Staff was amazing and the property was very clean and very nice. The room was huge and very nice. All together my favorite places to stay in San Antonio

I also forgot a shirt and went back to get it and the front desk didn’t even bother to ask or check. They just said, house keeping left for the day. Rude at the same time. So just know that if you forget something. Do not expect to get it back.

First time staying at this location and it was a excellent experience. Staff was friendly and welcoming, our room was beyond what I expected, it was very spacious, amenities such as the fridge, silverware and plates, sink were fantastic. Overall the room was very clean and we had a lot of room to put out stuff. Breakfast was well supplied with a array of variety and I love all the extra setting both inside and outside. Location was great for us, close to shopping centers and restaurants. We will definitely be booking here again!

We reserved a premium room wich was not given and front desk was not helpful at all. They gave our premium room to someone else and gave a standard room to us. So this hotel doesn't honer reservations

I liked that it was close to six flags. I did not like the fact that you have to pay for parking at this Home2 and there are warnings about people possibly breaking into your car. This is the 1st Home2 I have stayed at like this. I usually try and stick to staying at Home2 when I travel

The music didn’t bother us but it may bother others . I ask for an extension and was granted two more hours at no charge Very content

The breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed the egg bites and fritatas and my husband loved the fact that he could create his own breakfast sandwich every morning. My son loved the cereals to choose from as well as the toast. Everything was great I can't think of anything to say to improve on.

Great location near UTSA; although with all the construction going on nearby, traffic was horrible at times. Room was clean and as expected. The continental breakfast was good. Staff always had plenty of food items out. Did not have to wait for anything! All staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was delicious. The waffle maker was great. However, the way the staff ends breakfast time by shutting the curtain abruptly espousing an angry face was not nice. Staff could be as friendly as San Antonio is famous for. Where is the Southern hospitality? Staff seemed under stress.

​I was also frustrated by the unexpected parking fees, as my booking indicated parking was free. Between the maintenance issues and the cumbersome Wi-Fi requirements, the value just wasn't there this time. Although the hotel is clean and quiet, I will be booking elsewhere for my next trip to San Antonio

Large room, lots of space for our family. Location was nice to park and shopping. They tried to charge a fee for parking $10 per day. That is not disclosed on booking cite. And still tried to charge our card after we paid cash for room.

I loved the room and the bed. great size. had everything i needed. Paying for parking in an outdoor lot that is unsecured is a bit greedy. There was a constant noise in the bathroom like the fan was on all of the time.

Room was normal and the location is good. However the hotel was pumping some kind of scented air freshener throughout making the lobby and hallway areas almost unbearable. Thankfully we had a portable air filter unit with us so we were able to keep the room smell manageable but all of our bags and clothes smelled after the visit.

Where do I even start? My stay here was probably one of the most comfortable and enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a while. Friendly Staff, spotless room, great location, amazing breakfast! Forget about your normal powdered eggs and toast, they had egg frittatas! A big selection of delicious breakfast items. 3 different kinds of coffee and much more.

All the rooms had a heavy mold smell. The air in the rooms was damp. And it smelled terrible like someone sprayed an entire bottle of men’s old spice cologne to cover up the mold smell. Gross. We tried 3 rooms and all the same. We had to leave the hotel to find somewhere else to stay. They also charge a parking fee and for this location it is completely unnecessary. Very disappointing.

There were some issues with the elevator and a slow draining sink and garbage disposal but the staff put the appropriate corrections in place quickly to resolve. The beds are comfortable and hotel is clean, quiet and well located.

Location added a charge for parking that they didnt publish in the booking ad. When i asked why they started charging. They claimed it was because they added overnight security. Which theyve always had. The lady working the breakfast was very rude to my kids and myself. Used to be a great location to stay at been there many times. Can say I'll probably be choosing another place around the rim to stay at.

There was also quite a bit of short, straight hair in the bathroom that was NOT ours, so cleanliness was a concern. We also were treated to an hour long concert at 7am by the neighbor’s dog. They should have certain rooms that are dog friendly and more insulated from sound for those who choose to leave their fur babies home during vacation. With all that being said, it was far from the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, I just felt that the facilities did not fit the price and the parking thing was scammy. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated the coffee in the lobby. I’d stay here again if the Marriott next door was sold out and I needed to be in the area.

We always look for Homes2Stay every time we go on a vacation. This hotel has the best commodities, nice breakfast, very close to shopping, dining and Fiesta Texas! The rooms are very spacious and comfortables! We are a family of 4, my kids are teenagers and they enjoy being in this hotel a lot!

Booked a month in advance bringing three teens and two adults. Reserved a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed and got a king and sofa. Very inconvenient.

Room was clean, air conditioning unit was effective and surprisingly quiet, location has plenty to offer in regards to leisure shopping as well as groceries for longer stays. Pool was sparkling clean and a great way to pass time. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast options had some nice surprises including a yogurt dispenser with fixins.

Very comfortable stay. Really felt like a home away from home. It’s the first time that I stayed at an affordable hotel where the bath towels were as plush as mine at home. Very spacious and had everything needed for living.

From the front desk to the room, everything was orderly and clean. Our desk attendant let us check in several hours before check i time, and since we were going to Fiesta Texas, this was a nice surprise. 5/5 Great value all around.

Home 2 was convenient to The Rim and La Cantera. It was clean, great sheets, nice and roomy, excellent TV, very clean, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was not the greatest but was adequate. Will definetly stay thee again.

The rooms are Clean,beds and pillows are comfortable and there is the convenience of the mini kitchen with a full size refrigerator,kitchen sink,dishwasher and microwave. The only recommendation I’ll give is for every bathroom to have a walking shower instead of a tub.

The staff were remarkably helpful, assisting in our last minute unforeseen date change and giving us the assurance we needed to feel confident in our travel plans. This location is great if you plan on visiting Six Flags Fiesta, and just down the road is The Rim which has great shopping and dining options.

We love this hotel. The sofa bed was perfect for our college son who stayed with us for the night. Bed was super comfy. I love that room has a mini kitchen. Breakfast options were great. I recommend thid hotel and would go back.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We had a delicious free breakfast and delicious coffee before we left. We had reserved the room to go to fiesta Texas. It was a blast! And the room was clean and the space was quiet and not loud at all. Very family friendly.

Housekeeping comes every other day and since I was out all day I was fine with it. Made my bed and kept it moving. Clean and quiet most important for me.

First timer at this hotel. Excellent staff who check on your stay with texts ( I love that!). Pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was considering its nearby location to Fiesta Texas. Nice food options in the area via Door Dash. Breakfast was also quite good with many tasty choices. I would stay here again and will consider stays in other cities.

The front desk ppl were very helpful but the kitchen staff werent. For breakfast i picked a sandwhich put out for the guests to eat, it was frozen solid. When i mentioned it to the kitchen staff, the lady told me, "thats the way they come, want me to put it in the microwave or what." Or what??? No sorry whatsoever. The breakfast was horrible. Our room wasnt ready til past 3pm that is given the check in time and the connecting rooms. It was such an inconvenience. I never stay at hilton but this is my reasons for telling my friends and fam to go somewhere.
