After walking, my husband and I along with kids were inspecting room. After pulling sheets back there was blood stains on both beds, along with that sheets were completely filthy. Found 1 dead bed bug in the cracks of the mattress, and bath tub had dead roaches in it. My family immediately grabbed our stuff and went ro front and requested refund. The front desk person was trying to keep some of the money until my husband told him NO.

The room was horrible. Roaches, dusty,hair, and no breakfast. Pool was GREEN. The room smelled of smoke also cigarette butt's were in the sink. Hair all around the bathroom floor. The 1 bright spot was Mrs. Sandra the housekeeper, she really made sure we had towels and bathroom tissue when we needed them. I would not recommend anyone of my family or friends staying at this location.

Have never had this before. Paid for my room online get here and guys says card machine not working i say its already paid for he says that wont work. I show him my receipt and confirmation number still says i need cash. Mind you i have been driving all day and just wont the room i paid for. Anyway i end up paying for another room cause at this point im furious with this guy. I will never stay here again. BS.

Was not expecting much but desk person could not find my payment confirmation. They wanted me to cancel and rebook which is shady at best. Once that issue was resolved the room was ok. Non smoking room with the lingering odor of cigarette smoke. Final issue there was zero soap, shampoo or conditioner. At least provide the basics!

The tile was falling off of the baseboard in the bathroom. Also the maid did not refill the toliet paper roll. Basic 101. What I dump.

Our room was not cleaned before we checked in. There was old food in the fridge, trash around the room, dirty towels, and a wad of spit/snot in the sink. After seeing all of this we chose to not stay and just left that same night.

The guy working at the front desk (don’t know if he was a manager or what) was an absolutely delight and very friendly. However the room that we got was absolutely garbage. Water was leaking from the roof onto the carpet so the room had a moldy nasty smell and the floor leading to the bathroom was wet. The coffee pot wasn’t working and was missing the pot. The restroom was not clean at all and the toilet was broken. Should’ve gone to a different hotel instead.

I reserved a room for non smoking I get there , the room smelled like smoke , there was a blunt roched someone left on the bed rest, there was no towels walls floor ceilings was dirty when I tried to leave the room the door handle from the inside came off , I checked in at 7pm and literally checked out at 11pm I didn't stay the night at all.

This hotel had nothing but crackheads staying at it and the pictures are a scam. There was seman stains and blood stains on the beds, the room smelt like a pack of cigarettes and there were multiple German roaches that came out. We ended up not staying here and they refuse to give us our money back.

This place was terrible, I could even stay for a minute, I have booked non-smoking room through Hotels.com, then I got the room and it has very bad smell, and the trash cans were full, it seems it was used before we get it, the room was in a terrible condition. Then I went back to talk to the front desk agent, he told me this is the only room he has, and I can tell the place was empty there were 4 or 5 cars only in the parking lot, I told him I don't want the room he said he will refund me if the agent called him then I have left and I contacted Hotels.com the agent contacted the front desk guy and he told the agent that he offered me another room which is not correct, anyway the agent told me that he can't do anything since he followed the procedure! I don’t know how Hotels.com listed that property in thier listing and it has very bad reviews and reputation, also as a customer they should protect me, but that didn’t happen and they believed that front desk guy, this is totally unacceptable. Lesson learned, I will never use Hotels.com again or any third party booking company. And don't even think to stay in this property.

Fleas were on us from previous person that had a pet in the room. There was still dog food on the floor. No soap in room and towels look like they are used to wash cars regularly.

Place was very peaceful and clean, front desk agent was very friendly and helpful,check out was smooth and quick, overall staff was great, a good asset to the wyndham family

I would not have stayed at this hotel having seen it beforehand nor would I have put my worst enemy in one of the rooms. The room was not only disgusting but was unsafe for an animal not to mention a human. There were missing handles, holes patched with receipt paper, peeling and chipping pieces out of the room. The door also had no weather stripping at the entrance leaving any passer-by or to look in if they pleased. These are only a few of the issues I experienced at this property. There were more issues and I have and will provide pictures upon request.

This was one on the dirtyest hotels i have stayed at. Worst part was getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and seeing 10 to 15 german roaches running around the vanity.

