Excellent hotel and value.

This is a cozy hotel that has free breakfast and is affordable, within a short distance from the airport.

Older property but it has been refurbished and it is well maintained and clean. Breakfast is very good.

Great price with airport transportation

To start off when we arrived there was no one at the front, several guest were waiting to be checked in and when she finally showed up, she had a bad attitude, so we were greeted very rudely from the moment we walked in. The room could've been cleaner. It had a weird smell, and there were hairs in the shower. To top it off, the AC in our room was not working properly. The room was at 80 degrees from the moment we arrived and for the entire duration of our stay. The staff offered some loud, old fans to accommodate us because apparently all rooms were sold out but, I guess you get what you pay for.

Over all great stay, nice and clean hotel. Room was great, bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing!!

Berna was amazing and such a huge help. The room was a pretty good size not to mention clean and the staff were nice as well. Loved the breakfast included that was offered and the pool was so nice.

Staff were all very kind and helpful. No complaints there whatsoever. They seem to be doing the best they can with what they've got. Definitely a middle-of-the-road hotel. Not super unclean but my room was a bit dirty and creepy looking. The shower didn’t work properly and I had to hold the drain open with my toe while showering to prevent it from closing and the tub overflowing. The bathtub tap in room 200 also still shot out lots of water when i turned the shower setting on. I don’t recommend showering here honestly. The bed was clean though and had fresh sheets on it. The hotel was fine for my short stay (didn't sleep there and left for the airport at 3am) but I wouldn’t say it’s a place to take your family on vacation

Everything about our stay was great, the staff was friendly.

Conveniently located, tucked in a corner near the airport. Clean rooms, quiet. Cons - no USB connections, so bring a charger base. It IS an older property, so the room does feel a little dated, but that's just a minor detail. Overall, the value is here, and I would stay again in a pinch.

This was a pretty nice stay, i gave four instead of five stars because there was a really bad water leak in the shower, one washer was broken in the laundry room, and the pool looked a little merky. However the hotel did offer us another room due to the shower, we declined because we had already settled in. The breakfast was pretty’s good too.

location it’s not what used to be as Pear Tree. We loved the popcorn, snacks in the evening and waffles in the morning , now there wasn’t any of that anymore.

I liked the size and layout, as well as the price. Great value! Nice facilities that included a pool, laundry room, and exercise room. I only stayed one night but will keep this location in mind when I return to San Antonio. I appreciated the free breakfast but some of the hot items were actually cold.

All was good and no complaints but you may want a room on the Northside of the building due to the traffic passing on Loop 410.

Okay.. so the room was clean enough to sleep in. Although, it was dusty and smelled like smoke. There was also a dirty wash cloth on top of shower curtain rail. The light above sink was flickering and never stayed completely lit. The water was cold. In order for it to get warm we had to leave it running for about 30 minutes. There were just two full length towels on the shelf. No trash bags in the trash cans. We slept decent. I won’t be booking there again though.

The hotel is very small and the breakfast is not very variable but for the price and the place where it is located there are no big deal. Also I was worried about the noise from the nearby airport and highways but that was not an issue. The room was clean, no bugs and comfortable. The pool needs a better filtration system or maybe the recent rain cause the water was a little cloudy.

The staff provided exceptional service, demonstrating both respect and understanding. The washing machines did not adequately clean the garments, and one unit was out of order. Additionally, several customers exhibited impolite and disrespectful behavior. I attempted to communicate these issues to the manager; however, a language barrier impeded effective understanding, which subsequently elevated my anxiety. I found this experience unsatisfactory.

The bathroom is small but again will not keep me from staying at the hotel. The hotel is very convenient to the airport! They offer an airport shuttle as well and FREE long term parking for 7 days.

Room was clean. Hotel shared areas could have used attention. It was very appealling to eye well decorated but not to much. Some road noise but way quieter than expected. Thought breakfast start at 6 so before we left for airport could grab. It is 7 on weekends.

