Absolutely nothing Everything was so dirty and stained! I asked them to put clean sheets and they came and put stained sheets. The bed smelled like someone pooped in the mattress!!!! It was disgusting! Our door didn’t even lock!! I got charged for using the wash cloth to wash my face bc it got make up on it!!!! Mind you the place was dirty and dump!

Saw multiple people just peeking in automobiles and trucks,not a safe place.

Friendly staff specially the cleaning girl very nice and I liked it everything is close distance , always parking . Breakfast is not that great basic corn flakes, coffee and waffles

The sheet had stains and never changed it, on the 5 days they only change towels 3 times, never clean the room, the sofas were on pretty bad shape, the swimming pool doesn’t work, the toilet didn’t work we needed to use the lobby restroom for 2 days until they changed us to another room!

When they say breakfast, they actually mean stale Cheerios, and watered down coffee. When you finally get into your room, you get hit in the face with a wall of smoke smell, we had to run to the store to get deodorizer and Lysol because we were scared to sleep in the bed. We made sure to wipe down every surface when we got back into our room because every time we got back into our room, there was a roach crawling around either on the counter or the floor.

Breakfast is coffee only. Parking is unsafe. You will NOT get a refund under any circumstances.

Pool closed. Microwave missing from my room, door worked but could use repair. Stains on couch and chairs. Tub needs refinished. Breakfast lacks. But for the price, the rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable. For the price, this is one of my favorites.

The room condition was horrendous, totally not livable. The sofa, chairs, bedding, all had disgusting stains all over. Carpet was peeling, light fixtures falling apart, missing smoke detector, bathtub peeling. We checked out and stayed at a different hotel.

Room was clean n neat. Hot had too many childeren for any adult to enjoy it. Maybe put an age and time limit for children to enjoy as well as give adults thier chance. The room's bedroom air-conditioning was broken which made sleeping a little hard to do. Kept sweating throughout the night. Reported to management in the morning. Rest of the stay was fine.

You know if there had been real pictures on the website of both the outside and rooms of the place there is no way we would have picked the place to stay. It looked like something that did not survive. E

BEWARE! Most disgusting place I’ve ever been to! Entry door was dented in at the bottom so didn’t close all the way. Filthy linens, towels, chairs, bed, chipped paint on the walls! Not only that, but also had to kill a roach. No phone. Almost as if it were a prank or something.

Wasn’t not able to check in . The phone number listed went to voicemail . Beware of booking reservations through a third-party . So, glad I purchased the insurance & the Capitol one claim policy is the best .

They wanted a $50 deposit for room damage,so when I walked in the room had damage done to it,no way was I going to stay there,the door had big gaps that’s how much it was damaged .very few light outside,no parking,no signs on the door for room numbers

Do not stop at this place if you are a family or if you have kids my nine-year-old and I ended up staying because we had a field trip so we were traveling and the online needs to update their photos. Our fridge didn’t work our TV didn’t work. Our phone didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower so we had to use like the a cup from the bathtub faucet. And the pool was empty and the continental breakfast is just cereal and coffee. It appears people live there and stay there and I just wouldn’t stay there if your family will have kids.

Horrible the hotel was ran down bullet proof glass at front desk with a bullet hole in it. Room was trashed not clean roaches. People in the parking lot fighting and selling drugs.

Place looked delapidated and there were roaches, had to buy a can of Raid. Room smelled musty. Place looked old from the 1980s. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. TV was broken but was replaced but no anntanna or cable so I couldn't watch it at all. No Internet. There was no light on by the beds due to the lamps being broken. No breakfast except cereal. No water in the pool, it was empty. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED OR PROMOTED ONLINE.

My car broke down and I had to take the time to find a car to rent. I called customer service s n d she gave the wrong number to call the hotel to tell them I would need to check in late. She assured me they would keep the room for me, they didn’t

The facilities were horrible and most amenities were not available as described.

The property is in a good location and within close proximity of the medical center. It’s also very close to popular shopping and dining locations in the city. The property is very run down, and definitely could use some updating. The surfaces of the room were mostly clean but the linens and towels had various stains which was a bit off putting.

The comforter was covered in dog fur and stains so I slept in my clothes on the sheet. There were roaches in the room so I slept with the lights on. The air conditioner did not work. The couch was covered in stains. The pillows were covered in stains.

