The 2 full bedroom was very accommodating.but the upper corner ceiling was pealing back a bit due to rain water. The AC was inefficient in lowering the humidity level and to close to bewith limited passage to draw the window blinds

The location is right off of the highway near everything. The hotel randomly charged me an extra $250. When I asked Alma (the front desk clerk) why was I being charged an extra $250, she stated “the housekeeper reported that you put hair dye in the bed. So we have to charge you for the sheets.” I said to her hair dye??? I do not wear hair dye & I’ve had braids up from almost 2 months while pointing at my hair (to Alma the front desk clerk). I also informed her that Those sheets were already stained when we got there. She claimed there was nothing she can do about it & I need to talk to the manager. I’m still waiting on a phone call from management. Im LIVID! Also let me add, the breakfast consisted of dried oatmeal that stuck to the pot, hard biscuits & room temperature juice. Definitely won’t be staying at this location again.

The front desk concierge was very friendly and welcoming. They even had games and books for the kids in the lobby. Breakfast was typical, nothing extra but had everything we needed. The limited amount of alcohol at their bar. Had to go across the street to get a drink I wanted.

Had to ask for pool towels and for the sheets, blankets and pillow for the pullout. I was told they should be there but they weren’t. Also, no phone service on the room phones. I asked for a list of nearby restaurants, none was available, I was told their list was being updated. Breakfast was good, however omelettes were cold. The front desk ladies were very helpful- went to get towels, sheets, blankets, she was also able to verbally give me a list of restaurants near the hotel for me to order from and refilled my water tumbler with ice and water. Overall, it was nice, clean and peaceful. I would stay there again.

This is our favorite place to stay when we have business at the medical center. It’s always clean and quiet and they have a great breakfast! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We like being able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants for dinner.

Little things like ‘ only members get bottled water - what the hell is that, and it’s such an inexpensive change

The room was decently sized for 5 people, the beds were a bit hard though. There were also these little bugs on the sink outside the bathroom. And the shower drain was clogged so the water only drained after you finished, the shower head seems like it was positioned for shorter people, at a weird angle. Breakfast was okay, just hotel food.

Electricity went out unexpectedly, we did not have access to warm up our baby’s bottles and power went off in the middle of a shower. Hotel room Phones do not work at all to contact front office. Then when try calling from cell phone calls were t going through. Nice hotel but horrible experience.

Large and spacious room. Hard to find a room of this large size at this price. We had 2 beds and the sofa bed. Clean bathroom with excellent water pressure. Comfy beds. Very good breakfast varieties (sausage, egg, bacon, hash browns, cereals, almond milk, 2 waffle machines, etc). Great location with stores and a lot of restaurants at walking distance, large parking lot, smiling staff. I would give it a five star review if the hotel had microwaves inside rooms. There is only one microwave (placed downstairs behind the reception area) for all the guests to use. I find it ridiculous that one has to go downstairs to warm up their food at midnight! I walked to the reception desk on Saturday at 9:25pm to ask about a microwave and for almost ten minutes, there was no one behind the desk. I'm sure she was helping another guest somewhere but how can a hotel reception desk remain unattended for almost 10 minutes!!! There is a bump at the hotel main door entrance that makes it hard to push a luggage cart in and possibly can trip someone up. The floor at that door should be all flat. Otherwise, an accident might happen. Despite all these issues, I still think this hotel is worth staying at. My top priority is always the room size and this hotel is unbeatable in that area!

Found two cockroaches in our room. The man who assisted us when we checked in was wonderful, but upon checking out we were met by three staff working front desk who seemed to be deep in a conversation that I seemed to have interrupted based on their faces. Elevators are definitely the slowest we have ever experienced, so ensure you use stairs or request a first floor room. Line to breakfast was definitely unrealistic, and it did not match the area to sit for breakfast. Overall, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

My family loves Hyatt and we only stay at Hyatt when possible. The staff was nice and the room was clean We couldn’t get a key, so the staff had to walk us up and down every single time to let us in and out of the room. The toilet didn’t flush correctly. The people staying next to us were obnoxiously loud, yelling, loud music, screaming. We complained but it didn’t help at all.

Clerk would not let my wife check in since the reservation was in my name. Was a bit rude when she informed. The breakfast area is not well organized. There is no free coffee available after breakfast hours. Was disappointed for a place carrying the Hyatt name.

The layout of the rooms is perfect. Breakfast was good. Was quiet. The rooms were clean and spacious. That I could not get bath towels. There were none in the room upon arrival and we never received any. The evening lady at the front desk on Wednesday promise she would hand deliver us towels as soon as they were dry. Never showed up. When confronted she stated they were still in the dryer and that was 3 hours later. We never had a towel in our room and used hand towels to dry off with after our showers.

