The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities and overall atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. The exceptional customer service stood out and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant that I did not like. We had an awesome stay and were very satisfied with our experience.

The property was very clean and had great amenities. It's in a great location close to many restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to stay when visiting San Antonio.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. From the moment I arrived Alyssa was friendly and attentive. Check in was a breeze and the once the children went swimming, she brought more towels out without being asked. We had breakfast before checking out and the worker was very nice and busy. (She was moving so much I couldn’t read her badge but maybe Arianna?) She kept the kitchen areas clean and made sure everything was where it was supposed to be. The best staff person has to be whoever is hiring in HR because this staff was amazing!

Everything was very clean and orderly; breakfast was delicious and very fresh; good coffee! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean and neat. We did not use the pool but many others did! Very nice home away from home!

One of the elevators was broken for the 4 days that we were there, but they had people working on it the day we checked out. Only one elevator was busy during peak hours of the morning

Cons: we can hear all the loud stomping from the upstairs room and loud vehicles from where our room was. The next morning we noticed a cig smell in the room coming from the hallway. But overall the front desk staff were very nice

Polish Staff were friendly and attentive. The room could be cleaned better, same goes with the outdoor pool. We had an issue with the freezer with a foul smell that lingered in the room. They took care of it the next day. The iron had some icky black stuff on it and they replaced it right away. Overall, good location and surrounded by a lot of shops.

Stayed at this same location the week before. Nice hotel, however this booking was NOT as pleasant. The range was inoperable & could not watch cable channels in the room the ENTIRE 3 day stay. One of my main reasons for booking here is these convenient amenities. Disappointed that the staff was not trained to repair/resolve this issue. They did offer “points”on my IGH account they signed me up last week. How is this going to compensate me if I have yet to book through them? Both of my reservations with this hotel have been through hotels.com

AF base was an easy drive & about 15 mins away. THE STAFF- they were the best part. They were the nicest ever, responsive & so helpful. Would definitely stay there again if in SA.

One of the guest had a dog that barked for hours. Guests services was contacted multiple times and they apologized and nothing more. Literally hours.

Came to San Antonio for the weekend and I’m so happy my husband found this hotel! Everything was great. The rooms were modern with nice decor. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. Definitely a quiet hotel with friendly staff. Thank you for making my birthday enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Staybridge Hotel in San Antonio. Although our flight was delayed and we arrived the next day, the staff was incredibly helpful and cooperative when I called to hold our reservation. The lady in the breakfast area was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel was spotless and spacious, which added to our comfort. The king suite made us feel like we were at home! They pretty much provided everything & the staff was nice & welcoming! Housekeeping ladies were super sweet as well they deserve it all. Location was good with many restaurants & things to do. It was clean & breakfast was good. I would definitely come back here again:)

The only bad thing was our room was next to the kitchen. There was a gentleman that worked there was really loud in the mornings. We could hear him through the walls.

Excellent customer service; the entire property was beautiful & a very affordable price! The room was very spacious which included an entire kitchen area fully furnished, large flatscreen tv mounted on the wall, king size comfortable bed, full size sofa & large bathroom. The breakfast was awesome! Wide variety of food & drinks to choose from! Also, during our stay, we were able to join in on “social time” in the afternoon where food & drinks were available for FREE! An error occurred on our room charge of an additional $100 but the front desk clerk assured me that it would be credited within 3-5 days.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only thing was we had five people staying in 1 room 2 parents, 3 kids. I wish they would have given us enough towels for the many people each day we were there.

However they were able to give me a shower chair that helped. The lady working kitchen breakfast area was rude, & berated me for pouring what was suppose to be OJ down the drain. Machine wasn’t working correctly & dispensed water instead . Outdoor Grill needs more propane, wouldn’t get about 350°, even after 1/2 hour of being on high

Overall we had a good stay! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm (check in is at 3). So we had to wait about 30 minutes longer. The staff were very nice and apologetic and offered a $10 credit for the pantry for the trouble. The room was clean and very spacious. The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the pull out couch wasn’t great but that was to be expected in my opinion. We slept great, it was nice and quiet and seems like a safe area! My daughter and friend had a great time at the pool which was nicer than I expected.

I overall enjoyed the overall ambience of the hotel. What brought the stars down was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. There was hair in the shower, and the toilet was disgusting. I did address this with the front desk and they assured me i would receive points, I’m not sure if I’ve received them as of yet.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The front desk associates were courteous, and welcoming. This area was very accessible for shopping and close to restaurants. I will definitely book another stay here.

