The room was spacious and well-appointed. Suzy at the front desk was a pleasure, and calls to the front desk for help or information were answered promptly. On-site laundry was a big plus, and the breakfast was good. Great coffee available 24x7. We recommend this hotel without hesitation. The location is convenient to both the airport as well as the city and entire Bay Area.

From the minute you arrive Suzy at reception was wonderful friendly and very helpful. Being able to get the shuttle for our flight the next day was wonderful and our driver was great. Breakfast although basic was great, and they had free coffee and tea at reception throughout the day and cold water in the breakfast room I left my phone and although the website has a part for lost and found I have not heard from them, that is very disappointing as all my holiday pics are on that phone

I like how it’s closed to the airport and train station going to Palo Alto for a BTS Concert. Staff are nice and especially the front desk

The hotel is very nice, near all the places we want to go. Pick up and drop off is a plus. Room clean, we didn’t try the complementary breakfast. The hotel has a EV at the parking lot for Tesla vehicles. Kudos to Mike, Prince and Nicarla! Very professional and welcoming. The housekeeping team is very accommodating. We will stay in this hotel again when in SF.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for a 6am flight. It was a perfect place to stay. Room was clean, the staff was very kind, and the shuttle to the airport was right on time and efficient. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff were helpful with the exception of one person at the front desk. He was working the night shift and I asked for change to use the washer and dryer. First of all his attitude was like we were bothering him (he was on his phone) and I should have counted it before leaving. My daughter and I were watching him count the change and he looked like he was having trouble doing it. He should have counted it in front of us but didn’t. I didn’t realize it was short a dollar till I went back to the room. I went back down to tell him and he didn’t believe me. He kept insisting he did it correctly and we went back and forth for several minutes and he finally gave me the dollar. Other than that, the stay was fine and we’d stay there again if we are back there. Just make sure to count your change in front of them before walking away.

Great stay overall. The hotel was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax before traveling. The location was convenient and walkable, with several good food options nearby. Parking was easy, and the airport shuttle service was smooth and convenient. The continental breakfast also had a good variety of decent options to start the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Renovated close to airport and city stay. Rooms were spacious, clean, had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Parking and breakfast were included in the stay which was wonderful. Also has EV changing in parking. 24 hrs access to coffee. Hotel was flexible on check out time, if requested will extend it to noon. We had a comfortable stay. Only 8mins drive from airport and quick access to gas stations, grocery and freeway.

We reserved 2 King bed rooms for 5 nights during Memorial Day weekend. The place is close to SFO Airport with shuttle service. The property is clean and well maintained. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. We did enjoy free parking. The breakfast was decent. Definitely recommend this place.

Very nice clean hotel close to the airport. Right on the main road, but we were in front and had no road noise. Unfortunately, right outside our room was a very loud ice machine that was being used constantly until about 10:30. Breakfast and parking are great. Honestly I would stay here again for the price, but ask for a room away from the ice machine.

Location and free shuttle at 4:00 am. Allow 30 mins to get to airport on shuttle due to stopping at other hotels before getting to airport. The hotel itself is good for one night stay. Our room faced the street on second floor, had a lot of car noise but it did die down after 10:00 pm. Hot coffee in lobby that morning.

The staff is always friendly and helpful when I've stayed. The cleanliness is pretty good and there are plenty of shops and restaurants across the street. Its also close to the airport and they provide a shuttle that stops at 2 or 3 other hotels in the area.

It was perfect for an overnight between flights, the staff were great, everything was clean and comfortable The free shuttle bus is t obvious at the airport, so as weary traveller we got on the wrong one and ended up paying to get to the hotel. A bit more guidance ref the bus would be great.

Clean room with 2 king sized beds amply accommodated a family of 4 adults. Staff was helpful with the checkin process and allowed my daughter to check in first even though I booked the room. Airport shuttle was convenient and friendly. Got the 4 of us with 8 pieces of luggage to the airport on time in the morning.

Nice enough hotel near SFO. Breakfast was not great - but ok for some waffles or toast. Room was spacious enough and remodeled. Having a shuttle operating for flights arriving after 11pm would have been more helpful.

The price was decent because there is no charge for parking but the room felt old, didn’t shower because the showerhead had a lot of limescale, and the smell of the room was bad, we stay two different nights, different days. The first night and day was fine and the 2nd day it was the day that was bad. Overall it was good.

They use a shared shuttle service which needs to be communicated on Hotels.com including hours of service.

The bedroom was even better than the pictures. Short drive (about 30min) to downtown.

