I did not eat breakfast there The staff was not very friendly or helping the rooms were not very clean. They were roaches in the room. There was no amenities. The carpet was sticky like they shampooed it and didn’t dry it correctly. The first room they gave me the TV was coming off the stand like completely broken. it was more like an apartment complex than a hotel. There was older people that were coming in and out with their stuff and it smelled like dog pee in one of the rooms there was people outside that were staying there long-term smoking marijuana. It was not a professional place at all.

It was filthy! Towels had hair stuck in between threads! Hair was everywhere in the restroom! So I'm assuming they didn't even do a proper clean! Sheets had stains in them! Honestly one of my top worse hotel stays! Front office leaves at 11 so you're screwed after that!!

Initially the staff was pleasant. After check in, it went downhill! I walked in the room I wanted to leave but paid through a 3rd party app so there was no refund. The pet fee alone was ridiculous! $216 for 1 week! The room itself was very unclean. The bathtub looked barely cleaned out, the toilet had debris after a few days of use. The carpet had multiple stains that I could not tell if from pets or mainly people. Overall, the room looked dirty. I would not even eat in the that room! Wore shoes in the shower and around the room. The smell was pretty musty from carpet too. If most of the rooms looked like this, please pass if you can afford too. Housekeeping was biweekly if stay is extended. One staff member was rude when I requested a room change. Actually he ended up getting multiple complaints. The police where there twice in a 5 day period. Cheaper hotel prices should not be less kept in cleanliness. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed, whole hotel smells of smoke and a gym locker that has not been washed in 10 years, not to mention the black mold in the shower the dirt grime and dust at the top of the shower all the hand prints dirt and grime over all the walls my fiancé woke up with big bites all over his ankles. We immediately checked out the next morning but wouldn’t refund us the rest of the days cause they said it was a “promotion” when we booked so can’t do anything about it. If you need a room you’re better off sleeping in your car. The mattress’s they use feel like the bought them from Temu they are so thin and springs dig into your back.

Then Jesus who does not speak very good English, the site manager in short, threw us out a day early and try to make excuses even to the point of calling the police to remove me, though I did not go inside the office and though I'm retired law-enforcement Just a very unprofessional experience on their part to include large foot and a half round circles of grime in the carpet filthy dirty on top of the refrigerator in the refrigerator stunk it was just a horrible experience. I would go anywhere but here Motel 6 is a much nicer state than this.

Wifi was absolute garbage, and the first room I had was infested with cockroaches. The staff was kind enough though to let me switch rooms so there's that.

There were no dishes in the room. No iron.No hair dryer. No coffee maker. No breakfast. No towels. No ice. No comforter on the beds. No wall outlets. No lamps.

The room is infested; I was woken up by a cockroach crawling across my forehead. The bathroom was disgusting—the tub was covered in mold, grime, and peeling paint. It wasn't even white anymore. The floors were so filthy we were afraid to walk barefoot. The room also reeked of pet odors and was covered in animal hair, showing zero disinfection between guests. The bed was the worst part. The mattress is ancient and skeletal; I could squeeze it flat with one hand. We woke up in physical pain every day. On our last day, we stripped the bed and found huge brown stains and what was clearly dried blood on the mattress. No wonder we were itching all night. To top it off, the fridge made a mechanical screeching noise that made sleep impossible. This property is a legitimate health risk and needs to be shut down by inspectors. Save your money, your health, and your sanity—stay anywhere else.

Its a horrible place to stay, I didn’t feel welcome cause no one was there to greet me. I had to call the customer service for help & they called property management to make them aware there was about 3 clients in the lobby waiting. I waited for about 25 minutes. Then once checked I get to my rooms and let me tell you it was the worse experience ever. My pictures will speak for themselves. I had to take my family & my business somewhere else. So much for my spring break getaway.

The most unacceptable motel accommodations we have ever experienced. The employee up front screamed at me when I asked for towels. He yelled that he had way too much going on to deal with me. I ran out of that trapped area. We were there due to an emergency or we would have left immediately. I reached out to corporate and I never hear back. None of my family will ever patronize these properties. This was aside from scurrying roaches, dirty room (the towels were to clean), we bought new towels, sheets and pillows at the Walmart and made the best of it without bothering the front desk. We should have called the police about the brutal explosion by this employee.

Upon entering the hotel a strong smell of cigarette smoke filled the air. Upon entering the room a musty smell. The toilet constantly leaking. The refrigerator did work. But if you want to cook something better being your own pots, pans and utensils. The front desk does have them for sale. If your key doesn't work after 11 pm, no one is at the front desk to assist. The only items for use in the room is two bars of soap and two cups. They only replace towels after you have checked out. This hotel reminded me of a highrise motel 6. There will be no more stays at this brand of hotel for me, I would have to be in desperate need to stay at this brand. The staff was grouchy. I asked they cleaning lady for towels and she tried to give me a roll of toilet paper. When I told her no, that's when she understood and handed me the towels.

Location is good, traffic is horrible but that’s not fault to the hotel itself. Everything else, building is not kept up with, smells bad, roaches in room. I am telling you, please do not waste your money here no matter how convenient it may seem a studio 6 would be a better stay than here.

