Quality Inn & Suites near Six Flags and Medical Center

Definitely a motel stay. We checked in at night and had to check in through an outside window which was strange. They were exterior facing rooms. The rooms were nice though and clean. Not suites, motel feel.

Great stay for the price, close to six flags and great restaurants.

The young Lady at the front desk was so polite and very helpful check in was fast,The room was clean the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good we didn’t get to check out the pool but for the price I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at the hotel! Staff were very helpful and lookout out for me and my partner when we got harassed by a another person staying at the hotel. Rooms were clean and air conditioning worked. Some downsides would be that our room (Room 117) had a air dryer that wasn’t working and the TV having the bottom half of the screen glitched occasionally. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and great location near other restaurants and shopping.

The room was very clean and the staff were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast was good consisting of eggs, sausage, toast, waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, milk and juice. My only complaint was the noise from highway I-10. My wife and I enjoyed our stay aside from that.

Excellent stay! My husband and I slept like babies and it’s so accommodating that they had soap in the shower and lotion , conditioner and shampoo. The staff was very professional and pleasant.

Since I’ve been here, they have been extremely clean nice communicative most of all having breakfast. Every morning is a win. That’s how you start your day off. I would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was not nearly as good as others. The regular coffee was broke. I was told to use the decaf it would work. No signage anywhere. So was the decaf side regular or decaf coffee? Very limited selection compared to others. Basically just subpar.

The location of the property was excellent. Checking in was easy and staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was like any other hotel breakfast. The room was also very clean so i will stay there again.

The main problem is the highway noise coming through the door and windows, breakfast was cheap, coffee was black water very week, staff was nice, rooms were clean.

NO, NO, NO! I booked 3 nights here with my 7 year old daughter but only stayed 1 night. First off, the pictures (to ME) were not clear that these rooms are accessed from outside. Had I known I would have never chosen to stay here as it’s just not my preference when traveling alone with my daughter. We checked in late around 11:30 pm. When we parked two men came out of there room and were just lingering around next my car. I immediately felt uncomfortable! The room was not clean! Tub had grime stains, grime on the floor, hot water didn’t work, tv didn’t connect to any apps, one of the lamp outlets didn’t work so my daughter couldn’t charge her device. It just felt icky! We stayed bc it was late and my daughter was exhausted. Sometime in the early morning I could have sworn I heard someone Jimmy the door handle. I can’t prove it, but with the way I felt uncomfortable arriving I knew that we weren’t going to stay another night! Later that morning, I went to talk to the guy at the front desk and he was EXTREMELY RUDE! He was offended that I said I didn’t feel safe bc he has family members that have stayed there for months with no problems! I explained I personally feel more safe when rooms are accessed from inside. He then berated me telling me I need to look at the pictures next time and ppl break in rooms in nice hotels too! He did give me a refund for the remaining nights but I told him he didn’t need to be so rude! No apology just more attitude! Don’t stay here!

Right off the highway. Plenty of places to eat near by as well as a Wal-Mart in case you forgot anything.

It was a perfect location especially for fast foods or even quick runs to the grocery stores. The area was quiet for it being off I-10. Employees were super friendly. Definitely would stay here again

Thankfully we literally just slept there and left . The room felt dirty and very muggy. The door to the bathroom would jam. The breakfast was ok. They had sausage, egg, cereal and yogurt. The apple juice tasted fermented.

Sheets were dirty. Towels were dirty and stinky. Room light didn’t work, had wires hanging from ceiling where light fixture should have been. The pillows smelt horrible.

I only had the room for a few hours. I checked in at 6, left to buy my niece groceries, got dinner, came back and was watching tv for 5 minutes when roaches started crawling around the tv. I immediately went and checked out at 10pm and went to a nicer hotel. Lessons learned.

The location. It was close to Fiesta Texas. It could’ve been cleaner. The towels looked yellow not white. Breakfast was bad only had waffles and the area to make waffles was messy. Didn’t have different kids of milk and my daughter is lactose intolerant and didn’t like that it was like a motel in a very dark place and I was alone with my two kids so I didn’t feel secure.

The pillows were good, and the numbers helped my husband who has sleep apnea. The covers were not too thin. The staff was very friendly. The microwave had a dial which was a little difficult for judging when the food was done, but was just a mild inconvenience.

This time, our stay was quiet & relaxing. The blankets and towels are rough in texture. When checking the drawers, we found an empty condom wrapper & a large container of Vaseline.

Hotel was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the pillow cases. It looked recently updated with fresh paint. We had enough towels but no wash rags for our shower. I did go ask for an extra blanket for my daughter and was told they don’t have extra blankets only sheets.

