    Needs a lot of work. Building is run down and needs numerous repairs. Elevators not in service , toilet kept running , floor tiles in the bathroom broken. Cigarette holes in bedding and furniture. Exterior looks run down and ravine to the rear of the property full of trash. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend not worth the money.

    Nice quiet stay. No major complaints. Timers on parking lot lights seemed to be off. Parking lot would be dark until a few hours into the night. Staff were welcoming and helpful to me and my dog.

    Understaffed and VERY disorganized. No receipt was provided on breakfast despite requesting one. We were overcharged on breakfast and billed twice for it. We were also given an already occupied room and we opened the door on the occupant. Embarrassing!

    Police and trash behind their property might be things out of their control. The maintenance of the building and coffee making are in their control and inexcusable. The plus sides of this hotel are the location, which is incredibly convenient, and the rooms are quiet. There are many things that can be improved upon to live up to the standards of the Hilton brand.

    During my stay here I believe they were short staffed on cleaning attendants so thats the reason for my 3 star on service. Other than that everything else was very clean , bed was comfortable, and pool was refreshing! Gym has just the right amount of equipment to get a nice pump in and the lady in the front desk "Destiny" was very helpful throughout my stay and also supplied towels I needed a new set. I do recommend this spot especially the jacuzzi rooms 👌 good for couples.

    Was not allowed to have breakfast they claimed we did not pay for that option when we did. Our room didn't have towels or soap. Took us over 30 min downstairs to get towels. The hotel is in need of repairs and updates. Also, had to wait a long time when we were checking in. The one girl working there was complaining she had been there over 14 hours.

    Unfortunately, there was not a single thing to like about this property. The ac seemed broken in the lobby. The odor in the rooms was horrible. The worst part was the dirtiness of the rooms. When we arrived we got assigned a room that when we walked in we tried to turn on the light and it was broken so we had to use the bathroom light. The jet tub was filthy. There was freshly yellow puddle stains, a black ring around the tub and hair in the tub. The tube was also clogged with long hair and the stopper was broken. There was also a lot of gnats. We went to open the blinds since the lights were broken and the whole pole fell as it was broken. All this within a few minutes, i went to the guest service desk and requested a new room. We got assigned a new room that we went to. When we walked in it also had a horribly strong odor. I checked the tub and again it was as very dirty. There was hair all in the tub and it looked grimy. There was also a ton of gnats in there. The sofa chair had stains all all on the seat that looked liked leak stains of some sort. When we pulled down the sheets, there was blood under the sheets. It was so disgusting. I went back to guest service and let them know i would not be staying there and would like a refund. I had to argue this but they only agreed when i mentioned the blood. I was in and out of that building without about 15 minutes. I assumed it would be a decent place as it hate the Hilton brand. NEVER AGAIN.

    I enjoyed my stay here everything was clean spacious The staff was very nice. The pool was awesome. The only thing I didnt like was the fridge in my room was not working, but other than that, it was great.

    Outdated room interiors, exposed wires on AC unit, empty conditioner bottle in the shower; reserved a king bed room with jetted tub but they ended up not having that room available. Staff were nice but unable to help with the room availability situation. Fruit flies/fungus gnats everywhere. Overpriced for the mediocre quality. I rarely give bad reviews..

    Nothing at all. Room was filled with mold and bedbugs. I was bitten several times by bedbugs and most of the amenities were “out of order”. We literally left in the middle of the night due to the nastiness! I didn’t like anything at all. Breakfast was nasty! Rooms were filthy and was covered in mold and had bedbugs. My bed almost had someone else’s hair all in the bed. Room smelling like mold and mildew.

    The location was good. Lot of restaurants around the area. Bed was very comfortable. They stated the pool was heated it was not. The breakfast was 7 dollars for a bagel and fruit left out with flies around it. The room wasn’t cleaned and had bugs in the bathroom. Disappointed in the Hilton after this.

    Not available Location Toilet wouldn’t flush in room given and ceiling water damage in bathroom. Second room, air conditioner sounded like a jet engine gurgling with water, blind in room broken and wouldn’t roll up and kitchen sink cracked. Carpet dirty in both rooms, linen in both had a foul odor and upholstery dirty in both rooms. All we wanted was a good night sleep in a comfortable room. Went to our tennis tournament already exhausted.

