Horrible! Room was dirty. Bathroom door was busted up. One pillow per queen bed. They apparently were out of pillows due to being stolen. Two bath towels only due to also being stolen and they would not give you extra ones. Only if you ask for cleaning service they will swap out towels. Only one toilet paper per room, had to keep asking for a roll. Pool was dirty green. Stayed at many motel 6 but this was the worse.

They were either laying on the shelf or missing. Stayed at many motel 6 but this was the worse.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was cheap. The handle on the sink broke down when I tried to wash my hands. The floor was super sticky, room smelled like cigarettes and the bed was so stiff.

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. We rented a room to go watch the Spurs game chose the location because it was close to the frost . When we return from the game, as we entered the room there were other people in our room. All of our belongings were stolen, and the people that were in the room had all kinds of drugs and of course we called the police went to the front desk cameras everywhere. Nobody saw a thing.. I’m just glad we were safe. Super scary and has definitely changed my perspective on Motel 6. They did not help us at all and we’re elected to even refund us, especially after this type of experience and they stole every single item that we had in that room duffel bags skin care, hair, care, clothing, shoes, every single one of our items were stolen and they rented the room to other people at the same time that it was supposed to be our room for the night

The ice machine was full and working wonderfully. The room was terrible, the bedding was old with cigarette burns and the pillow pillows on the bed look like they were from the 70s.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would NOT recommend staying here at all. From the moment we walked in, the place smelled horrible—like a mix of mold and something rotten. The floors were filthy, clearly not cleaned in a long time, and everything just felt unsanitary. The sheets were burned and looked like they hadn’t been replaced or properly washed… disgusting. The room itself looked run down and poorly maintained. Even basic things were falling apart. To make things worse, the pool was completely green, full of trash, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever—definitely not safe or usable. On top of all that, the lady working there had the audacity to go check the room like nothing was wrong, instead of addressing the issues. Completely unprofessional. Overall, this place is extremely neglected, dirty, and not worth your money. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Frost Bank Center, where I was attending an event. The hotel room had some noticeable issues, including dust on the floor and air conditioning system. Additionally, the restroom door needs to be replaced, and a new paint job would greatly improve the room's overall appearance.

I got stung by bee's walking out my hotel room to go and ask for bath towels that I continued to ask for but never got!!! This happened every day while I stayed there. That i never got bath towel when I kept asking for them, then they gave me hand towels because they said they couldn't give me bath towels.

No breakfast. Very dirty, stunk like mold in the room. As soon as I tried to shower. I turned handle and it broke off. I would not recommend at all lol. First and last time ever staying. Never again!! Nothing

Motel 6 decided to cancel my stay after i already paid because they said i arrived late. Im caught in flood/storm by austin teying to get there. The receptionist kept lying to me about available vacancies after i asked if i could rebook at the desk. I have never had my booking canceled for a late checj in before at any hotel.

Within 2 miles from my convention which was super convenient. Room was clean but a little outdated and some old repair work showing in the ceiling and walls. Front desk staff were super great and friendly. Room next to mine had permanent residents that liked their herbs and smokes, my room smelled like weed the whole weekend. Would stay the night again if need be.

The place had people living there, saw one guy sitting in front of the hotel drinking a beer, another one sitting outside his room, next to mine when I walked into my room then another man was walking around with the ice bucket filled with ramen noodles being called out by the desk clerk asking him if he was going to pay another night, then another was drying out his laundry by placing all around his pick up. You could see his window decorated with a skull and a keep out sign with inappropriate words as if it were his house and another room had plants all along the inside of their window. I was there but for a hour then decided to take all my things to end up staying with a concerned friend in another hotel and asked to cancel my second night but was denied and was told it was non refundable. The room was also in poor conditions, had old towels and had a fly and a few gnats flying around. Definitely not recommended if you’re visiting San Antonio.