I ended up not staying at the hotel. The hotel is immediately outside the airport entrance. We arrived at 11:00pm and called the hotel for the airport shuttle. The reception desk said it would be 45 minutes to an hour for the shuttle to get to the airport because “it was currently nowhere near the airport.” After a long day of travel I was too exhausted to wait that long. I had called the hotel twice before the trip to ensure that the shuttle would be available at that time of night. Each time I was assured that the shuttle would be available and would only take 10-15 minutes to pick us up. I ended up making a reservation at a hotel located farther away and getting picked up before your shuttle ever arrived. Pathetic. Other drivers in the hotel shuttle area told us that your hotel doesn’t even have a driver but were looking for one. Great way to get rid of customers- lie to them about such a basic thing.

Breakfast was really good. Shower was really nice. Cleaning staff and the guys in the front desk were great. Pool although small was always clean. Great job by their whole maintenance crew. Customer service sets the tone, Daisy and the other girl, can't remember her name, didn't provide good customer service. They were my first interaction with the hotel. I called to let them know I was going to do a late check in. She left me on hold for more than 10 minutes that I had to hang up. Once there, Daisy seemed that either she didn't know what she was doing or that she didn't want to be there. She took too long to reply back to all of us, not just me. In my interactions with her, she was slow to reply back and it seemed that she didn't know what to do all the time. The other girl when she talked to the customers was rude. Once I heard her tell a customer "What do you want? Are you going to check in or what? " Furniture a little bit old. There was a strong smell of MJ in the hall.

Airport shuttle starts at 3:30 am, we needed earlier for flight. Can only park for 7 days without getting towed, even though we booked room for night before flight and night of return flight, had to pay for parking at airport.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before it was bought out by Wyndham and there were a lot of changes that weren’t for the better. For one, the staff has changed. The prior staff was warm and welcoming and I knew them well from how much I stayed there. This time, the guy working the front desk was young and didn’t seem interested in his job. He was usually on his phone between talking to guests and did the bare minimum. The breakfast also changed. It was just okay, but not great whereas I loved the breakfast before. They also took away the snack/drink time in the afternoon that I loved. The hotel itself still looks exactly the same, but is now lacking in the things that made it worth the stay before.

This hotel was a little more dated than it appears in the pictures. It still felt safe and comfortable and was pretty quiet.

This hotel appeared to have an issue with their air conditioning because the lobby of the hotel smelled like mold. I thought that this particular area was a pretty dry as far as humidity so I did not understand why the entrance smelled of mold.

Amazing stay!! The commons areas and the room were clean. The elevator could be serviced meaning the buttons had to be held once doors closed to reach your floor. The bed was a little too bouncy and the bathroom was small. The hotel was literally 4 mins from airport. But over all a pleasant stay would definitely come back again.

Competitive price/value. Stay hit all the marks. Clean room, comfortable bed and room temperature, good shower pressure with quick warm water for bathing. Nice to have breakfast included and being close to airport with free shuttle service, and free parking. The only issue I found was the bathroom was extremely small. Overall I was pleased.

Location I stayed at this hotel in August 2025 and had the best experience. I returned in May 2026, and I do not plan to come back. There is no longer a happy hour; the elevator is unreliable and it doesn't work correctly. The receptionist gave me the wrong breakfast hours for Fridays, so I missed it; and there is no internet—you have to join a rewards program to get "free" Wi-Fi; otherwise, you have to pay $5 per day. They didn't clean the room—they only changed the towels on the first day; for the rest of my stay, there was absolutely no cleaning, and there were even cockroaches. The only good thing about my stay? They do fumigate, because the cockroaches were dead. It was a very poor experience.

The hotel location in relation to the airport is fantastic. It takes less than 10 minutes to make it to the airport gate from the time the shuttle is called to pick us up. This worked just as well when I returned my car rental shortly after checking into my hotel room. Wonderful peace of mind to wake up to eat breakfast at the hotel starting at 6 am and get to the airport gate before 7am.

I hada great the day stay at Heritage Inn and Suites. The hotel is beautiful. The property is very well maintained. The staff is super sweet. They care a lot about the customers and their experience. The staff keeps the hotel “military style” clean (I an a veteran). I got to cover with Berna from the kitchen staff. She is very sweet and takes a lot of pride in running a great breakfast for the customers. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.

