Size of room was decent. Location worked for what I needed. No elevator and having to carry all my stuff upstairs was challenging. Hallway smelled like Marijuana and there was a load crying & screaming baby for 2 nights bc I think people actually reside there longterm. Toilet seat was already partially broken.

Staying here is 7 out of 10 because once I arrive the room everything seem fine until I find bedsheet with blue line spot around it but I call right way but they can’t change until morning time definitely need housekeeping 24 hour in case anything happen but staff are friendly and kind with smile on it but the definitely need more cleaning when someone checking in new room

My family and I stayed at hotel . We spend 3 nights there we arrived on Thursday night everything was fine. Come Friday morning at 8:30am after my husband left to work the cleaning guy open the door to our room while my daughter and were asleep my medical dog ran at the door n the guy closed it fast Saturday he open the door again at 8:55am again after my husband left, N Sunday morning at 7:25am my husband had just left, I went to the restroom and he open the door while I was in the restroom. The front office made excuses for the man. Please be careful more if u have small kids I believe that man is a pedophile, because he only did it when my husband left. I called the the cops and made a police report they said it was an invasion of privacy and other charges can be filed. I have been so scared that I haven't slept since this happened on April 24,25 and the 26 of 2026. What would have happened if I had not tooken my medical dog, what would that man have done to me and my daughter. Please stay away from this hotel. We even gave the my dog medical license so they knew my dog was in the room. His job is to protect us and he did a very good job.

The room was decent quality, but I would say the rooms are not very soundproof and I could hear people talking in the hallways most of the night. Also the microwave in the room kept beeping randomly until I figured out how to unplug it. Not a bad place to stay for an overnight, but if you prefer quiet, I don’t recommend it.

The Rooms are always clean and the staffs is always accommodating.and quiet. And they always have plenty of parking spaces. What I don’t like about it’s not the property. It’s the construction that’s going on there and they really can’t help that they have nothing to do with it, but it is a little tedious at times.

The pool was kept clean, and the shower was very good. Housekeeping cleans daily, but I saw several roaches in my room. There was a brick wall in front of my window. If you stay here, do not accept a room on the first floor. Noise from upstairs was constant, like they were running/moving furniture back and forth 24/7.

Omg do not waste your money the floor had tape on it to hold it together, there were roaches the bed comforter was stanky with burn holes. The lamp shades were torn up with yellow stains on them the bathroom was horrible no toilet seat lid.. dirty linen bad property do not rent…. The chair was so nasty u would throw up..

I like the the people that worked there. They are so accommodating and it’s a nice size room and never have had any problems there. I don’t have any dislikes about the prop that’s just that they do in construction at this time and it’s kind of hard at times to get there but it’s nothing you can do about it. It’s not their fault.

Although the hotel is a little dated the rooms seem to be updated, but they need to also update the bathrooms. The bathroom door was an old wooden door that barely closed and when I tried to open it part of the door panel was loose and pulled apart from the door and made it hard for me to open the door. There were also holes that were big enough for a cockroach or large bug to come thru in the bathroom wall near the floor. Those types of things need to be fixed and the paint updated in the bathroom. And I didn't like how all the rooms in my hall were non-smoking rooms, but every morning that I left the room the hallway smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

I know for a fact that room 221 has a serious serious roach infestation it was to the point to where I couldn't lay down all night I set up in a chair and killed roaches all night because they wouldn't move me and I go to the front desk and ask do you guys have rated lease he said no they didn't have any bug repellent to come back and and 7:00 in the morning whenever the other manager was going to be there I came down and told the manager about the roaches he kind of blew it off at first until I showed him video after video after video I'm about 30 roaches I killed then he wants to you know take action and move me to another room and then he didn't want to move me to another room he wanted to come in and have his the other guy spray this repellent that they concocted up in this thing and it's squirting all over everything and then after you spray this repellent on everything I'm supposed to be cool and be like is everything good we're good wow wow their mattresses are filthy if you ever are making up a bed please do not lift up the mattress cover cuz you'll be going down there getting your money back wanting to leave just sharing some of my stories

I was charged $40, the lady behind me $100, my friend nothing. Broken glass all over floor, dirt under the comforter, along with the sheets. Towels smelled dirty, no Toilet paper in the room, or toiletries of any kind. Had to go buy them ourselves. Evidently housekeeping closes at 3pm

Really enjoy staying here anytime we're in town, the rooms are kept clean and the staff is always friendly, we had an issue with the fridge in our room and they were really quick to take care of it. Will definitely stay here again for all that, plus the price makes it even a better deal!

