No coffee in the studio suites office after 12 pm, any coffee drinkers during the day and evening bring BYOC... I drink coffee day and evenings no coffee means = Alcohol I had to BMOA... LoL... but would have preferred coffee.

I asked for towels twice and got a nod and a smile but no towels. Inside room had zero shower goods, no soap, no shampoo. Door on outside looked like it had been kicked by a Clydesdale and there was a light seam around the whole door. Oddly enough the bed was great but one of the pillows was moldy. No one to complain to that would listen so I slept and left and that’s it.

Was dirty not well maintained and smelled horrible wound up having to spray febreze to help the smell a little bit. Cracked sink and stains on the bathtub.

I booked a non smoking room and the one I was put into smelled like an ashtray, there were also certain overnight workers working the truck stop next door. The hot water didn’t work. The sheets made me itch and the bed was like sleeping on a cement floor with a cardboard mattress topper. Won’t be back and won’t recommend this place. It was gross stayed one night and left the next morning. There are also questionable characters that appear to live onsite as well and the staff was rude.

The stay is chaotic. After extending my stay for 3 more nights and working 13 hour shifts I get to the hotel and as I’m sleeping an employee enters the room and says the room should be empty so I am woken up at 9:30 pm and they switch my room at that night I have to move all My things because I had a 2 bed room and they should have given me a 1 bed room and have to go thru chaos until I move everything and then have to leave to work at 4 in the morning. Their organization is terrible. I have stayed with them for over 1 month and it is the 2nd time I have to go thru this. I guess my next stay will Be somewhere else.

I paid early check in non refundable 25 bucks and wasn’t at least clean or up to par nor were there bar soaps only shampoo and u could just tell nobody even wiped it down got a smoking room no ashtrays and sheets were full of cigarette burns

This place is good for quick stop, resting, take a shower and keep going in your trip.

It was good very comfortable. My rooms plug ins didn't work and neither did the microwave Not being able to actually charge my phone in the room because I have to have it charged at all times because family and a few other things

At $80 for a two-night stay, the value is undeniable. It functions exactly as intended without any unnecessary fluff. It simply works for what you need it to do. Pro Tip: The Mexican joint right next door is excellent. It is a significant tactical advantage for a quick and quality meal.

The room was clean and ok, although from the outside the motel did not look so nice. The neighborhood was really bad - truck drivers, prostitutes, drug dealers. Police was there to check on a client irt drugs. At night kuds yelling and couples fighting... We did not feel safe and left first thing in the morning. Not recommendable at all.

The check in was smooth but often the people at reception were not present. The bed sheets didn't look or feel clean. There were no hangers to hang my clothes. Let's just say l've been to better motels within the same budget. Don't be fooled by the photos!

The air conditioning is the only decent thing about this place was given a second room after I checked into the first and showed the lady 3 of the roaches we spotted out of a hole in the wall of room 133 bottom floor. Got the 2nd room a day in water starts to leak out of the wall in room 201 2nd floor. When we checked in the service was terrible no one was at the counter. When we checked out our deposit of 20.60 was not refunded.

Young lady at check in was doing her job. I got 2 rooms with different names on them and I forgot. I offered my Expedia info and showed my receipt and she could do nothing. Thank God my brain went into overdrive and we got our rooms. Rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, but one of them and its restroom had a strong smoke smell and there were ash trays in the drawers. The remote did not work, so no TV. The sink faucet did not work. Also, the pictures show an iron and ironing board, but there were none in either room. We did not report these to office because we only had a 2-night stay and we would leave early in the morning and return pretty late, so we managed. The place is pretty loud at night because it is also a trucking space. Finally, office does not look like the picture, and they have a $20 deposit per room, which they do return at the end of your stay. Overall, it is an economic place to stay the night. It fulfills its purpose.

You shouldn't expect a lot for how inexpensive it is, but overall it is not bad, especially if you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the motel during your stay. Air conditioning works fine. Surprisingly quiet, especially considering that it is right on the expressway and next to a truck stop, so no problem sleeping at night. 13 minutes from the airport, probably about the same to downtown. There is a diner and a Mexican fast food place right next door. They have a small pool and they do maintain it (I saw the pool guy at work). I gave it three stars for all the specific items, but four stars overall for value.