All i had was issues. Started with towels, i went and nicely asked if i could get some towels bc there was none, i was given one, i said there are 2 adults and she wouldnt give me another one. Then when i came back a week later to work again, i was given a room that didnt have a microwave bc it was apparently "under maintenance " and she wasnt even going to give me one. They ended up bringing me one that was dirty, it worked when they brought it amd when i came in the next day it wouldnt work. It then took them 2 days to get me another microwave. The last straw is when i find out that the whole time i was there, like 6 days. My door doesnt even lock, it didnt even need the key card. It just opens. I went and made them aware of it, but i wasnt trying to have maintenance come work on

Area is convenient to my work but $70 a night should be more up to par than this. At least live up to your "amenities " and follow SAFETY PROCEDURES. Even after my 3 pets with me, this room will be cleaner than what we came into, when we leave.

This one didnt charge me a pet deposit. The other motel 6 was trying to charge me a fee. Motel was clean, girl in office was very nice. My issue is we got in the room. The hotel looked alot better from its online pictures. I reserve a non smoking room and yet the room smelled like cigarettes burning for days! The walls were stained, paint was pealing from the walls and ceiling. Shower faucet was loose couldn't distinguish which side was hot or cold. Shower door was missing knob from inside and wouldn't shut properly.

The price $ ( I got what I paid for ) No good service the first thing she told me was can u wait another hr the towels are not ready!! I said the confirmation said 1pm-2pm and I arrived at 1:30pm she asked me to wait another hr ?? I’m clearly traveling as I put when I booked and then we only got 3 towels they never came to fill the rest as a room should have the mini fridge had hair in the freezer part (nasty) they had NO ICE ? Older hotel. Mattress hard. Only 1 chair at table. Bathroom door broken. TV mostly only had audio channels. Floor tile loose. Only 2 towels for 3 guest.

I expected more for what I paid for. The room had so many defects. For one the tv was small, the bed didn't have a comforter. Also there was only 2 bath towels in the restroom. Restroom had so many defects. The bed had ony three small pillows for a king size bed. The windows was taped with tape due to being broken.

Nothing. The rooms were dirty. The sheets were not clean. The bathtub was rusty. It was shady (unkempt people were walking around outside and I did not feel safe to stay there. I bought the key back to the desk clerk and requested my money back, but she said to call Booking.com for refund. Her name was Anna.

If you’re someone who only needs a bed to sleep in, this definitely does the job. The rooms smell like cigarettes even if you choose non-smoking, the bed sheets and pillows have cigarette burns, door was missing a lock, not the best place ive stayed at but it was conveniently near the Frost Bank Center and staff was nice and helpful

Parking was okay. Room smelled horrible. Black mold was on bathroom ceiling. Cigarette burns on the linens. Cracked sink bowl & mirror. Mini refrigerator was not working even when plugged in. Just to name a few.

I got to the front desk and was told I DID NOT have a reservation. They seemed like they were new employees. So I was never allowed to stay. This is unacceptable. No fault of mine, but I may be charged anyway. I demand an investigation into this matter!!!

The staff was great, check in was easy and smooth, and it was a quiet area even though it was right up against a major highway. When I walked in to my room there were several dead crickets along the beds and in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. They both felt like a bunch of springs on a metal frame. No cushion to speak of.

The truth is that it is a bad service, it didn't work. Television, the sheets were dirty, there was no soap, no shampoo, it smelled really bad like marijuana. The bathroom smelled very bad. There is no plug to charge the phone. Very bad service. I will not rent in this hotel again.Si

Didn’t even stay basically just paid to shower property manager said I was fixing my vehicle and she was gonna call a tow truck my keys where locked in vehicle and I asked for a refund and she refused so I packed my things and left once I got my keys out vehicle she then fired a employee for attempting to help us very unprofessional manager

I paid for my room online and used my credit of $12.83 and ordered a fridge and microwave and the room they gave me didn't have either or not lock on the door which looked like it had been kicked in roaches everywhere and I'm pregnant n wasn't feeling so good and in the am I'm sleeping there banging on the door like the police told them I was gonna renew jus waiting for my check to hit my card and gave me attitude and den it's about 1125 I go to pay and they refused service for renewal and then was told to pack up so I did took me a quick shower and their staff lady banhs on door yells at the top of her lungs that she has called the cops and I shouldn't not of token a bath at all should been the hell out of there since 11 am and for someone to give her her cell phone to call the cops again that she could have me arrested for trespassing and treason and I'm like wow really when ur the ones who decided not to let me renew all last minute never in my life have I ever mistreated by a hotel staff never again

