I loved how the property was very clean and the staff was so sweet and attentive! The only thing I would have a comment on is the parking lot. It would have been nice to have more space.

The second room would not open with the issued card keys, despite reception reprogramming them 3 times. The whole process took 30 minutes or more.

Very clean rooms and hotel personnel are always ready to help. Breakfast is really good.

Staff was friendly and informative, got to out room and it was clean, and fresh. The beds were comfortable, and all appliances were in working condition.

Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the variety of the food served and the availability of it, I was bummed when I saw there was no more bacon but it wasn't long after they brought another batch. The hotel lobby smelled amazing, staff was friendly and check in was fast. The room was clean and loved the light in the restroom to be able to do my makeup. I would say the pool that was dirty and parking since there was no availability of parking spaces available when I arrived at night and if you park under the trees your car will be needing a car wash due to all the bird poo. Staff was great at offering to leave my vehicle upfront for the night tho. So kudos to that.

Housekeeping kept coming into the room unannounced 2x, hot water took longer to come on, the fridge in the room was leaking water and not working, and the light by the bedside was flickering.

Staff was nice, but the facility itself was just okay. The door to our room looked like someone tried breaking in with a crowbar, which was disturbing. Additionally, the smoke detector for the room was sitting on the desk without a battery installed, and was never rectified after multiple requests.

The construction in building, smelled of mold, door looked as if it was busted open before, we were their for my sister's wedding so check in was at 3 didnt even get a room till 4.

The hotel itself was nice, staff was courteous, rooms were great very spacious and last but not least breakfast was amazing. The only thing would be certain areas from hotel were a little hot as well as the remodeling of the second floor while staying there. Didn't seem so professional.

A lot of the property was outdated When I stayed in my room another couple walked into my room with a different key they were given. After all this happened the hotel manager tills me that after all the updates on the doors that actually my room was available to anyone in the hotel.

The woman serving breakfast made us wait over 20 minutes. We asked for fruit because she didn't have any in the container, and she rudely brought more. The dining room was very hot, and since they're remodeling, the hallways to the elevator were dirty.

Speed bump were huge. I dont drive a small car, but the speed bumps were bad. When i parked, there was broken window glass on the parking lot floor and that caused concerned for my vehicle. The property smalled weird, like moist. On the window view you could see old mattresses and bathroom parts on the yard. I left the same night.

The floor was uneven. Like the woods missing under the carpet. In the shower the floor creeks really bad like it’s falling down. Checkout is at 11 and at 8am they were banging on my door wanting to clean my room. I was still asleep!

i came in to the room on the day of checkout around 9:30 am looking at the crew changing the sheets when i have not even checked out the room yet. the crew said that i have already checked out my room when my stuff is already inside the room. This is very unprofessional. The breakfast was very bad at best. Overall a very bad experience.

This hotel was clean in appearance but the sheets on our bed needed to be changed because they had been slept on. There was a roach in our bathroom. One other thing I booked through Expedia at the rate of $104 per night and they charged me $129 for 1 room and $127 for the 2nd room.

Shower door kept opening up and bed was too high for me also asked for receipt and clerk said you would send one but there is still pending a hundred dollar incidentals fee? Why? We were charged $--- for one night already plus we are club members?

After 2 weeks I still didn’t get my refund for incidentals of 50 dollars. By now I contacted my bank and disputing transaction. In addition I lost my portable car charger in the room that cost me 100 dollars the hotel said they didn’t see it . I stayed in room 222 on Aug.21 to Aug.22 .

Let’s start with location. Perfect location from Texas A&M San Antonio branch. Parking lot well lit and seemed clean at night. Hotel staff A . Check in staff friendly and fast. Evening hostess friendly(night shift person). Breakfast staff extra A . Went out of there way to get us breakfast as we weren’t aware breakfast closed at 930 on weekends. The food was great especially the “IHG cinnamon rolls”. Coffee was strong and excellent. Now let’s talk about the room. Holy crap was it in disrepair. The carpet dirty and white stains all over. A few extra dark spots also. All the lights etc worked. The bathroom should be torn down. Mold all over rust stains and rusted screws on shower door. You can tell them previously painted over the mold. The floor completely wet as the shower door was previously ripped off the hinges and an improper repair was done. So the newly repaired door doesn’t close. As a hotel owner I wouldn’t be proud to put my name on this property. How did a IHG regional inspection pass this hotel.

During our check-out there was nobody there at counter, we had to go look for someone to check us out and the person who helped us didn't look too happy. The parking in front has very limited parking, too many handicapped spaces. We had to park in the back.

It's an old building needs a lot of updating, rooms have a bad smell, carpet is really dirty always had to have our shoes on, water in the shower was always hot couldn't get it on cold and the staff said it was a problem with the plumbing, we had to change rooms from the first one they gave us because the smell was so bad. Will definitely not be staying there again

I had trouble going to sleep and I kept waking up. This hotel is very close to the highway and you can hear every car that passes by and that happens all night long so good luck having a good sleep.

At the first room we checked into, the room and the shower were dirty, tired and worn. The ice machine didn't work on the first level; ceiling tiles had fallen to the floor on the second level. The desk clerk moved us to another room, which was better. The area has very limited dining choices.

She stated that there were no more rooms. Then she stated that she had a room with a king bed, which we needed a two beds none was available. We then asked for a refund so we could get another hotel somewhere else. I was not pleased with her attitude so we asked for a manager no nowhere to be found. We traveled 4 hours with a limited amount of money that we had planned for other things. We were out of an extra 300 hundred dollars that we could have spent on other things. I felt very unsafe using this trip . This hotel does not live up to the holiday inn experience. Room window was unlocked. All night loud loud noises dropping of buckets and laughs in the middle of the night. I would not stay here again lack of respect for quiet and sleep of the guests.

There was not enough hot water for even two people in the room. At a Holiday Inn hotel, really? The mini fridge made noise throughout the stay making it hard for us to sleep and nearly impossible for the kids to sleep. We made the hotel aware of this twice and they did nothing.

Hotel is good, safe parking, good bfast, great service but noise from highway is too much. Couldn't sleep much because of that.

Walking up to the hotel, you can tell that security was going to be an issue. People not staying there hanging around, and actually pretty frightening. The Lobby was dirty, and the manager and the front desk staff weren't courteous at all. I would def stay away from this hotel. The 100+ price tag on this, you can def stay somewhere much much nicer.

Floor was rotten and carpet was only thing keeping us from falling through the floor.

It was comfortable, cozy, and clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pool was green for the entire 4 day stay. Bullet holes in windows. Tick on bed. I had to clean room myself Trash,towels and beds

Stayed here for a small vacay with the family before the kiddos went back to school. The whole experience was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was nice, spacious and clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Pool closed at 9PM and didnt open until check out in the AM.

Staying at a chain hotel is the best. No surprises and staff is always great. Keep up the great work guys and swap that tv

We had a wonderful stay the staff was very friendly took care of a couple of problems we had in our room right away would definitely stay there again

This property is located in a less populated part of San Antonio, but it might as well have been in the middle of nowhere. Its staff was barely there and felt unfriendly. The room was spacious but felt unpolished at every corner. The vending machine was only half stocked with snacks. Most annoying of all, the breakfast was very disappointing. My family and I arrived to find very little food left- all they had were a few sausages, little scrambled eggs, and some biscuits and gravy. Would not stay here again.
