    So many places to go to around. Hotel is clean, cold, and the rooms are big. Restrooms are great. And the pool was amazing and clean. Not to mention Paul the front desk worker was very kind and friendly. Will return soon!

    Don’t recommend didn’t get the room I booked for there was roaches in the bathroom. Bathroom smelt like mildew it was humid in there. Connected to another room where we heard everything. Front desk manager lady was kinda rude upon arrival. Said I could pay at property but yet wanted a down payment. Horrible never again.

    The only reason I did not give five was the check in was awful we stood there as the man kept long conversation with the guest in front of us. There was 2 people in front me checkin. When he got to us not a a word was spoken.

    The room we stayed in had the best ac compared to any other hotel ive stayed in. The pool was really fun also for the kids . I didnt try the breakfast. The sofa bed was really dirty, it had old fries and the mattress looked like 50 yrs old. The bed had hairs in the pillow covers.

    Eli was helpful for for our late arrival (2am). He got us extra towels for the children, pillows and fresh blankets for the pull-out bed. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. I'd prefer the old school coffee pot versus the digital automatic ones. They were slow. Lisa, the front decimal and Liz front desk receptionist were very helpful when we checked out. Chased me down to give me a cart. And found a lost inhaler that my daughter left extra. Thanks to Lisa, Liz and Eli!!!!!

    The hotel was clear that it’s nota full service hotel so you will need to pick up pillows and blankets if they have any available at the desk yourself and beware you will be charged if you don’t carry your blankets back down at checkout too SMH. This is especially impacting if you rely on a pull out couch as a bed. Note the mattresses are also very old with many stains and not comfortable. The food is quality as far as hotel breakfast goes.

    Clean room, good breakfast, great fresh coffee, friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool is not attached to the hotel. You have to get out to the parking lot to be able to get to the pool. Not safe specially if you have kids. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

    The Hotel is severely understaffed for house cleaning. We had to wait for the rooms to be clean and once we went to the room they were filled with stained walls and furniture. Hair was all over the bathroom floor and shower curtain. When we asked to be moved they couldn’t accommodate us. Overall just not wort the trip.

    I was there alone getting a procedure done and they made me feel like family! Jeff the GM and his front desk staff of Lisa, Ruby, Paul, Eli and Jesus went over and above. Due to the housekeeping manager Lettie who is a workhorse and her staff the place was very clean! It rained a lot when I was there and the room was humid a few times but quickly resolved by the maintenance crew of Robert and Nettie! The woman who ran the breakfast area was very nice and the breakfast area was very clean. Having the HDMI panel under the TV was so helpful as being there so long I was able to plug in my fire stick! Great outdoor pool! There are two restaurants within walking distance. Higher toilets! I do not know why hotels have such low toilets!

    We had to change rooms bc the first one was still dirty and there was human hairs all over the bedsheets like they didn’t change them. Then they were out of soap, we never got a replacement even though we asked for one. And we also had to have a new hair dryer bc the one in our room didn’t work.

    The stay was great, the room was clean and put together nicely for us when we arrived, we were also lucky to have a room next to a side entrance and the pool so it was nice and convenient to be going in and out. The breakfast was good! My daughter loved the automatic pancake maker and enjoyed all the other options they had offered. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely stay again

    The front desk staff, aside from the male check in clerk who was great, was subpar. One clerk had a very slovenly apprearance and refused to move from his chair while scrolling on his phone. When I asked for sheets for the sofabed, he instructed me to go through the door behind the counter and get it. Another female front desk clerk had an attitude from hell. We were misinformed about the water bottles in the fridge and her attitude took off into outerspace! The breakfast was just ok. I mean it's hotel food so I do not expect too much. Our sofabed in our room was dirty and dingy. Hate to know what someone did on it. Not to mention, there were no sheets or pillows in the room for the sofabed. In short, you get what you paid for with this hotel so don't expect much.

    The breakfast was ok the meat changed the eggs where not that tasting. Thr air worked good tge pool was dirty some staff were friendly the person doing the breakfast was nice and greeted.     Breakfast was fresh, but the upper level rooms (had to switch multiple times) had an issue with hot water. Cleanliness was not the worst, but sheets had old visible blood stains, hairs left in sink, and yellow rings around toilet. Charging ports by bedside were too wide for any normal phone chargers.

    The location was great, in the middle of everything When we first got there we found 2 large stains on the fitted sheet and instead of replacing it my boyfriend was given 2 flat sheets to put on the bed ourselves. Then over the course of 4 nights the cleaning staff did not bother to put on a fitted sheet. Instead they just made the bed everyday with the same flat sheets and comforter for the 4 nights and 5 days. The drain in the shower was clogged to the point it wouldn’t drain while you were taking a shower. Overall the experience was disappointing as we have always enjoyed staying at holiday inns for Our travels.

