You definitely get what you pay for, but the TV didnt work, there were roaches in the mini fridge and in the drawers by the sinks. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned properly and there were marks on the toilet seat. The room also smelt of cigarettes but again you honestly get what you pay for and if you can ignore all that stuff it wasn't the worst place to stay

Staff were very nice and helpful. Check in process was smooth. Area was quiet, no noisy neighbors at night. Which is the reason I gave 5 stars.

The room was not clean. There was poop on one of the walls in bathroom. The couch had stains on it. The tv did not work the microwave did not work. The mini fridge did not work. The front door did not locked. The breakfast was only orange juice and cereal.

Abandoned vehicle in front on officer. Looks like it’s been there for months. Do yourself a favor and get it towed with the $78 you took from my account. I didn’t even stay the night there and still took it. Just like stealing from someone.

This was just a one night stay to get rest from driving. The room smelled like smoke, as soon as we opened the door and turned on the lights roaches came running out of the couch. The couch was stained all over and the door wouldn’t close properly. Needless to say we went back to the hotel reception area to turn in the key. They refunded my $50 deposit that I had to give for any damages at the time of check in, we ended up booking another hotel.

Well when i got there they took a while to find my reservation then she asked for a card to hold a $50 deposot. Then when she sent us to our room it was horrible like you could smell the mold as soon as you open the door which i am allergic too. Then you could see water stains on the floor. The second room she tried was just as bad, woth a broken kitchen drawer. I had surgery so i needed it to be clean so i wouldnt get abd infection or anything

Location and spacious room. Rooms are in need of refurbishing, and carpets need to be removed. No microwave oven as specified in the description and no security lock on the door. No USB or type c outlets available. TV is from the analog era, the channels were not visually clear. The sofa looked and was dirty, including the chairs. Stains on the walls. Got what I paid for, but I am very, very disappointed.

Television not configured, still in store mode, unable to plugin external HDMI devices. Sink area light was not working, cracked mirror. Ceiling has large amount water damage, bathroom clearly has leak from upper floor. Mildew present in tub.

Exterior was a dump. Stairs rusted with holes. Room dated from the 70s with tape holding the a/c together. Kitchenette was not good. Most of all LIVE Roaches crawling all in the room. Tub looked like it was pieced together with mold along with toilet.

There was no water in the pool and there was an unexplained abandoned vehicle in the front of the building that hadn't been registered for 10 years. We showered with our Crocs on. But the bed is comfortable and it is absolutely quiet at night. It just needs a huge overhaul in renovation, paint and proper care, but at its low cost, you can't beat it.

Staff is actually really accommodating and helpful. They aren’t bad people just trying to keep the problem areas you don’t want around to a minimum. There really is a breakfast and it’s well maintained for its age. I’m sure if their parent company choice hotels would pay they would be happy to provide more, Like fix the pool but they have to work with what they are given as well as much as the next person. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and you can’t beat the price for what you get. If your expecting the Hilton then go stay at the Hilton. Had over a dozen hotels. I’ve stayed at in the San Antonio area. This is by far the best bet I’d stay here. Any chance you get. At its price range

Honestly nothing Sheets had stains from previous customers, a/c wouldn’t get cold, the shower was cold wouldn’t be warm , breakfast could of been better for the price I paid, tv was old and had lines going through it , the room stinked like mold.

The room 102 I was put in looked like a homeless camp. The sofa was stained and dirty. The carpet was wrinkled and dirty, The paint on the walls and other areas was chipped and peeling, The cabinet doors were falling off, the shower tub looked like it had been repaired in a real bad auto shop, The TV was not working properly, and the room smelled like a homeless person was sleeping there.

My room’s location had the water’s pipes next to it so there was a constant 5-6 seconds of loud noise as if someone was turning on a shower and turning it off only to turn it on again 15 seconds later again. Because the tub was not clean and there was no tub stopper, I was unable to have my long soak in a tub of Epson salts. Further, I was unable to enjoy a hot shower because the water temperature was more lukewarm than hot, oscillating to cool. The overall condition of the room and furnishings was 'worn-out', making it depressing to stay in. The ceiling above the entry door was water stained and looked like it might collapse at any moment. The veneer on the meal table was loose in several places and I was afraid I might snag my clothing on it.

The beds were old felt like they were full of springs the bathroom needs updated and the appliances need updated somethings didn't work but it wasn't something we could not manage so we stayed the night for a cheap motel is was ok

It was horrible! The room needs major up grade and remodeling!! Everything was broken inside the room!! The lady up front was a little rude and the breakfast was horrible and hardly no options! Never going there again!!