I would not recommend this hotel first we had 2 room reserved front staff stated we had to do $150 per room for deposit witch is not an issue but also wanted the payment for room up front total of $600. Anytime I have stayed in a hotel never have I had to pay deposite and the room upfront…. My family questioned it then front desk state he can drop it from $300 to $250 then he said fine I will do $200 was a bit fishy he said we can do cash you will get it after you check out but it was to late to book another hotel. Got our rooms first one was fine the second one smelled like mold nd tv was not working really bad smell. We got another room second room tv still not working and we had a AC was not working we left it alone due to it being latewhen checking out to there was new staff at front which racial profiled my husband state I have to check the rooms before I can return deposit which is fine we checked in at almost 10 PM so we juts showed and sleep. My husband does smoke but he went out side couple of time we have 5 month old so he is used to smoking outside regularly..but the front desk guy decided to stated the room smelled like tabaco and weed that he actually saw tabaco in the trash can and he smell it. I let him know to check his camera and you can my husband multiple time smoking outside… he declined and said we usually don’t return deposit for smoking in the room when the evidence is clearly there on there cameras but bec my husband is black he was trying to profile

I came back because I enjoyed my stay last year. I wanted to check in slightly early. This year I arrived I was not told that I had early checkin or late check in option for extra cost and found out later I was given wrong information at the desk. The hotel was clean although housekeeping is every other day. I asked for extra towels and they were quick.

Pros: Clean with good flooring and paint. Hotel is a great value with shuttle service to and from airport. Cons: Shuttle service arrives at airport every hour or so. I just missed my shuttle after baggage claim so paid Uber $40 to get to hotel. Return shuttle to airport from hotel is effective but understand it stops at five other hotels before arriving at airport. Give yourself plenty of time to reach airport to get through airport security.

I love the bed; it was very comfortable and I slept well. Cross the street has lots of restaurants, milk tea stores, coffee shops. Library was 2 blocks away. I like the location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was on time to drop people in the airport. I had hot breakfast. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Small rooms and right on the street was my room and the shuddle service though it was free was horrible. After flying all day I just wanted to get to my room for the next 12 hr flight to Korea. Waited over a hour for a pick up then was told they came and I wasn't standing there! Absolutely false called and waited and finally when they came I was exhausted. Not convenient and they stopped at 4 other properties before getting to the airport in the morning. Stayed elsewhere when I came back from Korea. To me wasn't worth the money never stay there again.

No pool, no exercise room, very noisy with airplanes and paper thin walls. We had a lamp that sparked and smoked when we turned it on. We stayed there 6 days and they never fixed it. You could hear your next door neighbors through the walls quite easily. Also, the free breakfast was very limited and very little room, very small area. Basically, a very cheap limited hotel.

It takes only 7 mins to get there. Secondly they have free parking and hotel shuttle service to the airport.

At check in I told the guy to put us in a room not near the road because it is very noisy and he did just the opposite and put us in a room facing the street. We turned the heater on and the room smelled like it was on fire so we turned it off. No vending machines even though the sign says there is. Half of a toilet paper roll in the bathroom and the ice bucket didn't have a bag. Not sure who cleans these rooms but it was horrible. We will never stay there again

Our room number was 101. The first room next to the room to get breakfast with very thin walls. The office next to that and you heard every phone call and every person that came through the door. They were wiring something next to the breakroom and we heard the drills and hammering. Later after the workers left, the fire alarm went off due to wiring overheating from the work. To be fair, the room was comfortable and clean.

The front desk staffer was so so nice, she was so kind and sweet, she fully engaged herself in our checking until we were settled in our room, she made our stay relaxing from the time of our arrival.

The room is clean and coomfy. The room has big TV, fridge, coffee machine, big bathroom and shower. The breakfast is a poor, after breakfast, we went to walk around San Francisco, and my younger daughter started feeling sick and vomited. Then she vomited several more times. Later we realized that she was the only one who had eaten the cheese bun.

We really only spent 10 hours there. It's very close to the airport and provides everything you'll need for a night before or after a long flight. Nothing.

The continental breakfast was surprisingly good. We didn’t realize how far we were from the airport. If we had missed the shuttle, it would have been a very long wait or an expensive taxi ride.

We came in at almost midnight.So we were unable to get the shuttle because they only run until eleven, but that was completely fine.We ubered there. Okay, friendly man was taken care of us is when we walked in.We went into our immaculate room, which had a beautiful king bed.A tub, an iron, a blow dryer, a fridge, a microwave.It even had a nice little breakfast in the morning.For free, including fresh hot waffles that you make yourself. This is our new hotel when we need a place to stay before flying out in the morning, treatments. Without talking to your doctor ask your doctor about new pacing.

