The rooms were smaller than pictured and had a strong mold and cleaner smell. Our first room, the toilet didn’t flush and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Our second room was better than the first but we all woke up the next morning covered in bug bites….. BED BUGS! 10/10 would not recommend!

The beds were very comfortable. And I was able to check in with ease due to the reservation. I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast because there was no room to sit and eat. When we went to the pool, there were no pool towels. When I asked at the front desk, he said there was none because he had to wash them. So we had no towels for the pool.

The rooms were clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The three Queens room only had one bathroom.

The rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms or provide fresh towels every day.

Bed was comfy. room was nice and cold. location was close to where we would be traveling to. was charged a deposit fee. even though doors were scuffed, towels were stained.

The rooms were clean. Its very outdated and not all the lights worked so it was very dim. The front desk person had his vape out in the open. The pool had very few chairs and it smelled so much like chlorine. Breakfast was limited and it ran out fast.

No pool towels no clean towels , just What is provided in room ,which was 2 only so what were me and my spouse supposed to dries ourselves with after the shower .. waited till the next morning and still no towels 10:30 am again I couldnt dry myself properly before bed and before leaving the hotel. I left before checkout time this was terrible assistance I should have went to a travel center to take a shower and sleep there I would saved money at least I would have a shower and towels ... This place needs better management seems like there's no one to wash the towels during the weekend no staff was noticed except the attendant at front desk . Poor establishment management

N/A It was not clean. It has a weird smell when you walk in. When I got to my room there were weird blood-like stains on the comforter. The showers floor was wet and there was a hair on the wall (before I ever took a shower). And I took a nap and woke up to a fly on my face despite not having any food in the hotel and it was the same day I checked in.

The breakfast wasn't well attended. One family member had to change rooms because of stains and cockroaches. The pool was disgustingly dirty. Hot tub was even worse and not hot! There were no towels at the pool area. Some of the equipment in the fitness center didn't work. Saw very few employees. Appeared that one person was in charge of laundry and breakfast. This morning as we were leaving, the one person, he, was also cleaning rooms. Just say no!

Our stay was awful. Room carpet was disgusting. Bathroom ceiling and walls had holes and mold. Bathroom mirror had mold on it. Not to mention roaches. Roaches in the bathroom and roaches in the room. There was an outside light that kept shining into the room no matter how much we tried to close the curtains and kept blinking and shining through the night. Room didn’t look as if it was thoroughly cleaned. Didn’t even attempt the breakfast because if the room had roaches, I can imagine the kitchen and food having roaches in it. Tv isn’t up to date, basic cable. Room phone didn’t work when trying to call. People loud in the hallway through the middle of the night. People hitting the walls next to us being loud. People above us stomping in the middle of the night. Stopped to speak to someone on the way out and no one came out after a few minutes. Clearly don’t care. Don’t waste your money here!!!

While I didn't utilize it this stay, I love the indoor pool. The gym is right next door to the pool, so one can get a good workout in, then hop in the pool to cool down. The pool is a great size to swim some laps, too. The breakfast spread isn't bad at all. This was my 2nd stay here, and my only gripe is that the refried beans at breakfast are a tad watery. But that's my only gripe. The staff has always been helpful, the property is clean, and the location is great as you're close to the Rim shopping center and Fiesta Texas.

I enjoyed the stay, great clean room, bed was very comfortable, great location to my needs, and a very reasonable price. I believe the staff could be a little more welcoming and not seem so distant or somewhat bitter. It also takes too long to get attended.

Staff was courteous and good, but single man running the show in the entire hotel. Carpet, bedsheets, sofa were old and stained. 32 inch tv which was not working when we arrived and had to call front desk guy to come fix it. Also, of the front desk guy is gone to help someone, no one is available and new guests have to wait. We had to come back again as front desk guy had gone to help someone. I came back only because we had paid in advance else I would have not stayed at this place.

Very recommended I have nothing bad to say about not liking this hotel this place it’s truly amazing.

The mattresses were beyond awful and I am not picky. My wife and I literally were laughing at how ridiculously bad the mattress was. There was a giant sunken area at least 5-6 inches lower where the previous 200 people have slept. We ran out of shampoo in the container attached to the wall. I tracked down the house keeper in the hallway and asked if she could fill it. She didn’t. I had to go to the front desk and get some small disposable ones. They also took our towels one day and didn’t give us new ones. The gym was a joke. The breakfast was below average and very slow to restock. It just seems like they cut every corner possible. I definitely would not stay here again!!

