Floor was dirty, the smell of bleach was so strong it was burning my eyes. Not a great place to stay

This is a Motel(Motel 6 south) that has one microwave for every single unit in all the buildings that are on the property. I think it’s three or four buildings, plus dirt left over from customers. I don’t know how far back stuck between the wedges of the wall. The baseboards and the floors aren’t very well maintained. They need to be mopped, scoured and whatever else; they’re just not clean. The surfaces are dirty. They’re supposed to be a phone in the room. It was something that resemble a phone there, but it wasn’t plugged into the wall or even had a cord. This is a Motel made me feel like I spent the night in a broom closet! There was even a drug dealer on the premises.

The bed was comfortable and the check-in process was quick, although I arrived after 12am. The smell of the room when I entered (weed smell) which I really hated!

Room was not as pictured there was only a sheet and fuzzy blanket on the bed there was no comforter on top. I had to go in everyday to redo my room key because it wouldn’t work every time I came back to my room at the end of the day. I put food in the fridge and turned it on and when I came back it looked like the staff had bumped the fridge as the plug was bent and the fridge was off back off..all our food had to be tossed. The towels were super thin like wash rags. I was given blue towels the next day that were all ragged and torn. I’m well aware that blue towels are given to people who stain the towels.. well I was there 3 days and was given blue torn towels the very next day even tho we did not stain any towels I have worked at a hotel and know how to keep a room tidy and we took well care of the towels and brought our own extra towels to use for our babies stuff. We even went to the lobby and asked for rags when we did have a drink drip thru the trash bag to clean up our mess so we didn’t ruin there white towels. It was extremely hot and I left ac on so my room would be cool when I returned and it was off when I came back each day. The towels were so thin you could either dry your body or your hair but not both and they weren’t long enough to wrap around your body when getting out of the shower. shower curtain wasn’t long enough so the water just splashed out of the shower the entire time leaving the floor soaked and floor towel to thin to soak up the water.

The room we originally had smelled like wet dog. And it was coming from the bathroom. The sheets also smelled like DOG. Instead of your rooms being SMOKE FREE it should be PET FREE because that was ridiculous. And of course we had to switch rooms.

Location The rom was very dirty, It reeks of marijuana. The bathroom smelled musty. We checked in on Friday and were scheduled to check out on Sunday; however, we went out on Saturday morning, returned that night, and found the room door wide open. There was excessive noise throughout the early hours of the morning.

Where do I start. I walked into my room and this smell it my nose. It was stinking so bad and the were gnats flying everywhere. It was a non- smoking room but the sheets and blankets had cigarette holes everywhere. I went into the bathroom and gnats were flying. I looked under the bed and it was so dirty. Food, candy, and sticky like it had not been seeped or mopped in months. I was itching just standing there. I left and asked for a refund. Never again. It was horrible. Staff was nice.

T.v. did not work in my room I told the front desk about it they told me it's ok it pops in and out just give it a minute it will come back on. It never did not once not at all. So we had no t.v. our whole stay

The price was competitive There’s a few things that upset me with my recent stay, first and foremost the room I was given looked nothing like the room pictures I booked online I had 4 people and we were so crammed in the room it was crazy. Second thing that upset me is I know it’s a smoking room but I don’t think that justifies having cigarette burns on the blankets were suppose to be using that were provided. On one blanket the whole was almost 3 inches round. Another thing is I wasn’t aware animals were aloud to stay in the hotel in the first place but our upstairs neighbors had loud dogs running and barking and I only seen staff go to their room once, they were up Saturday morning early running around and barking waking me and my family up. Last thing is the phone we had to leave it unhooked cause either someone was messing with the phones or it was malfunctioning it kept ringing every 15-30 minutes and no one would be on the line the first night we stayed it rang a couple night while we were trying to sleep!

Only thing I like was the late night check in. Everything. As soon as I walked into my room it smelt like a fresh cigarette was out out and then threw bleach in the floor. Disgusting! The ac did not work. The beds were disgusting! Burn marks from previous people. Dirty everything . Our room was non smoking but it was the total opposite. Very disappointed

The room I stayed in was a far cry from the pictures posted online. It had a musty, humid smell and was incredibly small and dirty. The microwave was filthy and shared with other guests. All the other amenities were located in the lobby, and you had to leave an ID or cash deposit to use them. I was thoroughly disappointed when I arrived and will never stay there again.