I paid for my room online and used my credit of $12.83 and ordered a fridge and microwave and the room they gave me didn't have either or not lock on the door which looked like it had been kicked in roaches everywhere and I'm pregnant n wasn't feeling so good and in the am I'm sleeping there banging on the door like the police told them I was gonna renew jus waiting for my check to hit my card and gave me attitude and den it's about 1125 I go to pay and they refused service for renewal and then was told to pack up so I did took me a quick shower and their staff lady banhs on door yells at the top of her lungs that she has called the cops and I shouldn't not of token a bath at all should been the hell out of there since 11 am and for someone to give her her cell phone to call the cops again that she could have me arrested for trespassing and treason and I'm like wow really when ur the ones who decided not to let me renew all last minute never in my life have I ever mistreated by a hotel staff never again

This property did not honor our reservation and said people should not make reservations on-line but in person as rooms are often not available. This property is in poor shape and you have to deal with people through a small window and when we arrived to check at the designated time, the lady said rooms are not finished yet. Then we found out about our reservation. Awful experience.

The staff was very accommodating and nice but the facility is run down. It has seen better times but in relation to other places in San Antonio it isn’t the worse. It was clean, staff was nice but the facilities could really use an overhaul. Towels and pillows were limited due to availability, not sure if limited quantity or because they were busy.

I rented a room for 2 people there was no furniture only the bed and TV 1 chair when I asked for another chair they told me no that it was only 1 chair per room they think I'm only going to lie down there are no other furniture in other hotels for the same price There is more furniture and where to sit, even a small table to eat and here it was missing, you had to eat in bed

This hotel was interesting. When I arrived, I noticed It had dirty/sticky floors, a cracked TV screen, a used soap bar left in the shower, hair on the sheets/pillows, and also the towels did not smell clean. Will never go back to this location.

The staff in the office were very nice and the young man on the property wan also very nice and helpful. The bathroom floor was not clean and on Saturday, when we returned to the room, it had not been cleaned. We had to ask for fresh towels.

Absolutely would never stay at this place ever again. I mean, you get what you pay for, but good lord the minimal effort made in everything was astounding.

Booked a room, paid in advance for a non-smoking room, they gave me a smoking one with cigarette burned sheets and immediately reported it, they changed us to a different room but with two doubles instead of a king-size because "they were out" and I complained about it, they said: "This change will be free of charge" of course it would be without charge! it's their mistake, not mine, I reported the burned sheets and the employee said: "you get into the bed already?" instead of acknowledging it, they make you sign a form where you commit to paying for damages to the room and that's why I let them know, instead I got judged for it. I won't recommend this property at all, it's dirty, noisy, and with the worst customer service ever.

The lady at the night window check-in was very friendly. However, when I went up to the room and opened the door, it reeked of smoke (I had asked for a non-smoking room.) In my 40 years of traveling, I have never seen or smelled such filth. The TV screen was cracked and looked as if someone tried to pry it off the wall with a crowbar. No bedspread, two tiny filthy pillows. There was absolutely nothing (convenience store, drive through, etc.) nearby, just a dark industrial area across from a scary, dark part of downtown. There was NO WAY I COULD STAY THERE, so within minutes, I returned the key and drove another five hours.

The mngr has been so sweet and wonderful to me, I mentioned to her that I was having hard times and I'm waiting for apartment to come available, she was so concerned about me because my fiance Rush me to the Emergency Room last week, and she gave me a good 👍 pep talk and it felt so good to talk to someone. And I sleep very well when I'm there. Thank You and the staff for being so kind and sweet. Good staff and the prices are good too.