My stay here was a very different experience than the first time, I had booked a different hotel and had some issues with it so I booked this one at the last minute. The woman at the front was by herself with multiple guests surrounding the front desk but she was very attentive and in a great mood despite it being around 10pm on a Friday night. Breakfast options were good and the room was quite clean upon my arrival. At one point my key card did stop working, but the front desk was able to help quickly and get those fixed with no problem. Recommend staying in this hotel for the price, quality, and location.

AC was broken, had to get small fans to help with the heat. Pool towels are put out 1-2 at a time and only put out a couple of times a day. Breakfast was ok 1 of the days, however very inconsistent. Some days, over half of the breakfast items were missing (i.e. milk, orange juice, fruits, cheese for the eggs, yogurt, peanut butter and jellies for toast and more). Room was pretty well clean and staff were amazing!

Experience here was ok, called ahead and asked about late check out and was told I was able to add that onto my stay at check in and the latest available time for check out was 4pm. once I got to check in they were surprised I had asked for late check out at 4 pm and said they did not do that, they contacted their manager and the manager was unable to approve this. the latest available time they had was 1pm. Had I known they were unable to do 4pm late checkout I wouldn’t have booked here or would have just booked for another night at the time I booked. Other than this the stay was good everything was cleaned and well maintained, breakfast was a little lacking with their automatic pancake machine undercooking the pancakes. Would book here again but wouldn’t be my first choice.

The hotel and room were tired. Our 2nd floor and room smelled like cannabis, Marijuana. I brought this to the attention of the women at the check in. She accompanied me to the second floor. As soon as we got of the elevator, she acknowledged the odor.

Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. We did spend time relaxing in the room each afternoon. Bathroom could maybe use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s so minor compared to the pluses. Wonderful lobby area. There’s so much space to sit and hang out in the hotel during the heat of the day. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, room was small but comfortable. Shower didn’t drain properly and shower head sprayed water everywhere. We really enjoyed the pool, breakfast was okay. One of our blankets had stains. Hotel associates were very kind. Riverwalk, stores and restaurants were nearby. A nice, quiet and calm hotel.

(we were sent yo the wrong room and then our key card wouldn't work and when we finally got in the room smelled lime smoke so back do we nsyaits. Just teally inconviemt and annoying) to housekeepong that didn't happen even though we requested it to breakfast which was just okay. Too many negatives. We won't stay here again.

I liked the breakfast. I didn’t like that the sink is outside the bathroom and right in front of door to exit. Also I did not like the dirty rugs, and the towels did not smell like Clorox but a funky smell. Also the shower clogs up and you take a bath with standing water in your feet.

I enjoyed my stay at Heritage Inn in San Antonio. Christian checked me in promptly after a long day behind a steering wheel and every thing worked as promised, (Key, Internet and Hot Water). The room was very clean and cool. The bed was very comfortable and I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The Breakfast Buffet was vast and delicious, served in a very inviting atmosphere. I recommend this property to anyone wanting a great Hotel experience at a great price.

My room was never cleaned by the staff not even the garbage was taken out. Linens or towels were changed, and having just one elevator makes it a heavy traffic during the weekend. Staff was polite.

Some interesting characters on the property. Staff while friendly enough just seemed a bit disinterested.

Rooms was clean, breakfast was pretty good, no complaints at all. Only downside, was there's only 1 elevator and the Hotel was packed, but, at least it worked.

Nice stay and wonderful staff. The small store beside the check-in desk was very helpful and breakfast every morning was hot and satisfying. My room was clean , it could have been a bit cleaner but that’s just my OCD. I would still give the hotel a 9/10 . Not a 10 because I’m always uneasy about hotels with carpet! I can say when I walked around with my socks they were still white ! So yea book here and the rates were really really good

The breakfast buffet was always well stocked, and the weekday staff person was very friendly and gave us some great sightseeing suggestions. The weekend person was overwhelmed by the number of guests. There is absolutely no curb appeal. Weeds are growing around the property and the pool area. The pool itself was clean, and towels were available to the guests. I would stay there again.

The room that I was assigned had a terrible smell. I tried to ignore it but it was to strong, hard to breathe. The sheets had stains here n there. I went to speak with front desk and asked if it would be possible to change rooms due to my room having a strong smell. By this time my eyes were burning and had a headache cuz of the smell. I informed her that there was some box on the night stand connected to the outlet and did not know what it was. Front desk stated that it was not suppose to be there and that it was to control the odor. So I'm like.. well its not working. Front desk was nice and worked with me and switched me to another room where there was no smell and slept comfortably.