Would not stay here. I paid through the app when I got there they asked for $55 cash deposit which is very weird.

this place is heaven for homeless folks, its party place for homeless and so much party, so noisy in night didnt open if there were prostituse also in the campus, but whole night we couldnt sleep because of so much noise, folks coming to various room and talking on parking lot, we were in ground floor room #120, AC didnt work had to call someone from office they did something to fix, telephone wasn't working found out late but didnt have energy to walk up to office to call them again, in office there were few homeless and stinking pee, cops were there to talk to homeless..its pretty bad experience

When it came to our room, it was okay, not a 5 star hotel but decent. The room had what we needed for a short stay and everything seemed fine for the night. In other words, you get what you paid for. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it, but if you just need a place to rest for the night, it does the job. Overall, our experience was better than expected. What I did not like was the bathroom faucet and the burned cover in the room. The faucet looked like it had gone to war and could definitely use some updating. The burned cover in the room also made the space look a bit worn and could easily be replaced to improve the overall appearance. Other than that, everything else was acceptable for a quick overnight stay.

Bathroom sink shot small streams of water that splashed everywhere was quite annoying. Questionable crowd at the Motel 6, but I’ve come to expect that with most of these motels and nothing bad happened.

The bathroom could be cleaned better including the showers do not be cleaned either at all or poorly. Also the flooring should be swept and mopped after each and all guests.

They had coffee in the morning every morning I like it because you can wash your clothes here and dry them the staff is very helpful if you have any questions or concerns there there help you the maintenance guy I asked him for some the bags for whatever my dog had to go to the bathroom and he got me some he got some for me so I could pick up after my dog the housekeepers are very helpful they're very kind the everybody's overall really nice here The ice machine

The property is rundown, smells like a mixture of weed, cigarettes and mold. The area surrounding it is unsafe. The room was sticky on surfaces walls and floors and smelled terrible. I was very tired so I slept a few hours then left long before sunrise. I would highly encourage you to only stay here if you’re desperate. I am a simple traveler and I don’t require much nor do I care about hotel appearance but this place was more of a homeless shelter.

You get what you pay for, don't expect too much. If you're just spending the night, you should be fine. Just make sure to lock your car and check it periodically.

Floor inside room never mopped, forced to have housekeeping or would be kicked out, bottom of bathroom door missing, chewed up. When sheets and pillow cases were removed there were stains on mattress cover, which wasn't changed, stains on foam pillow cases and dog paw prints stains on mattress. Dead.bolt bar broke off, shower floor stained and needed caulking. Light in bathroom shut off and when I asked the motel staff about it, they knew about it but didn't bother to tell me that power would go off in bathroom. Older Indian houskeeper extremely rude and never saw anyone from housekeeping sweep rooms. The bathroom towels were white then next day we were given faded purple or blue towels

they WILL NOT refund my money. After being on the phone for almost 3 HOURS I was told the best they can do is give me the cost of my room as a voucher that I cannot use until 3/21/26. I eventually got 4 hours of sleep in my car. All this after driving for 8 hours. I don't know who worse, Hotels.com customer service or this craphole hotel?

The bedding was also in poor condition. The blankets and sheets had cigarette burn holes in them, and the blankets felt stiff and crusty, which was very uncomfortable. On top of that, the motel requires a $55 deposit hold (either cash or card), which I found unreasonable considering the poor cleanliness and condition of the room. For a property charging a deposit, guests should at the very least expect a clean and properly maintained room. Overall, this was not a good experience and I would not stay here again.

Parking was packed at times but overall it was good. Never used the laundry room but they do have one. They have snack machines and a microwave in the front office. The only bad thing I would say is people that have pets need to clean up after them. There was a lot of unwanted findings all over that made it hard to walk in grass areas and other areas.

From the outside, during the day, this hotel looks pretty nice. At night? Different scene. My partner and I went to check in and we were greeted with a kind worker. He was helpful and polite. As we were walking out, we noticed multiple people under the influence of drugs and a few prostitutes. As you drive around the property, you can see people hanging over the balcony yelling out while absolutely under the influence. There were also shirtless women walking around. I understand this is a MOTEL and not a HOTEL but I have never experienced the zoo-like behavior and overall unsafe environment. Overall, my partner and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car there at night and bringing expensive camera gear into the room. There are also signs plastered everywhere that Motel6 isn’t responsible for any items stolen. It didn’t rub me the right way. After checking into our other place, they mentioned the parking is under extreme security. That’s where I’d rather stay.