    Unfortunately we had a leaking toilet that got so bad throughout the days, the tv volume was unable to raise, and food was left in the fridge. Showed up for check in at 3pm but no rooms were available/clean. Was told to sit in lobby and it should be “within the hour.” Had to keep waiting in line to check on status and did not get in my hotel until 5pm after I was told to go check my room (cleaning lady still in there). We also asked for towels in the morning, was told they’d be sent to the room, came back 8 hours later and had to get in line to ask for them again since they never showed up. Zero reimbursement was given when I asked, only a “hope you understand” so this made me very late to my event that evening. Very shocked that this is considered a 3 star hotel since things were not handled very well :(

    I had to wait 45 minutes for my room. I went in at 14:15 to see if possible to get an early check in but was told by Front Desk staff cleaning staff was running behind. Came back at 15:00 which is check in time…room wasn’t ready. Got my room at 15:45. Then the “FREE” breakfast was a joke. Only one elevator working as well. TOWELS we had to wait for freaking towels the front desk told my partner we would have to wait for customers to check out their rooms wash those then we would be able to get some. 14:45 and I had to ask a housekeeper for them. These establishment was out our budget but for our 20th Anniversary wanted the jetted tub. I am very very disappointed with my stay. I will not

    Room was very clean we barely interacted with staff besides a sweet lady from housekeeping Ice machine seems to always be broken this is our second stay at this location this time it was HOT inside of the hotel like unnecessary baking it wasn’t this hot during our last stay besides the scorching heat/humidity this is a great location not far from SA great attractions seeing how we were on vacation with our kiddos the mall & great foods was all less than 15 mins away

    Everything was horrible. The condition of the hotel was a disaster. The only thing that was kept up was the lobby. The lady who checked me in was very nice to me and another guy on night shift was ok. I was traveling with my friend because our daughters had a cheer competition and the lady who checked her in was very very rude. There was a cockroach and her room and they sent the CHEF to come and grab it 😒. This was the worst experience ever from Hilton Garden.

    Sadly this hotel is declining. Whirlpool and jetted tubs are no longer working properly and they leak water all over the carpet, the floor, and the adjacent wall. I had to change my room 2 times. This is my third stay at this hotel and it is the same. Save your money and go somewhere else.

    There was a urine smell or somelike that. The jetted tub in room was not working. That was the reson why i booker that room. When asked they said they are not guaranteed to work becauee of hotel renovations. But the hotel looks like it has not been touched in years.

    I left without going to my room since I had to scramble to find another restaurant within 10 mins. When I came back I went up the room 426 for the first time. There was a do not disturb sign on the door. I thought it was weird. At first my key card did not Work. When it did I walked in and immediately locked the door. I took a few more steps and saw the bed was in shambles and looked like this was an occupied room I started to leave and could not unlock the door. Then the bathroom door started to open, I finally got Out of the room very scared. I went to the front desk, visibly shaken. He said, that does not usually happen. I had to keep explaining what happened. He sent someone to check the room they were assigning me to now. They said the mew room was perfect. They gave me the room next to the one that scared me to death. Needless to say, I will not stay here again. This is terrible.

    And on top of these trivial things my vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. Another vehicle had their window broken next to mine- realize this isn't the hotels responsibility but they obviously have an issue with break-ins from my conversation with the police officer who came out- a security patrol seems warranted.

    Shuttle was down for the entire stay, room was dirty, bathroom shower head had a leak, bugs coming and going from the room, bugs CRAWLING ON THE BREAKFAST FOOD (which is not included and you need to pay for) and half of the gym equipment was either out of service, or missing. We slept for one night of the 3 we booked, and had to swap hotels. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

    We have stayed at this Hotel for years when we are in San Antonio. This visit was very disappointing. For openers the Bar was not open due to no liquor license. There was no maid service on our two night stay, not even clean towels. The breakfast which used to be very good with made to order omelets or waffles and eggs no longer exist. For $15 each all that was provided was runny scrambles eggs bacon and breakfast potatoes. We will probably no longer stay here in the future unless improvements are made.

    The entire hotel is pretty outdated and in need of some serious renovation. Ventilation is very poor so it’s hot in the halls and you can’t turn off the ac or it gets really stuffy. It just feels stuffy all the time. Over if you need somewhere quick to stay it will work but if you have time then it might be best to look elsewhere.

