    Convient location. Pool under maintenance/closed. Ice machine second floor broken. No soap in room. Housekeeping supposed to come every other day, never came. AC in rooms either way too cold or dont work. Chips/sodas never stocked and mostly empty. Water leaks in main hallway. Breakfast not ready at 6. No fruit or oatmeal. 3 days of exactly same "breakfast". Coffee left out all day/night. Owner belittling a staff member in front of me. (He was wrong) He also ignored me to chew her out. This place is run down and horribly run. Stay away

    I called before to see if I could get an early check in, they said that was alright. When I arrived at 1:00, the man at the front desk said I couldn’t get an early check in. He didn’t do anything to assist me with getting an early check in. For some reason all the rooms were going to be ready, magically at the same time.

    which was either inoperable or needed bulbs. As mentioned in check-in review--I personally tightened the toilet seat that appeared to have been replaced, but never secured properly--certainly a first for this traveler! The last and strangest surprise was that housekeeping either did not have access to king size sheets or attempted to make our bed by attempting to fit the mattress in the wrong direction? In any event, we would not return to this hotel--too many small missteps that indicate a systemic issue that hopefully is limited to this location and not the brand--no axe to grind, just being as honest as possible.

    Hotel was very poorly maintained. Carpet was ripped, ceiling tiles missing and the didn’t even have napkins or paper towels in the food area. In our room half the lightbulbs were out, soap dispensers were empty and missing towels. We went to front desk to request towels and soap and were given some worn towels and a small bar of soap. Elevators also smelled of mildew and make grinding noises when operating. A very shabby place. Also rooms are only cleaned if requested. We stayed two nights and left.

    Toilet cover cracked, seat loose, towel hook loose. No ice - main floor broken, 2nd floor empty. Ran out of napkins, plates , cups during continental breakfast. Took 15 min to refill coffee dispenser. Linens and pillows bad.

    Most lights in room had no bulbs, usb plugs didnt work, bathroom amenities were empty, ice machines on all floors are broken, when a/c turned off room smelled, no one at front desk and no breakfast the 1st morning, housekeeping didnt come to clean....just a horrible low staffed hotel that should shut down until everything works. Expedia claims "very good & 8*'s" but all other reviews show 3.

    We booked this hotel in advance and when we went to hotel it was over booked so manager didn’t lets us in and denied the entry. I had my kids with me. Night shift front desk left the reception & vanished for 2-3 hours. This happened between 11 pm to 2 am

    ONE: Checked in on Friday at 3pm. Other parents from the team with confirmations tried to check in at 8pm and were turned away because they had 'dirty or occupied' rooms. No assistance whatsoever to try to accommodate them in other sister properties. TWO: No staff. Needed a plunger on Friday night, he brought one up and said we had to handle it ourselves as he was working all by himself. THREE: Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday had no coffee. FOUR: Breakfast on Sunday ran out early and they did not refill. No coffee all day. Bedrooms are hot, A/C does not work well. Carpet felt wet from humidity.

    Needs upgrading and a thorough cleaning. Landscaping was unkempt, weeds and grass at least 2’ tall. Elevators was jumpy and made a loud winding noise. I had to hit floor buttons several times before it registered. Rooms were dark and furniture needed cleaning or replacing. Desk chair was fabric and very stained I would not sit in it. The sheets were hard and uncomfortable. I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel.

    Very outdated and not very clean feeling. Shower tub was pretty much black at this point from how old it was. Instead of redoing bathrooms they just replaced with screw on shower heads. Beds were not comfortable but not horribly bad either. Place just feels old. When I initially got there, the young guy that checked me in was very accommodating and great vibe. I left for dinner and when I came back there were two cop cars out front (around 9pm). Tried to buy something from back stand but a lady in the lobby told me there was nobody working there. They had been waiting to check in since 6pm, and cops were there to monitor meanwhile they could get an employee from a different Hampton inn. It was just weird. I hope they remodel the place soon. I stay at Hampton inns all the time and this was on the lower side of the quality ones.

    We were informed that housekeeping would clean the room every 3 days but if you wanted it done before that just request it. So the second day we requested and were out all day. When we returned nothing had been done. We called the front desk and was told they were short staffed and hadn't gotten to it. But someone would come change the trash.

    We stayed in three rooms for three nights, and they never cleaned our rooms. They didn't even empty the trash cans; within three days, they were overflowing. I went to the front desk and asked them to clean the rooms, but they did nothing. The entire hotel wasn't as clean as the reviews said. This isn't the quality I expected from Hampton Inn. I usually prefer Hampton Inn to other hotels, but in the future, I'll switch to another brand.