Lovely clean room. Quiet. Close to a few restaurants. Shuttle to the hotel was quick. It was a little bit busy stopping at several hotels on the shuttle to the airport in the morning, but still a great service.

Shuttle was fine, hotel was fine, it is on a busy road so traffic noise was more than I expected. When I got to my room, the door had been propped open and the window open so obviously being aired out. Maybe in the future actually have the room ready for the guest before you rent it.

The property was safe, there was available parking on site, and the front desk person was professional and efficient. The room was decorated pleasantly and had plenty of outlets for devices and plenty of light sources. The room appeared to be handicapped accessible which I never have any issues with, but the shower had a curtain and the shower head faced the curtain rather than facing wall to wall. There was a drain in the shower, but also in the middle of the bathroom floor. I looked as if you could be sitting on the toilet and the shower water might reach you. I might have overcome this "ick factor", but the back of the shower had a significant amount of black mold in the caulking and grout of the floor. I was only there for one night, so I decided not to take a shower (because of the mold, but also because I didn't like the idea that I may have to walk in shower water in order to use the toilet). There was also a strange smell in the bathroom...not a moldy or dirty smell, just an odd smell that did not seem like a cleaning product. If it had not been for the issues with the bathroom, I would have given this hotel my highest rating for all fronts. The rest of the room was super clean and fresh.

I stay in hotels for a living. This was a nice surprise. Very clean. Great internet. Very fast. Room was clean and had everything you need. Included continental breakfast that has eggs and premade cheese omelets. I’ll definately stay here again. Price was right too. Oh and the airport van starts at this hotel. That is a big plus when serving 4 hotels. The last hotel always has space anvailable issues.

This hotel is a gem for ease of airport access in San Francisco. Room was very clean, comfortable and shuttle to the airport was on time. The breakfast they provide is good, enough variety for all. Help at the desk was great as well!

Second room since we asked to get moved (105): the shower head is connected and works just fine! There were long black hairs in the towels. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet. The toilet was not flushed from someone’s “business”. The vending machine across from these rooms do not work. If you need a place to sleep, this is the place for you. The AC works.

The coffee was good in the morning, good continental breakfast options. Would stay here for an early morning flight again.

Driving up to Pacifica to go crabbing my friends and I decided to drive up for the night. As we were driving we were looking for places to stay. This place seemed great and clean. As I was booking I was just looking for 2 queen beds since there was a 4 of us. So I booked and that part was easy. We arrived and we checked in. The manager asked how many were staying I said 4. He said your booking shows two. I asked is there a difference he said yeah. That’s two more ppl I have to feed for breakfast and two more towels I have to wash. I was dumbfounded. Frustrated and tired I paid the difference. Never have I been to an establishment where you were paying per guest. Not sure if this is a Bay Area thing but it didn’t sit right with me. Breakfast was just pastry, cereal and waffles which we didn’t eat. Then it had me thinking do they only wash the amount of towels per guest in the room and just leave everything else there for the next guest to use. I don’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone!

We walked into the hotel and it smelled so fresh. Really clean. Hotel Manager was very nice, helpful abd courteous.The room is EXCELLENT. So clean and Spotless. Oh my goodness. If I could give 10 stars I would. There are plenty of outlets and 2 on each nightstand with a USB charger outlet as well. The bathrooms are very large. Even though bathroom sink is when you first walk in, it's really nice and bright. There is a bench seat and two nice stable chairs with a round table. The T.V. has plenty of channels to choose from. The bed is really comfy. Nice Keurig machine. Perfect size microwave and a refrigerator that actually keeps your food cold. I have been in some hotels where the refrigerator barely worked. The floor is wood/laminate which is the best you can ask for. Room is nice and warm as it is cold outside but the hotel is well insulated. Did not need to turn on the heater. With many hotels you can hear the people next door to you. We can't hear anything. Only when you are out in the hallway. There is off street and ample parking underneath the hotel and in the back. This hotel is definitely rated Excellent for a very good reason. A great place to stay without being too close to the airport but close enough not to worry about traffic. Will book again.

One problem though that raised my concern was the noise from the room above us because there was some bothering loud stumping & jumping that was quite loud especially during resting hours. Except for that everything else was great including breakfast & housekeeping personnel.

The hotel is a wonderful stop when one has an early flight to catch at SFO. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The laundry facility, the free breakfast and the free shuttle are big advantages.

