    The food was good, but I felt that lady doing the breakfast was a bit aggressive about what people were doing or not doing with the waffles, bagels etc. There were no knives to cut the bagel so I was using the tongs to cut thru the bagel so I could put into the toaster. My husband forgot to spray the waffel maker before he put in the batter- she acted like it was a crime.

    I didn't like how there weren't enough pillows or blankets in the room i stay. The pillows weren't cushion enough i had a very hard time sleeping. The breakfast was alight i wish there was more options like bacon and eggs or pancakes. staff was great they totally nice and reliable at times. next time i book here i hope Expedia will fix the room issue because reserve a room for 2 beds and one sofa couch and i am very disappointed of that but i'm glad the staff got me into a different room that i can deal with.

    It was a good stay if you’re planning to be out and about all day. The hotel room is clean but not super clean. The sheets were stained, the bathroom floor was dirty. I was traveling with my son and he crawls so he tried going under the bed….that was filthy. But if you have no kids you’re fine. I’d stay again since I’m out and about everytime I visit. Just request for sheet change and bring slippers for the restroom.

    I love that it so convenient to our Dr. Appointments at Texas Oncology. The only issue was breakfast but we left to go to medical testing early at Texas Oncology..we left about 6:40 am.. I grab a cup of coffee and it was ice cold. But, it was drinkable. Took it for the road.

    Hotel overall seemed mostly clean but was outdated and shabby. The couch in our room was stained, the pull out mattress had old blood on it, and some of our sheets had holes. One of the reasons we chose this was based off breakfast reviews and it was just average. If there was a high volume of people, there was a great struggle to keep up with food and refill. It was ok, but I've definitely had better hotel breakfast and would choose a different hotel

    Staff was courteous - room was for handicapped people. So when you showered water was all over the floor. Slippery and had to use towels so we wouldn’t fall . Ran out of towel paper , had to ask staff for more . Breakfast was good / decent.

    The location was favorable. Room layout was odd. AC faced bed so you couldn’t keep room at desired temperature due to freezing air hitting you directly so you had to turn down. Odd tv placement and had narrow space to enter restroom due to bed placement.

    One of the reasons I booked with this hotel was the breakfast,VERY DISAPPOINTED, first breakfast they said the truck didn't arrive on time so we literally have leftovers, HORRIBLE! Second day not good at all. The staff from the hotel were eating and drinking like they were in a bar, very unprofessional. Not going to even start with the cleaning of the place, the smell were very bad and working only one elevator that looks like the one that put trash in. Never ever will book again in this place !!!!     From the moment we drove up to the hotel we felt it was lacking. The outside was not well kept which indicated what the inside would likely look like. When entering the building we found unfortunately our assumptions were correct. The staff was nice and welcoming but the building itself looked very old and poorly kept up as far as cleanliness goes. The carpets looked old and floors looked like they needed a good sweeping, mopping, vacuuming. The walls we're dingy and old and the whole place smelled weird. The elevator stopped working so we had to use the stairs all the way up to the third floor. The hallway to get to our room was stuffy with what seemed like no airflow and it stunk. The actual room was cold upon entering but again stuffy. I'm glad we brought some of our own blankets and pillows because I didn't think I could have slept on theirs. We ended up buying extra blankets at Ross for our children because they weren't comfortable on the hotel sheets, a clipped toenail was found on the sofa bed when we opened it for them and at that point we thought about leaving to find another hotel. We decided to stay since it was only 2 nights and we planned to be out most of the day and would only sleep there. The breakfast in the morning was just ok nothing special. The gym lacked as well and we didn't use the pool because it got cold outside but not sure if we would have even tried had it been warm considering the condition of everything else in the hotel. One of the elevators was not working and with a hotel at 100 % capacity, it was just a little time consuming. The breakfast was good. They offer laundry detergent free. Which we didn’t have a chance to use, but maybe you can benefit from it, if time permits. Trey is the assistant manager and he made the stay worth it. He was very accommodating and understanding and always willing to help out customers to make them comfortable during their stay. He definitely deserves additional compensation for all the work he does to go above and beyond for customer.

I can’t remember her name (maybe Angela or Angelica) but the night staff woman was very friendly and welcoming. If I were to come back, it def be because of her caring communication.

