Room smells like urine,mold. No exhaust fan in restroom to help remove some odor. Rooms need upgrade overall.

The size of the rooms. The cleanliness of the room was sub par to say the least. The room smelled foul...and then we found that the bathroom sink was leaking underneath and all they did was put a small trash can under there to catch the leak. Except, the trash can was completely full to the brim and also over flowing all of the stinky water onto the bathroom floor. My fiance spent about an hour taking the piping apart and he found the problem was that someone had dropped a small spray nozzle and other debris down the drain...and then other things had been caught by it, causing the pipe to be clogged. We then cleaned for another hour and a half before we could relax. Still had the smell in the room despite all of our efforts to clean. Another thing....I dislike how the owner still leaves signs about the free breakfast up in the lobby as well as on these 3rd party booking apps....yet DOES NOT OFFER THE BREAKFAST ANY LONGER!! its false advertising, and I dont like how I pointed it out to him...and he just looked at me

The rooms are very outdated, I was honestly scared to sleep on the bed. The front desk lady was so nice and welcoming to my husband when he went in to initially ask about pricing but then once I realize do I could reserve online and went in to check in she was being super rude to me. They lied about having breakfast available, which we had asked about the night before, even before we checked in. Right outside my door there was used syringes. It was a late night check In and literally all we did was sleep and leave but id rather sleep in my car next time if this is the only option. You definitely get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I didn’t like that they stoled my money after I checked out couple of mins after checking in due to bed bugs on my bed that bit my arm several times I told manager and he said he would refund me and never did so the worst place I have ever encountered I didn’t even stay there it was horrible ppl using drugs people homeless staying there. Total disaster! Do not book there if you don’t know San Antonio research first! I recommend red roof on ww white rd

Company lied about offering me a refund after 1/6 nights were stayed, and denies refund based on unstated policy. Front desk says they'll refund me, thanks Manny, but Ovo- company over them- declines and stalemates and ducks communication for days on end. How my money has been stolen without any explanation. Makes no sense and isn't professional. I have been lied to and frauded by this company and hotel.
