I would have to say only location. There was no refrigerator in the room or microwave and the toilet was unable to flush because it was plugged. There was no trash cans and no curtain not even a plastic one so all water would fall when one was taking a bath.

It was walking distance from a bunch of stores. The ac was noisy. Only hot water in the shower, had to use a cup with cold water from the sink. Shower head was clogged. Sink faucet way too much pressure and clogged. Was not expecting a lot but I have payed half the price for much better facilities.

There was hot water Beds were very uncomfortable, the mattresses were disgusting with stains, floor under beds were stained with what looked like dried blood, shower head was broken, roaches were running around, air-conditioning didn't work, the staff were not helpful at all. There were no towels or toilet paper in the room.

Slept on a wooden box sping bed. ! No tv channels. No phone no hot water for showers. No towels …… parking lot ……. Condoms little baggies , even syranges Even Coackroach the truck I was so disappointed !

Nothing at all. The entire stay start to finish. Upon arrival I wasn’t given the room that was booked. Said that the only room available was that room. Didn’t argue the fact. Go to room air didn’t work. Sent maintenance & was told it just took time. While I was willing to at least try that,air didn’t get cold until the early morning hours. Then after bringing everything into my room, I spotted old dry blood on multiple surfaces. Was then told I would just get a refund because I was just making things up at this point. Not let me get you another room. Refund or have housekeeper come and clean the surfaces. Very rude and not to mention the price for that room was ridiculous. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

The room was awful. The bed sheets had stains on them and the mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The walls in the room where dirty it looked like someone had a mud fight and they didn't clean it. Only one towel and a small bar of soap. No coffee or free breakfast like was advertised on the site. These people need to be shut down for health risk. Everything.

I never stayed there. I was told I booked the room after 12am in the night so they can't be letting me in until 3pm in the afternoon. I didn't even get a call from anyone later in the day to confirm if I would still be coming over to claim my room, I was stranded that night and I also didnt get a refund.

The smell of the room was HORRIBLE!! A cross between sewer gas and dog urine. Never again!! Just because this hotel chain is cheap doesn't mean it should be this bad.

Just 2 towels in room with a two bed water wouldn’t go down from bath and sink

The place had roaches, I ended up getting bed bugs from there. The wifi didn't work inside the room. The staff was rude, only 1 towel, went to request another 1 and the required I showed my driver's license again. I had to leave for work at 6:30am and no one was at the front desk

The fact that they make you pay a 50$ deposit tells you a lot. Only one towel and the drain on the hand lavatory was plugged.

Nothing!! ...didn't even put my bags down...As soon as we walked in there was a bad stinch, the bed sheets were stained, ...Not at all what we expected...I asked for a refund n didn't even get it!!

Disgusting properly and disgusting staff. I have never had a problem like this before even with lower budget rooms. Also a dangerous location. I was yelled at and called names by staff after trying to get my issue resolved. Orbitz also did nothing to help me get my funds back after they said I could check out early and get a refund on the day I left.

Nothing. Well maybe the fact the had plastic covers over the key cards. Blood splatter on walls , the new of my top of most disgusting places to ever stay! I mean they truly are beyond nasty. There wasn't a single thing that was clean or had been cleaned in weeks. It takes time to build up that much nasty. I stayed here a long time ago and know they were a bit cheap and not a 3star even but this is a health hazard for anyone. No towels giant holes in walls, spray paint on ways and lights and blood splatter everywhere. They air-conditioning unit had so much dirt build up that I was afraid to turn it on for fear of what disgusting bacteria or what may be in the air from blowing that out and around the room. The bed had dirty burnt sheets and a nasty mattress. Me and my dog slept in my car. My dog didn't even want to go in. This place needs to shut down or the owners need to get out of the office and go look at how disgusting your rooms are. If the owners of this property think that these rooms are a room they'd stay in please go stay in one of your own rooms you rent to others. It's a shame and you shouldn't be in business if that's the way your going to maintain it for customers. I've stayed in all types of places. I carry hospital cleaning wipes to kill bacteria and I couldn't even get past the table coming back clean after using half a pack of those wipes. If I was you Booking I wouldn't represent this hotel on your site. Nasty!