The room was quite large, if older, and the bed was king sized which made it very comfortable for me. The location was central to all the places that I wished to go to. It was difficult to find the Wifi, which was free, so I could access it. The TV in the room would not get a clear picture. The water faucet in the restroom was not centered correctly, you had to turn it multiple times to get to the hot water. The complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal, coffee, and juice.

Close to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, which was the main reason we booked. Short drive, no hassle, and good value overall

I would have loved if the couch and carpet were new Surprisingly, this room had a little kitchen. Overall, good place to stay. They definitely need to work on putting more signboards to reach to the front desk. If you happen to arrive late, it's not easy to locate the front desk.

We chose this place for our Six Flags trip and it worked out perfectly. Close enough to the park but far enough to relax at night. Kids loved the pool.

Planning travel was easy because of where the hotel is situated. The stay felt smooth with no issues at all. Staff were courteous and consistently helpful.

This was the nastiest room ever. First of all there was no deadbolt or chain on the door. Didn’t feel like the door locked good at all. The room I was given was dirty with pieces of wall & trim missing. The table in the kitchen are had a dead roach on it ( not recently dead) & there were bugs crawling on the wall in the kitchen. The property photos on Expedia are misleading. I did not stay upon arrival. It was rundown. There were people walking around with shopping carts. San Antonio does a horrible job with the people with mental health issues. The apartments will not allow my son to stay at a a reasonable apartment because of his “ pending “ background. Places like these motels make it possible for him to live somewhere without being homeless on the streets.

Property name was not marked well. We drove around several times and could not find the front office. There were abandoned cars in the parking area. Saw several unsavory characters around the Property. Overall, we did not feel safe and moved on to another well lit hotel.

The room it's self was large seating area then a big room. Tiny tiny bathroom. Dirty walls holes in walls. Bedding was actually clean. And comfortable. What made all that worse is when we got up for the "breakfast" Bread for toast no butter or jelly. Cereal, bit no milk. No juice. Waffles probably would have been good but we were told there was no spray so no waffles. No muffins no donuts nothing. Breakfast starts at 6 am we got there 6:20 am So it's not like they ran out. So Never again.

The place has a 24hr drug dealer living in one of the rooms with an open sign when he is “open for business”. If this is your sort of thing then this is the place for you. Although the staff itself was great and very pleasant you can feel the frustration from them knowing this is a horrible place to stay. Breakfast is a joke and one of the employees couldn't even make coffee correctly (and I know it is something they are doing because it was fine with the other person). The rooms are clean, but dilapidated. The bathroom door wouldn't even close due to significant water damage. Housekeeping did come by every day, and the bed was comfortable enough. This hotel serves it's base function, but only just. Look elsewhere.

It was worth the price but if you’re a cautious person you might feel a little closed in because of the location

There was broken drawers in there. The seats was nasty. The floor was nasty. The shower tub was nasty door was past close. I had to block the door with a chair. I do not recommend this hotel to no one was activity all through the night people walking around.

The place looks like it should be used as a horror movie set. The buildings were in disrepair, the room smelled, the air conditioning did not work. The sheets had stains on them, and in short my car would have been a more comfortable place to stay.

If a hotel could be a crack den this would be it. There are people walking around and looking into windows at all hours of the night. My room had so many white stains on the carpet and burn marks on the covers and sheets and even the counter. The room was a non smoking room so I smoked outside. I put my cigarette butts in one of the cups they provided with some water to make sure they were out before I placed them in the trash. Now they are keeping my deposit accusing me of smoking in the room. They even charged more than what the receipt for the deposit shows. I would hope other guests aren’t bamboozled into thinking this is a decent place. It’s not safe, the employees do not want to help. The lady working the counter during my checkout wouldn’t even take my key back and was trying to find my deposit thinking it was cash. When I told her it was on my card she let me know they were returning it and that I was good. I gave them the benefit of a doubt thinking I would be getting my deposit back. Well I was wrong. When I checked my bank I see the charge from the hotel was in fact more than the $50 deposit and when I called to inquire about it the girl who answered kept telling me on her receipt copy it was only showing $50 and that the extra charge was from my bank. I tried to explain to her that there wasn’t an extra charge just one for a different amount. She didn’t want to comprehend and just telling me that I wasn’t getting it back and it was only $50.

Chairs and sofa beyond gross. AC not working. They tried to switch rooms anf checked like 4 and all of them were in the same condition. Last room had a blood stain on the fitted sheet. Needless to say we ran out of there.

