Comfort Inn Sea World Area

The location is good there's a lot of food and shopping options, the staff was friendly and helpful, I didn't inspect the room but it looked clean, breakfast was good- eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, fruit, cereal and waffles, there's a laundry room on site, the only issue I came across was the wifi- I had to call the help support service to get connected the tech rep was nice and helpful and got the job done. Free parking is on site.

Beds are comfortable, good pillows, but floors were super dirty and we used most of the washcloths to wipe grime from our feet. The spacious bathroom pictured is obviously wheelchair accessible, but the unpictured regular bathroom was so small/cramped that it felt almost claustrophobic. (We are not large people- I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be for anyone over 6ft or 200lbs.) Staff was friendly and accommodating. We didnt have time to check out the breakfast. Overall, would definitely not stay again- mainly due to sketchy area.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the worker there was very pleasant. Parking was tough, especially the first night when we arrived late. Very narrow spaces made it a challenge to fit a mid size car into a spot beside a larger vehicle.

For the price it is excellent value. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. A bit disappointed there was zero recycling on site. Also amenities are limited but we knew this going in and it was clean with a decent breakfast so we enjoyed our stay

Check in was a breeze and I was ready to go with my room key in less than 10 minutes. The lobby was very clean. The room itself was very clean as well. We had a little issue where the shower was very loud but we were able to fix it ourselves. Each room has their own AC unit but they are very loud and the air is not circulated very well. Also there is a metal base around the bed that we kept running into whenever we would want to get in bed. If it were a couple inches further under the bed I think that would be perfect. My only real complaint is, we ran out of shampoo as when we asked for more from the front desk they were rude and when they finally brought up a new bottle, about 30-40 minutes later, the woman was very rude. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. We were able to get to all the places we needed pretty quickly, breakfast was fast and easy and there was underground parking which was also nice.

Awesome breakfast. Crowded? Yes. People like to sleep in and eat waffles on vacation. There are three waffle makers. Plus hot breakfast. Did you walk around back to the patio? Secluded. Quiet. Trash cans available. Right next to the exercise room. I didn’t go in there, but many people did. I just saw their outlines because the glass is darkened so you can workout with privacy. Clean spacious rooms. Microwave and fridge. Four towels provided for four people. Unheard of at most hotels. Every single employee working diligently. Housekeeping, breakfast staff. Was it the newest? No. Was it walking distance to Target? Yes. Pro tip, turn in South of Cane’s, not North. You’re welcome. Would gladly stay here again. Not near the chaos of hotel drive. Easy to get to beaches & SeaWorld.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a horrible experience and they have very bad customer service. Don't stay here! avoid at all costs. We booked a room overnight and when using the shower we discovered it was clogged. The tub would fill and you had to be in dirty tub water in order to shower and the water would not leave until 30 minutes after you were done showering. We called the front desk for someone to come fix it and they sent someone who checked it out and said that they would need to put chemicals and the only thing they could do since we were only staying overnight was to put a note stating we weren't responsible for the shower being clogged. We paid for our room, it's not like we got it for free. When you book a room you do so with the assumption that everything in it works, specially the shower. We were in disbelief that they're only solution was to not blame us for it. They didn't offer another room with a working shower or to fix the shower in the room they gave us. No one was able to shower after we discovered it was clogged. The next morning when checking out I spoke to a manager about it. And her solution was no refunds, and that she could give me a discount on our next stay, I told her we're never staying here again, and again asked for a partial refund. She stated they don't do refunds and that we could get some snacks from their snack bar. So beware! Don't come here unless you want chips as compensation for your horrible stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient repertory people who want to visit Seaworld.

For the value it was nice in the ways it was important. Also the staff was very helpful.

So I’d recommend you find one during the day cause every spot gets full and you’ll have to park in the underground parking It was a very tight space for my gmc sierra but I got in, it’s just a hassle Overall the hotel was great

Everything was clean and remodel. Food was good.

Everyone was great, room was nice and clean. We had issues with our AC leaking & toilet not working. Rodney came and fixed it twice and we had no other problems. The hotel was everything we needed. 10/10 customer service!

Tommy and facility were good but if you want a quiet place this is not the place in the middle of industry and right off two main highways.

The property itself is in a pretty decent location. However, the floor of our room was filthy, there were ants everywhere in the room and the manager was not helpful at all. On the upside, the towels were clean!