Loved that there were three actual queen beds rather than a pull out couch. It was definitely a money saving option. It is really close to six flags and other tourist spots. Our room was infested with cockroaches. They were all over in the bathroom and climbing on our luggage-which we kept completely off the floor. We've had to spend hours vacuuming and washing our luggage after getting home to try and not bring the infestation home with us. The walls are disgusting- dragging a finger across the wall changes the color, and there is what I pray to be food (not snot and bodily fluids) dried onto the walls. The rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean. Additionally, there were several holes in the wall, some were just from door handles, but others were clearly from fists. We only stayed two nights and our kids were begging us to sleep in the car rather than have to go back to the hotel the second night, but we didn't feel like that was safe and we were too tired to just drive home. I informed the front desk of the problems, and they just kinda shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry that happened". We've stayed here 2 other times over the last 10 years. It was never great, but it was a good deal for the money. It has gone completely down hill the last few years and we will never go there again.

The ladies that worked there did their best with what they have.. nothing special.. juice, bread, some hot eggs and sausages, cereals.. basic.. nothing to say, but the tables are really "not cleaned.. " What was not ok is when the man, on the front desk, comes to you at 6.20 am, with a vape in his hand.. while it should be a "non-smoking" property!!! Really..! could you not let that in your pocket at least!!! what a shame!!

The pool didn't attract me at all. Not a single towel, during 2 full days. Toilets near the pool were really not clean. At least 2 times without paper toilet. The breakfast area was kind of minimum cleaned... but Jackie, who did cover the front desk for our check in and the breakfast while we did check out early on Saturday is ONE of the best assets they have. Keep her. She is a hard worker person and will do anything to help. Thank you Jackie.

I liked the room and the staff. They were very attentive and so nice. Our room air conditioner went out and they moved us to another room quickly and with ease. The room was so spacious, I loved how they had the 3 beds set up. It was over all a good stay. I did not like the "continental breakfast". The variety was not good, the waffle mix was so watered down that the waffles came out crispy on the outside and nothing on the inside. It wasn't worth getting up in the morning to eat. The location was a bit farther than I expected.

The fact that people were smoking weed making the whole hotel smell really bad. We did not enjoy that that is really disrespectful especially one with kids.

Clean room, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave was great. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The pool was nice but we didn’t get to use it and the fitness room was small but had everything you need to get a good workout in. We stayed in a room that had multiple beds and were very satisfied with how everyone was situated. There was a separate area for the third bed so one adult had their own private area. We enjoyed our stay!

The room was disgusting. The restroom and room had not been cleaned. There was trash underneath our bed. The towels were yellow, the bedspreads were dirty. There was crumbs all over the room. The restroom looked like it had not been cleaned, and there was gross bandage just thrown on the floor. As for cleaning list would not recommend at all.

This hotel fit basic needs if you need a place to sleep and rest at night- spacious room and comfortable bed. Plus kids love the indoor pool. Beyond that, its a but outdated and very basic. In room only had shampoo and 1 bar of a soap, small towels and all the pamplets in lobby had expired dates on them. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Just needs some updates and attention to traveler needs.

The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was genuinely courteous and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Daily breakfast offered a nice selection. This hotel is a great value. I would definitely stay again if I come back to the area.

My only complaint is our room had an outward swinging door, and the door chain was broken. The only thing securing the door was the dead bolt.

The staff was great, best customer service I've ever experienced in a hotel setting. The rooms are really outdated but they did not have any bad odor, just and old vibe. It is budget friendly so definitely a good option for a quick stop or if you are going with friends or couple.

We didn't get to eat the breakfast until Monday. Both sat and sun the food ran out and we waited for 30 mins and nobody refilled eggs, sausage, juice, just about everything. The room was ok but there were no hair dryer, no way to hang wet towels. Need hooks on the door and next to the shower. The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The one huge complaint we had is where the TV is placed. Was extremely hard to watch TV from the bed and had to get out of bed to use the remote. Also there is no channel guide in the room for any channels. We stayed last year and it was really good but unless upgraded we will stay elsewhere. We reserved it as we know there is indoor pool and hot tub but even that was not good.

I stay here often on my six flags trips. Nice and quiet. Clean. Awesome pool and hottub to enjoy when you arrive or get back from the park early. I would recommend they get the hottub heater working better, not hot enough and also the air pump for the hot tub jets didnt work and needs to be fixed. But i could overlook that on this past visit. Ill continue to stay here on my next visit

My husband and i got bit several times in our asleep. Unsure what it was (not bed bugs) but it was unpleasant. The was a trip for our 40th wedding anniversary we are celebrating later this month.

Hotel looks clean but the pools chemicals were off, made my whole families lungs hurt. Our first room had we woke up to a bubble formed in our bathroom ceiling. Our next room was okay, but couldn’t get an extra blanket or anything.

Beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well, room was clean, hot water worked well, and furniture was appropriate. Breakfast was very basic, eggs, sausage, waffle, some fruits and yogurt. Very close to UTSA.

The staff is helpful and nice however after switching to the second room and still experiencing discomfort my children and I checked out within 2 hours of arriving to go to another hotel. I had been on the road for hours and really hoped to just shower and get in bed for our early morning UTSA meetings but that did not happen smh. The bed I sat on sank in and I felt the rim of the lining of the mattress. Broken locks and janky handles on our room doors, stains on comforters and sheets, hair everywhere in bathroom and couch, no linens or pillows for pull out bed. Like I washed my hands and grabbed a fresh towel and hair ended up on me from the unused towel. Like strands of it. It almost seemed intentional. Powdery substance around the bed frames and lights not working are just to name some more things that made us say NOPE! The insane $100 deposit has still not been returned. Crazy I went to a better rated hotel and had only a $50 deposit. I will not return and I do not recommend booking here even for just a night, especially with children! The staff is helpful and nice however after switching to the second room and still experiencing discomfort my children and I checked out within 2 hours of arriving to go to another hotel. I had been on the road for hours and really hoped to just shower and get in bed for our early morning UTSA meetings but that did not happen smh. The bed I sat on sank in and I felt the rim of the lining of the mattress. Broken locks and janky handles on our room doors, stains on comforters and sheets, hair everywhere in bathroom and couch, no linens or pillows for pull out bed. Like I washed my hands and grabbed a fresh towel and hair ended up on me from the unused towel. Like strands of it. It almost seemed intentional. Powdery substance around the bed frames and lights not working are just to name some more things that made us say NOPE! The insane $100 deposit has still not been returned. It was a nice stay!

Hotel was dirty and ran down. Floor wasn't vaccumed, unwanted items from previous guests were still in the fridge, drawers, and under the bed. Air conditioner struggled to keep up. Only good thing was that they changed the sheets.

Spa wasn’t the cleanest and the smell of chlorine in the pool are was STRONG the next day. Like it burned our eyes strong and we were not in there for very long. Other than that- we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel main lobby and hallways were clean gowever the rooms were a bit not. Mirrors had water spots floors need carpets cleaned. AC unit the filters were so dirty you could smell tge dusty mold in y he air. Was told the hotel was fully booked so coulnt get moved to another room. The light bulbs were all differnt shades of light. The free breakfast did not offer a variety otger than a lot of sugar and carbs. No cereal for children just not a good expierence I have stayed here before and the conditions were fantastic it has really gone down hill in the lat few years.

Dirty and stained sheets. Left over food from last guest. Switched rooms and second room was dirty as well. We left.

There was no closet. Toilet seat was broken.

When we opened the sofa bed it was dirty and there was old food underneath.

Staff seemed to be ok but felt like we inconvenienced them. The carpet was torn from the wall in the room. Asked for a linens for the hide a bed and staff was not happy and made us get it ourselves or wait for a while. Dirty all around the building and not well kept.

I like how my stays are comfortable and reliable at sleep inn. It also fits my family comfortably and love the extra space and sofa for sitting area away from beds. Mini fridge and microwave are also a plus for any family who has kids or toddlers and need the amenities.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The property was clean and I felt safe staying here.

This is a basic needs hotel--which is what we wanted because we wouldn't be staying in the room during the day. The mattresses were a little firm and the contental breakfast was decent. There is a pool and 2 person hot tub.

We’ve stayed in others in WVA and NM that were top notch.

Pool was cold. Wanted to get in the hot tub but it was dirty. Breakfast the only thing is the eggs were dry.

Rooms were clean for the most part! Only complaint was that the microwave seemed like it had a short in it but would work when it wanted too. We requested housekeeping clean our room and bring fresh towels while we were out but they didn’t end up coming. Jackie at the front desk was friendly, professional, and informative! We had a late check-in the first night and she was so polite and made it quick and easy to get to our room and unwind. Overall I would book again. Very reasonable bang for our buck especially during Fiesta weekend.

Font desk was slow at checking in then got to our room and there was not a single towel in the room and phone didn’t work.

The building is beautiful from the outside but it was really disappointing inside. Pros are the very comfy bed and hot shower and clean room and facilities. Con’s: remote did not work, shower light flickered like a horror movie, minimal toiletries and no conditioner in shower. No place to hang the 2-star towel outside the shower and TV was small and in front of sofa not the bed. Could easily be put on a mounting arm that swivels. For the price, we expected much more and better. We travel least 40x per year so we’ve seen what other places offer at the same price point.