The only thing to like was the toilet was new and flushed well. The hotel smelled of cigarettes smoke, weed, water damage, and other substances. The room we stayed in for only 4hrs was filled with mold and smelled of water damage (late night traveling). Pictures online and reviews are deceiving. Went to address the concern but front desk never answer.

The room smelled musky and a bit like wet dog. The bedsheets and towels had visible brown stains. My wife could not stop coughing once she was in the room. The front desk person was nice and friendly, but the cleanliness of the room was bad.

It causes them anxiety and lucky i happen to be there to get her out of there quickly. Theres no compassion from the staff that my dog is scared out of her mind as is shaken up. Also they advertise dogs are welcome but never mentioned there is a 200 dollar fee for them anywhere.

Went through 2 room changes due to 1) a bug crawled across and under the mattress and I couldn’t find it, 2) the AC was struggling in room two, 3) final room was really smoky even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. By the morning all my possessions smelled like I’ve been smoking for 12 hours straight and I am a “never smoker”, haven’t even ever tried it. The staff in the evening when I checked in, seemed annoyed by me having problems and he said he had other people to take care of. The staff in the morning did not even ask about my stay.

It was a last minute stay but I did not have enough towels and there is no one at the front office to help after a certain hour and tub do not look at clean at all. They could do a little better at cleaning the place. Another thing was that it smelled a strong odor of cigarette smoke and weed.

Nothing! Everything. All families with kids- steer clear from this hotel! From a mama of a 6 wk old and 1 year old to all the other mamas It was absolutely horrible and unsanitary. Staff was incredibly rude and they refuse to have customer service hospitality and hold to their policy of a refund. They basically stole our money! We have stayed at different locations of this hotel chain numerous times with no issue however this one location needs a wake up call. We literally walked in, got to our room and immediately came back down to request a refund as the room we walked into was not clean, dirt and dust all over counters, floor, bathroom, etc. bathroom had live bugs crawling all over the tub and sink and dead ones in the toilet with unclear water. The best part of it, although was when we went downstairs to get a refund, the employee refused to do so slammed the security door in my husband‘s face, even though we were polite about it and said we would have to take it up with management. I called management the next day and the manager even started to get salty with me stating I don’t need to be throwing out that they are not at the Health code standards and now he’s gonna have to type that in his report which I then replied to him I would be happy for him to do so we never got a refund and we never received any communication back. I will be reaching out to the property owners as well.

Water in the sink didn’t drain. Water in the shower never got hot. I have stayed here in the past and had a much better experience back then. The upkeep seems to be diminishing. A saw two roaches during my stay.

We immediately left (wouldnt even set our bags down) and booked another hotel nearby. The kicker...when letting the hotel and expedia know, our refund has been denied! Even with photos! So not only is it absolutely disgusting, they dont care!! Do not book here!

Overall it if they get new bed sheets and have someone come pest control. The door can be fixed. Safe place but needs some work done. Overall everyone was amazing.

The floor in the room was lifted it smelled horrible for it being a non smoking room smelled like urine and wet dog mixed with cinnamon. The restroom was horrible and discussing.

This property is old and smelled. The elevators did not work and could not accommodate someone's disabled such as myself. Call the hotel before arriving and the manager did not mention the elevator was broken. Dishonest about the property.

Did not feel safe here. Cops showed up during our whole stay. The side doors didn’t work all the time to enter from. Saw a cockroach in the restroom and again by the stove. Cut my knee on the bed frame. I would not recommend for families with small children.

The beds were very uncomfortable. It seemed like they went to a Walmart and bought the cheapest mattresses known to mankind. You could feel the springs immediately. The AC didn’t look like it had been serviced in a long while. Hardly any air was coming from the unit. If we could’ve found someplace else to stay for the night, I would’ve. But we forcefully roughed through it and made it through the night.

I made a reservation for a friend at this hotel tonight. They closed the office at 11:00, my friend could not enter the hotel, I called their phone number but they did not answer, even though I paid my money, my friend could not stay at the hotel. It's a terrible hotel and I want my money back

The stay was ok.. if your looking for a clean affordable place to sleep and shower then this is the place . But Bring your own toilet paper. There was only one roll for 3 people and 3 night stay.. SMH .. I asked for 2 rolls and they said they don't give out Toilet paper.. so I had to drive to Target to buy some. Other then that the morning staff was nice and helpful.

Super easy check in. Unfortunately the elevator was broken so you had to use the stairs to be able to go to your room. Other than that, overall okay.

Highway robbery out here folks and most of them don't want to look that finger to put in any type of work.They'd rather make excuses for themselves and why they can't, but never offer up a resolution of what they could do

Great price, great accomodations. Plenty of things close by to do and see. Quan was awesome and went above and beyond for my girlfriend.

This is a terrible place to stay. Very old and smelly. Stains everywhere and toilet was leaking water had to fix every time. Terrible entrance and even dangerous with the construction around it. Paid over $150 for this is shocking to say the least. I've stayed other places for less than that and was in much better condition.

Staff was horrible bad manners! I need a refund! My poor kids had to sleep in the smell of smoke ewl!! Disgusting place they should shut it down!