It was a nice hotel, however my only 2 issues was only 1 elevator worked which meant having to wait a little bit for it to come. Another was after coming back from a long day my card did not work to get back into room. I had to wait for the 1 elevator to go back down so they could fix my room card. The lady wasnt so nice about it and made it sound like it was my fault for putting it in my purse. However everyone else was nice and the hotel was nice

Loved everything except the housekeeping service… I asked them to clean our studio and they only made one bed out of two and cleaned the room half a**. Other than that the hotel experience was great! Front desk was awesome! Room was great! Breakfast and coffee was great! !

Stayed for a couple of nights with my children d/t our eldest graduating grom AF BMT. Initially our room thermostat wouldnt budge beyond 70 , but after alerting staff, arrangements were made no problem with an updated room. We were comfortable, room was clean, the staff was superb. The breakfast was awesome! Laundry room was an excellent bonus i didnt think i needed until i did. Thank you for such a beautuful, pleasant visit. 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The hotel and rooms were extremely nice. The staff was always nice and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. The area directly surrounding is quiet and safe. There is a Walmart right by the hotel, which was convenient. Lackland AFB is only 15 min away.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff was really friendly and accommodating. There were many varieties for breakfast, hot foods, cereals, waffle maker, pastries, yogurt bar, coffee, tea, juices and soda fountain. The room was very clean and super spacious. We will definitely be returning.

Room was filthy! When we arrived there was left over food from previous guest under the bed. Bed sheets had stains on bed that was very visible. Bathroom trash was not changed, left over tampons was in trash can. Tooth paste stains in the sink and body wash in tub as if someone had just taking a shower in the tub. Room had a horrible odor. Asked housekeeping to change sheets, we left for 4 hours and sheets wasn’t changed. Front desk receptionist was very nice and professional and tried to help as much in the situation.

Only complaints from few in our party was the pool water was too cold for swimming and could be heated. The other small complaint was no regular coffee cream at lobby coffee station, just flavored cream or milk etc. We would certainly go back if returning to San Antonio.

Need enclosed shower with handles on inside to prevent slip accidents. Need shelf to place shower toiletries on. Tv not in good location, hard to watch. Also, tv kept freezing up. Would stay again but maybe try elsewhere also.

No problem xalling fown for towels. It was irritating to be told, even after us asking for early room cleaning. That they do check outs first and we who stayed 5 nights were last. Poor management decision. We stayed here for the Lackland Air Force Basic trsining graduation and it was coniently located to base and surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again and hope they resolve housekeeping issue..Also muffins to go set out at 4am would be so appreciated for AF families on the weds & thursdays.

Property and staff were nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice and had a variety of options. The location is convenient and close to several restaurants.

Very clean and professional

The hotel was clean comfortable and felt safe. And not sure if anyone else will understand this but a lot of the hotels I have been to have a weird smell so I carry travel candles but not this one. Staff was polite and helpful housekeeping was great always left towels and it was nice to return to freshly made beds

Staff was wonderful. The only thing i would change is the potatoes.

Great location if especially if visiting JBSA-Lackland. There's a Walmart literally behind the hotel and 54th Street Bar and Grill walking distance. Great Breakfast. Great location. Very clean. Central to base, seaworld, river walk, six flags, the mall. Won't disappoint.

I really LOVED this place! It was so clean and nice and the area felt so safe! The only thing I didn’t really like was how the shower set up was but nothing super major to be concerned about

The stay was great. The concierge at check in was so nice and made the experience amazing.

Only request is more options for people that do not eat pork for breakfast like turkey sausage or chicken sausage :)

The front desk Clerk and the kitchen breakfast lady was awesome, the Kitchen representative was very polite kind and courteous and very humble, she was picking up dishes from the tables and everything I had to tip her she was such a Blessing to everyone there We’d, Thursday and Friday.. and the Clerk at the desk was very personable she even addressed me by my name the entire time I stayed, this is truly a five star property ✝️🙏❤️Thanks Staybridge for exceeding our expectations 😃

Really quiet and clean room

Highly recommend Staybridge Lackland Texas. Everything from checkin to check out was perfect. I am a retired Hotel Manager I know the effort it takes to make it all come together.

From the get go the staff was very helpful and engaging. Only small problem was navigating switches on lights, had to turn on main switch to activate lights which had a light showing going

The bathroom gets very cold because it’s a half shower door so pretty uncomfortable Because it’s pet friendly my allergies got very triggered from the carpet and after sitting on the sofa I even had allergic bumps pop up on my body The bed is comfortable and very roomy being a king size bed Plenty of closet and drawer space The complimentary breakfast was good options, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, eggs, omelettes bacon and sausage on certain days. Hot water available with tea bag options and coffee, juice, and fountain drinks also available No safes in the room if that is important to you Also we were on the first floor right next to the door to enter the building and it is VERY loud so all hours as people were leaving and coming back it could be heard as they were pushing the bar to open and close it Everyone working there is superb! Very friendly
