The room is not clean and has cockroaches, spiders and ants in the room.

Continental breakfast was good, when it was open We had a coffee maker, no coffee was left by housekeeping I would stay again. It was close to everything for our stay

They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and conveniently located close to the USAF base.

Decent price Water was too hot, I could hear the people next to me in the other room. The key card went out!!

It was nice to have a pool for the kiddos and it was clean and didnt smell like chlorine. It was 1030 pm, we had traveled for 13 hours. Check in was fine but when we got into our room it had cockroaches. They changed our room, we checked it and there was no bugs but there was still hair on the shower wall, the floors around the edges were disgusting and dusty. The pics online look NOTHING like we got.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel it felt safe and comfortable. My sleep was very well thank you.

The ac didnt work wasnt clean and we never received turnover service on a 3 night stay .

The location. There was no water in our entire building for my entire stay. I had to go to a gas station if I wanted to use the restroom or elsewhere to take a shower. They didn't bother in accommodating for the loss of water in my room. Their stance was that "they don't know what's happening".

A lot of things i did not like about the property. -dirty -poor customer service -breakfast only waffles -no shampoo -one soap Etc

It was very quiet and it had everything I needed

How close it was to lackland air force base. Wasn't to clean. Ac didn't work right. A lock was broken on the door and wifi wasn't there. And the safety feeling wasn't to good.

It was pretty decent for the price. Came for the BMT graduation and enjoyed my stay. would come again. Showers were complicated to use. Takes forever to get hot then gets to hot and stays that way no matter how much you try to make it cold

The Hotel Managers and him wife , really nice customer service but morning time one lady (old) ignorant and breakfast only waffle with out egg?? we don't have any choice special for kids The room a/c we working very good but the restroom even public restroom clean . That way I'm checking out early and my kids sick sinus and to bad test orange and _ _ _ I think ? expired

It was affordable, quiet, breakfast was provided, parking was convenient, custodial staff attentive, breakfast was decent, no bugs or pests. The room smelled like smoke despite smoking not being allowed. The facility was definitely older than the pics made it appear.

Breakfast was fine. They provide the basics such as juice, cereals, coffee, waffle, etc. Should one desire a more complete breakfast, there's a Denny's restaurant about a half a mile away. I can't think any dislikes.

The Wi-Fi needs to be worked on to get better service

I not knw temp was on wall I was freezing. When I told staff she let me knw was on wall but was rude. This was over night staff. There was soap and dirty rag in bathtub. The refrigerator it was ok but seem to be hard get in and out cause seem like floor if broken. Went to go swim but ppl there jumping all round and then notice apparently they wasn't even staying there think it was some one family that work there that cooking out and all over place. Just felt uncomfortable only stay maybe 10min. Also the breakfast was disappointing they had waffle could not figure out and cereal so that was bust and the over night lady just sat there .

Pulling up, you could tell it waa 2nd rate. Opened the door to room, an overwhelmingly smell. No safety features like a smoke detector, caked on pain from repetitive touch ups, hard beds, stains on bed covers. We immediately left and asked for refund but did not get one. We loat that money and went to a nucer, cleaner hotel.

Not a great experience. This place needs a lot of work. There was a large gap at the bottom of the entry door; which allowed roaches, mosquitoes, and other bugs to invade the room. The floor was dirty with leftover food crumbs scattered about. The security latch on the door was broken. The bottom of the toilet tank had a leak and would spray water on me and every single time I flushed. I had to run the shower water for about 10 minutes just for it to get barely warm. And the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited. I will not recommend.

There is roaches for one. On the first night somebody had a key to get into our room was scary especially even worse when it scared the kids! Then the next morning the person from the front office came banging on the door bc she needed my ID again… why didn’t she make copies when I checked in, IDK?? It gave suspicious vibes ! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

The “breakfast” was cold cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee and waffles. That’s it. I’ve stayed at other hotels in this price point and had far better breakfast options. If you’re looking for somewhere inexpensive that’s just a step above tent camping, then this is the place for you. We ended up leaving and not staying the 2nd night we had booked because I would rather make the 12 hour drive home overnight than try to sleep in those beds again. I didn’t complain at the hotel because I didn’t think it would do any good so we just checked out.

The costumer services was amazing. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the area, answered all of our questions and were very helpfull throughout our stay.

Myself, husband and handicapped mother traveled to watch our grandson (great grandson in my mother’s case) graduate BMT at Lackland AFB. I chose this hotel after reading the reviews and because of its location to the base. If I hadn’t booked our reservations through Hotels.com we would have changed hotels!

I had a good stay peaceful and quiet. Not a lot of people partying and being loud like some places. Staff is very Informative and polite. Room and property over all is very clean and spacious. I recommend coming here.

Best keep secret on the west side of San Antonio. Close to everything we needed and the pool was awesome. Continental breakfast was lacking but with so many breakfast choices so close no worries!

The motel didnt look very appeasing on the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. It was a nice, clean room that could/should have have some more cosmetic things fixed, but it served its purpose.

Rooms was absolutely DISGUSTING!! Sheets were all dirty and stained as well as all the towels. Floor sticky and dirty. Bathroom dirty with mold and water damage. Fridge had mold in it. The microwave was dirty and the A/C was falling apart. The area was horrendous really ghetto, homeless people everywhere, the main office was really bad, poor customer service. Overall the place needs to be SHUT DOWN.

If you are looking for an affordable and friendly place to stay, this is the place to be. We went for ours sons Air Force graduation and we had a great time and staying here added to it. The owners and workers are very attentive and friendly.

This Property is not safe and secure, I traveled from North Carolina to San Antonia for a trip, this property is not well maintained by the staff the bathroom tub is so slippery, the beds is not comfy.