    This property is not aesthetically appeasing and doesn’t look anything like the photos online. The area and neighborhood is not the best location. The hotel staff even lets homeless in to come in and eat and sit with the guest. The outside doors do not stay locked. Anyone can come into this hotel. You can tell that renovations were just done recently, but it’s a lot of patchwork. Our first room the AC did not work and we tried to give it a chance, but the clerk knew the AC wasn’t working when he put us in that room because he didn’t flinch or rebuttal when I told him the AC was not working, so he switched the room next-door. I barricaded my door is just to feel safe and that hotel.

    Housekeeping staff was scarce!!! We asked for more towels and they said they ran out and questioned why we’d need more towels within a day and night of staying. When we decided to try the pool two days later, they had specific pool towels that were the size of a larger hand towel. Housekeeping did not come in the rooms until 3pm or so. One day they came at 9 a.m. and we said we will leave in 10 min please come back and no one ever did so we asked the front desk of someone could and they said no they don’t come back after one try. We finally got tired of waiting for housekeeping and started tying off garbage and dirty towels in the hallway and started a trend with neighboring rooms also agreeing how frustrated they’ve been with housekeeping. They need more housekeeping staff!

    That the location was great, and they had good WiFi, & decent breakfast The phone in the room wasn’t connected so we were unable to call the front desk if we needed to, the microwave threw sparks out the wall told the front desk staff about it and he didn’t seem to care to get the issue fixed, we also asked the same gentleman about towels & blankets and he told me to go thru the staff only door to get my own items? I just Wish our stay was better and the room furniture was clean, stains on the couch and the chair

    Room is clean except for the fridge that has some water leak from it, where in they changed the fridge on our second day of our stay. Loved the staff, very responsive on what we need.     Hello, I would like to share something that happened during my recent visit. I had been waiting patiently for an issue to be resolved with the elevator along with another customer. While we were waiting for help, Paul spoke to me in a way that felt embarrassing, especially because it happened in front of the other customer.     Housekeeping would come around 9 but we wanted to sleep in so we asked them to come back but they never did. Comforter on one of the beds was torn on the inside. We called front desk for tp and towels and nothing was ever brought. Service was horrible

    I truly enjoyed my stay! The staff was friendly, house keeping made sure my room clean and neat every day. If I had a con, it would be that the shower is completely open and you have to lay towels down on the floor in order to stop the whole floor from being completely wet. My room came with a microwave, refrigerator, iron/iron board. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash made by Dove and the bottles were completely full. I literally didn't have to use my own personal products. I will definitely choose this hotel again!!

    Like all other reviews, this hotel needs alot of work. Not just cosmetics with paint and cracks; everything needs updated. Bathroom had mold and water pressure sucked with no hot water. Given 2 towels for 4 people and had to ask for more. Beds were not comfortable with sheets that had some stains. The pull out couch was falling apart with barely any matress left plus horrible stains everywhere on the couch. The little sitting chair waz covered in stains. The heat work somewhat but dont think the room can actually control the units as it was randomly turned off, no ac. Cracks in ceiling and crap patch jobs, thought some lights might fall out on us. The elevator always was dirty. Pool look cool but too cold to swim. The night front desk guy there between 7pm-10pm was kind of rude, on his cell phone for about 5 mins talking to someone before even asking if we needed to check in, no welcome or acknowledgement, like we were a hassel for him. Wouldnt recommend this hotel

    The cleanliness of room was really lacking...the bathroom had grime along the baseboards and corners of wall/floor, worn and gray enamel spots all over the tub, and the sofa bed was dirty - the sheets rumpled and had stains. When we woke up the first morning, there was a giant cockroach on its back in the middle of the room.

    Clean, beautiful room, and smelled really good when we walked in to our room. Beds are comfortable and my family was so happy to be in there. We rested well. Breakfast was pretty good. And the pool with the little waterfall was a nice extra something. And oh check in was a breeze. Thank you!!     That Saturday morning, however, we spotted a bed bug on the bed. I immediately contained it in a clear cup to show management. When I showed Ruby at the front desk, she didn’t seem surprised and told me the room would need to be inspected. I waited for over 30 minutes while they were “checking the room.” At that point, I realized that even if they found more bed bugs, I probably wouldn’t be informed. I didn’t go in demanding a refund, but Ruby did mention—and I quote—“one night refund will not hurt us.”

The only downfall was the rooms open to an atrium and it was a little noisy and the parking lot is a little shady with the Jim’s restaurant next door, I recommend parking around back.     the breakfast was very bland, there was no parking after 8 pm, the building seemed very shoddy in regards to its wear and upkeep. the hotel room it’s self was spacious and the hard floors were nice but that’s about the only positive things i can say. the towel rack was broken, there was holes in the sealant around the bath tub which was also clogged and had a very slow drain and make sure you have your tetanus shot as the toilet paper holder was rusty. there were never any towels either, we kept having to ask for more only to be told they ran out every day. it’s not that hard to maintain basic bathroom amenities. the worst part was that my wife and i had slept on what looked like a blood stained sheet on the first night.

    We were very pleased with the room. It was so clean as well as the bathroom. It was exactly as we requested. The front desk person, Ruby, made us feel welcomed from the time we walked in until we checked out. Everyone was very friendly. We will make this our to-go hotel next time we need a place to stay.