The beds were comfortable. With the exception of a spider in the shower, the room was clean. The AC was cold, however the unit was a little loud. The mini fridge was not cool enough to store leftovers. The breakfast area was small, not enough room for people to sit. The lines to get breakfast weaved in and out of tables, way too crowded. The food was not great. The parking spaces facing the rooms were quite small, requiring one to back out the vehicle, before the doors could be opened wide enough to allow passengers in, however the spaces facing the brick wall were a little wider to allow the room for passengers to enter and exit vehicles.

The property was large, with plenty of rooms. Great buffet breakfast.The rooms were good size, laid out well and clean. As a handicapped traveler using a walker, I had no trouble getting around in the room, even with the walker.. Even though I travel alone, there was plenty of room for two people and their luggage. There was plenty of parking, including an underground garage for overflow. The property is right across the street from a Raising Cane’s restaurant. The picture of the property is a little deceiving. The facility is in an industrial area, not a bad area, but not exactly the tropical vibe the picture shows. Because of the industrial nature of location, it is not quiet during the day at all. In all fairness, the noise does subside in the evening at night time.

The beds were very comfortable allowing a pleasant and full night of rest. The rooms were larger than I was expecting which was great to allow us to have a few of us in the room to talk and not feel cramped; though, if you have a lot of luggage for several days with multiple people it may feel a little smaller. That being said, there is a good amount of space for storage so the space can be optimized. Lighting was plentiful and the room felt nice and bright. The staff was very friendly on check-in and check-out and ensured to point out the hours for breakfast and explain the property. Felt like a good warm welcome. The breakfast provided had a surprisingly large selection and seemed to have a little of everything. As a bonus - for those that like Raising Caines, it's right across the street so a super easy walk for some delicious chicken tenders.

Comfort Inn near SeaWorld has a great location near lots of tourist spots. They also offer free breakfast. And at a good price, families should take note. It's not a fancy place on the beach, but that's a big leap in price.

Wonderful service. Very friendly staff. They work hard. The breakfast was a little on the lean cheap side. I was in a wheelchair and it was very congested to try and get into the dining area and get your food. One area of concern, in front of our handicapped room is about a 12-in drop off on the other side of the walkway. An electric wheelchair or a regular wheelchair could it go off accidentally and hurt someone. Or someone could step off and hurt themselves. Maybe needs a rail there. Could be a huge liability to the property.

I found the staff to be extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was very comfortable. The property is obviously a little on the older side, but it appears to be very well maintained. The housekeeping service was excellent. And I definitely would consider staying here again when I’m in the San Diego area.

We used this room for an overnight stay at the tail end of a road trip. We checked in at about 11, took a quick shower, went to bed, woke up early and left. Jasper’s customer service at check-in was fantastic. We normally use 8-10 ratings as a threshold when choosing a hotel and it never steered me wrong, but it did this time! The hotel is extremely dated as if I was sleeping in a museum trying to preserve history, the floors were dirty, paint peeling, musty smell, extremely small rooms, lumpy beds, dirty tubs and sinks, but it got me some rest and back on the roads

The staff was helpful, friendly no matter the hour. The bed while firm, was very comfortable for a budget hotel option (more comfortable than some $400+ a night rooms I’ve stayed in tbh). Shower had fixtures that were coming off the wall but a) everything still worked and the water was nice and hot. Breakfast had a good variety and was replenished and kept very clean by the staff but definitely go earlier for more options and no line. Would recommend!

The receptionist on our last day was not pleasant during checkout. Although they continued accommodating other guests in the breakfast room, we were not allowed access. It was not a good final impression to leave at the end of our stay.

The first glaring thing was the water out of the sink dribbled out the second refrigerator never got really cold and they didn’t have a small little freezer for my ice packs. The TV color looked foggy.

Well renovated facility with modern washroom facilities like high pressure Shower, nice wood look tiles / planks and decent tea/coffee amenities Breakfast menu is same everyday, making a 3 days breakfast routine boring. Cleaning of room was not available after morning hours except towel changes & amenities being refreshed. This would deteriorate the hard floor tiling over time with dust & sand from footwear and eventually make the premises like any other old motel. Investors should not avoid Housekeeping costs to eventually lose out on Capex cost

The room was very clean as well as the grounds. Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was decent, sausage or bacon would be better that tiny diced ham but otherwise good. I have stayed here twice and would definitely stay again. Parking is free, which is a huge plus and freeway access is close. I would recommend.