It’s one of those things you get what you pay for. 40 bucks a night gets you a room that was built in the 80s and never renovated. Fire alarm doesn’t work, black mold in the bathroom, no trash cans in the room, rust in the kitchen area. My rental car wasn’t broken into so that’s good at least.

old and hot room, the air conditioning did not work, furniture damaged and dirty, the refrigerator was dirty inside and did not work, it did not have the remote control for the television, I would definitely not stay there again, although I mentioned it to the administration. They solved my problem, the hotel was disgusting

When we walked into our room my wife immediately noticed a big dinged stain splattered along the wall and on that same wall were small medium holes all over, as we bring this up to the front desk he didn’t have an explanation for why the room wasn’t in suitable condition. He insisted that we take the room either way because there weren’t any available rooms and if not then we could leave

The minute I walked in the room I immediately wanted to walk out and find somewhere else to stay. Nothing how the photos look the walls had patch paint everywhere and horribly vacuumed rugs . The Couch oh my God had the worst stains on it like if someone dropped a full cup of drink from the top and did not sit on it once the bed had burnt pieces all over the blanket and a stain on the top fold . The Tub has black mold . The tvs channels bairly worked the static was bad. Holding the remote a roach came out of it and started crawling on my hand ugh.At one point walking from my car to my room some weird dude seemed like he was on someone thing started yelling something from the pool area and started coming towards me to the room I felt unsafe. And the breakfast was just a waffle maker toast and cereal.coffee milk and apple juice or hot orange juice.

The room could use a makeover. The walls needed painting. The lamp shades eye were torn. The "stove" was missing items. The carpet was musty. And there was an abundance of cockroaches. Not good.

Room is a little issue and is. Bathroom needs lots of renovations. No ice or water in the hotel. Breakfast was good.

This place was horrible. There was rotten food in bedroom behind the night stand. Found drugs next to couch where my babies slept. Didn't want to give deposit back when checked in was told if paid cash deposit would get it back as soon as I checked out .

The sheets were clean yet still looked dirty with smoke holes. Roaches came out after day 2. Writing on the wall with glow in the dark paint "Sadgirl" they tried to paint over the vulgar words. Door wouldn't close all the way half the time. Locking mechanism wouldn't click half the time.

Couch looked like blood on it and not cleaned, shower/tub was broken underneath a mat you can literally feel the cracks and it moving. Bed had blood stains, walls were nasty and half painted. We arrived at 11pm and had to wait for 15-20 for a staff to arrive to the front counter to check us in. We are a family of 4 with 2 children. The room only had 2 towels, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and 1 tiny bar of soap. The room we got was supposedly a suite, but it was gross and run down. The carpets were sticky so we couldn't walk without our shoes. The tv didnt work so we just used our phones. The microwave didn't work so we had to use the one in the lobby at the next building over. The bathroom was dirty with black mildew and stains throughout the walls. There were scribbles on the walls and bathroom door and we killed a few roaches. We could look past most of these flaws as we were tired and just needed a place to rest in between travel, but rest is not what we got. The people down stairs were arguing from the parking lot to their room and were banging on the door that could be heard from our room. So at the end of the day just know what you're signing up for... you get what you pay for at Rodeway Inn & Suites South of Fiesta Park.

I had the worst experience at this motel. There was no hot water; thus, my shower last 2 minutes. The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable which was very hard to sleep on. There were live cockroaches crawling in the motel.

Elevator didn’t work we were on the third floor use stairs and I have knee pain from previous surgery and there was no AC on the first floor , they were letting the rooms for $100 to everyone except third party that’s not fair and giving them points

Rates are great place shows its age and due for an update but when your deposit was $50⁰⁰ and you have to go through your Bank to get it back can be a problem

This was the smelliest and dirtiest place I have ever stayed. There was tap on the door so the door did not close all the way and popped open in the middle of the night. Stains in carpet, sheets and blankets smelled terrible. Required $50 deposit but the crazy thing is there was nothing worth $50 we could have damaged. Shower was stained and old and cracking. Not even worth the cheap price we paid to stay there! You couldn’t pay me to go back!

Positives: - Room was spacious - Room Kitchen - Fridge was good - Breakfast was good - Mini Dining Table - Good A/C - Coffee Machine was good Negatives: - Room had quite a few stains on walls and door and in bathroom - Bathroom was very tiny - The light above the sink was broken but still working - Microwave was not working - Tv remote was not working for multi-function inputs - No phone in room

The carpet needs replacement or to be cleaned. The room (103) is very dirty. There are roaches (big ones) in the room. I took the pictures and the staff was informed.

Extremely rundown motel. Very loud AC. All the furniture was old and torn or beat up. Bathrooms were gross and woke up to large roach on the ceiling above me.

Rooms have stains on the wall and holes in the wall. But the breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable.

Smelled like cigarettes, breakfast was ok Also they have a lime over the front door with pins in it. It was very sketchy Our sheets were dirty also, the furniture cloth had multiple holes in it. We had two rooms and both were in this condition. Oh and my sisters room also had ear rings in the lamp shade,

This property hasn't been updated since it was built. It's not well cared for. The air conditioner was not on when I arrived and it took hours to cool the room. There were roaches. I saw 4 while I was there but there was evidence of a lot more. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable but the rest of the room was scary. Old food on the phone. No alarm clock or USB ports for device charging. If you just need to crash and get some sleep for a few hours this would be an okay place to do that.

Friendly staff. Housekeeping is awesome, cheap and convenient location, bed's are cozy.
