Upon enteri the room everything looked good. We noticed that there was no kleenex, the entire container was empty. My daughter called downstairs to inquire about getting some. The staff person who answered told my daughter "you have towels", my daughter asked if she wanted us to blow our nose on the towels? She then procee to tell my daughter that she was the only one working and we needed to come downstairs to get it. 1) its disgus to tell a customer to use the tow used for bathing to blow their nose with it, and 2) that is not the customers business to know that you are the only person left to work in such a big hotel all alone. That's a staffing issue between you and your management. He attitude was not helpful nor welcoming, from when we checked in. But i will say that when coming back from my son's tournament, which brought us to town over at Cal Poly Pomona at about 12 or so, the young lady was very warm and welcoming. We frequent your prop so I'm not gonna let this visit deter me. But wanted to bring this to your attention.

Breakfast was good, but we had the most terrible time using the key cards to get into our room because the clerk said they had a bad batch of cards sent to them. I had to get the cards re-coded nearly every night and when we tried to get into our room it took nearly 10 tries before the code would unlock the door. Very, very frustrating. Also, the cards wouldn't let us into the side gate which was closer to the parking lot we were supposed to use. The first clerk was very rude, and the 2nd clerk explained why the cards didn't work as well.

There is one special employee you have that was VERY kind and friendly. He is a small statured, thin man who was taking out the trash and he helped guide me to my room because I was going the wrong way!! Please let him know he made my day on Christmas Eve, knowing there are still gentle and caring people that exist is heart-warming!

Very frustrating to come late to a hotel and not have the ability to change the room and deal with that. When things like that happen the maintenance people should handle that immediately. Then when we called to ask about a refund it was not even noted in the account. Makes me want to go back to 119 and see if they even took it seriously for the next guest.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everything was well-kept, and the amenities made the stay even better. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it.

We ere in an ADA room , all PVC floors and tiles in the bathroom made for easy access for my Hubby with his walker. The shower had a pull down bench and additional shower chairs in the closet. Frig had a freezer! Very comfortable bed! My only critique we were in the first floor. So our upstairs neighbors stomping feet were heard.

Although the rooms are relatively recent remodels, the shower had black mold all along the inside as well as outside. Makes me question how sanitary (or not) everything else is.

I had an easy and enjoyable stay here. The reviews are correct that it's a hearty and delicious breakfast. Personally I prefer DIY waffles over their pancake robot which can't produce airy or properly browned pancakes. It rotated between premade omlets / sausages one day and scrambled eggs / patties / links the next. Both days the sausage and patties were too dry. The highlight of the breakfast is probably their fresh-baked cinnamon buns which were very good although again a little overdone. I was impressed they had name brand cereals like Special K with berries. Even more impressive was actual Chobani Yogurt in smaller cups than retail but still good. Apples / Oranges / Bananas were nice but I actually would have preferred canned fruits which would be easier to eat. Hotel was very clean and I found it odd that there was noone in the very clean and nicely sized pool and 6 person hot tub either night I was there. Beds were too squeaky but I slept well with almost no road noise. The only problems I had were that I was given a room initially which was still wet all over initially and then someone had broken a bottle in the parking lot leaving lots of glass everywhere (which they did mostly clean up). Area seemed super safe and quiet. Great for a visit to the Claremont Mckenna colleges.

The suite was spacious, inviting, clean and exactly what I wanted. Breakfast selection was amazing! Check in and check out were easy!

Floors were dirty. Ice machines were out of service. TV remote only changed channels, couldn’t adjust volume or turn on/off. Awoken to big trucks with backup alarms from 0500-0700 on Saturday. Shower was best part as had strong water pressure.

The riom was spacious compared to other rooms in different properties. The water pressure and amount in shower was very satisfying. They provide the Dove products in refillable bottles, fyi.

We received a parking ticket on the first night staying there and the front desk attendant didn’t bother me to ask where we parked. If she would have asked, we would have told her that we needed a parking permit and we wouldn’t have gotten a ticket. She wasn’t accommodating and was annoyed.

These guys are not honest. They overcharged the credit card $21 more than the total price booked in travelocity. Two week since the complain, nothing happened.

It was good overall. However, there were a few things with the bathroom that struck a cord with us so it wasn’t an excellent stay. One of the shower towels had pubic hair thru out it (so we obviously did not use one of the towels), the inside bathroom door frame was covered in dirt/muddy finger prints, the shower had hair left in it, there was tones of hair left in the trash can (a little nitpicky here, but still gross), and all the appliances in the bathroom were rusted over.

The room was nice and clean. It was large with everything except a blow dryer. We were on the bottom floor and the guests staying above were heavy walkers, so didn't get much sleep.

Hotel was under renos not crazy with the furnishing in the room very sparse had only one half loung chair, with a hospital like tray table. No couch! Do not like thier deco!

Free breakfast: pretty awesome, quite a few choices, everything was clean and made fresh. Noise: the noise kept us up each of the 3 nights we were there. Sometimes it was people out and being loud in the courtyard, or stomping on the stairs, or in the room above, doors slamming. All could be heard as all the doors and hallways are outside and all facing in toward the courtyard and pool area. The air conditioner, which was absolutely necessary at night, makes a lot of noise turning on and off throughout the night too. Clean: they’re doing a good job with ongoing renovations, and everything was clean. Convenient: not far from freeway and neighborhood is pleasant.

Reception wasn’t helpful they had issues with phones and WiFi but didn’t make an effort to help or to see what can be done I had to cancel my reservation with them took an hour and since they were not helpful canceled and left the property

The property is less than half a mile away from Trader Joe’s and Target. Also very close to down town San Dimas where cute cafes are located. The rooms are big and clean.

Really needed to have some deep cleaning and updating. Everything had a very grungy feel from the overall hotel, the pool, and the room itself.

The front desk staff was in inconsiderate and rude and was not well trained. I had reserved room on my name but forgot to carry physical copy of drivers license. I had digital copy/picture. They only needed to verify my name and expiry date. We had to char with Expedia agent to add my husband’s name so we could check in. It was almost 11pm and we had driven for 6 hours to reach the hotel.

It was a good location for our needs. However, I don’t recommend staying here due to the room was not very clean, holes in the wall, and the bathroom faucet was extremely loose. This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever been to.

While the gentleman I spoke on the phone to make arrangement and request provided me the answer I needed without difficulty, and he kept his words on the request I made. The customer service makes the hotel 5 stars.

Since I really like it the family and I said, why not just stay here we’re already settled. Booked another night. Let me stay in same room. Acomodated me and my family. I would definitely go back