I stayed at Hotel Sky due to a delayed flight. I was looking for a quick place for me and my two kids to rest, and honestly it was mediocre at best. Definitely not with the price I paid. They also hit me with an extra charge for an additional person, which was frustrating. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend checking out other hotels before settling on this one.

The shuttle driver was pushy and a little unprofessional when pressuring us about a tip. We had a later flight in from another country, took an uber to the hotel, had to get back to the airport early the next morning, we had no cash as we had been using another currency while on vacation. My AC was very loud when it would come on and shut off. It was a loud buzzing sound. Also, I could not get “hot” water to shower. It was luke warm at best. I was traveling alone, I didn’t feel extremely safe. The place to get breakfast is almost a small hallway. Super crowded.

Walls are EXTREMELY thin. You hear EVERYTHING. People were yelling and running up and down the hall. TVs from other rooms were blasting. People upstairs were running and slamming things. The toilet must have had some feature where it doesn’t flush on the first attempt so you have to wait to flush it again for it to properly work. They provide room service every 2 days so we had trash bags collected under the sink. The complimentary “breakfast” was worse than what I can get at a gas station. Only one elevator to go upstairs and 2 stairwells on each opposite end of the building. Staff that checked me in asked the same questions over and over again like I was being investigated. The only staff member that was decent was the guy who I talked to as a left my key in the drop off box. Get what you pay for. Will not be booking again.

Just a single night before a flight out. Very clean. Great service. Lots of choices to eat just down the road. Would recommend and stay again. Two little things. There’s not a lot of sound buffer to the hallway and the ice machine was used a lot. Breakfast space was tight. But easy enough to bring food back to the room.

Check in was easy. I was given a room on the first floor and the door to the parking lot was open. Not real comfortable that just anybody could walk in at 11 PM at night. Do not get room number 105. There is no seal around the door and the laundry room is right across the hall. The first floor ice machine is also very noisy. Traffic noise from outside, not significant but the noise from inside the hotel made for a restless night. Housekeeping starts early so it was noisy in the laundry. Overall hotel was clean. A bit cramps with the bench, chair and table but good for an overnight solo trip and has shuttle to airport.

The room was clean, newly remodeled, comfortable and had a small table along with our two queen beds. Beds were firm, plenty of pillows, and we slept well. There is a little road noise if there are sirens, but it’s a city so to be expected. The parking lot is a little tough to find, but there is enough parking and it is free. This is a great easy stop for our layover in SFO.

No instructions in room for internet hook up, or if it was available free or for a fee. My stay was only for overnight with a late check-in. Room was quiet even with the window located street level by a busy road. Breakfast room was ok with a nice big window to look out to the back parking lot. I sat there and enjoyed the view. Food choices were limited and very sugar and carbohydrate oriented. The waffle cooker was a treat. Something I haven't had for awhile. Something that was not pleasant though and I'm just saying, an unpleasant sewer type smell lingers through the hallway on first floor as I walked back and forth to the front desk and breakfast room. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to the airport the next morning. Rooms were comfortable and large enough for 4 adults. Shower had a full tub and included shampoo and body wash as well as a hair dryer. I used the keurig in our room and it was decent coffee. We did not get to use the free shuttle as we left too early (shuttle starts at 4am and takes about 30 mins to get to the airport). We also did not get to sample the breakfast as it opens at 630am. Would be happy to stay here again

The airport shuttle is convenient, but it doesn't run between 11am and 3pm. Lots of walkable shopping and nearby shops and restaurants.

I noticed that the door closer in my room 201 does not lock the door and the door stays visible open. It was unexpected and not a pleasant surprise when I came back from a short walk. Pay attention to make sure that the door is fully closed.

Great value, I’ll definitely stay here again. One negative is, being a Tesla/EV driver, the charging rate at the Tesla Destination Charger was $0.75/kWh. That’s ridiculous. I unplugged and waited to super charge at 1/3rd the price.

Great clean conveniently located hotel at an affordable price. Nothing fancy about it but we liked our stay.

Everything went smoothly from Airport pick up, stay, to drop.

Tried calling 3 different times, no one answered and call just terminated with no option to leave message. Reached out twice via Expedia msg option, no response from hotel. Arrived at airport at 1:30 & had to take Uber to hotel because shuttle doesn't run midafternoon, so very inconvenient. Probably won't stay here again.

Great room

Perfect place to stay for the night before flying early. Shuttle service was efficient. Room was great and staff was wonderful.