The hotel has good size rooms, bathrooms on the small side but giod enough. The room as okish clean, the floors and general areas were dirty, it needs a good professional cleaning to clear stains and dirty marks off the floor. The area was very good located, access to many restaurant options, some walkable and safe

We stay at this hotel often, but this stay was by far the best! Allll staff was helpful and friendly! Everyone was ready for whatever you needed. Our stay was during Valentine’s weekend because my son had a soccer tournament, so we loved how they went all out for Valentine’s and gave my kids little Valentine gifts! Definitely a stay to remember!

Restroom was really small, and shower was not clean at all, all around the edges of the shower were grimy like mildew. The shower head needed to be replaced and was also dirty and water pressure was not great at all. For a one night stay it was fine but I would’ve hated staying here for more than one night. Staff was very nice though.

I usually don't leave reviews. We loved the hotel would consider always booking this one when we travel to San Antonio. We are a family of 5. We stayed with in the double beds room. This was spacious without out feeling crowded in a room. Honestly probably the first hotel with clean floora

The room was good size , but the bathroom situation was very tight, you couldn’t open the door and get in comfortable. Also, the A/C unit wires were exposed that my toddler was playing with them. Breakfast was missing many ingredients like, jelly or cream cheese for your bagel.

Size of the room, quality of the living space, amenities and local bars within a short 2 min walk makes this an excellent place to stay. The free gated parking was an absolute plus since I was moving with all my stuff.

The over night front desk receptionist had the phone hanged up the entire night when I arrived I mentioned trying to get ahold of her 5 times and her excuse was sorry I had to go get some towels. Towels take over 1 hour to go get from the back room ridiculous. Also asked to have my room cleaned, housekeeping went until 6pm, it was annoying because the day before we asked to have our room serviced but it was not and the next day they forget also until 6pm that we had to remind reception. Mind you we did ask about 3 different times to have our room serviced and even reminded them. Another big one was the water, IT WAS VERY POLLUTED. Found out too late unfortunately.

Hotel is fine. Staff is very friendly. It’s the live music next door. It goes past 11pm on WEEKNIGHTS! Ruined our stay. Kids struggled to sleep - very grumpy the next day. Not good when on vacation. Would not come back if they payed me.

Its quit clean and friendly environment but they did give a couple our room at night so while we were sleeping they came in!!! This was our first time ever staying in a Hyatt hotel.

Shower was a bit dirty and had crumbs and a half eaten grape on the floor of the room but otherwise it was clean.

We have stayed at this property several times and this stay was much less enjoyable. The breakfast which used to be extra special was substandard this time with hot items being cold (used microwave to warm foods) and no variety from day to day. The bar had no wine or beer or any liquor to speak of. The ice machine continued to be broken. The vacant room next door had a broken fire alarm that continued to go off until it was yanked out of the wall at 11:00 at night. So disappointed this time. Guess we will look for another hotel when we go to San Antonio. Sad.

My check-out experience was very disappointing. The front desk lady who assisted me was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel very uncomfortable. Her attitude came across as discriminatory, which left me with a very negative impression of this hotel. A guest should always feel respected and welcomed, and unfortunately that was not the case here.

I loved the size of the rooms and the large TV. The only thing I would add is a microwave oven.

My truck was parked in front of the front door of the hotel. The lock of my truck got damaged and the theft not only broke into my truck he even had time to open the tailgate of my truck and remove not just one but both of the taillights of my truck. The manager til this date hasn't even had the courtesy of returning my calls or to send my an email. Apparently she is the only person that has access to the video footage and she hasn’t share it with me. There were 2 cameras pointing to my truck so the whole robbery should be on camera. I’m not the kind of person that complains on small things or big things, always try to understand the staff or other people, I work with customers and customer service is normally part of the job, at the end of the day we are all humans have bad and good days. But this time I think I need to speak up and let everybody be aware! yes is a parking lot (inside the hotel property) and yes don’t leave objects inside the vehicle, but being this a great hotel brand and being a good quiet neighborhood I would expect more from the hotel or the hotel manager. I hope this helps your future stays and have a better experience than the one I had

I did not bring any shampoo or soaps with me. And taking a shower, I discovered there was no shampoo or shower gel to bathe with. The bedroom had little bugs in it and a roach crawled onto some of the food. My granddaughter was eating and we threw everything away. In the morning during my checkout, I let the front lobby know of the issues I found. There was really no response and I checked out and left. I will be coming back frequently as we were there to enroll our children at UTSA for their freshman year. I will definitely be looking for other hotels

Staff was nice, breakfast was okay. Most of property was clean but room was dirty. Couch had wet looking stain, hairs stuck to bathroom door and in shower. Shower had weird water flow and strong mildew smell.

We had to skip breakfast as there was no seating area and the space too small for the number of guests having breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The bathroom very small, no faucet inside to wash hands. Small breakfast area- nit enough room to eat.otherwise - great

This is our go to hotel when we are in the San Antonio area, never disappoints. My husband was greeted with guest of the day sign and goodie bag , that was a nice gesture.. Comfortable, nice looking rooms.. good tasty variety breakfast, nice staff.. enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean but the bathroom was so small and awkward.