I needed a place for my dog and I to stay for the night while I looked at rental homes. I should’ve known a motel for less than $50 would have very limited amenities but there wasn’t even a mini fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room. The bathroom had literally one towel and was the size for maybe a child to use and not an adult. The motel stated being pet friendly but there was no area for me to safely walk my service dog or have her use the bathroom. I had to google dog parks and those were a pain to navigate to. Staff were very friendly which was a positive. Wi-Fi was slow but I was able to manage. There were bugs in the room I had to kill but no bugs in the bed. Overall it was an okay bed to stay in for the night as a (super) last minute option, I felt safe enough, (I carry my own weapons and my dog is trained to protect) but others may not feel so comfortable staying here. Bring your own cooler if you plan to have any meals at this place. (Might want to bring your own towels too)

When I informed the staff of the toilet issue, she brought a person/ tenant who was hanging out smoking and drinking to look into the issue. This was a terrible horrifying experience, I would never book at this location. Hotels.com should not even have this location on their website. All sorts of people hanging outside their rooms drinking and smoking drugs is not a pretty, safe view.

I stayed 5 nights, 2 nights there we people shooting at eachother, people running around whole night, noisy and dangerous, cockroaches all over in room . Dogs lay outside without any water. My boyfriend and I ended up only being in the room for an hour as our plans changed and not only were they unwilling to give us a refund, the room itself was disgusting. I wish I took pictures but the floor had dirty spots all over, the floor was sticky, the corner seat was dirty and my boyfriend went into the bathroom and said behind the toilet looked untouched.

The phone doesn't work, and I have never had to ask for a towel anywhere ever. You couldn't even wash or dry your hands or anything. If you have children, stay away from this dump. One star doesn't suffice. I'm not exaggerating when I say it doesn't deserve a star. Now I figured it would be ghetto but when I arrived there were many people hanging out on the stairs and the walk way. Some people sleeping on the stairs. I let it slide because I had no intentions on being out anyways. When I walked in the first room the first thing I noticed was the sheets. They were brown and had burns on them. The pillow cases looked sad and saggy. They were beyond dirty. My kid noticed a roach on the wall. The bathroom didn't have a shower head. I went to request for another room and the next room wasn't any better. Same thing and they actually down graded me from fridge and microwave to no fridge and microwave so I requested a refund. Now I have to wait 5 business days for a refund. This place should be shut down and that's me being nice.

We did not have access to wifi and the ac was struggling to cool the room until late into the evening. We had trouble getting towels from the front desk. The property was shady, especially at night. Trash overflowed from almost every visible trash can. Dogs wandered unleashed.

It's a little run down and the rooms ac wasn't working but the staff was great and they let us use the microwave in the front office. This place also has a pool, vending machines and a laundromat. Lots of places to dine and shop.

Non smoking rooms and the rooms smelt like smoke one room ac didn’t work remote didn’t work dry blood on sheet smelt horrible no hot water on our last day in room 238 also had room 240 roaches on bed biting us while sleeping (not bed bugs) room smelt like smoke it was the WORST motel my family and I had ever stayed at while visiting SanAntonio!! I was so grossed out every time we left and came back cause the rooms smelt horrible and it just was an ugly vibe had Lysol and air fresheners and still stunk thankfully we take our own blankets to put on bed we don’t even use there sheets blankets nor pillows

We couldn’t sleep all night. Stay away from here. We were just taking a brake night from a long road trip and there’s was constantly disturbance over the night. Multiple police unit coming to the hotel over different domestic fights in rooms. Lots of noise all night. Don’t stay here if you really want to rest.

The room initially booked was the worst I’ve ever been in. It smelled of cigarettes, was not very clean…hot and small with no refrigerator. I complained and they offered me an upgrade for $25 which I took because the room had two beds, was cool albeit not very clean. I will never stay at this specific property again.

I was put in a filthy room that had no towels, toliet tissue and clearly not been cleaned I'm adding pictures of the room , I will spare the image of poo left in toilet . I had turned in key and requested refund for the room being dirty room and was denied my refund and denied re-entry to room. There was an event in town and most hotels were booked solid. 4 hrs later I was able to find a room to stay. 20 miles out my way and triple the cost.

Gross. Old. Terrible. Very depressing. Roaches. The room was dirty. Icbpught products to clean the room. No towels. I slept on top of comforter & sheets. Trying to leave photos and will not allow me to.