Food was fresh and the options are great. Fresh pancake machine was fun for the daughter. Staff was friendly and the pool was very large.

Overall the hotel is OK , staff were very good and breakfast is really good. on the down side , 1) the bed sheets has stain on them, they are clean but have stain on them from previous spell or something . they are not pleasant to look at 2) we asked for our room to be clean on sat but it was never cleaned on sat or sunday. 3) some areas of the host has some spells of food or coffee on the ground , that don't get cleaned in timely fashion

The hotel was nice and quiet. I was concerned about the noise since it is right off the highway, very close to the airport. Once I entered the lobby, all concerns were forgotten because it was so quiet. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was small, but met our needs very well.

Breakfast menu was a great variety and was always hot. Would like to have dinner served in addition to breakfast. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Kept room clean and neat. The gym was usable however would like it to have 2 of each hand weight amount. Location is great. Easy and quick to get to Downtown and the airport. Hotel is near several restaurants and a shopping strip (including Walmart).

Breakfast was fine. As an airport hotel with a complimentary breakfast, we as guests, use to have some snack/cupcakes/coffee station for early flight guests. (Before breakfast Hours)

Great location

Everything was wonderful.

Cons- lady at front desk for checking us in acted like her job was a hassle. We stood waiting for her to come to the desk for close to 10 minutes wondering where the staff was. The light above our sink didn’t work, sheets “seemed clean” but were stained so yuck. Seems like they are still working on updating this hotel location. No “real” sign for hotel just a banner right now.

The hotel is situated under quite a few four lane overpasses making it very convenient but extremely noisy. Basically, the hotel is fine but needs an update.

This property was a surprise. It’s an excellent value for the price. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was nice. Breakfast was better than most in this price range.

I contacted the front desk and was told that no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was towels for the floor, which is unacceptable. There was also no manager on-site to address the issue. The room smelled damp and was very uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the bathroom is extremely small, which made the overall experience even worse.

The overall stay was good. Staff was on point, rooms clean and breakfast was good. Wished the soda fountain was working and that sausage were patties and not links. That's just our preference. New owner of the property and was our first time under the Wyndham name. Have stayed there with previous property owner and Wyndham continues providing a great experience. One more thing. Restroo doors would be better swinging out then in. Kinda tight space.

Great hotel. Very convenient location (close to airport) same time really quiet inside. Breakfast was great. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, hash browns and etc. Spacious breakfast area.

Getting into the room. Noticed there wasn't any trash bags in the cans. The toilet seat was still dirty n we used one of thier hand towels n sanitizer to get it clean.

This appears to be a refurbished older hotel. It was nice enough. Good location to get to other places. Pool was good but not heated. I think it was a good hotel at a good price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The light over the sink in my room was not working, but it was immediately repaired while I was out. Or, at least I thought it was, but it went out again. There was a little bit of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and bath tub tile grout. Otherwise, the room was very clean and fresh. The breakfast was average, and running a bit low on food when I showed up at about 8 am. Saturday morning.

Shuttle from airport fast pick up great service

Checking in was weird, the guy there was distracted and not very kind, breakfast was always the same, pancakes were undercooked

The elevator was down all weekend causes my visual impaired family member and i to use the stairs. Food was good but the room was poorly cleaned.

Staff was very friendly and respectful. Check-in took less than 4 minutes. Room was clean. Warm water for showers. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of foods. Ample parking. (3 day stay)

This hotel has gone downhill since it changed brands. It was just okay before, but now it's just not good enough. The front desk staff is either good or bad. The guy that was at check-in was nice and explained the hotel in depth, but the woman at check-out couldn't care less and didn't even looked up. The food is mediocre at best and the juices are basically water. The cleaning staff just barged into the room even with the 'do not disturb" sign hanged outside when I was in a meeting. I've been staying in this hotel for years whenever I'm in the area, sadly this was the last time.

