Centrally located (Hotel Circle) to San Diego sightseeing.

This place was a mess. I asked for a bottom floor because I have a bad hip. The girl said there were none available and that it wasn't a big deal because there were only like 12 steps. Apparently, she has no idea how hard that is. Then the keys didn't work. 3 more trips up and down the stairs. Then they wanted us to wait around for maintenance, but I said no because I didn't want to have problems with my door the entire trip. After that, they moved us to another 2nd-floor room, more steps and more pain. The room was not very clean the towels were dirty. The fridge didn't work, and there was a gross towel in it. We could hear every sound the people next to us made. Our feet were black after walking on the carpet. Not worth what we paid to stay here.

The location is perfect. Like everything is so near. Like 10 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go.

Its San Diego… so not like uts going to be a great deal, but it was reasonably priced. The parking lot was being renovated so it wasn’t great access but still worked. Restaurants there (didn’t eat there though) and it obviously wasn’t the Waldorf but it worked. I did see a bunch of people using the Hot Tub so I’m gonna assume that it worked. All in all and adequate choice for the money.

After I checked in I went to the room and the keys didn’t work. The front desk advised me that the battery was dead on the door lock so I needed to change rooms. There were no similar rooms available so I was given a downgraded room. I was told I would be given half off for my first night and moved into a comparable room that I had originally booked. Neither of these things were followed through. The landscaping is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The room was old with stains on the carpet and an empty beer or soda can under the bed. The room was cheap so I guess I wasn’t surprised.

Just noisy. There's a gap under the door we noticed. It's an older property so the construction is as well. Can hear neighbors slamming doors and talking etc. Lost hours of sleep.

The bathroom vent and wall had black dust balls or mold on them. The corner at the bottom of the wall also had lifting wallpaper with a stain that looked like mildew. To make things worse, the bottom of the sink was dripping and the water ended up soaking my luggage. The beds are extremely uncomfy and everything is very outdated. They definitely need to mention that this is a motel-style property in the description. There are also a lot of smokers staying at the hotel, so you smell cigarette smoke all over even just walking the grounds. Most of the employees are not friendly at all. The only exception was one lady who worked at night and early morning. She was nice and actually greeted me when walking in, which was pleasant. Paying $380 for two nights was definitely not worth it. Avoid this place

The parking and overall layout of the buildings and amenities. We had privacy and safety, being detached from the lobby/entrance but they weren’t too far away, especially for getting deliveries or uber rides. It’s also like in the heart of everything, every activity was a short drive away. The rooms were a little poorly maintained, nothing crazy or inconvenient just noticeable. The fridge froze everything and there were gnats and a weird smell in the sink. Also, it strangely kept getting humid in the room throughout the day.

This hotel is exactly as advertised. The room was clean, excellent staff, pool was heated, and the restaurant staff and food are excellent. The treadmill in the gym didn’t work, but that’s common in a lot of hotels. It would be better if breakfast was included and a microwave in the room.

The staff was extremely unfriendly. The check in process was already very unfriendly, then the card to open the door of our room didn't work. Obviously not my fault. The staff told me "don't put the card close to something magnetic" even though I didn't. Just very rude. Also the check out process was unfriendly.

First of all, a traveler should be warned. There’s no elevator to the second floor at this hotel, which really shows more like a motel and the stairs are old. I had to carry my things up in multiple bags because I couldn’t get my suitcase to the second level. Once inside the refrigerator smelled bad. The room smelled bad. The charging outlets for phone and computer didn’t work. A tree branch almost fell on my car. The young people who work at the front desk are friendly, but have no idea what’s going on. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in on Hotels.com. Also Hotels.com lost my reservation and I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with them as a result. During the call, I was promised a refund which I don’t expect to see. I won’t be using the service again and this is probably the fifth time I’ve used it.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. I was in a king room and was pleasantly surprised at how large it was. It would be quite comfortable for a longer stay. Check out was also very easy and quick. The parking lot was a bit crowded when I arrived just before midnight so I had to park a building away from my room, but since I was staying only one night with little luggage it wasn't a problem. The only other issue was the very loud guest stomping around in the room above mine, but that didn't last too long.

I’ve never had a more horrible experience. The water was hot when I needed it to be cold and it was cold when I needed to be hot. It was loud at night and it was a dingy dirty and looked like something out of a horror movie they were ants randomly crawling up my arm when I was trying to sleep so no do not come here.

