    The hotel staff was marvelous in it's professionalism, attention, and courtesy. The hotel was adequately clean although in need of paint. My room was very good, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is close to attractions and is easy to access by walking and public transportation.

    Wow never seen a more rough room. The shower was just.... it was clogged. When i tried to unplug it I pulled out a foot long hairball. No exaggeration. I'm not sure if they even tried to switch the sheets because I got several skin blemishes after only one night of sleeping on the pillow. The night staff was rude and cussed me out. They were arguing with one of the "transient" hotel guests and it sounded like they were yelling in my room it was so loud. Neighbors came in and out all night so you can guess the reasons. I could basically see the substance abuse from my room when they stood in the hallways and opened the doors. Oh yeah and the sink water came out so sharply that it sprayed all over the counter until I adjusted it. Makes me think they don't pay the cleaning staff well if there are any

    That said, the property could use some attention. The carpets were extremely dirty, the rooms would benefit from fresh paint and general upkeep, and there was a noticeable foul odor in the hallways and elevator. These issues took away from what otherwise could have been an excellent stay. For the price, it's still a decent place to stay, especially if you're looking for an affordable option in downtown San Diego. The staff alone almost earned this hotel 5 stars from me. However, because of the property's condition and maintenance issues, I have to give it 4 stars. With some improvements to cleanliness and upkeep, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

    Stayed here for 2 nights . I left my room to go to work then when i comeback to my room my clothes that I hanged was gone . I don’t recommend any items especially gadgets in your room while you are away .

    Bed was comfortable We were placed in a room that already had a guest staying in it. The second room we got did not have a functioning smoke detector/it had been removed from the room. The elevator permit to operate was expired as of 01/2026.

    Appreciate the nightly rates during the week very helpful since I’m here for business leisure, Check-in was smooth and easy I enjoyed the front desk team and their assistance during my stay. For the cleanliness my room wasn’t refreshed I had to ask for a refresh and the comforter had visible burns on them the shower doesn’t have liners it’s just a cloth curtain that leaves alot ways for water on the floor while showering which made me uncomfortable because the floor was very wet the tv in my room was very slow and I didn’t have streaming options for Netflix. Other than that everything else with my stay for check-in and rates were perfect. I would highly recommend if you are on a budget.

    I liked that I was walking distance to where my events was. It was okay for what the stereotype Motel 6 experience. The room the fact the AC didn't work, and the window had no screen so needed to keep it closed most of the time because of bugs. Also the bed was okay but could've been comfier. The elevator always stopped at level 2. Also there was no parking available and had to pay for parking after spending 300 like that's ridiculous.

    I checked in but left within minutes. The room was extremely dirty, thick dust on nearly every surface, and a strong unpleasant odor throughout. The rest of the hotel wasn’t any cleaner. Worse, I did not feel safe. Several individuals in the hotel were behaving in an intimidating way. I didn’t feel comfortable staying even briefly, so I went straight to the front desk and cancelled my booking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, not for hygiene, not for safety.

    The only redeeming quality of this place is its location in the middle of Little Italy. Aside from that, I really wish I had paid more attention to the previous reviews before booking here. One of the staff members was outright rude, and the parking situation was terrible. Parking is extremely limited, costs an additional $20 per day, and even then, a spot is not guaranteed. As for the room, the water worked and most of the lights turned on, which unfortunately feels like the bare minimum. The blow dryer didn’t work, the window was broken when we tried to open it for fresh air, and the bathroom light flickered every time it was turned on. The outlets behind the TV also appeared scorched, which honestly made me question how much of the property could be considered a fire hazard. The overall cleanliness was also concerning. The sheets had visible stains on them, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly deep cleaned in a long time. The hallways were filthy, with stains all over the floors, and the trash cans had an overwhelming odor as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. To top it off, the lobby looked absolutely nothing like the photos online. Overall, this place felt poorly maintained and nothing close to what was advertised.

    Very little to zero parking, so be prepared to park off site (additional fees) and walk to the property. The rooms were disgusting and gross WITH HAIR AND BUGS in the sheets. The so called a/c vent had a wire hanger. Curtains had a burn mark (NON SMOKING ROOM) hallway carpet looked like they never been touch with a vacuum. Hotel it's looked rundown. NEVER STAY HERE! Pictures are very misleading. Getting a refund was a big pain! Everything about this property is DINGY. I was complete disgust about the whole nauseated experience. I had to find another hotel last minute at 9 p.m. after driving 6 hours in an unknown city. I was very thankful I wasn't alone because experience was unsafe for a solo traveler

    The rooms were trashed when we got there. The television was completely cracked. The Motel 6 employee came and knocked on our door at 11pm asking for a power cord so he can power wash his car. Totally unreal. Completely awful that we ended up booking another hotel for the rest of our stay in San Diego.