Loved the room, the workout room and laundry facilities. The hotel was clean, the AC worked great, and the laundry room had decent speed queen machines. The location is near a strip club and is inside an industrial area, which is the only negative. I would not walk around the area at night. The hotel is located in an industrial area and is down the street from a strip club. That's the only negative.

I liked the modern room. 15 min or less to down town, old town, beaches. Lots of food options. It is a HUGE hotel, lots of rooms. Room was clean. The surrounding area isn’t the best. Lots of transients in neighboring streets. The cable tv did not work well, some channels were stuck and only a handful worked. Restroom was small, toilet felt short lol and super close to wall.

Check in was easy. The room was not the cleanest. Thin sheets. There was glitter on the two chairs in the room. The bed headboard had some sticky looking substance on it. The breakfast was bad (too salty) and VERY crowded (people were standing to eat). At $165/night, I would expect it to have been a cleaner experience.

Great place with Raisin Canes across the street also very easy access to Marine base and freeway.

Breakfast options were fine but the breakfast area doesn't have enough tables and the breakfast was very squished together. After the first day we just went in and got food to take back to our room. We found it quite noisy at night with other rooms bathrooms backing on to our room- toilets flushing were really loud. We also ran out of hot water for showers a couple of times. The area was ok but you do need to travel to get to anything- there's a Raising Canes across the road and that's about it.

The room was nice and clean, and I appreciated having wooden floors instead of carpet. As someone who travels and stays in hotels frequently, I found the room to be fairly standard—nothing particularly special, but in line with what I expected for the price. Be aware that they do not accept Tap to Pay—only physical credit cards. I was fortunate I accidentally had one in my wallet. The receptionist told us the hotel does not want to pay contactless transaction fees. When I asked what would happen if I didn’t have a physical card, the receptionist said they would charge the card I used for the online booking for one night plus an early departure fee, and that I would need to find accommodation elsewhere—without offering any alternative or assistance. I then asked why, if they were able to charge my card on file for one night, they couldn’t simply charge the full stay? The response was, “That’s just how we operate. It’s in the fine print of your booking—you should have read it.” However, after reviewing the terms, there was no mention of a “no Tap to Pay” policy. The included breakfast was disappointing. The eggs both looked and tasted like they were made from a powdered mix, there was only one fruit option per day (either a banana or an apple), the juices from the machine tasted more like diluted squash, only cow’s milk was available, 2 sort of bread (and all white), no cheese besides cream cheese, no pastries. On two occasions, we arrived about 40 minutes before breakfast ended, yet there were no sausages left and none were replenished during the time we were there. By the third day, we chose to have breakfast elsewhere, which turned out to be far better in both quality and healthiness. Seeing people describe the breakfast as “good” makes me question what their standards are, because my experience was disappointing. Vicinity isn't very walkable. Overall, the experience did not justify the price (we paid $200 per night)—I would consider it fair at roughly half the cost.

Property grounds were being renovated during our stay, whuch did slightly complicate getting around to our room. Bed was _excellent_, breakfast buffet better than expected.

Small parking spaces—almost every parking lot in San Diego had tight parking spaces. Industrial area-yeah it’s a busy area but it didn’t affect my stay with my son. It’s vacation so we didn’t try to sleep late. Get up and enjoy the day Homeless population-every city has this issue. It was what we needed. A place to sleep with a suitable free breakfast. My 10 year old thought it was a super fancy hotel!

Breakfast was good. And location seems to get better every time I stay there I stayed in room 327 and my toilet ran the whole time. Other than that everything was great.

The floor in my room had not been cleaned. I realized it late in the evening when I finally settled down for the evening. One can hear when the water is turned on in either room to my left and right. Very disruptive for sleeping

Breakfast was excellent-- warm, filling, complete. The air conditioning would turn off periodically, then turn on again. The noise it made when suddenly turning on was annoying when I was awake, and would wake me up when I was asleep. It was too much trouble to ask for a change of rooms.

Very clean. Garden well maintained. Rooms met or exceeded the California guidelines for hotels. Appreciated the security, including in the garage. Lots of parking. Easy access to locations. There were a few questionable businesses nearby but that is not the hotel's fault.