The staff was very friendly. Our room was pretty descent and clean. The outside of the hotel looked a little rough due to the building right next door being condemned and the roadway construction in the front of the hotel. The vending machine did not work and the drinks inside of the machine was warm. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it closed at 10pm.

It would be nice if there was more detail to some of the cleanliness of the room, dust balls around the bed and some of the lightbulbs needed to be replaced and perhaps some maintenance on the appearance of the air condition unit. More than anything it’s just fine-tuning on things that can be done to upkeep the property.

When you first walk into the building there is an overwhelming smell of smoke. It seems the guests smoke right in front of the front door and the smell goes in that way. I had booked a room for a family of 5 which was clearly stated in the search and was provided a room that fit 4, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The pool was very dirty. the hotel seems to be in a bad area, Which isn’t the hotels fault but I wouldn’t walk out in the area alone or with my children. It’s very difficult to sleep at night aside from the lack of room it’s very noisy in the surrounding area. Again not the hotels fault but just a heads up. The staff was very nice and helpful as much as they could be but there wasn’t much that could be done during my stay aside from leaving.

The bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere didn’t realize it until my pants were soaked leaning up against the sink. I started feeling itch and getting asthma so the room was used last with someone who had pets and I am allergic to pet hair and dander. I was tired and just took allergy medicine.

Abandoned building right next door to hotel & a strip club which are not pictured when the location is pulled up on Maps. I did not feel comfortable to stay there let alone have my child there. Lobby smelled funky. I did not stay & when trying to get a refund, Expedia declined to refund even due to the lack of information, & photos provided to customers!

I wouldn’t mind staying again but my room would need air freshener. Also one other small complaint, the coffee in the lobby looked like dirty water so I opted to make coffee in my room (you should consider switching to k-cups) and my coffee maker acted like it was going to brew my coffee but after 10 minutes of waiting…. NO COFFEE ☹️.

We asked for a room in the lower floor because my husband has really bad knees, I have really bad arthritis on my hips .making it hart to go up stair . It painfull for both of us . Moving suitcases up and down stairs.

The cleaning was horrible the first room I found a hair in my bed so then I was moved from room 217 to 214 and then 214 no wasn’t here my bad but there was stuff all over the walls that I personally claim took pictures and went down and show them to the attendance at the front desk. She didn’t seem as if it mattered or she cared. To be honest I actually think that everyone who works there actually is part of their family so it doesn’t matter was whether they clean well or not pictures enclosed

When you arrive to the hotel the carpet the smells awful like old musty people slam the door all night long down the hallway you have to go up the stairs and they just stink like cigarettes and piss it was awful don't stay there spend the extra 40 bucks and stay somewhere else the guy at the front desk was nice enough but stay somewhere else thank you have a great day.

Very dirty. Not clean enough for the price. Germs can make you sick. Did not use the shower or bathrooms. The value of the room is about $30 or $35 a night tops. Any higher price is simple not worth it

Front desk clerk was friendly, room was clean.

There were no wastebaskets in our room. Toilet backed up in the morning and I was told we would have to wait for Housekeeping to arrive.

The room was dirty. There was long black hair all over the room from in the bathroom to the bed to inside the mini fridge.

We left to a sporting event and returned that evening.. walked into the lobby to a very strong smell marijuana, in the lobby and in the hallway leading to our room. Did not feel safe in this hotel, and to make matters worse the AC stopped cooling at one point in the night.

It served it's purpose but it smelled and was humid and sticky in the room and just not cleaned well lots of mold.

I choose this motel because they advertise providing a free breakfast, but there was no breakfast which they blamed on Covid.

For being a non-Smoking hotel, it sure smelled like smoke up and down the hallways. Room was smaller than expected but clean.

No breakfast or even coffee was a big let down.

All of the rooms say no smoking however the entire building absolutely smells like nothing but cigarettes most disgusting thing ever also our lamp has a metal thing around it that had what looked like the Inside of a cigarette or cigar floors felt sticky not clean at all meds smelled like cigarettes too im glad I took my own pillows and blanket I won’t ever stay here again DO NOT RECOMMEND also when checking in the man would say things like “Give me ur ID” “hey sign this” “Give me your card to put on file” never said please or thank you handed me a room key and said room number never bye have a nice stay nothing

Worst experience ever for a hotel.

Service was fine but the first room i went into was disgusting. There was hair on the bed and around the corners and lining if the box spring and mattress and the room smelled horrible. The second room had a roach on the toilet and smelled like mildew. I ended up cleaning the room myself because i didnt want to move again. Also toiletries from the previous guest were not removed from the first room.