I got the double beds. Room is a bit tight but who spends the entire day in the room. Staff helpful esp when asked if I wanted a first floor or 2nd floor room. Super easy. Plenty of parking.

Is a good place to stay if you are going to universal. You can easily walk to the universal shuttle from the hotel in 5-10 minutes. You cannot keep your car parked in the lot after you checkout if you are planning to go to universal for the day. However there is a free public parking lot across the street. We went on a Monday and there was plenty of spots open. Room was pretty clean but on one of the cubbies in the wardrobe hadn't been dusted in a long time and my things did get pretty dusty. Overall was a okay place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. We ended up booking this hotel very last minute due to an issue with another hotel. The layout is massive but easy to find your room and the pool. Pool was great! Not too busy ever and there were no kids during our stay. Staff was pleasant and so helpful. Issues were handled immediately if we had any. Will definitely rebook!

The staff was friendly and liked the pool. This is the first time that this has happened to me at this hotel . We had just checked in . 1) the room was small for 2 beds . One of the bed was touching the ac and no one can walk through the aisle . 2) my mom shook the pillows and blanket ,and a huge black spider comes out of the pillow . There were multiple small spiders in the bathroom , and behind the tv there were a lot of webs . Mainly I gave a 1 because of that huge spider and the room is fit for 1 bed not 2

The room we stayed in was two double beds. The room was very tiny, the fridge did not get cold and the bathroom was super tiny and out dated. For some reason the sink faucet was very little. If I could choose a different place to spend $400 I would have picked somewhere else. Good if you need a quick place to stay for a quick weekend.

This is a great location for a quick trip to San Diego- it’s tucked away in a corner. Nothin fancy but it is clean and has easy access to everything we always want to see/do.

Seven Seas is a wonderful place and priced well. It has a cool mid century vibe. Rooms are clean and comfortable… close to Hillcrest the Zoo or beaches. There’s a restaurant on property and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

This property is well located. Easy access to many San Diego attractions. It is old and shows lots of wear and tear. Mostly clean, but there was an old chicken nugget in the drawer of one of the night stands. Absolutely disgusting! Did not eat at the restaurant or use the amenities. Did not find the staff to be helpful. The primary reason to stay at this motel is the price.

I thought the breakfast was a bit pricey so I ate elsewhere. Other than the price of the food, I thought everything else was fine.

The hotel is average overall, but considering how expensive hotels in San Diego County can be, I do think this is an affordable option for the price. I found the property to be clean, and while I experienced a couple of issues of safety that had me at edged. The main concern happened during check-in. I had reserved a two-bedroom room, but when I arrived, I was assigned a one-bedroom instead. Once I entered the room, I quickly realized it was already occupied because there were personal belongings in the closet belonging to another guest. That honestly made me very uncomfortable. While I understand mistakes can happen, situations like this are serious because it means someone could accidentally walk into an occupied room. I could have walked in while someone was sleeping or resting, and the same could have happened to me during my stay. After that incident, my experience was fairly average—nothing particularly impressive, but nothing terrible either. I live far away and occasionally need a place to stay because I work near hospitals in San Diego County, so convenience is important for me when choosing a hotel. so I don’t believe I’ll be coming back as safety is a big issue for me.

The outside looks nice. It stunk like mildew. Can’t take a shower without steaming up the room all day. Bathroom very very small. Fan in bathroom bad. Paint and wallpaper peeling from walls. No trash liners. Refrigerator was unplugged so our food went bad. That should be checked by housekeeper or tell people checking in to look for that. I plugged it in then everything froze. I interacted with at least 6 different people, only one of them smiled and she looked like maybe a manager or something. NONE of the girls at check in or out were pleasant AT ALL. VERY DISSATISFIED with this establishment. It was too much hassle to move hotels for a night or we would have. I will NEVER stay at a BW again because of this experience

We moved to a different room which did smell better, but there was still mold all around the framing of the window. LOTS OF construction workers staying when I was there, all loitering in the parking lot, so I felt like I was in college again with the googling eyes when I went to and from my car. This whole area is near the beaches, so I have noticed staying in several properties that the sea air makes the room quite sticky and thick in air. I don't want to run the AC all day, so I left the windows open, but still makes the bedding and towels feel damp. I had a lovely shower faucet head that was quite like a fire hydrant and felt like it was going to rip my nipples off, so my showering experience was very much lacking. I assume it was a quick fix and not the normal showered, so they should replace that. Conveniently located and although near the freeway did not hear too much noise. I would have liked to enjoy the jacuzzi, but someone had put soap in it and the bubbles were quite disgusting. Was decently priced for the stay, although the check-in staff was a little less than professional teenagers with belly button rings hanging out, but whatever, There is no elevator, or any accommodations for handicap people, no ramps, etc (not that this pertained to me, but I wanted an upstairs room and had a heavy bag so I could not stay upstairs.)