    The property itself was great. Much better than the Motel 6 in Hotel Circle where I stayed before. The neighborhood is sketchy. I went out for snacks and narrowly avoided two separate fights. Don’t go out for snacks after dark! But if you’re a homebody it’s a great stay.

    Thermostat didn’t work so was just sweating the entire stay, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel. Key stopped working about twice daily, had to constantly re-connect to the internet, room was far from clean. I am not picky and I’m usually completely satisfied and comfortable in budget hotels and don’t expect some luxury experience, but this was rough.

    The pictures are not it. Its very outdated. I couldn't get the AC to work. Thankfully I was able to open the window. If u dont plan on being at your room much I guess its ok to just sleep. The staff was very nice though. It wasn't very far from the waterfront touristy stuff and little italy. Hope my review helps.

    The room itself was comfortable and we appreciated that there was an interior courtyard to be able to let her dog use the bathroom and that the front doors were locked. It is close to the airport which was the reason we booked here; not sure that I would rebook.

    N/a It was creepy, the hallway carpet was filthy dirty and smelled bad , there was no AC, had to sleep with open windows ,therefore all the outside noise traffic, people walking in and out of the hotel and smoking weed , which the smoke entered through the windows, it was pretty bad , the telephone had no telephone line, it was a non smoking and it smelled like cigarette smoke ..they attempted to open our door various times through the night.. couldn’t sleep… horrible experience.

    Well this particular location is in Downtown San Diego...not really located close to any shops, convenience markets, or any restaurants or fast foods...cleanliness is not high on their priority..rooms on first and second floor are missing window screens..and this area does have many sketchy people walking around at all hours...also internet does not work properly in some rooms..But beds in rooms are comfortable..showers are clean..and rooms are large enough to feel cramped...

    The staff was super nice. Parking was easy and affordable. Our room was great for what it was. I was guest of the day and got upgraded to a corner room. The room was basic but did the job. There was a bed, it was pretty comfortable. Make sure to bring your own bathroom hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They did supply plenty of towels as well as bars of soap. We did have a minor leak, but we think it was condensation. We informed the front desk at check out and the lady was extremely nice and said she would get maintance to look at it before the next booking. Checking in was super easy and quick. Honestly not a bad location either. Walking distance to little Italy and to the water. Will most likely stay here again. The best Motel 6 I have stayed in.

    The motel itself is very old and rundown. The homeless and sketchy people camping outside made me feel unsafe most of the time and the parking cost $20 a day. They “assign” you a spot and give you a ticket to put in your dashboard, but when we left and came back on multiple occasions our spot was taken. When asked about it at the front desk the employee stated “idk I just work here, they oversell parking spots all the time”. This was frustrating, although he did offer a refund. Every time you walked in the place smelled like marijuana so if that’s something you don’t care for, be warned. We stayed a week and our rooms were never cleaned, we had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The shower had good water pressure and the water would get hot. The AC worked well in the rooms thankfully. Can’t complain about the location, it’s very close to the airport as well as many places to eat and things to do. If you’re looking for a budget place to stay and don’t care too much about quality or amenities it’s a solid choice.

    Parking was horrible. Paid for one of the 19 spots at the property to park only to come back from dinner to be told we had to wait until someone left to park. Waited while a couple that did not have a parking pass to move their car after checking in only to find out front desk sold them a “sold out parking pass” and we had no choice but to park blocks away. Parking was refunded but this situation should have never happened in the first place. Front desk was zero help and flat out lied claiming they did not sell that couple a sold out parking pass. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

    I made the mistake of not reading reviews before booking. If I could give it zero stars, I would. The photos are very dated. In its current state - there are stains on every surface, reeks of cigarettes, and the AC does not work. In addition, someone left their dog alone and it barked off and on for hours. The sounds at night are mostly other customers complaining about the lack of support. Parking is tight, so recommend planning ahead and getting in early. The only good part is the surrounding neighborhood and proximity to areas of interest.