    I had a great time at the Holiday Inn. It was peaceful, quiet, nice clean, great staff. I will go back again even the ones that clean up the room polite great people they had great breakfast. It was one guy at home. I give 100% he wished me happy birthday. He helped me do my trip most of them in there look out for me. That is a great place to visit. I really love a swimming pool and all the staff.

    Everything was great for the price, the only thing was the shower took 30 minutes of running just to warm up. Literally had to run the water on hot for 30 minutes to get a warm shower. Otherwise it was good for the price.

    The room was ok… I repeatedly asked for a regular blanket. Not a comforter. The desk clerk assured me that she would have a blanket for me. However that didn’t happen. I went to the front desk two times and both times they gave me a comforter that had multiple rips in it. The desk clerk was nice but giving me a tattered and torn comforter 2 times did not reflect well for the hotel. Otherwise the experience was good and the breakfast was good. The room did have a musty smell. Bed was fine.

    After the 3rd day I asked the cleaning lady that was in the hallway cleaning another room to please come to my room to take out trash and make the bed with clean sheets. When I returned from a long day I came to my room and no one came to clean it. I told the front desk and she never sent anyone. I need clean towels and she said, I’m busy come down and get them. I won’t be back.

    We loved our stay at Holiday Inn. It was close to Seaworld and Food trucks. We felt safe and the room was really clean. Considering having 2 under 2 i look at the cleanliness and bath tub and i had no worries at all. The staff was also really kind to us and said hi to my babies. We will definitely be staying here agin on our next trip. The only regret we had was not having time to jump the pool. It looked amazing!

    The room we got was fantastic. A King bed with 2 sofas. The room was large. We stayed 6 days and it was perfect. The weather was bad and we had to stayinside a few days. The kids were happy because they had their own space. I loved the environmental upgrade of having full bottles of Dove in the shower and bathroom. Kruieg coffee machine was a nice amenity. The remote had a broken top, but I was still able to use it.

    This hotel it’s old nothing updated mattress, pillows in really bad conditions, bathroom tub was in really bad shape stepping on looks like it’s was going to break mirror only one light turned on the others not working. Also I saw bugs in the bathroom but I didn’t took pictures.

    Room was good and bathroom was clean. Toilet paper holder was behind the toilet so difficult to reach. A/C ran all the time so room was cold. Tried adjusting it but then it got to warm and it still ran all the time. Breakfast was filling; egg omelette with cheese, cubed potatoes, turkey sausage patties, cinnamon rolls, and coffee. No biscuits and gravy! This location is right next door to a Cracker Barrel so dinner was convenient and in walking distance. All in all, a good place to stay and cost was reasonable. We'll stay here again!

    We had to keep asking for towels over and over. Reserved room for 5 received 2 towels. Stayed Monday-Saturday . Housekeeping only came once. Would have loved to have my floors swept and fresh linen at least twice. We had an incident were a lady was screaming, throwing glass, threatening other guest and staff. They had no concern and did nothing for our safety. I was not expecting them to approach her with how angry she was , but they took a really long time to call the police. I do not think they told the police how badly she was acting because they had a slow response rate and only was 1 officer that arrived. They said she was not a guest , but she was there at the pool the night before and eating breakfast in the morning. The way they handled the situation made me feel very unsafe. While she was throwing her temper tantrums the staff was just going about there day, like it was normal. She was so loud screaming punching the walls. The breakfast was very good the associate in the dining area was working hard to keep the area clean and well stocked. The front desk associates were all pleasant.

    Not a great time. Let’s start with the Crusty weird area in the bed spread……when I told the front desk they did come change the bedding but told me it was burn mark from the dryer…moving in. Mold in bathtub, hole in bathtub, smelly shower curtain, stained sofas. Overall not clean. Some things they did right and I appreciated: fast fix of the broken a/c! The pool wasn’t too bad and the breakfast wasn’t terrible. But I definitely won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone else ever! And I won’t stay here either!

    Three families stayed overnight for a trip to Sea World. We booked based on other reviews, lots of good ones! We were all very disappointed in the cleanliness and overall condition of each of our rooms. We booked a king suite that had two sofas. Both had lots of disgusting stains I would not even set a bag on much less my body. The tub was gross and felt like it would fall through the floor. The front desk guy thought he was funny but was actually rude. We did have a nice time at the pool that night but it was not the cleanest and the pool towels you asked for at the front desk were toddler size. The price was ok, but I would have gladly paid more for a clean and put together room. Overall I would not stay here again or recommend. I always read reviews first before booking so I wanted to give an honest opinion of our stay for someone else. :)

    This hotel was in a good location with lots of shopping and dining close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel was always clean. The breakfast buffet also offered many options. However, only one of the two elevators was working at the time of our stay in early June 2025. In addition, the water pressure was plain terrible in our room. One of my teenagers has long thick hair and just could not get it clean and rinsed properly. Finally, even though the reservation was for 3 people, everyday when they cleaned the room, they only provided 2 sets of towels, etc. We had to go down to the front desk every day to get an extra set. Overall, the hotel was a good value, but think twice if you have thick hair...