The pool was clean, house keeping came in and made our beds and threw away trash, and I got my deposit back. Tv wasn’t working in original assigned room, had to move us to another room. Then the new room was so hot, the ac wasn’t on because that wasn’t our assigned room. The smells from the drains was disgusting. Had to get towels from front desk myself (I’m paying to stay, bring me my towels) to top it off the towels were disgustingly stained. THE WIFI IS VERY WEAK. if you have iPad kids or depend on the WiFi do not get a room here. The blinds in room were jammed. I only stayed here because it was close to six flags. And I won’t ever make that mistake again.

Ultimately, I decided to check out and when I confronted staff about the roaches, they refused to give me back my cash deposit to the point that the police had to be called. I have never in my life received such disgusting and disrespectful treatment or service at a hotel. Not to mention that now they refuse to give me a refund for services NOT provided. Ridiculous.

This property is fantastic! The staff members were all friendly and made us feel really comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and included items such as cereal, milk, juice, waffles, bread, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. I will be returning on future trips.

As soon as i got to the property it was terrible i asked the receptionist if i can cancel and get a refund she told me no we decided to give it a chance went to the room it smelled horrible the room was dirty they put used complimentary shampoo etc the bed sheets were super dirty the a/c stopped working went back and told them we are not staying it is horrible the a/c is not working and she just proceeded to give me to deposit back i asked if i could get even a partial refund due to us not even being there 30 min she said no and gave me the deposit back, overall very bad experience never again.

They offer Breakfast and I ask what type of breakfast and they mentioned that they serve potato and egg so I decided to stay.. next day in the morning the breakfast was sliced bread, butter, coffee, cereal but no potato and eggs or eggs at all .. like if kids are going to drink coffee because the juice machine was out of order for a month plus according to other people staying at the hotel.. 3 nights and breakfast was getting worse lacking yogurt, bread or the mix for the waffles .. hotels.com should follow up with the hotels rather than just collecting their fee for advertising a bad hotel

Good place for one or two night stay. Interior is nicer than the exterior. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Room was alright. Bed is beyond stiff, it was basically a slab of concrete. Room had zero trash cans or trash bags. Luckily I had a an extra bag to store trash in. Staff was nice though

We were traveling from out to town, and I called the hotel directly to advise I was running late and if It would be any problem. I was advised not to worry and my room would be available when I arrive. I get to the hotel and I am told that I had to pay for another room because it was after the nightly cycle and there is nothing they could do. So, then I was advised I can contact hotels.com and they can refund me. Back and forth from hotels.com and this hotel several times. Both passed the buck. My last call was with the manager "Simit" with the hotel, very disrespectful, rude, and offered no help to resolve and just hung up. Of course I called back and no answer. As they say, one bad experience. I won't ever stay at any choice hotel, I'd rather pay more and stay somewhere else. Good luck if you decide to stay at this location.

Was awful. Right after I checked in staff was videoing my sister as she brought her bags into the room. Then when we were eating dinner with some friends the office called and told me that I'm not allowed to have anyone in my room and only 2 people were allowed to stay the night. I had to take someone home so I left my sister and her husband at the hotel and I left. The next morning I'm woken up around 8am to a phone call asking how far I am from the hotel because the manager called the police on my sister and told her it's because she is not disabled but I had booked a handicap accessible room because I am a disabled veteran as is her husband. When I showed up and talked to the front desk, after the rest of my stay had been canceled, I talked to the manager and found out that he was upset because at midnight an elderly couple wanted to book a room and the husband was in a wheelchair. He said that we took the only room that they have available for people in wheelchairs. He kept saying that I wasn't disabled because I can walk around even though they scanned my military id when I checked in. So they caused us all the stress not just that morning but from the second we got there and checked in. Then cancelled the rest of our stay, didn't give us any extra time to pack our belongings, and refused to give us a full refund for causing us an inconvenience and unnecessary amount of stress. Completely unsatisfied with the few hours I was even on the property

Receptionist was rude when we checked in. Was upset when I asked for extra sheets and for some towels since the room didn’t come with any. Sink was backed up really bad and tub was wet with paint when trying to shower. Receptionist refused to give me my deposit back until someone physically checked room to make sure I didn’t “take or destroy” anything.

Check in was good. Room had a strange unpleasant smell upon check-in but appeared clean. Had to call front desk to get the TV working properly. Room was very humid, hung clothes felt almost damp in the morning. Coffee pot was NOT CLEANED after previous guest. Coffee grounds in water tank. Ran 5 cups clean water and still couldnt get it clean Opted for no coffee.

This was my first trip to Texas and I decided to stay at this property half way through my trip I had to find somewhere else to stay … in 5 days my sheets were never changed .. the towels were yellow and dirty ..I couldn’t take a shower in the bathroom at all … the people next to me made so much noise I almost needed to call the police …. I will never ever stay or recommend this property

I think the biggest issue I have is with Expedia themselves because when I reserved it, it was a lower price and then when I decided to use the money I had with Expedia on the points for some reason the price went up. I doubt that it should’ve been that much for the area, type of room, and the accommodations. It was honestly not worth it. I’m disappointed in Expedia not them per se

Walls are thin and the highway is very loud outside the door, so it will not be quiet. The room was okay for the price, but the air system would not heat up. It would only blow cold air, so I had no heating. My room was the same temperature as outside, around 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit each night. I slept wearing socks and a jacket and was lucky to get to sleep. On the first night, staff told me they would send maintenance in the morning. Maintenance never came so the next day I told the staff again and they told me nothing. My room was never warm during my stay.