    I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are very spacious for 6 of us. The lounge area is big, so we had no trouble finding place for breakfast. The parking area was good and it was free. The breakfast was OK, wish they had the waffle maker, my kids were a but disappointed. This hotel is now one of my favorites.

    Misleading photos on the website. Property looks older in person. Not very clean down the halls because guest are told to leave their overflowing trash in the hallway and someone will empty it. Takes a while for someone to get to it so you’ll be walking through trashy halls for a while. Ok breakfast. Nothing fancy. But you get what you pay for so I’m satisfied with the stay. If you want luxury then you’ll need to go pay luxury prices. Won’t find it here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Probably was the best thing about the stay

    This is an older hotel, which I don't mind, if the rooms are clean. However, there were months worth of dust on wall sconces in the bathroom, dust bunnies in the corner of the bathroom counter, dirt on the bathroom doors, and broken slats on the closet doors.     Building was ok, my room smelled like cigarettes the whole stay there. Looked under my bed before checking out just to make sure I wasn’t leaving nothing behind and noticed under the beds hasn’t been cleaned. Trash and a pair of old sandals from previous people.

    We had a mix up with our reservations and the manger spent over an hour on the phone with me the night before we were to check in to make sure I was satisfied with everything. They even moved a pull out couch into one of our rooms to accommodate us. Henry at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful with our specific needs and food recommendations. Breakfast was very good every day. The only issue we had was the lift to get a handicap person in the pool was not working. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to San Antonio.

Condition of the sheets and towels need replacement. Air conditioning blows directly to our heads and water temperature in the shower was sometimes unadjustable.

    The property was close to where we needed to go. Nice size room. However, the elevator kept stalling. Was afraid to get on it at times for fear that it would stop while we were on it. Husband walks with a cane, so climbing 3 flights of stairs wouldn't be easy. Our door key worked (turned green), but the latch was loose and hard to open. We reported that. On the first night the water was turned off due to a leak in the building. After traveling all day, we just wanted to wash and go to bed. That was delayed due to this.

One can't hold the staff accountable for the condition of this place, but I will say that the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days (if not weeks). We had picked this location due to its proximity to one of our favorite breakfast spots in town, but quickly realized that we should've stuck with our usual hotel about 5 minutes away. There are much better options at similar price points within minutes. We are just glad that this was juat a one night stay.

    There were lots of barking dogs had to move room, 2nd room air conditioning did not work and finally 3rd room there is a hole by air conditioning under to carpet that feels like you may go through the floor tor 2nd floor ceiling.

    Room was dirty upon check in, terrible leak from bathroom sink, bed had stains on it that look like a child was conceived on it, sofa bed mattress was gross and torn along the side, hair and girls bow left in drawer, coffee pot looked like it had not been cleaned in years, pots were dirty, floor was sticky, gummy sticky stuff on the glass in the cupboard, grout in shower and bathroom floor dirty, and several other issues. For being a hotel with a kitchen several basic utensils, pots, or serving items missing. Roll of paper towel had at best 6 sheets on it. When tried to get addressed staff was initially non-responsive and I walked up to an employee telling another employee that because they were sold out there nothing can do to alleviate the problem---it was after I spoke up and explain that I am the guest you are talking about that I got some response but yet was left with a room that was still not completely clean and missing towels. I have tons more pictures but they limit it to 8 to be posted.

    The breakfast area small and and pictures hace be giving waffles and nothing juat watered down egg and orange juice was more water then juice. Feomt desk not helpful at all.     Last day of check out breakfast buffet was terrible! Scrambled eggs and sausage patties was the main course. No breads nor bagels of anything available. Coffee was watered down and not kept up. I had family from our of state and town it was embarrassing!!! We're visiting Six Flags nearby and the property area was dirty for being a Marriott. Rooms were outdated old faul smells and simply not to any of my expectations... I paid for Four rooms for two nights and wasn't happy.