It was horrible the restroom was dirty , the people next to us had a party until 7 am in the morning you could smell drugs couples where fighting outside no one came to even tell them to have respect. They nerved cleaned Our room we didn’t have clean towels never again the worse ever

The ONLY minus was a clogged tub, other than that I would stay there if the need comes up and I would recommended to friends and family!.

I have stayed at many Motel 6's, but known like this. Walking in I noticed the pool had a green color to it as a customer was asking for a refund. The room was non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes. There were roaches, human hair, and animal hair. The air conditioner was missing a filter, was falling off the wall, and sounded like it was ready to fall apart. The microwave was dirty. There were stains and cigarette burns on the sheets. No lotions, shampoos, or washcloths. The headboard was leaning on the wall and was blocking the outlet for the nightstand. The floor was sticky. The side-floor moldings were peeling off. The restroom door had to be forced closed. The staff was great! I will probably not stay at a Motel 6 after this. I have pictures and videos of all this upon request.

Horrible stay the room was not clean the bed had no blanket only sheets and to top it off no toilet paper!! Apart of that the tv only had like three channels. There was an incident that a black guy was trying to open our door once my husband looked out the window he said sorry wrong room. Like really if they give you your room number with the key scary situation that I did not sleep well the two nights at the hotel.

I BOOKED MY HOTEL ROOM AT 530 PM THE DAY WE WERE GOING TO ARRIVE BECAUSE WE WERE TRAVELING FROM OUT OF STATE. WHEN WE GOT TO OUR HOTEL ROOM AT 10 PM THEY TOLD US OUR ROOM WAS CANCELLED AT 6PM BECAUSE WE DIDNT CALL TO TELL THEM WE WOULD BE CHECKING IN LATE.

They literally gave me a room with no phone. There was holes in the walls light covers were missing there was drawings and paint all over the place. Burn holes in the blankets and with to half a** pillows. Sink was leakkng causing water to puddle .Not to mention the smell! It was so bad i had to book a room elsewhere. Worst ive ever seen at a motel 6.

This was supposed to be a non-smoking room, yet the room reeked of smoke! And BOTH blankets had cigarette burns in them! ONE bug sighting is bad. But seeing multiple bugs at the same time? (I kept killing them...ick!) The room was not clean! Jelly ring in microwave that was NOT a stain. The wall in the bathroom didn't appear to have been wiped down in ages, possible mold? Hairs! In the tub and one even hanging ON the towels.(I have short curly hair, in tub was a long brown hair, on towel was a synthetic long hair.) One of the towels appeared to have toothpaste on it, which you think would come out in the wash. A couple of bad spots in the floor, one area was like the flooring wasn't long enough, another area the flooring was actually damaged, apparently something was dropped on it, because flooring was cracked and crushed into the lower layer. I tripped/stumbled on both areas. The pool was murky. I was going to swim, but NOT in THAT water!

The hotel was disgusting. We had to ask the front desk lady if we could get some disinfectant and a rag to wipe it down ourselves. On top of asking for cleaning products we had to ask for new sheets, because ours looked they had not been changed. The only reason why we stayed was because it was only 5 min away from where we would be for the day and also the other hotels were already booked up. I would never ever stay here again. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had.

Would not stay here again. In fact I shortened my stay and left after that first night. Manager was very nice but the room was awful. Dirty in general, looked like a dog ate the bathroom wall and door, stained sheets, cigarette burns all over the blanket, cracked sink. Grounds weren’t mowed so difficult to potty small dogs. Felt incredibly unsafe in this location, very loud. Plus side was AC worked well. Pictures on the site were obviously very old as they were not an accurate representation of this property

Pleasant customer service. Room need repairs. Water leak onto floor from sink and toilet. Tile broken behind toilet. Countertop falling off. Smoke detector not connected. Cigarette burn holes in sheets, bedspread and drape. Bathroom vent cover not installed.

The location is not good. Your stuck between warehouses. You use the night window to check in and out which I certainly don't blame the employees for being concerned for their safety. The room appeared nice. Beds are thin and uncomfortable. You only get 2 towels, water pressure is horrible, and there were a couple roaches.