Cons: The biggest con was the TV. There were only a certain amount of channels and you have to watch whatever the channel is playing. They have good TVs. I recommend that instead of using whatever pay per view stuff they use they should just equip every room with a roku player and allow guest to log into their streaming services and leave a sign that says please log out when you leave or have the housekeepers log everyone out when they check out. I deserve a discount when i come back. I took loads of photos that I will add to this review. When i say we were so comfortable we were. I wish i could've hugged all the staff. It was great.

The hotel looks brand new. Or it is because is just remodeled or it is just built. In either case is very good. Staff was gentle and very helpful. Very well located, next to the I-8 freeway entrance so yo can move easily around San Diego. Just the bathroom little bit tight but not something that annoying.

Parking spaces were very small. Some cars used up 2 spaces. And the underground parking seems the same. Fills up quickly. I’m very surprised with the breakfast they offered. Bagels, toast, fruit, Cereal, sausage, bacon, eggs, waffle machine, coffee , apple orange and cranberry juice, milk.

Everything was always great when sending my employees to stay at this location. We have booked it over and over.

The breakfast area was very small & did not offer a variety of selections. It was very noisey as you can hear the people upstairs & can hear the water running throughout the building. The overall experience was average. Also, you paid for the nights ahead of time, even tho it stated “book now, pay later”

Room was clean, bed was comfy but the bathroom needed grab bars in the shower and liquid body wash (NOT bar soap).

Cons: Parking spots too small, breakfast the same every day for a week, no luggage rack or drawers to put clothes, very low toilet seat, noisy air conditioner, and as we were packing to leave we discovered a half eaten burger and onion rings in the microwave that must've been left behind from the guest before us.

The property is clean and spacious, location is great and reception is quite friendly. The only item I hate is the breakfast room space. The dining room is really small compared to size of the property. I wasn’t able to get a table even though I tried to come multiple times at different hours and still full. People even sitting outside the parking because there one bench. I end up taking my breakfast to the room but as usual there is only one chair, so my wife has to sit on bed to have breakfast. It just doesn’t feel comfortable

Rooms were nice, the fridge and microwave were a plus. Breakfast was more than I expected it to be eggs and sausage hit the spot. Parking was seemed tight glad I don’t own a truck but I did see some there. They did have additional parking below which was nice. Overall the hotel was fantastic!

Very nice. The pictures don’t fool you. It was clean and staff was so nice, specifically front desk. I wish I got her name. She made check in and check out so quick and easy, and she was just really nice. Location is conveniently close to most areas.

Hotel was in a decent location and we had a clean room to check into. Unfortunately the fridge did not work so all of the food we had meal prepped for the week went bad even after adjusting the fridge setting. Housekeeping came after 4:30pm everyday and it made it hard to have our room clean with a baby at that time. We did enjoy the breakfast that was offered in the mornings.

Parking in the garage below the hotel was easy. The breakfast was appropriate.

The room was nice and good size. It definitely is an older hotel. The tub encloser was blatenly patched and there was a couple ants on the shower curtain but nothing to bother anyone about. Our tv in our room didn't work, but we checked in late and had to get our kids to bed. We were too tired to address it and needed to get my kids to sleep. Our room was good size... believe it or not my husbands knee scooter, our stroller, diaper bag, small cooler bag and all our luggage for 5 people and we had no problem getting around the room. The beds were comfortable and the pillows I would literally have purchased at check out if it was offered. My kids were asleep within minutes of putting their heads on the pillows. The water pressure was great, in fact it was a little too intense coming from the sink (definitely took some finesse and getting used to). Personal pet peeve was the thing that prevents things from going under the be was made of lightweight metal and made a terrible noise if you hardly even touch it. Getting in late limited us to parking underneath the hotel which made it difficult due to my husband's handicap, baby stroller and munchkins, but again, our fault as we checked in very late. They were able to accommodate with a floor level room, which was appreciated. Free breakfast was included and my kids were all satisfied but there were not many options for my diabetic husband. I would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast and close to lots of restaurants, but not the best area for a few blocks. Room was clean and comfortable, but the mini fridge was not very cold. However, plenty of towels and washcloths were provided.