This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked it on Expedia and the pictures looked gorgeous. I got to the hotel and although check in was easy, that was the only good thing about the entire stay. The rooms don’t look like the pictures at all, it’s clear they used professional pictures to compensate for how old the rooms are. My room which was a nonsmoking room stunk of cigarettes. Not only that but the corner above the curtains had water damage and black mold along with a spider family. The room was filthy, there was no blanket, and the fridge was open so I couldn’t even put my food in it because it wasn’t cold. I called and asked for another room and thankfully was able to get one. I had to walk to the complete opposite side of the hotel to get another gross room- fridge open, shower head absolutely gross, no blanket on the bed, no trash bags in the trash, hair in the sink, and hair and stains on all the towels, and although no cigarette smell, a musty smell. But the absolute worst part was this box on the top of the wall that emits a very powerful blue light. So bright that you turn the lights off and can still see everything in the room as if the lights were still on. I literally could not sleep. I felt so gross the entire time I was here- gave motel6 vibes. I was also relaxing in my room and someone shoved a menu through my door and scared the sh** out of me. Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’m constantly traveling.

This is a no fuss hotel. The nightly price is low because there’s been no renovations. The furniture, with the exception of the computer chair, is outdated and some fixtures don’t work. Our sink was leaking badly and I reported it twice but didn’t see maintenance come by. The staff was friendly and responsive but lacked follow-up. For example, I asked for a microwave and was told they would call me back to see if one was available, but sadly I heard from no one. It’s not a fancy stay, but an acceptable budget option

Room smelled like urine. Fro t desk didnt have another room with 2 queens and offered a room with 2 double beds. Ended canceling the reservation and scrambled to find a place to stay.

This was my second time staying here. The room wasn’t very clean. It needs a detail. The bathroom grout was disgusting. It reminded me of a party hang out this time. Multiple rooms had people hanging out with the door open and in the hall smoking cigs and weed, loud music. That isn’t the hotels fault but it’s just not my vibe. I want quiet and peace. Room 328 I think.

I checked everything in the room and it was very clean and in good condition we were pleased after seeing some of the reviews. I treated the workers with kindness and smiled> I believe you get back what you put out in this world so I wouldn't believe most of the low star reviews. We had a great time and our room was perfect. For the price want worth it

The WiFi was great and for the two nights we were there, it was perfect. The front desk guy was nice and professional, even had a good sense of humor as we checked in around 11pm on Tuesday. We checked out at three am on Thursday and it was the same guy with the same warm demeanor. Wasn’t a 5 star hotel, but met our needs. The room was clean and housekeeping even came through while we were gone Wednesday and cleaned up and remade our beds. Only things missing were a microwave and coffee maker. No free breakfast but the restaurant on site was convenient, inexpensive and good. Never tried the bar or the pool….

Our room was discussing. All kinds of Hair everywhere, not vacuumed- food on floor and chairs and table. We had to wipe table off. While toilet clean before using. The only thing that looked tooken care of was bed. But we didn’t use as we went to front and talked with staff. No manager onsite only front desk girls. Nicky was the girl at front and was polite and finally after we had to make a lot of calls were able to cancel room and get refunded. It’s VERY sketch.

Beautiful pool, hot tubs and grounds

The staff doesn’t let you check in early, after a long drive I needed to rest but literally got there 3:45 and rudely they said check in is at 4:00 pm. So if you plan to get early there is not the choice and if you want to be treated bad for getting there early.