When we arrived, there was no towels no trash cans. I requested them 3 times and when we got back to room, no one had brought them. I had to go buy our own towels. Comforter had holes in it, there were plugs taped up. Not enough lighting. Never will I go back there again. It was very disappointing 😔😔😔😔

Horrible place, filthiest place i had ever been so disappointed that Hotels.com would even accept this place. We asked for smoke free room it reeked like smoke, bed had tape to hold it together and sheets had cigarette burns on them and blankets torn. And to top it off room was infested with flies.

The property was terrible!! First off, the room wasn’t very clean. Second there was no soap, toilet paper or anything! Had to go downstairs just for toilet paper. Comforter was paper thin. And hole in wall in bathroom.

The place is horrible to stay I requested for 2 rooms 2 beds in each room none smoking and they gave me whatever they wanted the 1st room with had 1 bed and tv all messy with no remote 2nd room no refrigerator and the ceiling on the room was missing some paint the rooms smell bad and the floors was super dirty.......

Phone not working (had to use my cell to call the front desk), no toilet paper upon arrival, dirty, only 2 pillows when room was booked for 4 people. We stayed 2 nights here, for the second night the room was not cleaned and the beds were not made, totally unacceptable. Disappointing experience.

We didn’t get any shampoo, soap, etc to shower. We’ve stayed at other hotel and they all included that. The room wasn’t completely ready when we arrived; no blankets, no pillow cases on pillows, smelled like cigarettes bad. We had reserved a NON-smoking room but still smelled like cigarettes A LOT. Over all it was okay, we won’t stay there again. The pictures they had online made it look very nice; but when we got there it looked nothing like the pictures.

Worst customer service ever was kicked out of my room after payingbmy room in the room that day cause i was a stay over. Started yelling at me telling me i wasnt even supposed to be in the room and then precedied to kick me out even after i tried to show her my reciept .

My family took a mini vacation to san antonio and had registered for two rooms with a joining door. When we got to the motel 6 off of I-35 towards splash town. Told check in time was at 3:00 surprise the rooms were given to other guests so we were told two rooms was available upstairs and down stairs. So we decided to get these two rooms. We going to rooms and room upstairs 204 was not ready. So my family waited downstairs in other room 104 until 204 was cleaned. Rooms were not very clean. Room 204 had hair on towels, sink was stopped up water was disgusting stank. No coffee machine, no remote, no toilet paper. Bed cover was stained and 2 pillows on other bed had 1 pillow small stuffed with other cloths to make a pillow. Next day room 204 had no service, trash was full no fresh towels and no cups. Room 104 limited towels , brown stuff smeared on wall. My husband asked towels for both rooms and was told was limited and gave him 5 towels for 6 people. When we checked out my husband was turning in key cards at window. He stood out there five minutes ringing bell for clerk no answer. I got off and used a penny to click in widow towards lobby so clerk can hear me she did. But when she came out from back office she looked like she just woke up. My husband was soo upset he just threw the key cards to window. Felt he would be wasting his breath making complaint to her. We were soo disappointed with the management and non interest in keeping customers happy and comfortable.

It was nothing close to what was pictured in the hotels.com ad. There were holes in the wall. The bed was uncomfortable. It was like laying on just the springs. The bed sheets had cigarette burns. Only 2 towels provided. And it smelled terrible.

Not a great location. It’s not secure not for a family/kids or even safe to leave vehicles there. Save your time and money.

Upon check in their office printer didnt work. Then walking into the room the smoke detector was beeping and was told by staff to just unplug it and take the battery out. The ice machine did not work at all during our stay as well. The room did not appear to be vacuumed and the restroom had dirt and what appeared to be mold in the corners near the shower. Also there was a large clump of hair lodged in the drain that kept the shower from draining so we had to remove ourselves that evening. When asking front desk staff for more pillows ( only provided one small half pillow upon arrival) we were told they did not have any more pillows or towels, sorry.

It was a great stay.kid friendly. Good staff. They really care.
