Horrible customer service! These people are thieves! If you were my brother or sister, I would highly recommend you not use this property unless it’s all you can afford!

Staff was rude unpleasant. I stayed there for two weeks. They refused to empty trash, clean the rooms give us clean towels. I have a handicap sticker on my car license and they told me I could not park in a handicap spot. Made me move my vehicle or they would tell it I would not recommend this place. Wi-Fi did not work.

The room was clean bug free the only thing that sucked the internet went out for 30 minutes then came back on and the bed was hard and needs to be replaced. Other then that friendly staff and clean rooms and huge.

The front office was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely keep this motel on my list to stay the next time we are in San Antonio visiting family.

The staff was polite. But the room had German Cockroaches. I couldn't believe it. I've never experienced that before. I would just make sure they've sprayed for bugs before making a reservation.

Staff was welcoming and informative and made me feel very comfortable. The room is not all high class but most Def better than others. There's also a safe in the room.

I would not recommend no seating area beside desk n chair. Has big space and you would think they have a couch or something. The shower was dirty. The towels where size for teen not for adults. 3 pillows for kings size bed had stains plus comforter. We couldn't have guest which was very odd. The sign say 44.90 to stayed but i ended up paying 80 dollars total with 20 dollar deposit. It was ok if ur not gonna be in the room at just leave belongings i guess but i did not like it.

I was not comfortable with the check in clerk coming to my room after I checked in to ask for a cash deposit, especially since I had already paid for my room when I checked it. That is an abnormal request if you ask me. Also, they did not service my room while I was there, no new towels, no trash taken from the room. Next time im in town, ill find a different place to stay.

They literally stereotype me and they said I couldn't stay and they're canceling and refunding my room when I paid for it around 3:00 4:00 in the afternoon and then showed up at 10:00 at night but they refuse to service me with their hotel because I booked the room under my son's name and he told the front desk it would be three of them when I had put on there there was going to be too only which there was only two he thought his sister was going to stay with them but she was picked up buy her fiance so it was just my son and me horrible service and rude.

I had only booked this room after my original hotel had to be cancelled due to no hot water. They gave me a smoking room for starters, I am not a smoker & it smelled like someone literally smoked several packs a day in this room. I accidentally spilt water on the floor & when I wiped it up with toilet paper the paper was almost black that's how dirty the floors were. Beds are hard as rocks & the tv doesn't work unless you connect the programs to your personal accounts ( Netflix & such) there were roaches in the room & I just felt absolutely disgusting sitting in the room. Needless to say we chose to leave & go somewhere else, didn't get my money back but that's fine. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!

It was only for one night, room was quiet and cold just the way i like it at my house. Covered myself with the quilt on the bed and watched some tv til I fell asleep. Beds are hard but did wonders for my back, for the price I would stay again.

Found out when arrived there is a $40 cash deposit that wasntmentioned when booked online. Could only get two towels for 5 of us in the room for 3 nights. Sheets and blankets all stained.

Don’t trust the pictures. The rooms are in bad conditions and they smell bad. The restrooms are disgusting. The bedding eas dirty and had stains. The pillows looked very worn out and had stains. The small sofa had no legs and didn’t have much cushion. When we were waiting to check in the police was there because an employee had stolen things from a room.

I was asked for $40 cash deposit when I arrived. I asked the clerk to include it in my credit card. He said it was cash only. After a few minutes he allowed me to stay without the cash deposit. I liked the fact they have a security guard at night. Overall it was a positive experince. Thank you.

There nothing good about this hotel.. the pictures are misleading. Rooms was gross like really gross. They smell and everything looks dirty. I even wore shower shoes and I haven’t taken showers in third world countries before. Stay here if u have no choice but please spend the extra 10 bucks and go some where else

We book a reservation for an evening stay at the Star Inn Hotel. When we arrived we told we had to put a $40.00 cash deposit for the room that was already paid online. Despite the site saying checking available at 3pm we arrived close to 6pm and were told our room was not finished being cleaned and it would be 10 mins. 30-40 mins later our room was finally ready after we finally located our room. The staircase to get to our room was hidden behind a gate that took us up a set of stairs that showed only two rooms. The rooms were clean except the floor, we couldn't walk barefooted because the floors were really dirty. Restroom toilet was leaking on the bottom like the seal needed to be replaced

Please advertise the 40 dollar cash security deposit in the booking process. I wasn’t prepared for that.

The stay was terrible and way over priced for the bad room me and my family to stay in. The room wasn't ready or clean when we arrived at about 5pm or 6pm and there was flies and gnats everywhere. Never recommended that hotel to anyone and will advise people to stay away

The toilet had feces on the sides of bowl and bottom of seat. Urine & dirt between lid and tank. Food left in fridge. Water & hair in tray for ice bowl. Cellophane wrapped plastic cups had water inside the cellophane. The tables were sticky. The floor was filthy. A Clorox wipe would only do 2-3 tiles before it was black and had to be thrown away. Stains, we hope, on the bedspread. The phone didn't work. The smoke alarm was missing. We went back to office to notify 2 times and no one came to clean. And they did not offer a different room. The ceiling had dirt and dust hanging down.

Overpriced for a mediocre room. Free parking was full when we arrived, luckily someone was being dropped off and we were able to park. My wife and I would not stay here again.