When I’m in town I stay here because it’s the best priced for one who is balling on a budget. Whoop whoop. And the rooms are clean. Sometimes they stink of a strong cigarette stench in a no smoking room. They are usually able to accommodate a ground level room for me as I’m disabled and wouldn’t be able to stay if they can’t. There’s no elevator. I can’t do stairs. This stay however was probably my worst stay ever. As the long time stayers next door to me were hanging outside their room door with a couple other people smoking weed talking like they were the only people in the world. Though I love the smell of weed it was coming into my room. I am very asthmatic and I couldn’t breathe and had to use my nebulizer back to back. And I have two pets that shouldn’t be around that. The nasty narcissist dude was gaslighting his girlfriend nonstop like no other. He was extremely loud yelling at her making a scene. She told him don’t go. She is clearly trauma bonded with this dumb jerk and deserves better. He was tossing his belongings outside his door to put on vehicle. Glass shattered on the ground. It was horrible horrible horrible. He was very disrespectful for others nearby with his disgusting mouth. I went to check out and he starts tripping and running his mouth he didn’t know nothing about. Telling people they are “cutting” to check out. The pictures on the website make it look like a decent place, the reality however is much different. It is quite ghetto with the metal gates and the security glass. The check-in desk clerk was quite nice and very courteous. I was booked for two nights but only stayed for one as I just didn’t feel safe.

Extremely close to the venue I attended that weekend. It was in a rough area with lots of suspicious people roaming around late at night. We felt uneasy so we ended up driving home instead of staying there for the night. First room I’ve ever booked that I never stepped foot in.

Bad place had to check out before my day didn’t even get my money back for that date I had someone sitting in front my door homeless man as well hookers and drug addicted the block my car I was not able to get out until I said I was calling the cops not only that every time I left my room and came back my key didn’t work they had to give me new one every time I left my room bad bad bad trust me I am single mom of a little girl I was scare for me and my child

I strongly urge travelers to avoid this Motel Six. The room reeked of cigarette smoke mixed with what seemed like animal feces and marijuana — a disturbing and unhealthy atmosphere. Although a staff member came to spray disinfectant, the smell remained unchanged. The bed linens were dirty and full of burn holes, likely from cigarettes. The TV did not work properly—when it turned on, all the channels were blurry. The bathroom had no counter, table, or cabinet to place toiletries—just a sink, a toilet, and a shower. The environment is not only uncomfortable but unsafe. I had to leave 10 hours before my stay ended, unable to endure the conditions. This is not a place for families, solo travelers, or anyone seeking rest. This facility should be shut down or entirely restructured. Please do not stay here.

Stayed there for 5 days. Room was ok, Tv didn't work, there was a water leak from the shower fixture but Ac work so there is that. My Semi Trailer Got Stolen so im upset about that. Security guard did nothing, the footage is grainy so will never see my equipment again. Lots of homeless and drug addicts walking around the parking lot at all times. Do not book here.

The manger said I wasn't showing up on her computer at all she try and try to put the confirmation number in so many times still wasn't showing up she lieing all the way why she did this to me I do not know but she was a lier so I had to cancel it all because of this

I stayed a Wednesday so no one was really staying in the hotel it was pretty quiet and not noisy at all however there are some bums that hang around the property but other than that for a single night or two it’s ok for price

My prepaid reservation was lost by Expedia and the motel clerk could not find my reservation even with a confirmation. I got catfished. Which is just as well because the location is tweakerville and I’m sure my car would have been brown into. Don’t stay here. Don’t prepay

The rooms are runned down. Didn’t feel safe. $55 deposit which I have never done at all the motel 6 I stayed at. Dirty. Needs major update.