Was on top floor. Nice and quiet, didn't hear and noise from other rooms. Room was very spacious.

Room seemed older and outdated. Very visible repairs to bathroom door where it was damaged previously. Hotel ran out of clean towels, had to request bedding for hide-away couch bed. Staff was helpful, but it was annoying to have to request towels and bedding that should have already been provided

While you can tell the hotel is a lot older and remodled, it is still very spacious and the staff is amazing. The breakfast is a full breakfast with a lot of variety. There are a lot of fun and delicious restaurants nearby.

I haven't had a room this bad/outdated since the early 2000's. There were bugs in our room (pictures attached), they didn't clean the room, and the sheets on our bed were dirty, crunchy and hard. Sheets honestly crunched liked paper. Absolutely no comfort. I meant to take a picture of the shower but it reminded me of a motel, or what I imagine a shower at a motel would look like. Mold stains in the shower and around the room in general. Room was very worn down and honestly shouldn't be offered to anyone else- I asked to switch rooms and was told there weren't any other options.

Right next to a really awesome food truck and entertainment venue. So clean. Very nice. Would stay again. And the breakfast was actually pretty good

However, that is just the beginning. I could not close my eyes,the noise from the A/C unit (review wont allow me to attach video) was unbearable, the noise from the highway added to the discomfort. But the worst of the worst : the room was full of bedbugs. Hyat you are a very big disappointment.

Good location and low price

The lobby and hallways and rooms were clean, but when i went Into the bathroom there was pubic hairs laying in the shower everywhere. The shower ceiling had mold growing in the corner. The pool has mold/algae of some sort growing on the stairs. Other than that the people that worked there were so sweet and helpful.

My experience was amazing just did not like that my shower was salt water that was coming out from the shower head

Didn’t sweep the floors it was dusty, something white was coming out from the shower head, and was infested with black ants, and the ac kept making a noise, and at least they should have some microwaves available.

Alarm clock and night stand had a layer dust where it had not been dusted off. Bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

At a pretty decent location. Rates were reasonable, basic amenities were poor.

There should be ice machines on every floor, there are 6 floors and only 2 ice machines on floors 3&5. Everytime the ice was empty. The room was nice, temp was perfect, ABBY was super helpful and polite and was able to secure a microwave for us. KEEP ABBY BC SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL!The mattress was uncomfortable. The mattress bedspring was squeeky and would dip in the middle. We kept rolling to the middle. The tv size was good but the channels did not coorespond with the channels we were selecting and the local San Antonio channels were never able to be available or to be found. The water temp in bath/shower was perfect. The hotel was quiet, we never heard noise or tv,s or talking through the walls. Thannk you for Happy Hour, it was happy! And relaxing and good prices. THE PARKING WAS GOOD AND WELL LIT. Check in process was smooth and ABBY WAS SMOOTH IN CHECKOUT PROCESS. Checkout went just as smooth.

Guest services was very helpful with getting us situated early and room cleaning.

Nice, clean, affordable and perfect stay with good breakfast also in San Antonio!

However, the room number is missing on the outer wall and maintenance had to put the blackout screen back up when it fell down on day 1 of our 4 day stay. Also, there is a brewery with live music next to the property that can be noisy until late at night.

Restroom has mold, everything else was good.

Room was awesome only thing was the low water pressure in the shower other than that everything else was great.

They need to have or offer free coffee after breakfast time, at least until 12.00 pm

When we arrived our rooms were not ready and had to wait. Our toilet in the room was not working and we had to ask for towels twice because our room didnt have enough. The second day our room was serviced but no towels were replaced. The breakfast buffet was not what it shows online. The website shows a restaurant and when I arrived was told no restaurant on site.

Uber driver was afraid to drop us off. Dangerous dirty hotel.

We had an issue with shower flow being very weak due to the calcium build up inside those tiny little holes. We told the front desk (Mayra) the next morning, the maintenance engineer (Javier) fixed it right away. When we came back right after lunch time, we had a brand new shower head with decent water flow. Very pleasant stay, the staff took care of our needs immediately, I couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here next time we're in San Antonio..... Thanks....

The staff was helpful. The downside is that the bathroom was too small. We had to squeeze between toilet and shower door to shut the bathroom door.

Staff was nice, we booked a room for 6 people, double beds. Check in was fast. When arriving at room, beds looked very small, we were missing bath towels (there were only 2 in our room. We were missing toiletries

Room shower doors had smudge/grime on them. There was paint splatter on the bottom of the window seal that stuck out like bug spray. AC sounded like a washing machine and was so loud.

All staff members were excellent, especially Paul, Abigail, and Maliva.

There must be outdoor karaoke open mic or something. Signing lasted until 11pm. Received a message saying my room is ready around 12:30, went there at 1:30 or something and was asked to charge early check in $15. I guess I had no choice but due to their credit card machine issue, charged $15 two times on two separate card. I hope only one of th charge stays.