    The wifi did not work, room smelled so bad, and the parking situation was horrible. There were 19 spots designated to Motel 6, and the concierge had sold the guests more parking passes than there were spaces available. In other words, even if you buy parking, it is not guaranteed. When I asked the staff at the front desk what we should do if there were no spaces left, he was very rude and not accommodating. I had to park my car a few blocks away in a garage not associated with the motel. The room smelled horrible even though it was the non-smoking area, and the AC did not work. The mattresses were also thin and I could feel the wood boards beneath when I laid down. Highly do not recommend. Also, there were guests and staff yelling on the phone late into the night/ early morning and it could be heard in each room. I guess you get what you pay for.

    I only stayed at this property for about ten minutes before leaving and getting a refund. The A/C was not just broken, it was also spewing hot air so that the inside of the room was at least 90-100 degrees. When I told the staff, they told me to turn off the fan and open a window. The windows were stuck and also had evidence of mold. When I returned to the front desk, someone else was there complaining about possible bedbugs.     Motel 6 in San Diego was a really good value. It was less than half of the cost of the better hotels in the area. The room was acceptable and clean. But the common areas (hallways, trash cans, parking lot) are dirty. And the area attracts a lot of homeless people. It was good enough to stay in, but lacks a sense of comfort. I'm grateful for the low price.

    No air conditioning the entire three nights we stayed. There is no pool advertised by pictures. The carpet in the hallways are really dirty. The rooms were clean, but only got two pillows no shampoos or conditioners and no hairdryer. It was 22° above normal temperature very hot outside and we had no air conditioning would not stay there again very noisy sirens going all night. It is by little Italy. That’s one nice thing wasn’t offered a discount or anything for all the inconvenience.

    No air conditioning! We asked for a screen so the bugs didn’t come in. So hot! They kept saying it would be fixed! No hairdryer or shampoo or conditioner. Only two pilllows! Room was clean. Was updated. Hallway carpet was gross. Lots of sirens. No pool and that was in the properties advertisements. It was a heat advisories too 22 degrees higher than normal. No discount given!

    The staff was not very friendly. When I checked out the receptionist was on a private phone call, I shared my concerns about the room with her and she said ok but just went back to her phone call. There was a hole in the bathroom door like someone punched it. Either the air conditioning or the thermostat was not working. The room also only came with 2 bars of hand soap and no shower supplies. At $300 for 2 nights I was very disappointed.

    Honestly for the price, it's what you expect. Homeless people around the building and parking lot. Smells like smoke, even in our non-smoking room. Staff was nice and friendly, made check-in and check-out easy..as it was in the same 10 minutes. Solid stay for the price if that's what you're looking for.

    It was conveniently located near the zoo. Had instant hot water with a good flow of water from the shower head, firm mattress with choice of soft or firm pillows. Pictures on the website need to be updated because they do not accurately depict the current conditions of the motel. I should have paid attention to the previous reviews of the property. Parking is an additional $20 and is very limited. Facilities need some “TLC”. One elevator that was super slow. First room key I was given, someone was still in the room. Seems like the motel is a long term stay (I was told up to 28 days). Homeless camped outside door.

    The facility is not maintained to a level I am use to at the other major chains and if my wife was alive she would have walked out the door and rated this POOR. The common area rugs were filthy with large areas of stains from passage and spills and the same paper and plastic debris on the 4th floor present for my 3 days stay. The room's linen was clean and there were no bugs, as expected. The bathroom door edge was sticky to the touch. The laminated table edges were lifted due to moisture contacting the particle board. The rooms one chair was dirty as evidenced when I wiped it with a damp wash cloth. One set of curtains had small holes and was hanging off its track. There were no shades to allow indirect light and the room only contained dark curtains that had to be kept drawn for simple privacy. As such the room was depressing due to my choice of privacy over outdoor daylight. The bathroom metal door frame was corroded with holes through on one side to a height of about 2 inches.

    The front desk transferred me to another room right beside the first one. The second room was much better, however, after about 30 minutes, I noticed a towel hanging over the smoke detector, which is a likely indicator of drug use. Then, upon showering, I noticed the cleaning staff neglected to discard a piece of soap left by a previous guest. Hallway trash cans were often over flowing. Cigarette butts in the indoor/outdoor area just outside my room. Filthy carpeting throughout the entire hotel. BLACK in most places. It's obvious the details don't matter to the staff who, although friendly enough, aren't paid enough to detail clean what could be a great hotel. The adage that "It's just a Motel 6" is wild and incredibly disheartening. Do better because you can. Things like this shouldn't happen. Yes, the staff apologized for the room issues, but in all reality, my stay should AND could have been comped because of the aforementioned issues.