As soon as we walked in and put the light on a cockroach went across the bed … our door key stopped working 3 x over the weekend … the water in the shower was either burning hot or freezing cold … no do not disturb signs so was waken up by housekeeping for 3 days in a row … checking out no one at the desk waiting 15 -20 min to leave and we had reservations … happy the room had a refrigerator

The customer service was appalling

Super dirty and broken down in the room, cigarettes found in a non-smoking room. Uncomfortable beds and sheets with hairs in them. My non-smoking room smelled so thickly of smoke I had to be moved. Second room was just as bad as the first with the exception of the smoke smell. Lots of homeless and drug dealers. One of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed in.

Property seemed dirty, bed had cigarette burns and was dirty under the sheets. The "king" bed was literally just a pull out bed or couch bed extended. They charge an insane amount and take advantage of people wanting to go party and have fun. Not staying here again.

For the price, over $500 for 2 nights because of a nearby music festival, this place is an overpriced, roach infested nightmare. The bed sheets had cigarette burns and as I mentioned, roach friends crawling out from every which way. Pretty disappointed but not surprised being it was a Motel 6.

Everything was great honestly, the room did smell like cigs when I got there but it’s also a smoking room so I get it. Perfect for events at the NOS center and don’t worry, no bed bugs.

Check in @ 3PM (NO Early Check in). Arrived @ 3 & there’s a line going out the door full of ppl! Once my Turn @ 3:15 they told me my ROOM WAS NOT READY! Made me wait for another Hour! There was a Dead Spider on Wall/ Restroom w/ Mold! Upon Check Out They tried Charging Ne for 2 Days (only booked 1)! They Couldn’t Even Find My Name on System! WORST EXPERIENCE!!

They wouldn’t let us check in on time. 3pm and no room? They said they will call us. They never did, had to call them later at night to see if they have the room available. Blood on the bed and shower. We booked none smoking room and they gave us smoking room that we couldn’t even sleep because of the smell. There is a lot more to say about this place. Spend $20 and stay at a batter place.

Got to the property and past the checkin time and our room was still not ready and had to wait another 40 mins. We got to the room and the air conditioning is old and the bed sheet has burns on it

The property was disappointing. The staff was okay, the room looked and smelled like it hadn't been used in long time, and the area was shady! I would not recommend staying here.

I booked a room when I showed up to location the front desk attendant alerted me my reservation was cancelled due too the fact they don’t have handicap accessible rooms and seeing I booked it at midnight it’s automaticity too late to be canceled. By me and I had no where else so I pretty much was double charged and no one cares about it

The power outlet was a stretch from the desk good thing my laptop has a long cable, there were signs of wear in the room, the door lock for the room was loose, the bottom of bathroom door jamb had rotten wood, the bathroom door would hit a little table if the table wasn't flush against the wall, its somewhat what I expected of motel 6 tho, I stayed here for the truck parking, I needed a place for my trailer while I had my truck in the shop.

Told front desk and response was "I know. I just work here, I'm the owner."

The shower knob was broken making it a bit dificult to adjust temprature but it was bareable

It took me 45 min for them to get my room ready. Tried to push smoking room.

Air conditioner did not work. Under the bed was filthy with dirt, bugs, and dog poop ( yes dog poop) . Looks like the cleaning staff had never moved a piece of furniture in the room to clean since they had opened. They switched me to another room, room was decent. At least there was not animal feces in the new room, but still under the bed was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.

Ice cold shower!

Absolute rubbish. I booked online while I was driving and arrived at the hotel at 1 am. The booking reservation said check-in was until 3 am. I was told on arrival that they marked me a no-show, refused to honor the prepaid reservation, but told me I could have a room for an additional $40. That's one way to extort more money from tired travelers who've already paid for their room.

The rooms were very small, but they were quaint. It served its purpose.

Was very loud all night could not sleep no security dirty and ac was not working at all no no appliances a guy chased me to my room it’s a bad area overall the police was there the next morning for a lady making a lot of commotion .

And my room wasn't available at 3:20pm for check in was told to come back 40 minutes after.

Unfortunately there was customer waiting in long line very upset checking in and became verbally abusive until later on the Cops came .

Worst motel 5 I've been stayed at. covers on bed had stains, room stank like throw up, overall was very dirty. Lots of homeless people and drug addicts banging out on property . Staff was really rude

This place is dirty. Nothing is clean to a sanitized standard. I wiped down the room myself and it was filthy . Very unsavory people stay here. Prostitution and drugs. People come to your door looking for whoever stayed there before. I don't recommend any motel 6 in the San Bernardino area.