The room was very stale smelling when we first entered. As if it had been cleaned, but days or weeks before we inhabited it. It made us feel like the room was dirty. The shower head’s pressure was terrible, it shot toward one specific spot so that we had to shower right up against the wall to avoid our faces and hair getting soaked. Maintenance was called, but nothing had changed. Requested a new room, but they were “booked” up. The ventilation in the room was also non existent: Literally everything in the room was damp once the shower was used. I’m surprised not everything in the room had mildew or mold (though it’s probably been painted over.) They don’t have free breakfast nor have they properly fixed this false advertising on third party websites. Their location is very close to fun things to do in San Diego, but the uncleanliness of the room turned us off from even relaxing or wanting to sleep in the room. We slept on top of the comforter with a blanket we purchased from Walmart. We will never stay at this location or possibly any “seaside” Best Western again. Trust this review and not all the ones claiming the rooms were so clean and orderly, that’s what gipped me into booking with Best Western.

Not worth the money

Rooms are small, and have a old stench to them. We found 2 spiders near our bed during our stay. The fact that netflix being available to use was advertised and was not true didnt help at all. The "gym" .....only 1 of 4 of the cardio machines work.

NO Shampoo nor Conditioner in bathroom. Noise coming from parking structures.

There was a large centipede like bug on our bathroom wall on arrival. Room was run down and the plumbing sounded like somebody was drilling through a concrete wall with a hammer drill whenever any of the adjacent rooms were showering.

Run down hotel. Carpets were gross. Bathroom is super small. It didn't feel clean. The photos of the hotel on this website are deceiving. We will never stay there again. Customer service at the front desk was wonderful. Michelle helped us check in and she was so friendly and super helpful.

Staff was very unhelpful they gave us map to get to our room ans it was wrong, wrong directions. They also charged us the room rate plus $150 deposit. Never heard of that, usually they charge ur room when you check out and u pay a deposit up front, when asked why she was rude and eas like well thats how we do it here. On top of that they said my deposit will take up to 7 days to get credited back. Rooms were old and no coffee maker.

There was a problem with our room that required a move to a different room type the first night, but the problem was resolved the next morning and the remainder of our stay was very pleasant. Other than changing rooms twice, everything was very nice.

I'm not sure a lone female would want to walk a dog here at night. Lightning was OK but not a lot of well lit places in the open that I could see. Read the fees to learn about required deposit! No coffee pot no coffee in room if that matters to you.

The staff ignored us while we were trying to check in, was told our room wasn’t ready even though we were told 3 hours earlier that it was ready. Staff checked in all other guests and ignored us sitting there. Room had a smell to it and the hot tub water was murky and smelled awful and foul. There is also no microwave in the rooms.

Plants and gardens are beautiful, maid service clean, and 2 hot tubs. But no coffee maker in room, no microwave, room ran down bad!. But it does have parking and seems pretty safe. Like the price.

The room had mold/mildew so I got a headache. I should have complained, but let it be because it was raining and was exhausted. Would not stay again though.

Checking in was smooth and easy, but parking was a hassle that Saturday night. Really crowded, felt like the parking spots were limited, working trucks were taking up spots and a boat. It was cold that night so we tried to look for a closer parking to our room but nothing, there was about 5 other cars also going around the premises trying to find parking. We ended up finding a parking spot far away from our room and made me feel uneasy not being able to have my car close proximity. On top of that, no streaming services other than Netflix which did not work, and YouTube kept being interrupted with the wifi. Ended up just going to sleep early since there was not much to do.

Hair was wrapped in the “clean” towel. Toilet paper in toilet upon arrival. Noisy pipes. Gross dirty drawers. Accommodations were too far away. Blanket paper thin as well as walls.

There were no towels for one day, we had to message the team but since it was night time, maybe the staff was not available. So, we had to go to main lobby to pickup the towels

The ceiling in the bathroom was drooping. The walls and decor were sagging and gross. The blankets were incredibly thin. No complimentary breakfast, you have to pay top dollar for Cisco food. Right next door to the Motel 8 and hardly an improvement.

The refrigerator in our room was not working, there were roaches in our room. The bathroom was very small. You could hear people waking by in the middle of the night yelling. We had to park far from our room, due to the parking renovation.

Our room smelled like cigarettes and sewage! Our bed had stains. We were debating to leave with our group of friends because we felt uncomfortable. We proceeded to check out and ask for a refund. Front desk staff was very unprofessional called one of my friends to let them know that we had “used” so many towels and our beds were undone, that if our room smelled bad we should’ve said something right away. We were a group of 6 and had to come up with a game plan to see if we’re going to stay or not. The lady at the front desk said we took more than an hour in the room. Front desk staff said manager did not approve our refund?! Don’t recommend at all!