    I hated to give a poor review as the staff working were awesome. Great location too. The issue was with our rooms. No working a/c or heat controls, bad smell of old smoke. We couldn't really move rooms as they were booked out. Hallway carpets heavily stained. My mom's room was the worst of the 3, smelled so bad like an old bar.... stale smoke and musty. The staff apologized and was very courteous. Since we were only using rooms for sleeping and not hanging out in, we opted to just tough it out. IF you only need sleeping space, this could work. Just know what you are getting for the great price

    I knew it was a motel 6 and they already do not have a great reputation but still decided to book based off the photos provided but upon arriving I could already see the photos were not from this specific motel at all, the photos they provide show houses and a law school outside of the windows but that is far from the area you are in, they also show very clean and updated rooms which are also far from what you should expect. The parking lot is surrounded by people on drugs at night which kept having me wake up to check on our car as they just roam the lot and you do pay for parking but for what I don’t know because nobody is even watching the cars nor are they responsible if anything happens to your car. The carpet in the hallway is disgusting and stained and the rooms themselves look like they’re falling apart, all of the ceiling tiles were coming off or just not fully there which was concerning and the AC just made sounds but didn’t actually blow cool air. Our room was non smoking but still smelled like someone had smoked in there and the bedsheets themselves had stains.     VERY DIRTY. Checked in, saw the room and checked out right away. There was mold in multiple locations. Bath tub and toilet leaking water. When flushing toilet it would shoot out water. There were flies coming out of the sink. Bed sheets were stained. Pillows were flat. Bed felt old and used up.Horrible limited parking situation.

    The room was as described, well-lit and comfortable. The central air conditioning worked great. They were also willing to store my 1 bag at the reception on my last day once I checked out. Very convenient location with public transport available nearby and the historic downtown / Gaslamp Quarter in walking distance.

    The staff was friendly, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our experience. The hallway carpets were extremely dirty and there were strange smells throughout the floor. Our room had almost no lighting, and we even found dead bugs on the bed. Because of this, we decided not to stay and left shortly after checking in. There also appeared to be prostitution and people setting up tents around the hotel, which made the area feel unsafe.

    Staff was nice. Property has a lot of houseless people around, but is fairly close to good restaurants and sites. Our room was dirty: mold in shower, metal A/C cover on the ceiling was missing screws and hanging down, sticky floor, and dirty walls. Bed was quite lumpy and bathroom door wouldn’t shut/was hanging on with one hinge. Would not stay there again despite the nice staff.

    This has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The bathroom lights didn’t even work, the fan in the bathroom took 5 minutes to kick on. The room stunk of old water, the sink was broken so you had to manually pry open the drain cap. The floor was obviously not mopped as there was gunk stuck there that would have been picked up by just mopping which you can tell they didn’t do. The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, period.

    Sketchy area with a lot of homeless people outside. Close to popular areas in downtown but would not recommend to walk around specially at night. Motel was dirty, windows don’t even have a screen, I called ahead of time to reserve parking, it was charged and when I arrive I was told parking was sold out. I was force to park in a random parking about a block away and then had to walk back with my bags. Room still had dust, shower looked like it had recently been used, smelled like smoke. I know it’s cheap but this place didn’t even meet the minimum requirements. Do not recommend if you’re with kids or minors.

    I was severely disappointed with how misleading the photos online represented the reality. The room I initially received has obvious stains on the floor, smelled like cigarettes even though it said it was a non smoking room and just not well kept. Additionally, upon arriving I was notified of a $20/day parking fee which wasnt listed on the website and when I asked for another room due to the above reasons, they gave me a different one which was just as bad as the one I previously received. This booking lasted for less than an hour before I canceled. The hotel manager refused to give a refund although I prepaid it and called it a penalty. I will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Please avoid at all costs.

    ATTEMPTED FORCED ENTRY BY STAFF. we were told we were chosen as guests of the day which included a complimentary checkout at 12. The next day, a staff member continuously kept harassing us about checking out as we kept informing them about the 12pm checkout. Ultimately they returned and tried to FORCE their way in as i was changing my clothes! Since my partner was there, they were able to keep the door shut bc of the extra lock and once again informed them about being the guests of the day when they finally left us alone!