Breakfast was adequate but apple juice was like water. Next day was orange and it was good. Overall for the cost it was satisfactory. Only wanted to sleep there at night after a long day as tourists in downtown.

I told her I wouldn't need any room service and she said "no someone must come everyday and clean the the room", I then had to explain over and over that I have insomnia and didn't need or want that, but she couldn't grasp the concept. Finally I demanded that she give my deposit back so I could somewhere else, and then she changed her mind. Breakfast was lacking, nothing but sugar. Tried to get some juice from machine and water came out. Told the staff and she said it doesn't work. Maybe spend 2 mins and tape a piece of paper to it saying it doesn't work? Not sure how effective a smoke detector is when it has a bag around it with tape...

My stay was from May 2 - 5, 2023 and it was very close to the AFB. The property was clean and the pool was well kept also. We went swimming while we were there as well. Breakfast is served every morning from 6am til 9am.

The military changed the family access to graduation, thus, making it closed to active duty only. Once we found out we sought to cancel our reservations week or more in advance, but hotel refused to give a refund. Lowsy foreigners love American money and freedoms but not willing to accommodate those who provide it when things beyond their control change.

This was the worst place I have ever been, we didn't even stay 5 minutes. I asked for a full refund and they said they would. Hopefully I will be able to get that sooner rather than later. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The soap shampoo bottles were empty. And yes, 1st time I found only 2 pillows on 1 Queen bed, all other hotels offer 4 pillows for comfy sleep

THE BED WAS JUS MADE UP THERE WAS SPOTS OF BLOOD, HAIRS N DIRTY FROM SOMEONE BODY AND HAD A BAD MUSTY SMELL. THE PHONE DIDNT WORK SO I COULD CALL FRONT DESK. I would have never stayed here if I would have known the condition of the hotel. It was not as pictured and extremely run down. Breakfast was a joke. When we checked in the key machine wasn't working so the front desk clerk had to let us in our room twice. We did not get keys until the afternoon of our 2nd day.

Well lets see first off i made 2 reservations but the only had one in their system. Had to last minute find another hotel for the rest of my party. The room was small and not cleaned properly. You could see the dust on things and do they ever. Clean the walls or shower? I dont think so! The shower itself was bad old needs updating and in desperate need of having the drain snaked so you dont stand in a foot of water. Even the sink was backed up! The mini fridge didnt keep anything cold. Nobody has cleaned the microwave ever. Pics definitely do not match the room. And parking was an issue. They have parking spots right in front of the rooms but if you leave the hotel the workers take your spot and you get stuck parking all the way in the back of the hotel and walking all the way to the front where your room is. Needless to saywas not expecting luxury but at least reasonably clean.

The hotel is showing it's age. If a clean and economical place to stay is what you're looking for, then this a good hotel. It is very close to Lackland. If ambiance and atmosphere are what you're after, then this is not your place.

The bedding was stained and dirty. Bedroom walls had holes and stains. Crumbs and hair still in the pull out sofa. Front desk representative was not pleasant. Booked a room with two beds and was given a room with one, but was told if I wanted the room I booked I would have to clean it myself. Including changing the bedding myself.

I was disappointed with this hotel. I book it online and clearly the pictures are outdated. The room was dark, only one drape that was torn badly, stain all over the carpet, very few towels, window had hand prints and grease on the inside, people kept sliding flyers in the door (which came right in because the in hardly a door jam) at all times of the day/night, if you did not slam the door it would pop open on its own, only one coffee package for 4 days of stay, the tub was plugged had to clear it myself, the water was slimy from the shower and sink, toilet constantly ran, the couch badly stained and about 10 years old. wall paper falling off the walls, every lamp shades cracked on inside, and you had to turn the light on manually (only light switch was for bathroom and vanity mirror), and the towels that are provided and not even large enough to be considered bath towels. My first night there, I had to wake the attendant up at 5 am from sleeping on the couch to get towels for my shower. There is no ATM, they want to walk to the next door hotel to get cash. oddly enough we had no cold water, isn't that odd? Usually, its the other way around. There are no close restaurants or gas station to walk to. The pool looks bigger than it is in the photos but it was ok. There is security walking property at night. You are right next to the freeway but it was not that loud. my reservation, it stated I was able to bed a rollaway bed for free, they were going to charge me $10 a day.

My room was clean except for a stain on the bedspread that looked like body fluid. My niece's room was not clean and had blood stains on the sheets. The breakfast was good. Check in staff was very nice, but the rest of the staff wasn't very friendly. Especially the housekeeping staff. They acted like we were really putting them out by telling them about my niece's room not being clean. Wanted to use the guest laundry, but it was being used by people who were not even staying at the hotel.

Pool was clean and that is super for all those with children. Our sink faucet was not working at all. This allowed us to use the bathtub for all our toiletries. Room 112 . An awning for picnic would be nice. Have a great day

Housecleaning did a great job of making the beds and replacing towels in the bathroom everyday. I felt like it was a great value for the price. Easy parking and very close to Lackland AFB. We enjoyed our stay.

Internet didn't work and cable went out while we were there. House keeping was on your room all day instead of doing one room at time and stocking it they did opposite we came back to are room with no trash bags and no towels when asked they said they get to it they do everything differently. Breakfast be ok if you just want donuts and cereal they did have waffle machine but it was out mix and juice machine was out juice whole stay we were there. Rooms were ok if your just renting it to sleep only it be good hotel.

Overall it was good. There was urine on the bathroom floor when we arrived.

If you're on a budget and have to visit Lackland AFB for a graduation this is not a bad choice for the money. The room was comfortable enough, though the sink faucets were barely functional. Also, I was somewhat surprised that they charged a $14.00 incidental fee which was not refundable when you did not use incidentals. ?? The help was very, very helpful and pleasant, and I would stay again if I had to travel to this particular area.
