that! 55.00 a night for small size suv. When I checked in to my room, it was ready, but hair and dirt on the coffee table, and stained furniture. It definitely didn’t give off welcoming clean vibes! I travel a lot, and this place is essentially equivalent to a 2 star Holiday Inn. With puffed up reviews. Also, our last night staying, our room smelled like a marijuana factory. Not mad, but if I had kids, I might not want to smell this. All in all, it’s just a mediocre chain hotel that has put a lot into their reviews. BEware!
- 5/5
Valet kid was very helpful for transportation ideas. We only stayed one night and wasn’t in the room except to sleep. It is clean, convenient location to walk to the piers, and very busy street outside.
- 4/5
The room was very small, and I thought over priced. Location was very good (walking distance to Ghirardelli Square, and Embarcadero). The staff were all lovely - from front desk, housekeeping, and valets.i would probably look for a less expensive hotel next time. With fees and parking, the total bill was $2000 for three nights!
- 4/5
Everything was great except the room smelled like old cigarettes. Other than that, everything was great.
- 5/5
We loved our stay here and would come back again! Such a great location and clean quiet rooms!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in a great location.
- 5/5
Everything was great…perfect location for sightseeing…
- 3/5
The breakfast was ridiculously expensive... other than that it was comfortable and clean and friendly staff .... the valet guy Esreal (spelling?) was so friendly , he made our stay better! Thank you to him
- 5/5
It is a bit touristy but super safe and walkable even at night. Ubers to and from every location in the city were easy to call as well
- 3/5
Really pretty spartan for $500/night. Was fine and I understand it is in "good location", but was a pretty basic room for $500/night.
- 3/5
Upon arrival I was pleased with the quick valet and check in service, considering how busy the lobby was. Our room was a titch small for the “Deluxe Queen” room but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ice machine on our floor (2) was broken. I was told by a staff member to go up to floors 3 or 4. You have to use your key to unlock the elevator. Because of this, I could not take the elevator up and had to use the stairs each time. Our tv didn’t work. It kicked us out of Netflix several times and repeatedly shut off. After two visits from the engineering dept, they finally replaced it. There was also very loud music. There is a restaurant below the hotel AND a private event was going on in the courtyard so we were not sure where it was coming from but it was loud for quite a long time. We came to town for a medical procedure so most of our stay was spent in our hotel room and not sightseeing which made it even more of a struggle. Manager was going to comp us one night, however I am still awaiting that to happen. With all that being said, we would come back as the staff genuinely tried to make things right while we were there.

The staff was so nice and helpful. It was just minutes away from everything by walking. My Granddaughter and I felt very safe! Great atmosphere!
- 5/5
Great breakfast buffet options

Near to the port.
- 4/5
It was a great location. We walked to Pier 39 and the Fisherman’s Wharf. Room service and valet service were easy and quick! Rooms were a bit small, but were very clean!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Everything I needed — coffee, restaurants, and the event I came for — was within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
While the room was on the smaller size, it was very comfortable and clean. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces were very nice also.
- 4/5
The only thing we didn’t like, Our second evening we just wanted to grab a quick pizza and was charged a room service fee, even though we placed it to go and we picked it up from the restaurant ourselves, no one delivered it. If we were going to be charged the fee no matter what, we would have appreciated them telling us they could deliver it since a fee was being charged regardless.

Great staff and location. Very pleasant experience.

really nice Bar although it only opens in the evening !(fancied a drink late afternoon ) i would definitely stay again
