This hotel was a good value, but it did come at a price. Some of the issues included: The bathroom floor tile was cracked/wavy and much of the grout was missing, almost as though roots were growing beneath. The uneven floor no doubt made thorough cleaning impossible. 2: I've never been to a hotel like this one, where I could count multiple stains on the sheets as soon as I walked in. 3: The bed mattress was hilariously destroyed, with deep permanent indents. I'm not picky about mattresses, so this wasn't an issue for me. 4: The 'locals', or long term guests, were almost all sort of zombie-like, stumbling around outside a lot of the time - perhaps par for the course with the lowest cost motels? They never caused a problem for us, other than the ones directly above us, who let their kids scream and stomp around rampant literally all night long. 5: The AC technically would run, in short bursts, but never achieved the desired temperatures. All of this said, I would consider staying again. It was a secure room where I never felt in danger for almost half the cost I'm used to around LA.

Everything was great except the adjoining room. They were loud and banging on their door like they were the police.

I stayed here several times before I never had any issues. This last time not only did they book me the wrong room and the room they gave me had no working lights, when I tried to address it with them the office lady was extremely condescending and rude telling me I was wrong even though I had the proof on the app to show that they booked me the wrong room. She wouldn’t hear me out and made a big scene in their office completely degrading me and embarrassing me, extremely disrespectful. I will never return!

Andrea is always so bubbly and happy with a smile on her face even before you walk into the lobby. The rooms have been upgraded and the light grey is so easy on the eyes. Everything is always clean and the location is conveniently placed between multiple shopping areas and restaurants are walkable.

Should provide iron in every room

This is a bare minimum motel but the rooms are very clean staff all friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Walking distance to Denny’s Applebees and a couple of more store in the same parking lot and across the street I was kinda disappointed in the room they had one chair for 2 people it looked like a metal legs with dirty plastic like the type you use out side. No table , queen bed so uncomfortable couldn’t sleep well at all . I wanted fridge with microwave , I got fridge NO microwave , really need to get better towels

I stayed for 1 night on a solo business trip. Unfortunately This wasn't a good stay. I had a roach crawling on my bed. This place is dirty. I immediately told the front desk, I reauested a clean room without roaches.They accomidated me another room. I advised the front desk manager that this is unacceptable, but was told there was little he could do other than a small discount for future stays.I can't recommend this hotel.

They didn’t provide us any breakfast. Just one common microwave which was used by entire people. That makes me disappointed. Rooms, staffs and services are good, but outside the rooms were not clean. There is always smoking smell. There was very bad and smoking smell all around the motel-6, but rooms were pretty decent.

Does not have an elevator, and I'm disabled so I had to climb stairs. Also, due to the questionable area, I had to remove ALL my belongings from my vehicle and lug them UP to the room I was assigned. Will not stay here nor recommend this motel.

Bathtub was dirty and there were no towels in the room

I booked new "upgraded" room, the TV didn't work properly and the screen had 2 vertical lines because aperantly it was cracked. The toilet seat was completely unhinged in bathroom. All the chrome fixtures had dried paint from the construction.

We arrived for a late checkin and the front desk was very helpful and fast. The room however was disgusting and worn down. There were mustard splatters on the tables that weren’t cleaned. The room smelt of smoke even though it was non smoking. AC unit smells like it is saturated with cigarette smoke. Thankfully the beds were clean but the floors and bathtub looked disgusting. We were so exhausted so we didn’t bother trying to get a different room.

They didn’t service room for the whole week. Could at least emptied garbage cans, and left a new set of towels.

The location The night manager by the name of Melina. She was constantly harassing me during the entire stay. And I asked the cleaning staff for fresh towels and they never responded or gave me fresh towels.

Parking was easy access. The night staff was very courteous. The room was clean, but the bathtub was dirty. Air conditioner worked great.

Stayed here for an event I was working. Semi-close to the venue. The white sheets were BLACK from the walls they were tucked into. Finding long hair on the shower curtain and tub when i have a buzzcut is definitely alarming LOL.

I booked a room they gave me room 244 upstairs, I told the guy I had large suitcases, he said he would help me since there’s no elevator. I get to the room and it smelled strongly bleach smell ! I opened the window turned on the AC try to air it out for about 15 minutes with the door open , I was getting a headache from the bleach smell , I went ahead to move my bag and there was a baby cockroach right under my bag!!!! I was upset about the smell and the headache and nausea it was causing me and now I just discovered a cockroach! I immediately took my heavy luggage by myself back to my car and asked the front desk to cancel my stay which he said he couldn’t do that and to call the manager the next day, so I called and she forcefully charged me for the night even though I informed her the condition of the room and the cockroach while she refused to listen but instead denied everything, because I sat on the bed she said she was being forced to charged me for the entire night even though their rooms are highly toxic fumes of bleach in the entire room , I would give them a zero star and hope they lose their license to operate, zero customer service or care ! We are not in India !!! This is the U.S. please shut this roach infested bleached chlorinated toxic mold motel! It doesn’t represent any Wyndham property! It is damaging the Wyndham reputation! Yuck !!!