    I stewed a while and walked around the other parts of the hotel and was disgusted. I could not bring myself to stay there, so packed up, went downstairs to try and explain the situation - no one was around for quite some time so I left the keys and the parking pass on the desk and went to a Comfort Inn. I definitely would not recommend this hotel since the bad definitely outweighed the good. Good price and location, bad everything else. The budget price is not worth staying here. I will never stay motel 6 again since this left such a bad tast

    This Hotel was extremely dirty and unsafe. There were homeless individuals laying just outside the front doors to this Hotel. We checked in and to find out more homeless individuals were walking around the hallways on different floors. Upon entering our room, the room was dust central. Dust had settled everywhere. Filthy bed and dirty sheets. We had one of the worst experiences ever.

    The staff was friendly and accommodating, however there was no AC in the hotel. The air was blowing (barely), but it wasn't cold air. You could see a lot of debris in the vents and I think a filter change and cleaning of the HVAC system is in order. We switched rooms 3x hoping one would have AC, the third room was the best but far from being a comfortable temp. The location is great and located in walking distance to eateries and the harbor, albeit a bit of a rough neighborhood.

    The hotel was not to the standard of the photos posted. Motel 6 needs to be renovated. We had a 2 day stay over Labor Day weekend . I was not aware of the parking rules unexpected expense and experience if the parking spaces are full you have to park down the street and there is a charge we paid $20 a day but was able to get a parking spot the next stay . A lot homeless outside, smelled like be when we first arrived outside. However Lani the first desk associate was really amazing and accommodating.

    The elevator had a strange smell. The 3rd floor also had a different strange smell. There were people constantly running, screaming, and stomping on both third and forth floors. The security latch on my door was broken off like the door was kicked in or something. There was a ceiling tile hanging loose from the ceiling, the toilet seat was broken, and the floor throughout the room and bathroom. The entire experience was so overwhelming I could not stay in the room over night.

    The hotel was honestly disgusting. The elevator took FOREVER each time I took it. The air conditioning was out during our stay, so we ended up leaving and not even sleeping there since it was so hot. We asked the front desk and it was out in the entire building, they also didn't have enough fans for everyone. The 2 things I can say is the bed was comfortable while we were there even though we only sat on it and didn't sleep in it, and the staff was so amazing. They were kind and dealing with all of the complaints so gracefully. They were very apologetic even though it was in no way their fault. Excellent staff, especially the girl with the green hair, she was great. I would never recommend this place to anyone though.

    I never do reviews but this was my first time staying at a Motel 6 and it was a horrible experience. I had a reservation made a month in advance for 8/22-8/23. Traveled from LA to SD. Upon arrival there was long line of people checking out. When finally given our room my husband and I rushed up to drop off our luggage and quickly get ready as we were running late for an appt. The halls were dirty, the room smelled like it had been closed for days in the heat. I turned on the air and realized it wasn't running properly. I thought it was probably because of the heat and it hasnr been used and needs some time. 25 mins in and we call from desk and tell them that the room doesn't have functioning AC. They offer a new room, we take our belongings down stairs at this point it's late for our appt we opt to leave our stuff in the car and just bring it back up when we get back later. Big mistake. Hours later we go upstairs and the new room is HOT the AC DOESNT WORK. THERES NO AIR CIRCULATION AT ALL. I felt like in as suffocating. We call from desk again and we are asked to go back down they offer a different room but we just heard 3 other people complain and leave for the same reason. At this point I'm feeling sick my blood pressure is high, I just need to rest, we asked for a refund and we are told to talk to Yoli the GM tomorrow morning so she can approve it. It is now Tuesday 8/26 and she denied a refund, failed to even offer a partial or at the least a credit of some sort.

    Worst experience at a hotel ever. I booked two rooms on the same day for family. The carpets were dirty, the rooms smelled of mildew, water was dropping on the floor from the AC unit which made no sense because they didn't work . It was over a 100 degrees in the room all night. We left at 6 am due to the heat and not being able to sleep.. Our travel partners left at 3 am and preferred to wait at the train depot with homeless people instead of the room. We called multiple times but said they would call later if a room became available .They fully knew the rooms had no working ACs and they didn't tell anyone. They only offered fans to people who complained but they ran out so we were not able to get one. I sweated all night and got up a couple times to open the door and let cool air from hallway in. I even slept on the floor to be close to window. The window was open but no relief. We could hear car alarms going off starting at 3am and people upset downstairs. Motel 6 should be ashamed to have their name on this property. It is conveniently located, but sadly you risk dying of a heatstroke. I am definitely going back to Airbnb.