Front desk staff was awesome

Need to close the laundry room early, people were using the laundry room at midnight and then around 3 in the morning and kept us up most of the night. Kids were running up and down. The hallway people talking and the dryer was making noises we probably will not use the hotel again

This hotel is for somebody who is on a budget, has the basic amenities, bathroom was small that only one person could be inside at a time, breakfast was fine--enough to tide you over until lunch time. The hotel was a few minutes away from the airport, parking was good. Overall, if you are on a budget, this hotel is it.

Clean rooms, excellent value and one of the better continental breakfast spreads for this kind of establishment.

My stay was horrible and I never been through this before. The manager forced us to pay before we arrived and charged my car convinced us to reserve that way. Then we arrived to a dirty room. We were moved to a room that the window was open all night and we didn’t know until the next day and my son was playing by it about to fall out. We went to Seaworld for about 9 hours and requested housekeeping but came back to the room just the way we left it and no housekeeping came at all. We had to make our own trash bags and go get our own towels because the dirty towels were still in the room. This was unacceptable and the manager told me she would give me points for a free stay with a Windham hotel but I’m still waiting.

Pool is freezing. Elevator broken.was assured ground floor but got top floor. Key cards never worked. Shuttle bus had broken AC and 85° out. Staff clueless. Wouldn't stay again

Property was in some renovation but property was still nice, hotel was clean and staff was wonderful.

Breakfast was standard free breakfast. All the pre made options. Was ok.

Our reservation was for a room with two queen beds, but upon check-in we were given a king room without being informed. The receptionist was unhelpful and did not communicate the change. When we politely requested the originally reserved two queen beds, we were told the hotel was fully booked and they could not honor our reservation. After a long wait, the only solution offered was two rollaway beds, which were very uncomfortable for my parents. The room also became overcrowded, as it had to accommodate four adults and a newborn.

The elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. The AC was also out so it was 82° in my room. The hotel shuttle was also out of service when I arrived so I had to catch an Uber to get to the hotel. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it was so close to the airport and offered a free hotel shuttle. When I checked in, the person at the front desk said I would get reward points (enough for a free night) for the inconvenience; however, when I checked out the woman at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and said they couldn't do anything because I booked through Expedia. This was truly the worst stay ever!!!

Staff was awesome and moved us to ground level when elevator went out. My husband is handicapped and that kept him from going up and down stairs. Staff even helped me move our things from the 3rd floor to the ground level.

The ac in the hotel did not work, the hallways and lobby were very warm. We switched rooms after the ac in our room didn't work and would not cool under 80. However, the second room also didn't cool under 80. Even after requesting several times maintenance did come the second day and said it was fixed. It was not, they came again and said it was fixed, nothing changed it stayed 80 in the room. The elevator did not work the whole time we were there and the shuttle was being repaired the first day and only was working the second afternoon that we were there. The soda machine in the breakfast area said it was not working, however it did seem to be working and they just didn't want it used.

The staff was wonderful. However, the elevator wasn’t working. Our air conditioning did not work. And the whole ‘vibe’ of the facility was ‘less than’. I hope that this hotel gets attention quickly!

None of the amenities were available that was the shuttle that was down the elevators that didn’t work however, I can say the customer service and the front desk was accommodating and I appreciate them for allowing us to check in early

Very courteous front desk welcome help. The mattress was hard and not conducive to a good nights sleep unfortunately. The temp outside was a beautiful 75 degrees at night but the windows were not made to open. Sad. Kind of dingy through out. Breakfast was white bread mid-america non-nutritional non-healthy fare. Not the best time we ever had in a hotel. Would not return, ever.

Great location, appropriately 3 mins from airport and great food options. The building is under new management, so it’s hard to see the hotel sign but once you arrive, it’s really nice. Parking was easy with several options to enter into the hotel. And breakfast was hot and fresh!

This was my first time staying there. We had two rooms: Room 207 and room 325. We had no issues and room 325 had a nice view to the pool and parking lot. Room 207 had no view. The breakfast was ok..I wished they had boiled eggs. Coffee was strong and they had easy parking

The room was dingy and dusty in the corners and around the furniture legs. The shower head was so low I had to duck down to use it. There was a used coffee bag in the coffee machine so I didn’t use it. The breakfast was decent and maintained properly. The staff were nice and friendly but the younger members of the staff might need some more training.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. The room was filthy! We’re talking dead bugs on the floor, a build up of dust and dirt, where the clocks and phone wasn’t moved. It felt like bugs were crawling on me throughout the night, and I even checked to see if I could see any bed bugs. Today my legs are all itchy. I could not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy.

