Everything about this property was great! We definitely enjoyed the oversized rooms with full kitchen. We'll be staying again!

The Breakfast was worth getting up for and the selection was good. The Wednesday evening Mixer was really well done and if you are there, you should make time for it. The staff was friendly. The main areas were well kept. We didn't use the pool or gym so I cannot comment on them. We had issues with our room but there were not ones that would keep me from using this hotel again. The battery in the smoke detector was replaced promptly. The electrical issues with the lights didn't affect our stay. The issue in the shower will be resolved. The staff was attentive to the complaints and did not make us feel like we were a burden for making them. I would stay here again.

The staff were so amazing Adrian and Alicia. It was our first time in the area and they made our stay easy. Fast at the check in. WiFi work very good. Breakfast were so good, Clean area and it was so beautiful how to it was all set up. Our room was clean just wish the trash cans were a little bigger. This hotel is literally in the middle of everything that is much needed. The best part we were not far from SeaWorld. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Our dog got to stay with us as well. They made it easy no hassle (Thank God). Just fyi it is $75 for dog deposit which is still good. We loved it all.

The room was clean and free of any unpleasant odors. There was no noise. The bed linen was clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. Two minor issues: one kitchen cabinet door fell off when opened, and there was no exhaust fan in the toilet.

Stayed to attend BMT Graduation. Friendly staff, room was clean, and coffee and tea were always available and hot. The breakfast was delicious and appreciated having several conversation areas including a common outdoor patio to spend time with our Airman. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a very great experience. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Love the Texas shaped waffles. The rooms were spacious and comfortable . It was perfect for a family of five. Will definitely return for another family trip.

I felt like breakfast was boring no options for those who do not eat pork, there was no waffle or pancake choices

Bad was our vehicle was broken into in their parking lot. Said there was a night security guard who didn't notice anything. Cameras in the parking lot didn't show anything according to the police.

Good place friendly staff clean rooms. The only thing was that the showerhead did not dispense water with a lot of pressure, and it was a little noisy. Not enough to change rooms, but kind of an expectation that water dispenses with enough pressure to take a shower.

Overall relatively good experience. The pull-out bed in the sofa was dirty. There was also a lingering stale greasy smell in the room. But otherwise very satisfied. Great service. Would recommend.

I had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies so we could clean everything. Knobs on stove top unusable as they were stripped and dangerous. If you got it to turn on you couldn’t get it to shut off. Bed frame broken, kitchen table legs broken and wobbly. Hardware missing off bathroom door handle, toilet bowl not secured to floor and actually moves. Pool was closed for maintenance but did not have posted on Expedia website. Room keys failed several times during our stay and we could not get into our room late at night. Breakfast was great, lobby was nice and location was very convenient. My husband and I have decided to change our chain of hotels in future to do business with!

Dishwasher was not operational in the room. Our room was in the front block and there was a tree branch hitting our windows throughout the night. It was noisy and couldn't sleep. Breakfast menu was limited. The room key card was not working after we checked in. Front desk staff was careless. Overall not impressed. Lack of customer service. Lot of areas to improve.

Noisy refrigerator. No one came to fix even though informed thrice to front desk. TV is facing to restroom can’t be watched from sofa nor from bed. Ice maker doesn’t work on 4th floor and 1st floor had to go 3rd floor to get it. Swimming pool is not maintained properly dirt can be seen.

The room was not as clean as it should have been also we found after 3 nights that the room had Bed Bugs. We found one on a blanket on our way home took a picture and complained to the hotel and so far they have not done anything to compensate us. Needless to say if you stay here check your room carefully.

The bath soap dispenser hardly worked. They don't clean rooms on Saturdays or Sundays. So you have to ask for towels and just leave the used ones in the room. We had six people in our room. So yeah not ideal. Thats my only pet peeve. Other than that it was cool.

Our family stay was awesome!! All the staff were so friendly helpful and professional. We we so blessed to be able to stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was stuffy, and the a/c unit in the bedroom seemed like it didn't work. The toilet had no telling what, all on the outside of it. I had to clean it, and it came off. The blanket smelt like a dog and looked like something clawed on it. Thankfully, we had our own blanket. My 1 year old doesn't like to keep his shoes on, and just from him walking with one shoe off for a few minutes, the bottom of his foot was black!! The carpets are dirty!!

We were in San Antonio for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is fabulous, it is close to food, shopping, highways, convenience, stores… All around just excellent! The customer service was fabulous, everyone was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was very good, their rooms extremely clean, and the heated pool was a lot of fun. We would definitely stay again!

One of the kitchen cabinets was missing a handle, the tap in the kitchen was not firmly in place, so it was rotating when tying to turn it on or off, the pots were very stained, and the paper towel we found in the room had stains on it. The sofa bed was also missing the fitted sheet. Many little things that seems to have been overlooked.

Localization, room size, beds were comfortable and our room was very silent. Our stay was disappointing. The shower had mold and a small leak, and the bathroom sink was clogged. Despite booking a room for five people, we arrived to find missing bath towels and bed sheets. The microwave in our room wasn’t working, so we had to use the one in the lobby late at night. The small grocery store had limited options for kids, such as no chocolate milk. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with little variety—no fresh fruit selection, waffles, or sliced ham and cheese. We usually enjoy staying at Homewood Suites, but this experience fell far below our expectations.

We stayed one night in a suite and it worked out perfectly for our family of 7. Staff is exceptional and hotel is so clean it smells amazing in there. Highly recommend.

