The AC/ heater unit in my room leaked and the floor around the unit was fairly wet. The shower functionality wasn’t ideal and would oscillate from hot to cold.

Breakfast was included and amazing! The room set up was perfect for our family of 5 with the two queens and couch trundle bed! Everyone had their own bed to sleep in! My husband was able to work in the room with desk area and downstairs conference room. The room was large with plenty of space for all. They also had a fridge and microwave. The best part/bonus was we are Marriott Bonvoy rewards members so we got free access to the fitness gym next door called Lifetime Athletics with incredible outdoor pool/water slides/saunas/ work out equipment/climbing wall/pickle ball courts etc! We would choose this hotel just for the perks of that alone! The Rim area is an incredible place to stay with so many things to do/eat/shop while feeling safe! Highly recommend this hotel and area for your next San Antonio stay!

I recommend to have more units and in all floors.

It was not convenient to watch TV, it was angle in a wierd position. And the bathroom was so out place. In front of the two beds with a glass door and on the side of the door you can act pick inside . Not private at all. Not alot of spaces to put your stuff. And be careful when you wash your clothes ,becouse someone else can take it out of the washer and put it inside the dryer after it stops. It happened to.me and I was upset . No respect at all

One thing I always pay attention to when booking a hotel is cleanliness, and this place is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The lobby was always well maintained and looked beautiful every time we walked through it. Even the bathrooms throughout the hotel were extremely clean, which says a lot about how much they care about their guests and the property overall. The breakfast was AMAZING! There were so many good options and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. It honestly made the mornings even better and saved us the trouble of having to go out early for food. Overall, this hotel has become one of my favorite places to stay in San Antonio. I’ve had two great experiences here already and I’ll definitely continue booking with them in the future. It’s hard to find a hotel that’s consistently this clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!

Breakfast was good but overcrowded and the guests were a bit impatient and rude. Overall, great for families. Staff was very attentive and seeet. Will definitely stay here again but next time will skip the breakfast.

Conveniently next to Lifetime Fitness and Six Flags. On the first floor there was a door they’d close in the morning to keep the breakfast area noise down for those still in rooms sleeping. Fresh flavored water and coffee all day in the lobby was great. We needed one of those cold cereal bowls for our son as a night snack as we got in at 2 am and he was hungry. They didn’t have any in the market area which I was surprised. Our shower never got hot, only sort of warm. The front desk didn’t offer to change our room for us, I’m not blaming them, I should have pressed the issue but didn’t want to repack all our stuff.

My children stuck in the elevator twice. The rooms were not clean there was a funny smell. Air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work properly.

Staff was super friendly and accommodated us with an early check in. I love that they are affiliated with Lifetime Fitness which is right next door. You can use the facilities throughout your entire stay!

Great customer service and room experience. Would have given 5 star if TVs were updated and internet/wi-fi was more stable.

The only saving grave of this location was Iris and the front desk. She should get raise because without her I would give this hotel 0 stars. One of their elevators were broken. The sink in our room was clogged. The main lights in our room didnt work so we had to use a lamp and the bathroom light to light up our entire room. The shower was peeling. The breakfast area is too small. People were loterally on top of each other trying to get food and find somewhere to sit. I would not stay here again.

It was close to six flags close to many things. The elevator was not working. They put a sign stating it best to use stairs. My husband is disabled and can’t walk up flights of stairs. He is on oxygen. We were on the 3rd floor. I called front desk on our first night and they stated it would be fixed that same night. It wasn’t! They had the manager stand by the elevator all day to make sure that the elevator would actually open its door on the right floor. When we asked the manager when the elevator would get fixed he stated it wasn’t broken and didn’t need fixing he said its just because when it gets used a lot the elevators wiring gets “hot”. To me that’s something that needs repairing. I wasn’t offered a 1st floor room. No one there made the hotel stand out. It was just decent customer service they really need to fix that elevator. Also if you stay here and are disabled stay on the first floor. From the looks of it I highly doubt the manager was getting the elevator fixed. It still wasn’t fixed when we left.