Hotel staff was never around. Phone calls were never answered, staff could not find reservation and then called 2 hour later expecting me to go back because they had found the reservation. Was told hotel is not pet friendly but then saw some huge dogs in the rooms

They had a, a working TV and wifi. The room wasn't dirty but not especially clean or sightly.

The room upon arrival was not clean there was like a dog treat on the floor that looked like a sausage a toe nail and stuff under the dresser. Stayed for five night and there was no house keeping or towel refresh/trash taken out.

Rooms are clean enough but not exactly luxurious. Really I gave it 4 stars because you can't beat that price.

The shower in our room DID NOT WORK, and the man came and saw and LITERALLY ASKED ME if I would like a bucket to fill up to dump the water from the tub on myself to wash up. I’m 8 months pregnant. It was the absolute craziest thing I could’ve ever been told or offered in my life.

Walked into the room, first thing I noticed was a dead insect on the floor, then I noticed the bottom of the door had no weather stripping and I could see outside right through the bottom of the door. No wonder there were bugs in the room. The counters and the bathtub were heavily scratched and stained. The light fixture in the middle of the room was broken and had a plastic grocery bag taped around it. The bed only had 2 very small pillows, so I decided to go ask for more, as well as extra towels to block the bottom of the door. When I asked for pillows, the attendant told me he could give me anymore because the shipment of pillows never came. I said, a hotel without pillows, and he responded with, well all i do is explain, I do not care. That's when I decided me and my wife will not stay in this terrible place, we immediately left. Wish I took pictures. Will never recommend, and will forever speak badly about it.

The hotel was really nice. There was plenty of parking and the property was clean. The pool was within walking distance and they also allowed me to barbecue on the property. It's understandable that they did not want me to barbecue by their swimming pool but being able to barbecue at a hotel with good enough for me. The people were kind and staff constantly working to make customers happy. Thank you for a wonderful weekend that I enjoyed with my girls on Labor Day.

Upon arrival at the property, we noticed people outside behaving suspicious. The smell of marijuana was noticeable. We checked in, we parked our car, but I felt my car would be broken into. We got in the room. As my girlfriend and i were getting ready to take a shower, we saw a bunch of cockroaches coming out of the sink in the bathroom. They were coming out of the shower drain too. We felt disgusted. We did not finish shower because we were disgusted. We pack our stuff and went to check out. I explained why we were checking out to the female employee. She offered us a refund, but first to call expedia. She said that Expedia would call her, and she would approve the refund. I contacted Expedia explained the situation. They called the hotel. As per the Expedia representative, the hotel refused the refund. Horrible experience. I don't know why the hotel female staff offer a refund and not grant it. I ended up booking in La Hacienda near Alamodome and Riverwalk. Better and cleaner experience with them. Don't bother booking here. Worst experience i ever had.

I am worried about people breaking into the room if we leave to see the city. We're leaving tomorrow. You might need a universal translator in order to understand the owner.

room was clean A/C worked well in second room. towels were ok , shower was Ok bathtub very slick no traction in tub, electrical socket behind mattress turned off when ceiling light was turned off. glad I carry long extension cord for my CPAP had to plug it into the vanity plug to breathe at night. front desk did respond promptly to a/c issue.

I liked the location, close to everything. I did not like that they don’t give you the password for the WiFi. And when I asked they gave me a wrong password, so I was unable to connect to the internet. They should have the password printed on the tv controller or inside the room on the wall for easier access.

I had a wonderful time with my family there, we enjoyed swimming in the pool.

There's a truck stop across the street so there was some ocassional noise from the trucks but not to the point that it kept me awake or anything. The fridge kinda sucked but I only put a water bottle in there so didn't bother me. The sink leaked water on the floor any time I turned the faucet on, I looked underneath and there was a hose missing.

Cozy room. Good comfort. Air conditioning was nice. Had a relaxed sleep. The TV has Netflix too. I loved my stay here.