Parking was easy ac worked went to use the bathroom and it was dirty tho. Had dead flys on the floor and the tub was dirty so was a bit iffy on using it.

when i got there the office lady told me i would be able to upgrade for free she lied and ended up moving me into a smaller room i feel cheated out my money this happened on Thursday night around 8pm during check in i will not be staying here ever again due to that reason

There was no microwave or fridge in the room. It’s not mentioned when I booked the motel for my stay. There is not efficient hot water. Not recommended to anyone.

The room smelled of awful mixed in with cheap cleaner of some sort. Outside, there was a group of folks drinking beer in lawn chairs outside a room, adding to the ambiance of a few homeless folks who would make their presence known a bit. Weirdly, there were cars being loud both late night and early morning. The location and price were convenient.

This Motel 6 is clean, quiet, safe, well-lit at night, and within easy walking distance of several good restaurants including one of my favorite Thai restaurants, The Lucky Elephant. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a laundry onsite which is very convenient. There is also easy parking. Target, Trader Joe’s, and Petco are within half a mile and many other restaurants, stores, and service stations are an easy drive of within a couple of miles.

We were able to borrow a hair dryer from front desk and there is coffee and a small microwave there for common use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is scenic with lots of pines around property, and there are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Roads in front and behind and train a block south create a lot of traffic noise. Easy access to interstates 10 and 210. We felt very safe walking around even after dark.

The room was absolutely disgusting. When we got in it was gross, the tub was dirty & some short black hair all over it, (my kids and I have blond longer hair). There was sticky stuff all over the dressers and floor. There was white stuff on the floor & all they did was wipe it with a cloth rhey dampened with water in front of me (so didn’t even “clean” it). They showed me 2 other rooms. They were just as gross. In the end we stayed in the room they originally gave us because it was the best out of the 3 rooms and it was super late when me & my kids (very young ages) & we needed sleep as we just drove from Canada (25hr drive straight) we were promised they would do a deep clean in the morning once we are up & off for a bit. Well we left from 10am-8pm & came back to absolutely nothing being done not even cleaning the dresser tops, beds weren’t made & towels we used to wash hands were not replaced with clean ones so you can tell they never even came in the room. I went to the front got the same excuse “we are sorry I was told it was done & serviced. They again said they would have it cleaned 1st things in the morning! We again left from 8am-midnight & again room was left exactly the same except the dirty towels from cleaning our selves at the sink (cause the tub was disgusting) we’re still in the tub. Went down to the front desk same excuse. I went back in the morning & talked with the “supervisor” she said she would have her best cleaner do it right away. Finally 1/2 cleaned

I did not feel safe and wanted to leave due to the foul odor of let's say "Skunk" and not the rodent type!!! I will never stay there again, and will tell everyone I know bout the bad experience..... The A/c-- heater didn't work I was very uncomfortable, The room was so small, I did not even take a shower as I just wanted to leave and move on....

Clean room and a great location, either for a good meal at a restaurant next door, or a safe grassy doggy walk, plastic doggy bags included.

Sean at check in was great and friendly, checked us in quick and smooth. Location of the motel was great lots of restaurants and entertainment and shops around. Room was good, bed was comfortable clean floor could have been a bit more swept and mopped. Over all room was good and would definitely stay again.

The staff and the room .They put me and three year old son in a room for the second time that they were already informed by me personally that the heater didn’t work .They exact same staff member that I complained to about this the first night is the same staff member who checked me in to the room the second time .Its cold outside and I have the heater set to 85 and it’s blowing out cold air .I have a 3 year old with me that was diagnosed with sickle cell anemia at birth so extreme temperatures are a trigger for him . When I went to the office and asked the attendant how he possibly put me back in the exact same room with the heater still broken a week later his only solution was one extra thin ass fleece blanket .I had to go buy a thick blanket and keep the shower on to use the heat and steam from the shower to warm the room up .The first time this incident occurred they offered me $10 off my room .I told them when I checked out I didn’t want the $10 off as I will not ever spend money here again and you can see from my records I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment.