    2 weeks ago I booked a 3 night stay but decided to check out immediately on the first night. The room was fithly and I did not feel comfortable even staying in a different room. There was bloody toilet paper and hair scattered everywhere. The floor and table surfaces looked and felt oily and sticky. Very disgusting. I was told I would still be charged for the first night but could still get a refund for the 2 nights I didnt stay. They refused to give me a printed invoice with proof of me checking out. They took my email address and said it would be sent there and the refund could take up to 7 businesss days. I never received an email and have yet to get a ferund. I contacted hotels.com customer service to get some assistance. They contacted the hotel and told me that I would not be getting a refund at all. I am being charged for a three night stay when I did not even spend more than 10 minutes inspecting the room before deciding to check out in disgust.

    Got put on the 3ed floor it has black carpets from never being cleaned ,dirt, stains and stinks. Staff were all High on drugs. The room was gross, smelled like cigarettes and dirty butt. The window fell out when i tried to get some air. The fire alarm started going off at 1:30am so no elevators. We had to carry our bags down the scary stairway where there people in there doing what ever. Saw the homeless just walk in & out. This was the worst experience we have had. We wanted to cancel but there were NO othere rooms in the city due to games. Thank goodness we had our own bed sheets as we were road tripping.

    The rugs outside the room looked like they had not been cleaned in years. The towels were very small and rough. There were roaches outside the door. Parking was a nightmare. You are assigned a spot but because they don't enforce it, anyone can take your spot and since it is a small lot, that leaves you parking on the street if you can't find space. Although it didn't stink, it didn't smell clean either. Thankfully, we only had to stay one night; otherwise, I would have found an alternate accommodation.

    This place had a multitude of problems. While they did resolve one issue there were just too many.     PROS: - Relatively quiet area - Washer and Dryer on site (excellent) - Staff was mostly nice and accommodating - Little Italy down the street was a dream - With the exception of the problem below, room was pretty clean, had housekeeping come clean the room mid-week and they did an excellent job, except for the curtain... CONS: - First room I was assigned still had someone's stuff in it - 2nd room had puke on the blackout curtain. Asked about having it replaced and was told I had to wait until the next day. The next day, the woman at the counter was rude and noncommittal about someone coming up to replace the curtain. No one ever did and I stayed in a room with puke on my blackout curtain all week. - Fire alarm late Friday night had to hang out on the sidewalk for like an hour (don't think there was actually a fire) Overall, an OK stay for the money. Puke curtain was a big turnoff so I don't think I'll stay here again, but you could do worse.

    I came to check in, and the elevator is not working. Then I got a room on the 4 floor and I told them that I am too old to work ona 4 floor. He said ok, and give me the same room again. Then they changed to the first floor, but the key to the room did not work. Then, when I got to the room , the TV did not work. They changed my room to 2 floor.

    Rooms are decent for the price and met our needs. Love how close it is to everything... restaurants, stadium, Gaslamp, and even stores. One of the rooms had a light that wasn't working but staff did come up to fix it. We paid for parking but came back to the hotel late one night and someone else was parked in our assigned space.     Had to go back to registration bec key card won’t open the room.on our check in day. IShe gave us the wrong room. Second day our card won’t work again. Had to go to registration again. I guess this is what you get for the price

    Terrible experience. Wood was rotting around bathroom door. Refrigerator didn't work. Ceiling tiles appear to about to fall. Toilet didn't flush. Carpet stains down the hallway. Some lights didn't turn off in the room. TV screen burnt out and discolored.

    Guest of the day wasnt sure what that was about but it gave me an upgraded room because of it. Ill be rebooking here even if it was a one time deal the price was good and the level of noise being in the city was very low for being near the busy area. The front desk staff was great helped me with all my questions and made everything swift.

    The pictures the have are completely Bogus. The room stunk and the flooring was coming up in the room, . My daughter had just had surgery and almost fell because of the flooring coming up. It was a horrible place, full of dogs.

    It's a property was extremely disgusting no cleanness lots and lots of dust inside of our room it's not kept well and it was false advertisement compare to the pictures we've seen I don't advise anyone to go there

    Water was turned off for an hour without notification, so couldn't shower once turned on black water kept coming out. Slow elevator, room smelled like cig smoke, mold in the bedroom bathroom ceiling painted over. I wouldn't stay here again.