Building looked shabby stairs where falling apart, trash cans where full paint on top of what looked like mold. No cover over outlet plug

I think one of the staff came into my room while I was going and took something. I got back to my room and things just kind of looked out of place but I didn't really pay it any mind. But then the next day when I was checking out a notebook of mine with a lot of sensitive information and a title to a car was missing so before I checked out I packed all my stuff up individually and completely turns that room inside out to make sure it wasn't being missed but nope it's gone and I know I didn't take it anywhere else

It’s what you should expect in a $40 hotel. If you plan to charge your phone or use any electrical device while in bed, please remember to bring an extension cord as there are no plug-ins anywhere near the bed. It was hard to discern whether both the shower and the bathroom sink were dirty or just scarred up from being misused. It appears that the hotel is mostly used by folks who are in the trucking business. There is a way station next to the hotel and a large lot that accommodates for trucks and their trailers. The hotel staff was very nice when I checked in and accommodating to give me directions to the room. Wi-Fi worked fine and there was a light. No lamp near the bed or any type of clock because again that would require an electrical socket near the bed.

The owner does not tell the truth. The pool was not open even though the water was clear. He blamed it on the Government inspector that closed the pool for not being locked one month ago. It is locked now, but he has not called the inspector out to reinspect it so he can open it up. I think he is so cheap because he does not want to have additional cost to operate the pool. The floor in our room has not been mopped in a long time. The bottom of my socks turned black and when I walked around in my bare feet the bottom got black. Around 6:00 PM when they closed their roach mobile Indian food in the parking lot next to the office I saw them pouring probably 3 gallon buckets of oil and water mixture through a hole in the concrete. I said something about it, and then they just poured it on the grass. For the ECO people this would be a good call to the TCEQ of Texas. I do not have anything against Indians, but the attitude I witnessed and disregard to our laws and thoughts about Americans is typical. As I travel I notice almost all if not all of the motels and now high dollar chains like Embassy Suits are owned by Indians. They have not concern about repairing things, clean rooms (black feet), and they do not tell the truth most of the time.

The bathroom sink was dirty, there were no towels ex epy hand towels. Thankfully we had brought our own. The lamp in the room didnt work, and there was no outlets to plug in our phone charger except right by the bathroom sink.. the shower had no pressure and it took forever to get warm.

Disappointed: no blow dryer and toilet was leaking from bottom, only 2 thin pillows but bed was soft Did not expect super nice but this may matter to you: old looking, cracks in sink and tub, needs resurfacing

Horrible property. Looks condemned. Truckers parked all around and standing around. Felt creepy and unsafe. Rooms looked dirty. Lobby was run down and dark and gloomy. Nothing clean looking or lit up. Was the absolute worst hotel I have ever seen in person. I cancelled asap and did not stay. Don’t book here because you won’t even want to park your car outside at all. Scary. Very dark and scary. Photos did not match the property at all. Very deceiving.

The gentleman that checked me in was really the only highlight here. He was awesome, funny, and accommodating. But, If I wasn't so exhausted by the time I arrived, I probably would have kept driving to find a room elsewhere. The room was comfortable enough, but I woke up several times to go make sure my car hadn't been broken into...

Shame on Hotels.com! The photos for this listing are textbook "False Advertising" starting with that front office/lobby shot. This place is a dump with a capitol D, situated next to a semitrailer parking lot. So if you love the smell of diesel fuel when you walk out of your room, this is the place for you. The sink took 15 minutes to drain when filled with water. Also, I loved hearing people having a lively, 20-minute conversation RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR at 5AM...like it was 5PM! My family feared for my safety when they dropped me off there. Check out my photos of the actual front office.

This stay was one of the worst experiences I've had. Booked two rooms for our family for 4 nights. We arrived late the first night and were severely disappointed. The rooms were not clean (urin splatters on the bathroom floor, cigarette burn holes in the comforter and chair, the smell of smoke gave my allergies a fit!). I went to the desk the next morning and cancelled the rest of our stay. Went to Best Western. Paid more but oh, what a difference! It was in a safer looking setting as well. Will never stay at this hotel again. The manager was friendly but having issues with the refund he said I would get.