This is clearly an older property but it is maintained well in a way that the rates are still competitive. The beds are some the most comfortable beds i have stayed in and even better than pricier hotels. We like the hot breakfast but felt the hours didn't allow for sleeping in on longer stays. We tried out the suite with the private bedroom but found it to be smaller than expected. It still worked for our purposes so the storage being smaller than anticipated can be managed. The kids of course loved the indoor pool despite the water being cold. Over all, this is s place our family can make a regular place we stay at on trips to San Antonio.

The rooms are pretty rundown and not very well maintained. When we opened the door to our room we were overwhelmed by a terribly strong odor from whatever cleaner they used, they claim it’s medical grade disinfectant but it was so concentrated and perfumed it was making us sick. The hotel entrance was decent but the elevators, hallways and rooms are complete opposite.

Had a decent stay. Fairly clean room, Safe parking, close to highway but very weak breakfast. Not to Sleep Inn standards, in my opinion.

The carpet has a moldy smell. The hallway needs to be vacuumed.

It was a decent price for something that emulates 4 Star quality.

Kind of wish the blow dryer the iron were still in the room, but overall, as well as the hot tub working as a hot tub. It was cold overall we had a great stay

It was good until we ran into our crazy neighbor in the room next to us. He watched us leave twice. The second time i talked with him a bit and I asked him if he was working in the room, because he had some sort of tool in hand. His answer was no, but I'm doing more than you think in there. That was crazy. I won't be staying there anymore thats for sure. Especially since I have kids.

The elevator wasnt working , the people next door kept knocking , they were 50/50 on answering. Just could have been better .

Close to eateries

This is a great property, especially if you're looking to stay more than one night. Their breakfast is standard hotel continental, but this is San Antonio -- there's food everywhere. Although there's an indoor pool/hot tub, I'm not sure how to describe what's going on in the room. I did not use this amenity nor did I see anyone else.

traveling as a mom with 3 kids I felt safe thats really all that matters, parking was easy, a little older but totally fine for us. close to everything.

Property could use a interior update but wasn’t bad

For where/what we had to do/go the property was in a nice and convenient area. Overall the property was not as too bad. Howwever the air conditioning in my room did not work properly the whole time. I had to call and they had to bring me a box fan. It help a little but made my nights very rough and we stayed three nights. They ran out of towels for the rooms and pool towels were not stock either. The breakfast was not all of that and was not ready on time. No TV in the bed area and not enough lighting.

They have an employee that was not nice and professional.

For a brand with "sleep" in the name, the blackout curtains hung inches from the wall and there was a light outside the window all night, so it never actually felt dark. Room was fairly clean, but less used areas like the closet door track had debris. The room had a heavy scent like a cheap vanilla candle, very irritating. Bathroom amenities were hand soap, lotion, and shampoo. The weirdest part, though, has to be the slice of ham. In the lobby, on the base of a column, a single slice that had been left there at some point before I checked in and was still there when I checked out after two nights.

Fair, budget friendly. My only issue was my shower did not have a light, so I showered in the dark.

I stayed in this property 2 years ago but it has gone downhill a lot. There were homeless people outside and the room we got smelled really humid and also air didn’t circulate, we had to open windows. Broken floors in the restroom and really old beds, I would not stay here ever again.

The tiny room doesn’t have a tv hung. The biggest issue is the curtains do not block the big lights outside on at night or during the day.

We had a great time here, got breakfast, hot tub, and was close to Oak Hills Church and Six Flags. Two big hits for our trip. Would stay again.

I thought the hotel was excellent. Did its job was in a very safe area, which was my biggest concern and the price was well worth the accommodation and amenities. The indoor pool with Spa was a nice bonus for those of us traveling and needing some relaxation. I am pretty picky with hotels, but this hotel lived up to my expectations.

Didn't expect much for a cheaper hotel. Beds were good and clean, but the hotel is definitely in need of updating and a paint job. Tub had some mildew in the caulking and water pressure was poor. Not the best but not bad for a quick night's stay.

It was very clean. Rooms are very basic - beds and bathroom with TV , Clesn towels each day but give a days notice for any other maid service. Breakfast choices are questionable. Hot tub was OK but pool was like ice water.

Easy and efficient check in with friendly professional staff. Room was clean and in good repair. The complimentary breakfast was good, scrambled eggs with sausage links, waffle, yogurt, breads and fruits. The area is safe and convenient, and they have plenty of onsite parking. Not a luxury place but for the price an excellent value.

What a Awesome experience

Tub/shower not clean, hair in the shower and one of the mattress must be change, very uncomfortable and big dip on one side of the mattress. Breakfast was good and jacuzzi was hot. Location is great if going to six flags.