I was asleep. Apparently the girl who checked me in took payment, had me sign car windshield paper but didn't finalize the process? So they wanted to know if I was in my room? Then the people next to me started arguing so i called the front desk so they called them but they never let up. Still loud arguing till 2:30 am. I am traveling and was looking for a good night's rest. Worse place I ever stayed

The front desk staff was very pleasant. However, in the room, one bed had stains on the sheets; the tub has cigarette or drug paraphernalia burns; the HDMI cable was not plugged into the right port so the TV didn't work and the remote did not have an "input" button to fix it, so we spent time having to go back and crawl behind the TV, pull out the credenza and figure out all the chords connections to properly plug them up; the refrigerator was not plugged in so we couldn't put our food in the fridge; and the microwave was plugged into a cheap power strip without a surge and not suitable for the high watts of microwave demands, which was incredibly dangerous and could have overloaded the strip and caused a fire. The able was tilting and there was a piece of paper stuffed underneath it to keep it level. The refrigerator was also tilting and leaning and needs to be adjusted underneath.

The staffs are efficient, no problem checking in or out. The room however isn't so good. There is an odd old carpet smell in the room, even though there is no carpet in the room. I had a room facing the street. It was extremely noisy the whole night.

The double light near the bed has a broken switch, will not turn on. There is no available electrical outlet near the desk, so no ability to charge a computer/laptop there; the only outlet for that is behind the bedside table. And on 11/8/25, at about 12:30 am, there were 2 or more people knocking on my door and yelling for "Jim"; I do not know who they were, asked them with the door unopened who they were, what they wanted, and they refrained.

Cons - A lot of road noise on the backside of the building. - Sheets where clean but there were significant stains. - The AC unit was noisy and would not shut off. - One of the outlets did not work. - The walls are thin. - Gap on the edge of curtain offered little privacy.

Room smelled like cigarettes, front door had a huge gap in it. Asked if I could move rooms because I didn’t feel safe as I was traveling alone and they asked if I touch anything in the room. I Lysol sprayed the sheets once I got in and they said because I touched something, they wouldn’t be able to switch me rooms. I immediately got online and found a different hotel because I wasn’t going to spend even a night there.

Parking was great. AC worked well. The room was in poor condition. The beds were old and in very poor condition. The noise level was unacceptable and made it difficult to sleep. Staff response to calls to front desk was insufficient. Towels were handled poorly. "Turn in a dirty one to the front desk to get a clean one." Bathtub was terribly stained. There was no microwave, There were no personal items except two small bars of soap; no shampoo, lotion, etc. Plug in the sink was broken. I HAVE STAYED IN MANY MOTEL 6s BEFORE AND THIS WAS THE WORST BY FAR.

The motel canceled my reservation, which they told me when I tried to check in at 1 AM after a 5-hour flight.

The loud noise were coming all night from the small door that installed on the wall.

The room I checked into had small roaches all over the front door and they were coming into the room! There were spiders along the rim of the front door and when I asked to change rooms the front office said they couldn’t move me to another room . After I called motel 6 corporate office they finally changed my room but it smelled like cigarettes very strong ! I finally got a somewhat decent room but I feel I deserve a full refund .

The staff is really great and helpful. The manager is very accommodating to your stay and needs. The rooms are kept very clean, housekeeping is on top of everything. The place is pretty quiet and the staff is quick to intercept any disruptions and handle them accordingly to keep the guests safe. There is a Dennys, Applebees and Red Robin in a walkable distance along with other shops. Pet friendly as well. Shout out to Melina and Alejandra for being great staff!

Error corrected, by assigning my girlfriend and I, the room right next to the one with the naked lady in it. Stayed there s couple of times before; seemed a bit slippy, but the key to an occupied room, will mark our last stay, at the San Dimas Motel 6.

Location was great, right off the freeway and many amenities (stores/restaurants) walkable. The room was below average- but we only needed a place to crash for an evening as a part of a longer trip. One bed had a very significant "divot" in the bed, my son could get out of the hole while sleeping. Also, requested a non-smoking room but the room had a VERY STRONG odor of smoke. Outside lights were very bright and shined into the room pretty easily. AC unit worked well, and noise was okay.

Overall, it was what you expect when you stay at a motel. Towels are thin and there are very few outlets. The staff was nice and the motel is surrounded by multiple restaurants so there's no reason to travel far for food.

I only had one very bad experience. Roaches, many roaches in this one room. The motel6 employees very quickly offered to me a different room. And offered assistance with moving to the new room. The reason that I accepted the room change, was the fact that this was not my first stay at this location, and didn't encounter this issue. It has always been a very clean.this was not

The staff was accommodating within policy. My room had not been prepared, they could not take requests ahead of time and they could not keep luggage before check-in. However, because my room was unavailable at 3PM, they upgraded the room to a two bed. Although I was under the impression that there would be a microwave and a refrigerator, there was only a refrigerator. Also, the mattresses were extremely worn, there were huge caved in pockets on both beds. The staff were polite, including the maids, but the other patrons were intermittently loud all night. Lots of people who were under some kind of influence all around the property all night long.