Breakfast was fine, but exactly the same both days. Didn’t use the pool.

Management has failed entirely. My son was injured by an electrical cord that had an exposed wire, the wire was the “hot” wire of the lamp cord. This gave him a pretty bad shock when he sat down on the chair in the room, the lamp started to flicker. He noticed the cord was under the chair leg, when he went to move the chair, the chair had already broken through the jackets of the wire from previous guests sitting on the chair and subsequently damaging the wire. I brought this to attention to staff. It was brushed off as nothing. No sign of concern or any action to correct the problem. Earlier in the morning before that incident the manager was quite literally pounding on the door, woke me up (I work nights) asking if I was extending my stay. I had a reservation for that day. When I said that his response was “well I should have communicated that” a reservation in your system is communicating. And to have the response of the pounding immediately, highly unprofessional and doesn’t match the 9.4 rating review you supposedly have. All of these issues were brought to your attention, and still you have yet to contact me. Hotels .com reached out as well. I’m getting a lawyer at this point. You had plenty of time to prevent this review. And to show just the smallest amount of concern for my son. It’ll all come out in the was now.

Hotel had a great location. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was a big plus. Water pressure in the shower was great! Breakfast was always good and well stocked. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in that area.

The shuttle to/from the airport was very nice and practically "on call". I also liked that the shuttle provides service to places within a one-mile radius of the hotel- which is really nice (although I didn't use the service).They had a "happy hour" with drinks and snacks, in addition to the breakfast service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed one night before and one night after my trip. I would stay there again.

Clean but could have been cleaner. Hairs everywhere, walls were stained, doors and even the sheets. The dog across the hall kept barking every time someone walked by. The toilet makes a weird sound when the guest in the top floor flush the toilet…

Close to airport

This has been by far one of the easiest hotel check-ins ever! Took less than 5mins to get us checked in. Loved the central location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was incredibly accommodating. Our room was having trouble cooling down and front desk offered to switch rooms if the AC wasn't cooling and in the meantime they brought us a fan. Free happy hour drinks were a plus before our night out! And the complimentary breakfast was top-notch! Definitely our hotel of choice whenever we're in San Antonio from now on!

What I didn’t like was there is some type of large humming motor that kicks on and off every minute or so for about 15 seconds, and it was very loud and annoying. I stayed in room 130. Please investigate the source of the noise.

Wonderful stay

This was the night before our flight back home. We went straight to bed as we needed to be up at 3am to get ready for our flight out. Bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. The breakfast area was already in action and my husband made use of that. Check out very smoothly and shuttle service to the airport was excellent.

I booked this hotel for the price and the pool and unfortunately, the pool was out of commission. The did allow me to use the pool at the neighboring hotel but it wasn't very convenient.

My family and I (plus our dog) stayed for five days. Usually when traveling with a pet, we are given the least desired room (the oldest looking one with an odor). I understand because not everyone manages their pet and cleanliness. But this hotel room was very well kept and smelled clean. The staff was very friendly, but firm with the after hours quiet time. When we arrive our first night after 11:00pm, the staff and security were removing people from the hotel for partying too loud. Our third night we saw a family asked to leave the pool area for partying too loud and drinking alcohol in the pool area. So they’re really serious about quiet hours after 10PM. Overall it was a good family friendly hotel. Their breakfast options were great, parking is free, and my kids really enjoyed their free food and drinks happy hour.

We were given access to a room that already had other guests staying there.

The AC in our room was not working properly. I complained and they sent someone to check on it , when we came back they had left a FAN in our room as if that would solve the problem. the room never went down from 76 F!! at times it went up to 78

Finding the entrance to the parking lot was a little tricky, luckily there was someone available to ask!

Hotel is VERY dated and lacking in basic maintenance. AC does not cool to where you set it. Tub does not drain. Water from sink and tub is dirty and brown. Room stinks. Not sure why this hotel is rated so high. You get what you pay for. Staff are very nice but this doesn't make up for hotel's shortcomings.