It was also supposed to be for 5 nights instead of of 4. But bc of the mixup this ended up costing me $200 more dollars that I didnt have bc i hadn't planned that into our trip. I was told that someone was supposed to call me back and i havent heard from them.

This stay was very nice, BF was good, & staff was friendly. The only improvement needed was cleaner showers. There was mold like grim on the edges of the shower. Overall nice place to stay and very close to sea world and Aquatica parks.

First night we woke up to fire alarm on around 6am. It was a false alarm but still fire fighters took too long to show up. The dishwasher in our room didn’t work and the room had a weird smell. Pool wasn’t clean until the 3rd day we were there so we only got to go in once. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything was perfect until check out. I couldn’t find anyone at the front desk and was told by someone that they couldn’t help me. I asked about a few minutes later and she never explained why she couldn’t help me. She said the front desk guy was in the bathroom and I was just looking for sone help. He came out yelling at me and putting his finger in my face telling me I’m not going to talk to his employee that way. I basically told him that he can’t talk to a customer that way and he kept attacking me verbally so I met him with the same animosity because he was out of control! This is completely unacceptable behavior and he was unhinged toward a customer.

The customer service is the best. Your front office people are doing a great job. Whatever you ask for your personnel are extremely helpful and caring.

The location was very clean. Staff was really helpful and made it easy and pleasant stay.

Other than the fact that the first room was not as clean they promptly moved us to another however this room had no phone. But for the price the breakfast was good and the area was safe and close to everything.

Although the staff was friendly, we experienced some issues with the outlets and phones not working properly. It would be great if these issues could be addressed to make the stay even more enjoyable.

When we arrived the lobby was clean and inviting. The front receptionist was very nice and took care of us quickly. Our room was clean and very nice and spacious. My daughters enjoyed the pool outside other than the kids that were diving in and splashing water everywhere. when cheer seaworld competition come back around we will definitely stay here again. The price was extremely high like triple the normal price that’s the only complaint I have. Breakfast was ok.

It was close to everything we there to do.

So I get there to check in and they reserved the wrong room for me. I reserved the family suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The give me a king size bed with sofa bed. I had to sleep my 16 yr old and 13 yr old on the sofa bed. my wife, with our 10 yr old and 12 yr old on the king size bed. I slept on the floor. They had no other rooms available. The lady at the counter was distracted on her phone that when I went to buy snacks from the lobby I also asked for extra blankets, she said ok and got back on her phone and I stood there for almost 3 minutes before she realized I was still standing there, I had to ask her again for my blankets for her to finally get them for me.

Ice machine on our floor did not work. The breakfast had a good variety of food every morining.

It is an old property needs uodated. The staff that manages breakfast is ruin, and they need to keep coffee area stocked and make real coffee!

Overall great. Odd that there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. Good breakfast, but the evening social (which is why I come here) was only on Wednesdays.

The breakfeast ladies are rude. They can not handle 15 people eating at a time. Simple tasks like refilling the milk or making sure there is butter and syrup. I politely asked for more milk and got attitude.

I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed our 2 queen suite. The fact that it was pet-friendly made it that much more amazing! We were able to bring our pup with us, and that made everyone happy. The breakfast was nice, hot, and good. The coffee was on point. The full kitchen was awesome. We will definitely stay here again in the future and bring our pup with us.

took my family to sea world after a long day in the park we were ready to rest. Arrive to the hotel around 6:30pm and our room was not available we had to wait 1 hour for an employee to come in and clean it

The check in person never gave me eye contact. The rooms are dated and worn. The walls had stains on them. The floors were dirty. The breakfast area was dirty. I never saw anyone wipe anything down. Oh all evening both days all I heard was trampling above me. After a long day at the theme parks I could not rest. Definitely would not stay for next SeaWorld trip.

A++ would stay here again if I visit SeaWorld. Rooms were very spacious. And location was close to everything.

This was an ok place. It could use some updating for sure. We booked a 2 queen bed with a fold out couch and I did really like the space and set up of the room but I think we got a handicap room so usually there is more space in those already. However, the fold out bed was a joke, it was the worst ever, I felt bad for my son who had to sleep on it because it was like sleeping on metal bars. The shower was tiny with all the handicap bars and seat in there it made it feel really tiny, I feel bad for someone who really is handicap because they would have a hard time moving around. The carpet was peeling in some areas and the dishwasher did not work at all, the fridge was really loud and our bed was itchy and had little black dirt looking stuff in it( very gross) The pool is really small and it was really dirty in and around the pool. The place overall has the potential to be really nice, it’s just not kept up. The staff was nice but maybe just not enough staff to keep up with the common areas. Overall ok place and would stay again if tight on money or in a last min situation but would not pick for a family get away again for sure. We went to sea world 2 whole days while there and was ok for that.

The location was good. Hotel was clean and room was very large… plenty of room. The only problem was the horrible beds. My daughter’s bed squeaked all night long. Our bed was miserably uncomfortable. I can hardly walk this morning because of the pain in my back. Hilton…. Do better!!! Upgrade mattresses at this location.

We were very happy with our stay at Homewood Suites! The only improvement/suggestion would be the arm chair in our room was very dirty and worn looking, and the pool water was salty. Never had a pool with salty water before.

Just stayed one night but was easy to check in and check out.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The kids loved the pool. Sea World and Aquatica is only a few minute drive which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.