    The overall stay was good we just had one hiccup which was our breakfast tickets that were not given to us upon check in. We did not have breakfast our first day. On our second day we came down to the area and Eileen came up to us like a hawk like we were going to steal something. We are two young black adults in our 30s but we look in our 20s. I told her I paid for breakfast and she asked us for us for our tickets. When, the older white couple came behind us. She greeted them with respect and she smiled. When we came back with the tickets, she still stared us down had a mean mugged face, and watched over us like a hawk. We did not like the difference in hospitality she did not service. She did not ask us if we wanted any condiments. She constantly checked on the other table. The chef however was really nice and we believe tried to make up for this but we felt out of place. Eileen was rude, mean and disrespectful.

    The ceilings appear to have mold on them. The Seater in the room was very dingy and torn. Someone put a hole in the curtains with a cigarette, although the room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. I needed the room for one night. I was there for a few hours, and that was long enough. As for safety, they did have a security guard patrolling the property.

    I have stayed in numerous Hilton Garden Inn's and they are always nice properties. This one is not! Old and dated and they have a roach problem. I laid down in bed to look up and see a roach on the ceiling right above me. When leaving the property, I killed another roach in the hallway.

    The carpet is dated and filthy, the interior needs to be refreshed to include painting the walls in the common areas and in the rooms, the water in the kitchen sink does not work, the bathroom was dusty, the toilet seat was old and faded, the shower head was corroded and old, the caulk job was the worst I’ve ever seen.

    We like that this hotel had easy access in and out and parking was full but not too overcrowded this past weekend. You can tell the hotel is a little older but it’s kept up and maintained well. Good shower pressure, AC worked great, beds were comfortable, and the area was quiet. We liked that the pool was indoors. They have a 24/7 guest laundry that came in handy. Staff was helpful every time we needed anything.

    The property was in decent condition, was pretty quiet considering there were soccer teams in the facility. The tub with the jets did not work which was the main reason I booked the room. Fixtures like the drapes and the lights need to be replaced, they function but look terrible. The room was clean, the outside needs better lighting in the parking lot, maybe some cameras. Overall its mid grade, 3 out of 5.

    Had a good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The bed was great. I slept like a rock! The breakfast was amazing. Great selection of breakfast foods for our enjoyment! Highly recommend!

    This was a convenient location with good access to local highways. However, it seemed like an older property, and we ran into a couple of minor maintenance issues during our four-night stay. We would consider staying here in the future if the need arose.

    One of the elvavators out of order. 2 lightballs un the rooom were out, did not clean thr room 2 out 5 days i was the. Pillows were smell really bad. Front desj clerks were very rude. Window shades broken. No way this is a 4 star property.

    Made reservation for a room specifically with jetted tub. After checking in I went to the room and noticed there was no jetted tub so I went back down to the front desk to complain and lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful and said that the rooms with a jetted tub were all sold out. Sinking room had a broken drain which held stagnant water and every time you use the sink a horrible smell would start coming up from the drain.

    The ratings were misleading. The hotel is very dirty with spots on all chairs and rooms have a bad odor like animal. The tub had small ants in it. The front desk is aware of the pests. The hotel needs to be updated. The wallpaper is tearing in rooms. Staff is great as they can't do too much to remedy most of the issues.

    The room was in poor condition; bathroom ceiling paint was peeling, carpet was poorly fixed and there was a missing lamp next to the night stand which cable was removed from the wall, but wasn’t covered appropriately. We were placed next to the breakfast area and we can hear people talking early in the morning. Plus, when I selected this hotel it said they provided breakfast, once at the hotel I learn this wasn’t provided/it wasn’t included. This information wasn’t clearly stated otherwise I would have looked for another hotel that included breakfast. We were negatively surprised, we expected better overall quality from The Hyatt.

    It was conveniant to the locations I needed. However, it needs some updating from wear and tear. The plug ins on the nightstand were very loose and were hard to keep things plugged into. Breakfast, if purchased was outstanding!!

    I enjoyed my stay. Although I did book a room that had a jacuzzi bathtub and paid extra for it and then to get to my room and the tub not work. I also had to pay an extra $30 for an early check in when I had called two times a head of time and two different employees both told me there would be no fee. I would have stayed at a better accommodated hotel if I knew I would have to pay a fee. Other hotels had told me there would be no issue with the early check in and so did this property but ended up getting fooled and needed to pay more when I got there. If it wasn’t for those two instances would’ve been a 10/10 for sure.