Check in was completed quickly and promptly. Very professional and pleasing staff. We were there one hour early prior to check in and were still able to acquire our room. Used the gym which was convenient and roomy. Facilities were accommodating, room was large with divided area containing desk and nice large couch. Shower was built awkwardly...small and the door opened to the inside making it difficult to get in and out. I'm a small lady of only 125 lbs and just getting in, I would get wet. Breakfast was somewhat of a disappointment. For a $200 a night room I was expecting slightly more out of the breakfast. It was the typical breakfast provided by hotels at the price range of $100 a night. At the more expensive hotels, a really nice fruit bowl was provided. Apples and bananas were provided here. Overall I would stay here again and recommend the facility but only for the location. It is a very nice part of town. Shopping malls and restaurants everywhere if that is what you are looking for. We were there for a competition.

Upon check-in Iris was very helpful and had great customer service. I asked for a crib and one was delivered within 10 minutes of us getting into the room. The room was clean. They had a good selection for the continental breakfast. The hotel was located in a good area next to plenty of shopping options. Overall it was a great sta.

staff and service was great. The only thing was that the level of cleanliness was not up to par. It is like the restroom shower needed a good scrubbing as well as the trundle bed was filthy.

Breakfast was nice, room was clean, staff were WONDERFUL. King beds are not king size. My husband and I can sleep with all 3 kiddos in our bed. This bed barely fit us two and one kid.

Staff was excellent and complementary First night arrival there was a jolly rancher type red stain on my comforter, and then it was a Friday night so they did not do cleaning service on Saturday. I usually get Springhill suites because they offer a 6 mile radius free shuttle, which really helps on convention trips but I had to get an Uber so that was unfortunate but still a good location.

The room was clean and of good size for our family. The sofa and trundle were useful with the queen beds and our teen kids, and accommodated our 6’4” 14 year old comfortably. The hotel was clean, and the staff were nice. Breakfast had lots of options. It was a great experience.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming, the facility was clean and close to everything. I had last minute accommodation requests and they provided them with no problem. The room was very big but cozy it had everything we needed.

I checked in just after 8pm and was greeted by Iris, she was so friendly, funny, personable, kind, told me everything I needed to know, quickly checked me in, and when I confirmed the 12pm check out, she offered more time if needed, which was perfect, as I was going to have an hour to kill before heading to the airport, so I got to relax longer in the room until 1pm! That was much appreciated! The only problem I had with my room, #406, was the lights were out on the standing lamp near the couch, and a USB port (one of 3, I noticed the other 2 later) was broken, and I was surprised each queen bed had 3 pillows, not 4. I also found it odd there was no light switch near/between beds for the lights above the bed, unless I used the small reading lamps. It took some time to figure out the temperature in shower and the water pressure was average. Everything else was perfect, huge closet, large clean room, plenty of space, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of towels, and overall I was pleased! The breakfast in morning was great, they don't rapidly take everything away when it ended at 9am, there was BACON which seems rare nowadays, and the quality of everything was great! A top notch breakfast for sure at a hotel. The room was a great value too! I would definitely stay again!

The only negative we experience was the room seemed to have experienced a little settling over time as the bathroom and shower doors were hard to get completely closed, but I feel it was a settling issue and out of the staff’s control as the piece of tile in between them was broken. Again, out of the staff’s control. The room was spotless, everything smelled fresh, it was quiet even though the building was packed full (Halloween festivities happening all around for the weekend), and just about anything you’d want to eat from a typical breakfast buffet. Bonus points for the desk piece to break the room into two different sections. My son enjoyed sleeping on the couch in his own area away from the girls while my daughter and I shared the king size bed.

Then we found a bug crawling on our bed. They moved our rooms and one of the beds had hair all over it and food on the floor. The next time they moved our room we asked the front desk to come with us to check it on. On the surface it seemed ok but the floor next to the window was soaked with water and they must have know because the air conditioner was on 62 and freezing. All the bathrooms were horrible. The only plus was that the front desk people were really helpful and trying to be accommodating. However, we would never stay here again.

We were traveling with family for a funeral, so there were 6 of us in one room. Although there were beds for everyone, the room was SO SMALL and didn't have much room for luggage. Also-- the only mirror was in the bathroom (no full length mirror in room), which made getting 6 people ready for a funeral very difficult. The shower had a clear glass door, not a curtain, so when someone was showering, the bathroom sink/toilet were not available for other family members. The room was fine if you are traveling alone or with spouse. Not advisable if you are traveling with a large family.