Unpleasant smell and just entering the room i killed a roach. Tub was dirty and water leaking.

Don't bother staying here. We got to the hotel about 9pm at night, for a 1 night stay, after a long day out and about. We checked in and were not in our room even 30 seconds when we left and refused to stay the night. When we walked into our room, it had small roaches, dead and alive, covering the walls and floor

You need to take this off your site was infested with roaches and smelt like roaches and the beds where more like a cots than a bed with plastic and it was a nightmare I would of checked out earlier but had no where to go

This property is not at all as depicted on the booking site. The entire place smelled like cigarette and marajuana smoke. There were pets running around inside off leash, damp dingy poor air circulation and it was apparent the staff used strong products in efforts to mask the stench

Location was convenient. Construction on I35 was a pain.

The entire building smelled of marijuana as soon as you pass the lobby doors. The room was okay but I found trash on the carpet that was not picked up, two roached crawling on the walls and the bathroom smelled like urine. The tub was also dirty so I had my kids step on a towel while they showered.

It was quiet.

The heater was very noisy, vibrating cover.

Quan was exceptional. He had great energy, very positive and made sure me and my Wife had a great stay for Valentine’s Day weekend. 5 stars for Quan!

My husband, I and our 9 month old went on a small getaway. We got to the hotel and immediately was hit with cigarette and another type of smell. We thought maybe it was just because it was close to the door and our room would be different, since we did choose a non smoking room. Our room was not better. The outdoor of the hotel is deceiving, it looks clean and new, but once you go inside everything is old and dirty. We lasted at most 1 hour and decided to book a different hotel. On the way down to turn in our keys and leave, there was a woman with us in the elevator and she threw up and walked out of the elevator like nothing. I would definitely not recommend this nasty hotel.

Lo único positivo fué el joven que me ayudó a hacer el check in, mi familia y yo tuvimos una experiencia horrible durmiendo con cucarachas, la cocina no servía y no pudimos cocinar nada de lo que llevamos, lo cual fué mas gasto en nuestro viaje que no esperabamos, nadie fué a limpiar, huele horrible a cigarro y a humedad, las camas no son como se ven en las fotos, el baño sucio, el aire acondicionado sucio, todo el cuarto tenía polvo y nos enfermamos de alergia, no entiendo como pueden rentar cuartos en esas condiciones tan terribles, la única razón por la que no nos fuimos es porque no habían mas hoteles disponibles, pero si no quieren enfermarse y gastar mas dinero, no vayan a este hotel!!!

Wouldn’t take a shower in that room tub wasn’t dirty just old and rusty grossed me out.

The guy at the front desk was just terrible and acted like I was bothering him by paying waaaayy too much for the trash pile of a hotel that this place presents. I don’t think this place has ever been cleaned, smelled of rotten garbage and marijuana, most of the clientele looked as if we were at a homeless shelter, the WiFi doesn’t work, the rooms are gross and uncared for, I wouldn’t have paid $10 for this place, they should burn it to the ground and call it a day

Other than that, it was clean, I felt safe with my kids, and the kitchenette looked good, although we only used the fridge. Beware that the hotel can be difficult to get to, especially with the insane amount of construction that is currently going on in the area (both 1604 and 35).

The front desk clerk was really nice, that’s about all I can say was good about my stay. The place was roach infested and whoever the house keepers are needs to be fired due to the lack of cleaning. My bed sheets were dirty and the tub was dirty. The place was a last minute choice trust me I will never stay there again.

I stayed for 6 days one occupant and initially when I checked in the process checking in was okay , the room had roaches not everywhere but was definitely present some were killed on the wall. Bed quality was okay .

The place smelled bad. Roaches everywhere. Bathroom discusting and the bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with severe back pain. I'll never stay there again

The fire alarm in my room was flashing the whole time, hot water didn’t work, and when I called downstairs to address the issues I was given the run around.

This was a need when I got sick driving home. The room was extremely nice, considering price I paid. Can’t remember his name but the check in person (who lived in Seattle previously) was extremely nice & welcoming. I also have a service dog & I LOVE they had a magnet to display. Definitely would recommend. Better than expected when you’re on a tight budget.

Leaving that Friday morning a smashed roach was by the elevator.

The room was very disappointing.

I loved the fact that they offered a floor dedicated to those who smoke. The room had plenty of space as well as the bathroom which i loved. The only thing was the shower did not have hot water.

Complete dump. Only nice thing about this place was the friendly service at the front desk. The place reeks of weed and cigarettes smells and very loud guest throughout the building. After checking in, and going to the floor of room, people are hanging out in the hallways as if they are at a shelter. Heard loud banging coming from another room. Saw a man peeking into cars, a man walking his barking dog. I left within a half hour of checking in because i didn't feel safe. Was trying to add a photo but it would allow me too.

I booked with Hotels.com and had travel insurance through Indeed. I was charged for both nights! Hotels.com said they would handle the situation. I just received an email from them that said there was nothing they could do. Indeed was equally worthless! I will NEVER book with them or get travel insurance with them again. If you are thinking of booking a Woodbridge Suites room, please reconsider!