Staff wasn¿t very welcoming and warm, but was kinda nice and if I could check in earlier than 245 when I had to check out of my other hotel at 11 so I had to go three hours until I could check into my next hotel here

The next room was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom cracks exposed in the ceiling in the living room carpets were dirty, stained walls and assorted other. The hotel did not offer coffee or breakfast as stated there was no coffee in the room towels were staying stained, and not enough. Staff stated they were going through renovations, which the rooms showed they really really needed. This was the most discouraging day we have ever been on. We know that the hotel room was low priced, but did not feel the price matched the poor quality of the rooms and Services. Expedia should be ashamed to even advertise this property. Very disappointed.

No bath towels, even in the reception, we couldn't take a shower, stinky and nasty place. Worse place we ever stayed, no bathroom curtains, (broke) sink plugged. People yelling at the middle of the night. Horrible experience.

Carpets need shampooing, microwave looked like something exploded in it. One of the chairs I wouldn't have sat in. Guy wearing a ski mask outside was on the premises for a short time.

Last minute overnight stay to beat the heat. The pool was clean and not crowded. The air conditioning worked wonderfully (ours broke that morning at home which is why we needed to cool down). I booked online and found everything we desired at a reasonable price. Check in was easy and the young lady who checked us in casually told me that the room we picked was not available so she upgraded us to a suite. The service at this Super 8 is above average. No problems only solutions with a caring attitude. This was my second visit and I will be going back again and again. It is not new and shiny but clean and comfortable is all I need. When i factor in a fair price and good service, I am a happy bargain hunter:)

Reserved a king room in the middle of winter. Arrived and they room was cold, the heat didnt work, doors were damaged inside. The room smelled like smoke and it was a nonsmoking room. I told the guy desk at the front desk and he said that we didnt leave the heat on long enough for it to start working. After explaining to him that we had it running for 30 minutes and it was still blowing he said well it worked for the last people. He told me that there were not any other open rooms and that he would need to go check the heat. After he checked the heat all of a sudden there was another room for us. He moved us room but the room conditions were not any better. Doors damaged, no hairdryer, no shampoo, no hand soap, toliets were stopped up.

Water wasn’t hot, dirty floors, dead bugs behind bed frame, looked like a dead cockroach in bathroom light. Outside of microwave was filthy. I didn’t feel comfortable there, but there was no refund and we ended up leaving early. We wouldn’t recommend this one and won’t come back.

Dirty sheets with holes, old stained towels, will not give replacement sheets or towels, no shampoo, no breakfast, dirty carpet, broken door...

In the other room, there was no remote and the fridge was leaking onto the carpet. We came back to the room late and there were several people hanging around outside just staring at us. It was really uncomfortable. The soda machine was not working either.

They had no towels or soap in our room for the first two nights. I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. They locked us out of our room the second and third night and I had to go to the front desk to get them to reset the key. Housekeeping only came in one time. Drug deals were going on in the parking lot after dark as well.

Horrendous. We left as soon as we got there to find a new hotel…. We just hope Sandi and Joe are still together. Trying to get a refund but you can only do that if you go back to the bulletproof glass within 30 mins… we left the key on the table and called Uber to take us back to the airport asap instead…. After spending $75 on Uber, we found somewhere we could at least lay our heads for 4 hours before the rental car place opened up. We couldn’t do that here without wondering what kind of creepy crawlies we would’ve left with. Choose somewhere, ANYWHERE else….

Do you ever visit any of the sites? I have pictures. Also false advertising. No airport shuttle like it says which is one of the reasons why I booked it. The bathroom door had a hole with the bottom looking like someone took a bite. A hole above the shower head and damage by the light. Not happy at all!

Hotels.con really needs to find a way to post an accurate description, along with photos, of each of the places they list. This place was gross. Don't trust the photos and take time to read reviews instead.

The hotel was DISGUSTING I mean absolutely gross. The walls were nasty and you could see what looked like liquid or stains all over the walls. The carpets were disgusting. The bathroom ceiling had discoloration and paint chipped. The light switches were broken off. The lamps look like they had water damage. The fire detector was not even working or even there. The whole where it was supposed to be was plugged up with tissue paper. The pool was GREEEEEEN green. I was just so disappointed and digested. Literally sick to my stomach.