Customer service needs improvement, Pictures of the facilities and rooms look way better than actually are. The rooms bathroom has rust and a smell that was not tolerable. I requested a refund day of arrival and the process was a challenge.

The Best Western than seven seas is special to me because I stayed there as a child with my parents and grandparents. It is old motor in style San Diego or best Western in its old form.. The staff is great and it has a nice pool and Jacuzzi.. It is very affordable..

Also, I was surprised that there was not any coffee maker -- nor was there complementary coffee in the lobby/check-in station. Most places have one or the other. Maybe it's because there is a privately-owned/operated cafe off the lobby and they've guaranteed that they won't provide a service that would compete with that cafe? Who knows.

The staff was courteous but the room could have been a lot better. It had a weird odor and there were stains on the sheets and the towels. I guess you get what you pay for. There weren't any problems with parking but this hotel is old well at least the room I stayed in was old. I feel like they put me in an older room because I was only booked for the night. I didn't get to see the property during the day but the pool, restaurant, and bar looked decent.

I authorized a $150 incidental deposit at check-in. After I checked out, instead of deducting any legitimate incidentals from that deposit and releasing the remainder, the property used stored card data to process an additional $108.86 charge the following day without my authorization. I was not present, did not present my card, and did not authorize any post-checkout charge. As of writing this review, no folio, receipt, or itemized statement has been provided to justify the charge. At the same time, the original $150 deposit has not been properly released. The result was that $258.86 was taken or held, effectively charging incidentals twice. When I contacted management, I was told the delay was “not our doing” and that it was the bank’s fault. That explanation is incorrect. Post-stay charges, use of stored payment credentials, and deposit releases are merchant-initiated actions. Rather than correcting the issue or providing documentation, responsibility was shifted elsewhere. Because of the unauthorized charge, my bank account was left in a negative balance, causing daily fees and additional financial harm. This situation could have been resolved quickly with transparency and basic accounting practices, but it was not. I am posting this so future guests are aware: if accurate billing, proper handling of deposits, and clear documentation matter to you, proceed with caution.

Room was clean. Staff were great. But Both my neighbors on each side were partying. I complained to front desk 3 times and security came out twice. But the partying continued til 0445 am. I did not get any sleep.

This place is "low rent". In some cases, "you don't get what you don't pay for". The room stunk, super musty, no coffee in room, no fridge, no microwave, no blankets on the bed, dumb square pillows of chunks of ripped up padding. No free breakfast, parking lot was under construction, noisy and dirty. At the same time, they were painting the entrance way so the whole place is one big construction zone. Dec 14, 2024. Regardless, the room stunk and was the abre bones minimum.

Worked for a one-night stay. Lots of construction to the property made lobby access a little tricky but no loud construction at 6 am so that was a plus.

My room had random hairs all over, particularly in the restroom. The towels in the restroom were still damp so I didn’t use them. I could hear EVERYTHING and I mean every snore, every fart and every cheek being clapped.

Upon checking out, the front desk asked if I have drank any of the bottled water and I told her no bc we have brought our own. Overall the facility was pretty nice. It is just old and so there are things that are not in the best of condition, such as the carpet (really, really needed to be cleaned).

The room was very just felt dirty to me. In between the two beds when laying down on the bed I could smell urine. As if someone had went on the carpet. The guests staying in the room adjacent to mine would try and open my side of the joining door and didn’t feel very safe. As well as the room door itself the deadbolt would t lock from the inside, the only lock I was able to secure the door was the top latch. Walls were paper thin and was woken up both nights by one of my neighbors loud snoring. The property felt dark and not well lit. As a woman traveling alone I felt very unsafe

The pool area was inviting. The breakfast service was acceptable. Overall, I would go back. Good value for the money.

Chemical smell of the rooms I don’t know what they’re using for their product that’s odorless, particularly toxic Requested to clean beds and got two full size instead. Room will be side of a box with a lot more of an advertised stop using a fishy land and show the true size of the room we had to have chairs removed just to fit our luggage.

It's fairly quiet. Staff at the check in were very friendly and helpful. The downsides are the cleanliness. It's not dirty per se but seems rundown. Some equipments and stuff are rusty, the towels were very thin, I saw some ants in the unit, and lastly the sink eventually started smelling foul. I've always had amazing experiences with Best Western, but this was just good enough to stay at for a weekend!