Bed was very soft. Tv didn’t work which would have been okay but the people next to me were ip all night talking laughing and playing music and the walks were very thin. Had to be at airport at 3 am and they were still coming in and out and talking loudly.

Honestly, it's time this Motel 6 is demolished and rebuilt. The room wasn't terrible, but the building shows its age and the remodeled rooms just aren't enough. The location is great for access to the surrounding areas, but there are a TON of druggies roaming the parking lot around the hotel and adjacent shopping center.

The room that I was assigned, was in the rear of the property, which required the climbing, of a few stairs. Kind of negated the accessibility, that a first floor room provides, right ? O9

Staff went into my room while I was out, without any notice. Did something to my dog to make him hide under the sink counter. While I was in the office asking who went into my room, another customer was waiting for the police, because something was stolen from his room. I would NOT recommend anyone staying here!!!

My house burned down and ive been staying here until i move into my new place. The staff has been absolutely amazing and very understanding to my needs that arise. Alejandra and Melina have been angels and i truely appreciate the hospitality and eagerness to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We checked in late, after arriving late, and walked into the room and it smelled like smoked, but ignored it. We then went to use the towels and they were all stained ,but I also let it go and tried ignored it. Then went to get ready for bed and saw stains on the top converter, then removed the bed sheets and saw pee stains that were still yellow. DISGUSTING. I went to the check in desk and he told me, he couldn’t do anything only to refund my money. And I was left without a hotel room at 10pm. Stranded. Had to find the next closest hotel and ended up paying triple the price . AWEFUL! Will never stay at motel 6 ever again.

It was last minute booking. Had the standard room with no microwave and refrigerator which was fine. Stayed a night. The sink was disgusting and gnats were flying around. Internet was slow! When we got there check in took almost 20 minutes because the guy worker was super slow and it seemed like he did not want to help anyone. When we finally got to the room we walked in and walked out less than 30 seconds because the smell of cigarettes hit us as we walked in. It was so frustrating to have to go back up front because we had my 3 month with us at 11:00pm!! However this time the lady was very understanding and helpful with us She apologized and got us a room real quick that was to our liking.

It’s motel 6…but it’s ran down, dirty, weird people living in motel. The room was FILTHY. Never had housekeeping, they had NO TOWELS. Literally had to go buy some…disgusting place.

They gave us an upstairs room with no microwave or refrigerator. The manager claimed that Hotels.com always booked these when they don't exist. We checked the Motel 6 app & they offered what we originally requested. They out & out lied to us. After 45 minutes of conversation they gave us a ground level room & brought a refrigerator 2 days later. We bought a microwave for our cancer patient guest to use. IT WAS BAD Only chose that place for it's amazingly convenient proximity to our good friend's treatments & Denny's.

It was efficient. The walls were thin you can hear the people talking next-door as if they were in the room. they were not even loud.

The utility room was directly next to my room and they slammed the door every 5 minutes.

Friendly service, but lacked refrigerator and microwave. Those are only in a small number of room. The door for the ice, laundry and vending room quit working for one night. It was fixed in the morning. Other than no fridge or microwave, it was much better than other Motel 6 hotel stays. I jad to keep getting ice for a makeshift fridge.

This hotel has declined since the manger left and the new one took over. The new manager is rude abrasive and does not care about customers or customer service. The Internet here is non existent when u complain staff tells you walk around find a signal not are fault the manager has no respect for customers and seems she doesn't want to do there job at all. Security for this place is horrible and when u tell staff they don't care guest safety and service doesn't exist here as former military I would recommend any place that treats all guests equally and with compassion when it comes to security this is the worst place for a family or a single female as the people around the hotel and those that randomly show up are up to no good and don't count on staff being of assistance as they would rather be safe in the office then help you

Poor customer service by disrespectful and condicending receptionist. Booked a queen size bed but they didn't have one and she tried pushing a double bed on us disabled seniors. Then she wrote that "we had change of plans" on the cancelation notes.

The area was a well lit and close to several restaurants and stores. When I first checked in I was told there was a two hour wait for my room, even though check-in was at 3pm. I arrived at 5:30pm. There was no lobby to wait and was told by the lady at the desk that I could walk to the nearby Denny's. I didn't want to carry my luggage to Denny's to wait for a room that should have been ready two hours prior. I just waited outside the front desk. In thirty minutes my room was ready. You have to reserve a deluxe room in order to get a microwave or refrigerator. I was able to upgrade later. Otherwise from the rocky start everything else went smoothly. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel overall was decent and was in a nice area.

When I got to my room after checking in. There was a light blue towel on the floor. Also need to work on wifi. Watching a YouTube video it buffered every 3 seconds