The staff was amazing and even checked me in an hour early since it was so hot outside in San Antonio, Texas. However, this day was horrible. Soon as it became night time, the roaches made their appearance and made it impossible to get any kind of rest at all

Room was not clean, multiple items on floor. Had to keep items in car due to ROACHES. Check-in required deposit that was not listed on site. Stress because room was already full of damages and worried I would not get deposit back.

Room smelled musty. The condition of the cabinets and trim was bad. The chairs, blankets, sheets, pillows, and sofa bed mattress were terribly stained. There was dust everywhere. My youngest son kept finding trash and stuff under the beds. For a "hotel" this place could have and should have been better condition.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was respectful and kind.

The Lobby is not at the place I booked. It was at the next door Rodeaway. The rooms condition was horrible. Dirty, worn down, stained. The TV did not work. The bathtub is is very bad condition. The beds were horrible. Matress eould sink in the middle. This by far has been the worst room ever.

If you are on a tight budget and looking for something very affordable and quick this hotel is it. It's not inviting on the exterior but the room they gave me was clean but with old furnitures. Bedroom was clean small for full size, bathroom was clean but old the kitchen area was clean but only had small fridge and microwave no stove, and living area. It's pretty spacious and tv and internet were working. I would go back, but I'm still waiting on my deposit.

The room stunk!! Dirty towels on the sink counter. Bed sheets and pillows stunk of smoke! Very dirty room. I checked out and requested a refund.

I guess for the price, i shouldn't expect much. I did want to feel safe. The door to the room had a hole that was covered up by a Christmas ornament. Not safe at all.

Just don't do it. It's horrible. No security lock on door. Hole in door covered by plastic. Dirty sheets and pillows. I did not feel comfortable or safe.

It was bad but for one night we dealt with it room was smelly their were open holes on the ceiling in the room and bathroom their weren’t enough towels only two for a family of five carpet was dirty and their were bugs and spiders we had to kill before going to bed and the lights were not working properly

Breakfast was not serve and didn’t tell us before to book. Not safe. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The place was pretty ok we had booked 2 nights but upon arriving i found a gun under the mattress. And then downstairs there seemed to be a prostitute living there. I ended up canceling the 2nd night.

It was very disappointing, shower was dirty, there was a TICK on the bed !!!, walls were written on , the fire alarm was broken off and was laying on table , over all it was very disappointing 😞😞, sorry but I will not go back .

I did not like anything, the A/C unit did not work I had kids with me. So I was given another room only to go in and the lights did not work. False advertising saying 3 beds and a sofa bed,with a kitchen. There was no kitchen even though that is what I was believed to be receiving also only 2 beds. This was the most disappointing hotel stay I have ever had, Orbitz they made you look bad. I won't be using you in the future. It's over 100 degrees in Texas and I received a room with no air.

They had the NERVE to charge a $100 deposit!! what for the roaches? a roach in the shower, roach on the wall, a roach got in my food in the morning. carpet had burns. hair on my sheets some stains. smelled of cigarette smoke. NEVER again Expedia should be ashamed they have this hotel on their site.

People live there. Its a welfare motel. Cigarettes burns in the sheets, stains in the sheets, smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling. Cigarette burns on the bathtub. Unpainted plaster on the walls, stains all on the counters. Lightbulbs missing, lamp shade cut to pieces. No remote for the T.V.. Never Again.

The conditions are horrific. Mold and mildew everywhere. Roaches everywhere. Very filthy. I don't even think they clean that place. I would like to have my money back. I could not air down in there and I wouldn't even want to take a shower in there. I would not be surprised if I end up getting sick. I'm sitting in my car right now because I can't stand to be in that filthy room. Blood stains and burn marks all over the bed.

There were hookers and crackheads everywhere. Roaches in the restroom. We knew we were getting a cheap, just a place to lay pur heads for the night after six flags kinda spot, but we definitely learned that this area was not the spot to stay next time!

Room smelled like smoke and they held a 100 dollar deposit just incase u smoke or damage anything in the room.. had to call them to make a note that it already smelled lioe smoke.. the air conditioning took a long time tonget cold.. the air vent in the restroom was hanging by a hair..

Hotel needs a lot of improvement and remodeling. Check-in was ok, however the rooms are very old. The door lock did not work, and there was a blood stain in the bed sheet. Also found a bug on the carpet. When I booked my reservation it was noted breakfast was included. However that’s not true. I would say it’s ok just to sleep 1 night. I would not bring family to this hotel.