The hotel itself was pretty nice. Loved that we got to use LA Fitness facility that was right next door. Sucked getting stuck in the elevator with the kids and then being put on hold for a while until I hung up to call again and cut them off before they put me on hold again.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. My only complaints was that the bed was very firm and hurt mine and my husband's hips. The bathroom door was a barn door style door and didn't lock. If it was just me and my husband that would've been fine. But we stay in the room that slept 6 so that didn't work at all for privacy. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. It made us all look red. If you get the room with the trundle bed, the sheet sets only come with one of those hot hospital blankets. So be sure and bring extra for the kids. The couch was very stiff but my son didn't mind. The trundle under the couch was the cheapest mattress you could buy. Be sure and put the lightest kid on it or they will sink all the way to the floor. There's no support on it. And bring a fan! Whoever sleeps on the couch is so far away from the window unit that theres hardly any air flow. Breakfast was your basic contenintal breakfast you would get at any hotel. Eggs, sausage or bacon(depending on the day) biscuits and gravy some days, Texas waffle, juices, cereal, coffee and your yogurts. We stayed during the week so the weekend breakfast might be different. There's a lot of food in the surrounding area to go eat so you don't have to travel far. 1604 traffic is horrible due to construction. Try and stay clear of that. My son loved the outdoor pool. There was several times we saw yellow jackets and the last night mosquitoes. We weren't prepared for mosquitoes. But overall, it was a nice place.

Great hotel! It was in a safe and convenient location. You could walk to most places. The hotel was clean, served breakfast daily, and the pool was perfect! Everyone working was very friendly as well!

Hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. We used the pool with the kids and they enjoyed it. And the free breakfast was good as well, the usual waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage and cereal/yogurt/oatmeal options.

Reserved a room to sit up drive on family vacation. Mother in law and myself get increased leg/back pain of sitting for long periods of time. Stopping after 6 hours helped! Room was exception as were staff and breakfast the next morning. TY

Hotel was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable as well. A good selection for breakfast options. Would stay again. My only suggestion to the hotel is get new flooring/tile in the walk in shower. Had stains that appeared to have built up over time.

A very average property

The floor in the shower was peeling, causing my wife to slip and fall. The tile in the bathroom was also falling apart. Lastly, the breakfast was boring and mediocre at best. Same food everyday. When I brought it up to the hotel staff nothing was done about it. Also, the elevator got stuck on the 4th floor multiple times, and again nothing was done.

Hotel smelled like sewage in the bathroom to the point we had to go buy air freshener and it continued to smell. Hotel should check it out in case there is something wrong with the toilet. Room 415. Elevator was broken the entire time we stayed and we had to bring our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. Wouldn’t have minded that if it wasn’t 4 flights to a bathroom you had to hold your nose to use. Overall terrible experience and we wish we had stuck with Holiday Inn

Elevators were broken. Not ideal for being on the third floor. Breakfast was ok. Lacking hot chocolate/tea options.

Very well taken care off

The entire time I stayed, the elevators only ran intermittently. One person was stuck for 15 minutes before they got them out. It may have been the holidays but for whatever reason the hotel seemed not too concerned about fixing the problem. They just put signs up and told you to use the stairs.

Great place. Only complain is that they didn’t accept cash and this was not notified in advance!

Beautiful hotel room, i would stay again. Only thing was the elevator was out of service for a good while and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with a baby.

This was our fisrt time staying at this hotel and it was great it was nice and quiet the stores are less then five min away

Checkin online and in person was amazing. Iris at the front desk was a dream as a welcoming customer service associate. She was personable, fun, and knowledgeable! Everyone here is very nice!

Not very good, when we arrive unce we had our room , the safe box did not work to mi surprise the TV did not work either , another thing we did not like was the breakfast hours they stop serving very early , to mi opinion the hotel needs maintenance and Remodel , all the staff were very kind and friendly , the bed was very comfortable , the room was clean a with a good smell

The hotel is safe with a security guard patrolling the area throughout the night. The RIM restaurants are nearby and easy to walk to for convenience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is slightly dated and could use a touch up especially in the bathroom but the room was very clean. I will stay here again.
