The room was clean and comfortable. Our first night was nice but our second night not so much as the occupants in the next room played loud music late into the night.

I needed late checkout (2 pm). I contacted the desk. I was told that since I had booked through a 3rd party I don't get late checkout privlidges. However as a "one time option". I am a lifetime gold with over 450 accum nights for over a decade. I thought late checkout was part of my gold member benefits. I was planning on staying there again this week but becuase of that I booked at the hilton next door.

Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. I am always a fan of Marriott. This was my first time in San Antonio, and I definitely plan on returning. I chose my hotels based on the bathrooms and Marriott always has a great bathroom mirror! I will be back soon!

Hotel common areas and the room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff, especially the checkin staff were great. Overall the hotel checks all the boxes for great hospitality. If you ever need to stay near San Antonio airport, this is one place you want to be, trust me.

A comfortable stay! I’ve been here before, but this time the quality was very apparent. The front desk personnel were always very inviting. The staff throughout the hotel were all so very friendly! Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. The location was great with restaurants , gas, and shopping very close. I’d certainly stay here again.

There was group of young people about 3 rooms down from ours and they were yelling, running, shouting and slamming the doors from 3am to 6am. I called reception and they never help us.

The only good thing about this property was its location. Wow Property’s Manager was the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. He claimed to train his staff so just imagine. The room they had ready for us was handicap! I did not request that I seen a handicapped really needing a room they did not care. On top of this room flooded. Poorly built hotel

The heatig system was not working we had a terrible stay, no bottle water in tje room.

The young lady at the front desk who checked me in was friendly, helpful, and informative. She helped me get free wifi by researching that I was already a Marriott rewards member. And the young lady that worked in housekeeping on my floor was very friendly and helpful especially when I stopped her to ask her for some extra coffee creamer and Splenda. She was so very pleasant and helpful and friendly about it. Service with a smile! So kind! Very helpful!

Everything I had requested a room close to office but was given a room too far to walk as I have an injured foot and spine and it was very difficult for me to get to and feel that Marriott Airport was very unconsiderate to my request and need. Thanks

Hotel was close to all things good on the river. We really enjoyed the day and night views from the rooftop pool area. The gym was top notch We don’t have any complaints

This hotel was said to be a four star hotel. The room had lots of paint chips in the wall. Furniture was all scratched the bathroom shower had mole mold in the corner. Not on a four star level at all.

Hubby and I enjoyed the stay, clean and spacious room. Location is great, many restaurants, coffee shops, and easy access to the highway. We will be back.

The room was nice enough, but I was disappointed they did not offer a continental breakfast, and the hotel restaurant did not open until 8 am, plus the market shop had a sign that they did not currently have any coffee. I left for the airport early, just so I could get some breakfast and coffee! When I lost my sweater, I was told to check online "Find My Stuff" instead of checking at the front desk, even though I lost it at the hotel within the hour. Not very impressive for a nice hotel.

My overall experience was amazing. Parking is safe and secure, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Since I travel to San Antonio very often, I’ll highly likely book again!

2 rooms. The room was hot, and our room never relaly cooled off throughout the night. The sheets and pillowcase were stained so I slept with one of my shirts over it. There was trashed literqlly.overflowing in all trashcans in the exterior and the lobby.

I was able to check in early straight from the airport. Front desk was friendly. I didn't take any pictures but the King room was very nice. I especially liked the built in shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser in the shower.

The staff was incredibly rude. The room was noisy. Lots of road noise (even though I requested to be positioned away from the road). I could hear people next door talking and flushing toilets around midnight. Room was not super clean.

It was a shower, only bathroom and they did not give any shower caps. As a matter of fact, they gave nothing except for a piece of soap and a small bottle of lotion. That was very disappointing.

This was a great experience. The hotel was clean and up to date, very quiet and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Beds were comfortable, not crazy about the pillows, towels were thick and soft.

The beds were not as comfortable as expected. WiFi is NOT free and we had to pay extra for it. I think nowadays Free WiFi is a must and all hotel should include it.

Nice hotel & close proximity to restaurants. However, the only issue was the exit from parking lot. Only one entry/exit was available and it was difficult exiting into incoming traffic.

The hotel, inside, was gorgeous, including the room which was meticulous and luxe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a bonus. The option of privacy for my three-night stay was divine. I could not get the nice TV to display a menu; said offline. And internet is not free unless you’re a member. So I read a book. Breakfast buffet was pricey, but food everywhere, especially hotels and airports, is off-the-charts unreasonable. Overall it was an excellent stay.

We stayed at this Marriott the night before flying home due to its proximity to the airport. It was close to shopping and a short drive to the airport. It had a nice bar area and breakfast (not included) the next morning. Hotel was clean, elevators were fast, and staff was all friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of free parking. The lobby was bright, modern and welcoming, and everyone we had contact with at the front desk was very friendly.

Will not stay again in these hotels. We had a late flight, we arrived and asked front desk if we could check in earlier, front desk was not friendly they seemed annoyed. I was able to check in early, we fell asleep, in the morning found blood on the corner and middle of the comforter my children were sleeping on, it looked like the previous guest sheets were reused.

Great family getaway with very minor problem with our commode that was quickly resolved. Will absolutely use in the future and highly recommend! Very clean, quiet and eco friendly.