When we first got there, we had to have maintenance fix the toilet because water was constantly running. Second when they came to fixed bed and take the dirty towels the next day, they didn't replace replace the towels. We had to call to ask for them.

The room was very clean and check in was fast. The breakfast had a lot of options when we got there. There was not enough seating though for everyone that came in. Some people had to take their breakfast with them. Overall a good deal for the price.

Room was clean and pretty modern. WiFi was strong. Only issue was the A/C was not working well so the room would get very stuffy at nite, it would suddenly turn off and not turn back on. Breakfast was surprisingly good and had a good variety. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night during the week to attend a concert at Pechanga Arena. It was very convenient to walk to and from. The noise level was moderate for a weekday. The small fridge and microwave in the room were clean, but boy did the fridge motor make a lot of noise. The bed was comfy enough and the bathroom was clean and working. I would stay here again, but maybe bring some earplugs next time.

The lady in the front that works theirs in the desk is the most rudest person I’ve meet. Does not have any customer service and will talk back to you. Requested a crib for my baby and she responded By calling me and telling me I needed to get the crib myself at 10pm when they found one. At that point I was tired sleepy and just didn’t get it.

The inn is located in the heart of San Diego area making everything so close, and in walking distance to some fast food, and stores was helpful as well. Basic place to stay, however the bed/ pillows and free breakfast and parking made this a great place to stay. Downfalls no hot water in morning so take showers at night. Breakfast area is CROWDED; so may have to wait for a place to sit, or take back to room.

The facility is in excellent condition, especially regarding cleanliness. I have to emphasize this point as we were very impressed by the cleaning staff's work. It is conveniently located near tourist attractions and is easily accessible. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is that the structure resembles a motel more than a hotel. Nevertheless, we had no complaints and highly recommend it.

i’ve stayed here twice now overall for it being always available last minute and cheaper and in a semi sketch area / guest , it is somewhere i keep on my list to go to breakfast is hit or miss first stay was pretty standard this recent one was not at all they were mini mosquitos and spiders in the room and bed so that left me uneasy but it usually is a pretty clean and convenient place to stay

This is the second time staying here. We came in July 2025 for 4 nights and then again for a one night stay in February 2026. Each time the rooms were clean, super comfy beds, and quiet location. We have a small child and the property feels safe. There is also protein options at breakfast and well stocked. Every time we come back to San Diego we will choose this location.

Had a wonderful stay. We stayed here in the past when it was the old management/owners and now a lot has changed. Breakfast buffet included, clean updated modern rooms with microwave, fridge and all the extras that you need. We have a 6 month old and they even had a wonderful clean crib that they brought over after checking in with clean linens. We will recommend to anyone wanting to stay near mission beach and sea world to stay here. We plan to stay here again in the near future.

I don't recommend for business travel due to noise.

Having said that, the people were perfectly nice, the room was clean, but it’s clearly an old motel that has been retrofitted.

The bed sheets did not appear clean, and I even found hair on them, which was very concerning. Additionally, the bed frame made constant creaking noises with any movement, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, the stay was quite uncomfortable, and I would strongly not recommend this property.

The room was spotless. The only complaint would be that We did have to open the door to let the strong air freshener smell leave the room. It was very strong. The breakfast was fine and our room faced the parking lot which we found was very quiet.

The king size bed, sheets and pillows, were very comfortable and comes with a hot buffet breakfast. The location is very centrally located to all that San Diego has to offer. The heater wasn’t working, but they very quickly came and replaced the whole entire unit so we felt very well taken care of. I would definitely come and stay again.

Our only problem was that (being a holiday), the tiny breakfast room could only accommodate about 1/4 of the people who wanted to eat at any given time. Lots of selections, but be aware that it will be a challenge to get any food during busy times; and you may end up taking it back to your room to eat.

Everything was great, i loved how clean the room was and the bed. There are a lot of fast food nearby to walk if you need and also target if you need supplies. The area is a little sketchy but as long as you walk during the day its fine. I only had issues about not having enough toilet paper in our room, we ran out of it twice and also maybe some more variety for breakfast would be nice too like more fruits and veggies, maybe some ham and cheese too. The sink in the bathroom was stinky and I also didn’t like the coffee that much. Besides the little things we loved it. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I would absolutely go back again :)

Everything is great except the inside of the room (#333). The bathroom door lock is not functional and difficult to open and close. It's noisy in the morning.