Pool was icky green and closed, my room had hair in the tub, the shampoo bottle was half empty, I think they had made the bed, put in fresh towels and moved on. I never leave reviews, but this one was just too much.

The property is OLD. The bedspreads are Old & has holes, the refrigerator's freezer was so frozen PACKED on ice until the freezer door wouldn't open. The pool was GREEN. It was just a HORRIBLE experience & I am SURPRISED that Expedia would even Have such a place in their listing.

Staff at front desk very rude, no soap or toilet paper in room, bad condition of room. They announce "Free breakfast" but they don't have anything, when I asked person at desk was very rude.

do not stay at this hotel !!!!!! I got a room with 2 queen beds no tv or mini fridge. The door did not lock and it didnt have the latch thing either on the door. Called and told them what was going on, I did get moved into another room. The second room had a tv but no microwave or mini fridge. It was very dirty. I asked for my money back and was refused. Ended up going to Walmart to buy bed sheets and lysol wipes to clean the room myself. ALSO!! no washer and dryer. They have been broken into. Worst place I have ever stayed at.

I stayed here only because my family had booked here. There is no service no ice machine not much of anything. The mattresses are old and thin so your basically just sleeping on springs. There is drug paraphernalia along the fence and the property has trash everywhere. I will say the sheets were clean but my sons family had to go to target and buy sheets since the ones in their room made them all itchy. Of course with COVID-19 there is no breakfast and the extra taxes were ridiculous.

Towels were like dish cloths tile in bathroom not clean and mold in corners. Rips in the couch cushion. No wash cloths. Very disappointing stay. Especially for 81$. Never again.

Didn’t stay. Entered room to find dead bugs (bedbugs also) everywhere, stained and unclean sheets (human liquid, will not elaborate) and a steel that made me sick. Made an additional 10 hr ride to New Orleans on top of an already 16 hr drive form Arizona just to get as far away from this location as humanly possible.

The bedroom I was given was dirty still no lie and especially them roaches running around like they were the guest. Anyways the tv were too small and poor choice of channels the bedroom

Cigarette burns in bedding, paint on bedding, deadbolt did not work, holes in ceiling from leaking, no hair dryer available. Had an iron but no ironing board. Towels had makeup stains, bathroom door had hole punched in it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The place was dirty full of roaches . The lock on the door didnt work. There was no weather stripping on the door. You could see daylight through the door. The furniture was beat up. The room stank. It was a scary place. Do not stay there. It isn't close to downtown San Antonio.

The gentleman in the front desk was amazing friendly and helpful he gets 5 stars . Now as far for house keeping very poorly bathroom was very nasty dirty you can tell it had not been mop or swept floor was vey sticky the door was all dirty as well . Housekeeper needs to get on the ball with the cleaning !

This hotel was a surprise gem. It is very well located in regards to Downtown San Antonio, just hop on 10 and you're there in less than 15 minutes. Yes its older and has a few blemishes, but the staff seems to really care for the place. The room was spacious, the bed comfy, and pillows plump. We will definitely stay here again next year when we come back for San Japan!

Ceiling over shower about to collapse and leaking steady steam of water when upstairs restroom In use. Go to the office to notify the desk and another customer is there with a napkin full of bed bugs. Naturally we go back and check our bed and sure enough we are in the same situation. Immediately packed up, mind you it’s midnight, and Hotels.com was able to find us a more suitable stay for the evening. Took videos and photos just not what one would expect from a Wyndham location.

They had to change our room about 5 times because they didn't know what rooms where under construction and what rooms had mold. The breakfast that was included was super limited. Would not recommend.

Well first the room smelled smokey for a non smoking room...the toilet was not attached to the floor so it moved when ever u sat on it plus we killed 2 small roaches by the bathroom

Shower cap hanging in bathroom I assume was from last guest. A drawer full of someone else’s clothes. Smoke alarm missing, just wires dangling from ceiling. House keeper not come when we left that morning but put a do not disturb sign on door that was not there when we left. Has to wait an hour for clean towels.