Front desk agent was an absolutely horrible. Do not recommend based solely off of the guy behind the counter.

Water leaking in bathroom. Sink not flowing properly. Breakfast just bread pretty much. No juice, no fruits

Arrived to a room that had not been cleaned. There were hairs and stains on the bed linens and something sticky on the bathroom counter. The shower was stained as well. We asked for the bedding to be changed, and to his credit, the owner came and changed the bedding himself right away, However, that bedding was also stained. The whole place felt run-down and unclean.

Mattress too hard. Bathtub cracked hot water lever not working properly. Closing breakfast at 9:00 AM on a Saturday. Checked out at 11:00. Not even coffee available!!! Room coffee old and cheap.

The entrance location is next to the merging of I10 exit and frontage road. You have to be careful at this merging. Lots of speeding cars here. Room is clean with decent breakfast. Unfortunately you can hear the noise from I-10.

This is definitely more motel than hotel. Overall it was clean and nice. It had basic continental breakfast. Floor was coming apart and had gaps.

Nice clean quiet and friendly staff

The breakfast was disgusting. The orange juice tasted like mold. I couldn't stop gagging. The bread was stale and we only showed up an hour after breakfast started. This was the only issue. Everything else was satisfactory.

The hotel had roaches everywhere on the wall in the microwave, in the bathroom, on the bed and floors. We complain at the front desk and they gave us the room next door but we also saw a few roaches. Then we notice he rented the room that had all the roaches a few hrs later.

Roaches in the room as soon as we walked in. I walked right back out and went to the front desk to get my security deposit and refund. Unfortunately since I booked through a third party I couldn’t get a refund right away. Hotels.com contacted the front desk and the front desk agent couldn’t approve my refund until they spoke to a manager. I’m still waiting to hear back.

The rooms were good, clean comfortable beds. Management at desk was friendly and provided great service. Cleaning personnel did a great job maintaining cleanliness in rooms. Showers/ tub and toilet are dated but funcional. Breakfast did not have a variety; only two cold cereal and waffles,coffee, orange and apple juice. Had a small fridge but limited to only a couple (2-4) yogurts, no toast, no pastries or bagel. They could do much better in that area.

I decide 2 stay an extra night and I have to take everything out before 11 and checking back at 3 o'clock. Add the manager what's married route when. Yes? Tell him. Why should I check out when is and stay on the same room?

Toilet couldn’t flush very well and could not handle any toilet paper and shower head was in poor condition. Dead bugs around the room. Grimy floors and walls. Overall pretty decent for the price though

Remote wouldn’t work with tv. Toilet clogged after first use, but there was a plunger in the bathroom. No problems after that. Breakfast selection dismal. When we got there, everything was gone.

This hotel is horrible. Their customer service needs some serious work. Their toilets don't work properly or all the time. They have people slamming doors, and kids running around at all times. I thought choice hotels was good, but they have gone down hill to one the worst places ever and this place leads in it's downfall. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go

We did enjoy the pool and the location is very calm. Not the most terrible experience but not the greatest either. The price all in all isn't horrible. But they really should pay more attention to maintenance on the rooms.

Tv didnt work they wouldnt fix it or move rooms. Toilet didnt work and the bathroom door wouldnt open and had my disabbled daughter locked in it. Bed was broke. They would not accimidate us at all we left

No TV. Two hypodermic needles found in room. Drug deal happening outside in parking lot at night.

The room looked decent enough in the picture. But once there, the bathroom was smelly and very dirty. It hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Crusty stuff on the door, carpet by the bed hadn't been cleaned. Would not stay again. Even for the price. Room service- took the dirty towels, left the trash and no clean towels.

Had dogs with me and all of the grass Was just pure burrs and stickers they had to pee on rocks and the curbs. Horrible people above me just banging and stomping for 90 mins. I called front desk and I think they took care of it after 45 mins. From 1am-240am noise noise noise

Bar of soap left in tub from previous guest. Upon entering the room it had a musty odor, found air freshener sitting on a/c unit. The main door to the room was dirty from what appears people closing the door with their feet. The room was equipped with only two body towels and a floor towel. Television was unreliable, click on antenna picture come on but frozen with no sound and channel will not change. Tried Netflix and sound worked but no picture and same issue with YouTube service. Spoke with management and they explained they recently took over the property and trying to get it fixed, but television issue wasn't resolved in the 4 day stay. Staff was short handed, made the bed nicely but still only left two body towels.