When i arrived motel 6 front office. Went to another side night small box with window. Not in person enter front office. I checked in and gave my I'd card she said charged $65 i said no its not correct and i get my cellphone and show her hotels.com information then she made room #264 gave. Me hotel card and i went move in then i opened door and saw nasty room not cleaned then i went back office complaining about room #264 and the lady go checked room and saw nasty room so she switched different room to next room #265 the room cleaned and changed room key card. I moved in until next day Thursday morning after 11am checked out. But when i took bath and changed clothes after that i just pulled out all dirty bed sheets and towels on the floor. We booked a nonsmoking room, but as soon as we walked in, the smell of cigarette smoke slapped you in the face. While waiting to check-in, a roach crawled out of the microwave and another was crawling on the dryer. Th place was so disgusting we left. Motel 6 and Travelocity have been no help in getting our money back.

I lost my booking paid the hotel for nothing had to look for another hotel due to being charge $100for a security damage deposit quite embarrassing due to we only took was what necessary to stay and go to six flags with gas and eating

Rooms reeked and for a non smoking room sure smelt like someone been smoking in it and leaving burn marks all over, ceiling was bubbling up from water leaks which adds to the mold smell and the ac was horrible… not safe and the owners or managers will wash their cars there but not clean their rooms. Also found cockroaches.

This place was NASTY. Their idea of cleaning is mop where feet go not everywhere. The sink was leaking, the tub is stopped up. The "bed" was a 2" thick mattress that was probably pulled out of the trash. We were worried that our car wouldn't be there in the morning. People were screaming all night, cars dragracing all night, sirens blaring all night. We would have gone elsewhere but i couldnt afford to loose the money I paid. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR THE PAIN IN YOUR BACK.

So, we had no toiletries, no trash can, no rags, a non-smoking room with blankets with cigarette burns, and either dirty or badly stained towels. The hotel is right next to highway with a train nearby so wouldn't exactly call it quiet, but didn't have any noise problems from other guests. The a/c worked, but did not seem to go to high setting, but it stayed a decent temperature throughout our stay despite the 100 plus degree weather. When I brought up having no trash can to the office, they immediately found me one and the staff was friendly. No one ever came to our room though during the 4 day stay to give us fresh towels or take our trash or make sure we had what we needed, which we didn't. I just went to Walmart and got some travel sized stuff and things we needed, but I shouldn't have had to. They don't come with minifridges or microwaves for some reason, but neither did a couple others I looked at in the area. I don't understand that. It's more expensive than some other places in town that have more space, more ammenities, and it's not in a high tourist side of town, so the prices don't make sense for only providing you with a pool, beds, a couple stained up towels, and bathroom (which also has no ability for taking baths, only showers). It was good and comfortable, if I might suggest please try to make the rooms look cleaner, don't get me wrong it was clean but it looks dusty, maybe if some maintenance happens there (some paint, detailed cleaning, etc)

The most horrible experience and stay I've had. All though this place had roches I passed by that. But wanting to charge deposit twice is absolutely an abuse towards a customer. On top of the bad management they had the audacity to lie and say they never charged a deposit twice and finishing it off with total lies. Beyond disgusted.

The hotel room was in a terrible condition. There were obvious stains penetrated on the bed, the blankets were torn and with burn marks all over. There was blood near the bathroom entrance, the tub was backed up we couldn't even shower in it. Once we saw the terrible condition of the room we booked elsewhere and ate the additional cost because of course we were offered any type of refund. This hotel is defiantly not recommended especially if traveling with children. Gross hotel, do not book!

You had to go to check in to get towels and bring the ones you used. Loud partying at night in the parking lot in front of room till late.

The first room I was given had roaches. I asked to be moved to another room. They obliged me. The second room had a group of people hanging out in front. Opened the door and there was a stench. I pulled the sheets back and there were stains. The restroom smelled and the tub did not look clean. I asked for a refund. And the only thing they gave me was the deposit back. And refused to refund my cost for the room

No breakfast. The room was decent for a 1 night stay and the pool was pretty good. I wouldnt stay here again but for the price and last minute booking it was pretty good.

The front desk folks were nice but the room was terrible.

Location was great, staff was okay, cleanliness was terrible. The heater didn't work, the sheets were white and beige (dirty) and had a lot of holes. Toilet paper holder was broken. No coffee maker or iron in the room.
