This is an older property and has very few amenities, but the staff is very helpful. The deposit is only $40 per stay. I had a few things that weren’t working. The staff met my needs immediately! The price is very low for the area and has two corner stores within walking distance. Easy access to the highway plus many food options within 3 miles.

If your gonna book I don’t recommend the smoking section side of the building, had to get out of there.

it was close to frost bank center I didnt get my deposit back :( im from mexico i did not know i had to pay more when i arrived at the hotel, we dont have that method in my country, and it was not cheap either it was 40 dollar :(

Do not recommend this place! Pictures definitely catfished us into staying there. Did not feel safe at all. Room was dirty, sheets were dirty and a pube was in the tub when we went in the restroom. A gap was in the restroom door so u can see in when you were standing at the mirror. We were on a no smoking floor but the ppl in the room next to us were smoking weed and it was coming through the walls, and we had a baby with us. No sleep due to all the loud talking all night long. WILL NEVER STAY AT A KNIGHTS INN EVER!!!

The room does. It look like the pictures, it is more rundown and outdated. The towels were too thin and had a bunch of hair in them. The AC unit is too noisy. Also the coffee maker had water from what I can guess was an previos service, I could not risk using it for I don’t know how long the water had been there. the room served its purpose but it could have been more pleasant.

Hotel room was horrible! Smelled like weed and cigarettes like if someone had just smoked there. The bed sheets were dirty had cigarette holes in them. The towels, the couch, the desk, the door to the bathroom, the walls etc. were filthy! You can tell they don’t even use bleach to wash their whites. There was also a weird hand print on the bathroom and a splatter on the ceiling of the room. The only reason we stayed there was because it’s close to the Frost Bank Center. You can tell they do not change the sheet beds after every costumer.

Did not have towels or an iron in the room. Turned the water on in the shower and it was brown. We reserved a king bed and got two full size beds. Dust bunnies in the room and had to ask for toilet paper.

The person checking it when booked I asked for a handicap king bed bc I have a newborn and he still put me upstairs tho there was rooms available on the first floor he was rude! Absolutely nothing It was dirty. The linen and bath towels were absolutely filthy. Drug addicts and prostitutes harasses you and your family all day. It got so bad that we actually checked out a day earlier than planned.

Ii was in room #215 all the way in the back and my room was not very clean at all, the beds were both sagging g in the middle, one already opened and partially used roll of toilet tissue and there were cock roaches of every size from babies to adults and the room smelled of spicy foods and grease. Transportation access to the city bus is perfect, wifi is kinda slow, no roaches or anything and the pool was clean so a pretty good budget friendly place if you need somewhere to stay in a pinch

A forty dollar room it was. I can say the sheets were clean and the coffee in the room was not bad. The gentleman at the desk upon check in was rude at the least. The lady in the office at check out was amazing. Cleaning lady was nice too.

They even falsely accused me of inappropriate behavior, which is completely untrue. Their refusal to take accountability and their unprofessional attitude speak volumes. Photos were taken as proof and shared, yet they continue to deny responsibility. This kind of dishonesty and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I booked via Expedia under the impression that the property met basic hospitality standards—it did not. I strongly urge travelers to reconsider booking here. There are many better options out there that value cleanliness, integrity, and customer respect.

I checked in. The staff is courteous and straight-forward to visitors. I have been there many times and always got friendly, dutiful service. The good service that was shown never waivered. I most definitely will continue to stay at the Knights Inn Motel and highly recommend the facility to all my friends & family for their stay in San Antonio.

This is a gross hotel. I don’t care how little you pay you should still feel safe and be in a clean room. I have asthma and asked for a smoke free room. The room smelled like I walked it to an old school Las Vegas casino.

The staff was very pleasant. When we got there, we were told there would be a $40 deposit for each room. Not a nice surprise. In the rooms, the blankets, sheets, top of the fridge, and chair were dirty. The pool could have used a cleaning as well so we didn't use it, but others did. We won't be staying there again. It's also right next to the highway so it's nosy.