Is not bad for an inexpensive hotel and the comfort is pretty good but the attitude of the owners and the window hosts has much to be desired because they're just stone-faced, not friendly, nor wanting to be helpful at all. That was most of them that work at the window not all of them they may have been one worker that was someone nice

This place was awful. Half the office was tore up. Had a tarp over half the building. The other side had police tape. Hard to figure out where to go into. The staff wasn't there for check ins. Got there around 730 left at 745 and drove away scared. People run shady business out of rooms. Massage Etc. Crowded. lots of truckers walking around a dirty parking lot bare foot. It was wierd. Loud. With road noise and guest noise.

We have stayed here a few different times. Everyone room is spacious and clean. Property is clean and safe. Management is amazing. ( Thanks Dee!!) And the price is always unbeatable. Worth every penny.

Room 109 had no hit water in the shower. Mold was is the lining of the tub. A cockroach was in between the folded towels. Windows were dirty. I have pictures. But when I press the camera icon it doesnt let me download them.

I found that the pictures were highly inaccurate of the actual condition of the rooms. New flooring was great, beds were clean but holes in the walls, cracked sink, dirty shower curtain. Definitely was below expectations.

Room access from parking is not suitable

My 2 children ages 14 and 16 who are going through the worst time of our life we are homeless we have no transportation and I am struggling to get on my feet after my husband took everything and left my kids are good well behaved and very polite we committed with them and they knew our situation and they we very nice and seemed to be understanding. We always paid we tried to pay early several times and both gentlemen would let me pay when I tried but the ladies would tell me no come back on Friday so they could change me more I never complained. We never asked for cleaning service I cleaned up myself and we didn't have anyone else ever in our room we never had visitors. My 16 yr old daughter is the only one working and she works nights so of she has a day off of she didn't make enough to pay for 2 nights we had to wait for her to make enough to pay for the room but we always paid and I always communicated with them they told me they don't except pets even though I specifically searched for pet friendly rooms and while I was waiting to check in they allow 2 people ahead of me to check in with pets and the deposit was $20

Great customer service the all the clerks at the desk have been really fantastic.

It was fine. I had some power issues but they fixed that right away. The bed was a little soft for my liking and the pillows had definitely been used, but all in all, it was decent.

Let's start off with the outside, the hotel is a weekly and truck stop in one. Kinda sketchy, once inside the room it was wonderful bed was comfortable. The room was clean, no roaches. The only thing that was upsetting, was they say breakfast but never saw anything out. We stayed 4 days and never had a problem.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and was not very clean. Random hair everywhere. Not even soap to wash our hands with, let alone some body wash, Kleenex, etc. Pillows were so thin we may as well not have had any.

That being said, the rest of the room was clean and nicely updated. The bed was comfortable the A/C worked well, and the tub was super clean and excellent for soaking. The people hanging out outside all hours of the night never bothered anyone and really just minded their own business. The location also had two excellent, walkable dining options with the Black Bear Diner and the 24 hour Mexican restaurant nearby. I highly recommend this location!

Not a luxury motel, but clean. The furnishings were scuffed and chipped, but everything worked that needed to work.The owners seemed to know what they were doing about keeping the place secure. If you can forego appearances for function, this place is a good deal for you. Surprisingly quiet for so near the freeway.

Area Staff kept coming in after one knock at the door . Like give me time to get to the door. Told them over and over to please stop. Went to pay for my room. Got locked out because stop were not up front to take customers money. So I'm sitting outside at my door for longer than 30 minutes. Ask staff if they could open door, Indians started bad-mouthing. Owner came around the corner cop them and got after them. Hour into the peaceful occasion that happened, not that my door saying that I had to leave my premises. They kept my deposit and my money for my room after I pay.

Bed was comfortable. AC plenty cold for the 100+ heat. Office lady and laundry person very friendly. Tired old building with modest updates. Carpet stained. Door needed weather stripping to block drafts and light. Upholstery fabric filthy.