    The room we were given had a horrible odor of possibly curry. The hotel is super old and the bathroom grout is dirty, with moldy corners on the floor by the tub, the sofa bed was dirty and old, we had it reserved for 5 people and there were only 2 towels in the room. I had to call reception 3 times, first because the keys to the room would not work, and we were arriving exhausted and cold after had spent all day at Sea World and getting wet in rides, so the keys not working was a huge inconvenience. Someone came up with another key. The moment we walked into the room the strong odor hit us and I called reception asking for a different room. We were told they were fully booked. Then a couple of the kids got in the shower and we noticed there were not enough towels, so I called reception again and they told me to go down to pick them up (again,we were exhausted and cold so I asked if they could bring it into our room, but she said NO, I'm alone here). So I got really upset and told her we were completeley dissatisfied and I asked if they had a sister company hotel to send us to. The lady said there was a Holiday Inn across the street, but not a suster company. I complained again and she said, go to a different hotel and I will give you a full refund, and she hung up on me! We packed our stuff back up, checked out, and left. We are SO HAPPY WE LEFT because for $10 more we spent the night at Holiday Inn Express which was extremely clean, comfortable and with excellent breakfast!

    I reserve a king size bed and they didn't gave me that and then the key didn't work they had to program the key 4 times. The breakfast it was SUPERRRR limited they didn't have anything by 8:30am and they didn't want to make more food. The AC unit didn't work good. They charge me $5 per night for parking even i didnt have a car. I will not recommend this Horrible Hotel.

    Nice quiet place. Loved the complementary breakfast. The sofabed's matress and the bed's sheets should be thrown out, they had stains... The rest, not bad.

    There was no toilet paper in bathroom, toilet seat was very loose, and ac unit was squealing louder and louder. I was placed in another room, but no one should’ve been put in this room due to the ac unit issue.

    Staff is pretty nice. Rooms had mildew and kitchen appliances resume to o e fork and terrible knife and 2 dirty pans.

    The only minus is the inability to watch TV. Other than that, it was excellent. A big plus for the lady providing breakfast. She gives an excellent service and keeps up with cleanliness.

    The room smelled of marijuana. There were flecks of marijuana leaves in the nightstand drawer and in the sofa bed mattress. The hotel was full so they couldn't offer me a different room. The gentleman at the front desk did come in and personally clean the room but it did little for lingering smell. I've put too much faith in the hotel's reputation and the start ratings lately that I've stopped getting the "cancel anytime" option. Moving forward I will be choosing that option.

    Very clean sheet & blanket, I don't have to use my own personal blanket etc...very good breakfast, clean restroom, and the staff is very friendly/ helpful.

    First thing first, we have stayed at this location before and this stay was not the same...after check we noticed one elevator not working and the working elevator wasnt working(button) to get to 3rd floor where we were at(worker said just keep pressing button it has an issue) we ended up using stairs. Breakfast was 7-10am we got there at 9:30 and there was a line waiting for eggs, they were never brought out..coffee was served at night but no cream available because staff had no key to where creamer was. One of my keys wasnt working it took 30 mins at front desk to attend me since there was a customer that had an issue checking out and he was giving a free drink for the wait, i had to pay for mine while i waited just as long...we stayed two days, checked out second day didnt bother to get breakfast but we wont be coming back to this location again...

    Older hotel, needs updating, saw many bugs in the room. When we were eating breakfast there was a huge cockroach crawling on the floor close to us. Water stains on the ceiling of our room. No central A/C, only a/c is by the window, and it took forever to cool down. Shampoo dispenser was out when we arrived, family of 5, and no sheets for the fold out couch were in the room, and not enough towels. Stains on the duvet covers on the beds, stains on the couch. Just felt dirty!

    Decent hotel. We had ants in our room and bed and they ended up biting us and leaving welts overnight. The hotel did move us once aware but still… they were coming through the AC. We were in the second floor. Also, the person above us had a dog that sounded like a horse… I get pets going with travelers but maybe put them on a bottom floor to take care of the other guests.

    Had motorcycle group revving their engines and playing loud music right outside my window next to the front of the property at 10:28pm on Saturday night. Breakfast on Saturday had packaged food only, no eggs, sausage, fresh cut up fruit, or oatmeal (except for packaged variety). Limited on yogurt. Lids for the coffee cups did not fit, making it impossible to take the coffee on the road. No creamer in coffee area. Had to walk to breakfast area and get it out of the fridge, making preparing a quick cup of coffee at the coffee bar impossible. Remote and even buttons on TV worked only sporadically to change the channel. Ran out of toilet paper as did other guests who were seen in the lobby picking it up. Toilet was running upon arrival due to worn out flapper.