The hotel was SO CLEAN! I cannot stress this enough. We got new towels each day, you could look at a surface and tell it had been clean. There was no question. The service was great, staff was super friendly! When we checked in, there was a room mix up and we walked into an occupied room. Went right back to the lobby and they got it fixed asap! The location was great! About a 10-15 minute drive from so many tourist sites which made for easy exploring!

The staff was amazing. The room was good if you are a light sleeper of noise, this is not the place for you. The airport is really close to the hotel so you can hear the planes pass by every so often and it’s really loud. Overall, it was good but the area around there is questionable.

Every time we would shower the floor in the bathroom would leak and the bathtub would slowly drain. The bathroom sink drunk smelt TERRIBLE. Beds were not very comfortable. Lots of homeless hanging around outside of the property. Only upside was the breakfast was good and parking was okay.

This is a great Motel. Spacious rooms. Very clean, comfy beds. Great showers. Off street parking with a security guard at night. Close to shops, takeaways, even a couple of good restaurants, Target, Ralphs etc all within walking distance. Includes breakfast with your stay. It has a gym, reverse osmosis water machine and laundry onsite. Wonderful, helpful and very courteous staff. Even a grassy area out back for the kids to sit in the sun. The price is right, and plus it's about 10 or 15 minutes from the Airport. What's not to like? For the last 2 years this has been my number 1 choice to stay in San Diego.

Great water pressure, comfortable beds, front desk and property is nice. Around the property looked a little sketchy but we didn’t have any problems. Also had additional parking under the building.

Clean rooms

I charged for the service I didn’t get. The light was off and I couldn’t get the lights, I stayed for 7 nights and I asked for room service just once. They just changed my towels. Not changed the sheets or clean the bathroom or replace toilet paper and tissues! Not replaced the coffee and I had to call for coffee. This hotel is expensive and should have a good service but has not!

Even though the surrounding area is a bit seedy and industrial, there are many restaurants nearby which are quite good, and a brand new Canes has opened right across the street with beautiful landscaping that really elevates the class of the area, probably more development to come. We walked over to the nearby In and Out on Halloween night and my son saw many fellow students from UCSD which is surprising considering the distance, so they must like the area too! We also walked to Sushi Izakaya which was very good. I did not feel unsafe walking around the area but it's not too pretty.

Breakfast meat try turkey bacon not everyone eats pork. Room was noisey.

Otherwise, AC worked, restroom was clean, and the breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. But I recommend they do something about the bed frames.

The room was not bad for the price however, my only complaint would be the smell of the drains in the room. Anytime the water was ran in the sink you can smell the drain. Perhaps they need to put some extreme drain cleaning solution down the drains occasionally.

Room not cleaned everyday

This Comfort Inn is just a remodeled motel. Rooms and bathroom spaces were smaller than expected. The room AC unit looked old and was finicky. Every channel came through fuzzy on the TV and the TV remote didn’t work very well either. The shower head leaked out everywhere and the shower curtain barely held the water in the shower.

Clean room and good breakfast options

The location was very convenient, easy to get to, food option right across the street or you could walk about a block and a half to two blocks and there's variety of food options. The free breakfast buffet was nice some hot oatmeal and a little more fruit would be a nice addition they could add. Great service at the front desk along with the cleaning and maintenance crew.

My room was very clean, no problem there. The hotel property itself was clean…. It’s just outside the property a lot of homeless people walking around and lots of traffic. You can’t really walk outside

Facility ok bit outdated despite recent renovations are loud and not so clean .

Parking spots are VERY tight. Ended up checking out parking garage parking under hotel, however I didn't feel comfortable. Access in and out is the same entrance of parking garage, which was very unsafe cause there is room for 1 car. I felt like this car was following me in the parking garage, moved their spot when I moved mine, it just felt sketchy especially when we were checking in after 9:30pm. When we checked in, our room was very humid. No toilet paper on toilet roll. Breakfast was good and had options, however items were not being replenished timely. Homeless people wandering outside on sidewalks and there was one sleeping on the sidewalk against fence in morning. Beds were decent/comfy, water pressure not that great, but decent stay.

The room was nicer than I expected. The continental breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and I really like how it had a fridge and microwave. Would stay again.