Check in was pretty decent. They did accomodate us on an early check in. We weren't given directions to our room so ended up driving around the entire property only getting lost once. We were told we'd have a ground floor room but it was an upstairs room. I brought in some sealed box donuts for breakfast. When we woke up the box inside and out was swarming with ants. Let front counter know and they didn't seem very concerned, which I was surprised about. The room wasn't expensive, so perhaps you get what you pay for.

Hotel is decent. I literally used to to sleep so I wasnt there long. Room was clean. Bed was comfy and check in was easy. Other than this, I didn't get to experience the pool or anything else so i cant give to much feedback on anything else. It's in Mission Valley hotel circle. Not far from airport or down town.

Hey guys, this is not a 4 star hotel. I don’t know who’s staying here and giving it 4 stars. Someone banged on our door and slipped a flyer for a pizza place INTO our door in the middle of the night. Not cool. Ruined the entire experience honestly. It was decently clean but I do not feel it was worth the money I spent to stay there. Please just like go somewhere else.

The next day, I followed up w/ the front desk, but there was still no manager available. I was told the guests in that room had called to ask if everything was okay because "someone tried to enter their room and the doorknob moved." That was simply not true. I never got close enough to touch the door. It felt like they were trying to shift the narrative instead of taking accountability. To make matters worse, they downplayed the incident by saying the other guests were understanding and had no issue with what happened after explaining the situation, as if that somehow made it acceptable. Throughout my stay, I reached out by phone and emailed to speak w/ management. No response. No callbacks. No replies! I didn't get to speak with a manager until four days into my stay. On top of the safety issue, the new room I was assigned smelled horrible and sink didn't drain properly. The room overall didn't feel clean or well-maintained. And after all of that? The manager's offer of compensation was a free bfast. The situation felt like a joke. This experience made me feel unsafe, dismissed, & disregarded

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and reas was quiet. Great location, easy access to the freeway.

I would not stay here again. The hotel did not feel very safe and secure. Also front desk staff did not have good customer service.

The staff was amazing and super helpful at the check in process and if we needed anything it was brought to us within a timely manner.

I think the staff is very good and efficient. The property is under a lot of construction so it’s not entirely surprising that parking was a bit difficult and the two nights we stayed there were people arguing, waking us up. Not the hotels fault, but hopefully they can hire security to patrol for such things as that, to remind people they are not at home.

- No trash liners in trash/ couldn’t find liners in room - No body wash just facial wash/shampoo/conditioner - Ordered food for delivery and when it had been dropped off it got stolen - “Coin” laundry

front desk was rushy and not friendly. paper in room that said “ please excuse our mess” unprofessional.

I was only able to get through the front desk once and requested for security to be sent, not sure if there was security. The altercation lasted over an hour and we did not leave the hotel because we were scared and unsure if these individuals were armed. They would not stop fighting, so I called 911. With every minute, the situation got worsening. The situation was not handled properly by the hotel. The hotel was short staffed. There were more than three 911 calls made!! And the situation took over an hour for these individuals to leave. The hotel needs to be better equipped to handle situations as such not only for the protection of their guests but also the hotel staff. This a major safety issue that was terribly handled and I take my family’s safety very seriously. And So should the hotel!

Great place to stay. Easy parking. Great staff. Good place to stay and not be charged the daily parking fees .

Room was clean. It was quiet, and got a good night’s sleep.

The rooms smell old and musty. If you take your clothes out of the suitcase, they end up stinking. What I do like is that it's close to the convention center. We went to the restaurant right there (or maybe it was the little bar), but the bartender wouldn’t even look at us… she had a really bad attitude. On the other hand, the gentleman at the restaurant was extremely kind when we left—he asked if we liked it and said he loved that we enjoyed the food.

Staff was very friendly at late check-in. Property is a little dated, but rooms are well taken care of...some updating of faucets etc in the future ? Overall, a very good place to hang your hat !!

Room was clean and comfortable. Overall quiet even with a room next to the pool.

Room was nice and cozy, and I definitely appreciated that there was a good working hair dryer! WiFi worked really well, and I love that the showers have a good amount of space and water pressure to not take too long getting ready. I really appreciated the fact the security guards around the property help keep it safe and relaxed. That definitely eased my mind from being to walk out and about in the parking lot. The rooms were clean and well organized. I did miss having a microwave to be able to heat up some food we brought, but other than that, it really was an amazing first stay here. I will most definitely be back soon!
