Everything was great but the only thing I didnt like is that when the time comes for breakfast to be over the employee in charge of the day comes and literally takes the plate of food from you and says we have to throw it because breakfast is over I found that very disrespectful because we already had the food it’s not like we were getting new items after the breakfast was closed

The staff was great I took my grandkids to your hotel for the night so they can swim, the pool was not clean water and my grandkids ended up with cut's on their toes, and the bathroom door open out instead of inside so it's hard to try to get to the bathroom door because it's so close to the front door

I liked the front desk staff! Very sweet people and accommodating! Made the stay worth while The room i was originally in smelled of poop( it was coming from the bathroom!) it made the whole room stink! We were then switched and the covers in the new room had a strange smell. The front desk said no problem we will get you new sheets. Housekeeping comes in and is kind of offended we wanted them changed saying it was just cleaned this morning. And we had to explain to her that the front desk said it was ok.

This was by far one of the worst stays for me the bathroom in my room had mold on the walls and the rooms are not cleaned up every day this might as well been a motel6 not a Hilton the reps from Hilton need to make a tour and a assessment of the status of the hotel it’s in great need of repair and revamping of the staff

The hotel is in a good area. I like Marriott's for that reason. This one was kind of underwhelming. The AC unit wasn't very cold, so we were uncomfortable at night. The door to the bathroom was also coming off the hinges, so it was very loud and hard to close. Other than that, it was good.

The breakfast selection was wonderful. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and we usually have to eat out because of the amount of carbs. He had no trouble finding something that wouldn't raise his blood sugars.

The breakfast had a variety of options. The lady working in the kitchen is super sweet. The staff was helpful, room clean good breakfast. Keep everything the same.

The parking could be better. Very limited to larger size SUV’s. I had a late check in (7pm) and it took me over a hour to find a parking spot.

Had an absolute wonderful stay at this Fairfield location, booked it for Beyond Wonderland it’s really convenient, surrounded by various restaurants and a Sam’s and Costco down the street. Parking was easy to find. Definitely will be rebooking in the future for other events.

The hotel is Extremely clean every time I stay here. Breakfast is really good. Hot meals. It is quiet and peaceful. The staff at the front desk and housekeepers are always happy , pleasant and helpful. The beds slept really nice. I love this place because it has an indoor pool. Did not try but it was very clean. Had to leave and go home. I am looking forward to returning soon for the peace and relaxation

The breakfast was a joke. It starts at 6 am and I went at 6:30 am and they were all out of most of the food including bread and coffee. What is the point of advertising a breakfast when you can't even provide the basics. Not going there again.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott in San Bernardino, and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a Fairfield hotel. Despite the scorching 104-degree heat outside, the lobby and hallways were unbearably hot, feeling like 110 degrees inside. When I asked about the lack of air conditioning, a staff member told me they keep it off to save money. This is unacceptable and made the common areas extremely uncomfortable. Upon checking in, I found welcome cards addressed to the previous guest, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and attention to detail. The WiFi didn't work because it kept saying my last name and room number didn't match, making it impossible to get connected. The iron in my room was old and broken, with pieces rattling inside. Although the staff replaced it promptly, it’s clear the hotel is cutting corners on maintenance and amenities. Speaking of the staff, they were generally good in terms of service, but the building itself and the management’s policies are severely lacking. To top it off, when I asked about extending my stay, the front desk attendant immediately said they were sold out without even checking the computer, which seemed very unprofessional. Overall, this hotel does not live up to the Fairfield by Marriott standards. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made. Marriott should seriously reconsider putting their name on this property. --- Feel free to ad

The breakfast staff was particularly friendly as the worker sought to engage with each guest. You do need to know that no room service seems to be included for multiple day stays.

This is a great location, near shopping and restaurants. Staff was great. Only downside was the bed. Low quality mattress on a wooden platform. Kept slipping and sliding. We were only there one night so wasn't a deal breaker

Really enjoy staying here-- it's my go to when I have to attend medical appointments at Loma Linda University Health. Staff is always incredibly friendly. It's clean and recently remodeled. Very convenient location with parking, too.

Well, the only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast. It was understandable though because they are in the final phase of renovations so a lot of the ground floor is a little messy. Other than that everything else was OUTSTANDING! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable, we will definitely stay there again.

No ice vending machines working, had to try 2nd and 1st floors since 3rd is where we’re staying. Even the kitchen doesn’t have ice. This is not an impressive Marriott hotel, makes me even wonder if you’re really a part of Marriott.

Located close to where shops and restaurants were available. Room was ok, but is starting to show signs of age. - I was walking barefoot and the nail stays to anchor the carpet to the floor at the entry to the bathroom were sticking through the carpet and I hurt my feet...be careful!

The second thing was the quality of the breakfast was subpar. The first time we stayed there 2 years ago, the breakfast was great. I understand with pandemic stuff going on, it's hard to tell what is or is not going to be affected. But it was definitely not worth going downstairs to eat. We loved it on the first stay, that's why we went back. but in my opinion, this time it was lackluster at best.

She appeared to be uncaring and repeated the hotel was booked 3 times. She got the manager who got us a room in 5 minutes. Great but my anxiety was through the roof.

We were put in a room that accommodated only 3 people, when I had reserved a suite for up to 7. The staff and management made no effort to rectify the situation or refund any of my money. When we reported broken equipment in the room, the front desk staff told us we would have to come down and get the replacements and would not deliver anything to the room. Overall terrible accommodations and service.