The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke almost as soon as I opened the door. The towels had lots of hair on them. The bed covers felt like they had not been washed recently. Overall, will never stay there again. Not meant for families. It is mostly used by men who work hard outdoors.

The A/C in both rooms did not work the towels in the room were dirty there were cigarette burns on the beds at 2am the bed broke and my 10 month grandson fell of the bed we called to front office and the guy said he would see what he can do we waited for an hour and nothing was done so we check out and now the hotel will not refund any of my money

Dirty hotel , all pictures were taken as soon as i walked. I got a non smoking room and it reeked of smoked. The was a mess on the table and roaches. When i complained to the front desk they said they can spray air freshener which was the cheapest air freshener that smelled bad. I believe the mirror over the sink might of been a two way mirror so we put up towels to cover it. The microwave and fridge didnt work and you only get 10 channels on the tv. There was a hole in the bathroom door.

I fixed that on hotels.cm and directly went back in to checkin then they wanted a cash deposit so o had to leave again go to an ATM. When I checked out I received my deposit back and was in the parking lot texting my husband. When a guest honked and o rolled down my window they told me that the property was going to call the police on me for texting in their parking lot. Totally uncalled for. So I left and Will never go back to this property again

Easy walk to the Frost center and convience stores around . Little outdated . It did the job for a 1 night stay. Staff friendly

Even asking for a room and being in the non-smoking area feels the smell of cigarettes. The room looked clean but one of the savannas had a mysterious little spot, it was not known what it was. The shower was rusty and the bathroom light took about 30 seconds to turn on. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

Gave us a non smoking room. Walked in smelled heavy like smoke. Dirty musty. Fridge and shower rusting but ig u get what u pay for. Stayed 10 min and left to diff hotel

Pool is aweaome accommodation

There was a lot of roaches. Fought for hours to get a refund. Tried changing rooms but roaches in other room too. Along with 2 other ppl having same problem. Avoid staying unless u have no choice or don’t mind all the bugs. Left the room and went n rented a diff room at another place.

There was homeless people sleeping in the parking lot there was stray dogs running around the property. The stench of weed was permanent there was cockroaches crawling out from underneath the bed all night the only thing that was better about this hotel then the first one I left after 15 minutes because I couldn't stay there was that this one didn't have bed bugs that I could see

The room was infested with roaches I couldn't even stay there and no refund I'm upset and want my money back

Usually I get a clean, decent room when I stay here but I got a terrible one this time. The worst part was the roaches crawling everywhere. But also, the outlet behind the bed has one working input with the other busted out. So I had to choose between one of the 2 bedside lights, or charge my phone. There was an ironing board but the clothes iron was missing. Went to use the blow dryer and the plug on it was unusable. minor but very annoying issue , the door was sticking terribly and had to fight with it every time I opened or closed it. Room 154.

Takes forever for my deposit to be returned

The room was dirty, the bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom dirty . There were roaches dead and alive in the room. I cancelled my stay.

They opened my room door after they saw me leaving knowing that i hav dogs and let them out and then lied to me saying they got out on ther own and then kicked us out and we still had one more night there

This place was mildly infested with roaches. Not the worst place i have stayed but in the bottom three. The bedding had cigarette burns. The paint was pealing in areas. It was quiet and cheap. The pool area looked nice. The staff was kind and accomodating. We did end up buying a pack of roach motels at the local HEB and it lessened the roach population to where we didnt see them on the last day.

The place is very clean

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The smells were bad, the bed was questionable and the other guests were sketchy.

The room had roaches, the room had a very very bad smell I had to spray Lysol and spray bedbug spray just to make sure, I left all the lights on the ac was old but it cooled, rust spots on the icebox, for the price they advertised it's not worth it oh then after you pay and take your money they say oh there is a 40.00 damage deposit, heck the place is all ready damaged, its just away to take your 40.00 dollars run from this place