Cockroaches.

The manager was rude. They gave us a room that smelled horrible and when i asked to change room it took them an hour to give us another room. This is not thr first time this has happened last yime we had to change room 3 times because none of the air conditioning did notwork in either oc the rooms

1st thing, i wasnt aware of the $50 cash deposit required at check-in. I didn't have cash on hand so i had to go to ampm and ended up paying $6.50 in atm charges. 2nd thing, it was so noisy outside allnite. We were awaken at 3am by a group of people fighting and shouting outside our door. Last thing, the bed was mostly comfy but was very squeaky and loud.

They gave my room to someone else who wasn't even on my reservation. So I ended up paying for a room for someone else as I had to stay in the street

I loved my stay here I loved that it's walking distance to fast food and stores. My room was nice clean and quiet

When I arrived I was informed a $50 cash deposit was required. I had an issue with my atm card and was unable to make withdraw that day. Also I never set up an atm pin for my credit cards. That’s correct I had several personal and business credit cards all in my name. However, the very nice young woman at the desk, informed me it was cash only. Now before you book, although usually 50 in cash is issue, consider why a budget motel has a cash only policy. I ended up losing my $107 non refundable charge for a basic motel room. I got cheap and it bit me, consider the comfort an extra $20 can buy in such a case. My rest that night would have been worth it. The better furniture is gravy. Not recommended for business, even a stop over. It not worth the savings.

The room itself is very nice and spacious. I just did not like the way they worked with housekeeping & they have plumbing problems & the amount of noise that would be caused in the AM wasn’t right.

First and foremost, the policy states that “no cash accepted” but yet they took $50 dollars cash when everyone was checked in. According to them, it's a security fee because they just remodeled the location and for allegedly being remodeled it looks like crap. Secondly, I walk into my room and it smells like bleach and I find the sink disgusting. The cleaning people forgot to wipe the spit found all over the bathroom floor and sink. SMH! Lastly, I couldn't even get some rest because they actively “remodeling” so all you hear is loud banging from their so-called remodeling to the adjacent room. Yup, never again.

Rooms were not clean and unhealthy. Dirt built up around the sink. Dirt dust and garbage in the space between the wall and the bed..

The staff was nice but it took 2 hours to finally get into a room that was ok. They had to give me 3 different ones because things were wrong with the other two. Then the door key wouldn’t work in the last one and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help. The rooms were ok but they weren’t super clean and the showers all seemed to be in bad shape in all of the rooms I saw. They need more staff and need to fix up the rooms. Very dissatisfied

reserved and paid for room in advance and when i arrived the clerk told me it was a smoking room. i am a non smoker. they had no more rooms and i had to book a room at a nearby hotel that was 100.00 moer per night

Omg when things go bad I don’t ever go on media and share my story or even give it energy but this one I refuse to keep to myself! One, the room had me speechless when I walked in because I cannot like about this but there was blood splatters on every single wall and bloody boogers as well. The walls just told u so many stories on what happened there. The blankets and sheets also the pillows looked like a bum rolled around in them and the maid just tightened them back in and had no shame in the dirty spots that obviously came from prior tenants. You can literally blow dirt off the blanket and sheets. And the tan fuzzy type like blanket was full of spots as if someone had dinner in bed for a week straight but was not clean about it. There’s no way the maid didn’t see this! As a woman how can you even look past that and not want to clean it up. The night stands and dressers had gunk of lord knows whatttt! It’s like just build up of months of tenants all over the place. The air felt thick and the blankets felt lifeless like they were overused. Now the floor is wood so you can see the shoe imprints of people and they were muddy like. U can see every where these people stepped. The shower ehhhhh looked so dull it didn’t even shine. The freaking toilet seat is not staying in place so every time u used it it moved around to where you had to adjust urself in the center. I swear it’s like the maid just came in and put things in place and turned around and was proud of her negligence.

It has been very nice, especially staying in this Motel, very nice employees.

They gave away are booking before we arrived and the entire hotel smelled like pee the floor of there lobby was visibly black with dirt and sticky

Terrible neighborhood, drug addicts in the parking lot, filthy pillowcase (like the floor was wiped with it) room key wouldn't work, maid let us in. paper thin walls you could hear every step people were taking outside. Did not feel safe at all.