    We had one little snaphu at check in but the young lady was very nice and got it corrected immediately. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We will be staying here again during our next visit to San Antonio, it's a close place to family.

    Pool out of service, everything from drinking fountains to toilet seat in the room was broken and not working. In the fitness area, the machines and water dispenser were broken. The room was nasty. This is, perhaps, the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The air conditioning didn’t cool very well, and thank goodness there was a microwave in the breakfast area, because the food was cold. Even the juice machine, which probably has never been cleaned, dispensed watery, disgusting juice. This property should be torn down. Public areas and room were substandard and dirty. Awful.

    Shampoo and soaps were empty and not replaced, only decaf coffee in the room. Breakfast was cold, coffee was empty at breakfast when it was refilled the pot was not rinsed and a glob of grounds came out in my cup. The waffle mix dispenser was broken and had to use a cup to dip it out. On check in on a prepaid package was charged twice, waited several minutes while person at desk tried to relsolve another persons issue. Person at front desk admitted she was new and didn’t know how to do certain things. Property overall was not well kept.

    Front clerk old guy was rude, the lady was really nice. Pool dirty look black , breakfast was fantastic , my bathtub when ever we took a shower the water wasn't draining it was stuck . The lady doing breakfast was working by herself on sunday morning did a great job even when some random lady was being rude to her and recording her she still was nice and working hard. This lady went to go have breakfast almost at 10:00 if you want breakfast get up earlier dont need to be rude to the employee's.

    I was unable to enter the hotel and check in, no front desk staff all night, probably sleeping in the back. Didn’t answer the buzzer, didn’t answer numerous phone calls, knocking or pounding on doors. Called Hilton support, and they were unable to rouse anyone in the hotel. All other hotels in the area were booked solid, and Hilton found a room 16 miles away and told me I could drive over and have it for $177 ( my room I was supposed to have was $89). They should have given me a room at my original price since this was their fault, or even comped the new room. After over 2 hours of trying to get in the Hampton Inn and calls with Hilton, I ended up sleeping in my rental car at 3am. It has taken 3 phone calls and being on hold for over an hour and I still haven’t been able to get my refund yet. Hilton/Hampton Inns will no longer get our business.

    My door opened at 1:30 in the morning and scared me to death. I had the safety latch on so it caught the door but was really loud when it hit the latch. I screamed out and the door shut. I know they had to hear me at the front desk because I was only a few rooms down the hall. I complained the next morning and ask for a refund. The lady at the front said that she would have a manager call me but no one ever called.

The complimentary shampoo and bodywash while nice and convenient the containers themselves were filthy with dark stains. The bed worked but was stiff as a board. The tv remote wasnt working. Called desk and they brought up a new one. Breakfast was ok. It was a tuesday and not crowded but items had run out and were not refilled. Overall it was a fair stay. Not great not bad.

When we arrived the hotel looked spooky high weeds, then another customer informed us there was 5 break ins, then my husband went down stairs and nothing was working during the time of breakfast and then our heater didn’t work and nothing was done. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone for the concern of safety and management didn’t do anything.

    We have stayed here a lot but this was our last stay at this hotel. Our room was not ready upon arrival, along with many other guests. I specifically requested adjoining rooms with one being accessible. We got neither. The lady at the front desk was able to put my parents in the first room though so I appreciated her consideration. Both of our rooms had no soap to wash our hands and our room still had the laundry bag from a previous guest hanging in the closet. The pool was out of order and we were given different reasons. My children and parents were less than pleased at this point by our choice of hotel. At breakfast, the choices were limited even though there was an hour left. The person in charge left to throw out the trash and NEVER came back. Maybe it was a ghost. The only syrup available came from the bottle so I guess they ran out. It happens and is totally okay, but when we went to pour from it, it went all over everything, including the phone! The lack of service and accommodations from start to finish was unacceptable. If you need an employee there, I suggest you look outside where they all hang out on their smoke breaks. We have always enjoyed our stays here and the young man which ran breakfast in the past was so on top of things. This place totally went down in every way.

    Nothing. I tried to check in online, get a preassigned room on the first floor and digital key. Couldn’t get a digital key, got a room on the second floor. The soap container in the room was empty. The poppy seed bagel at breakfast had fungus on it. Sign stated breakfast was better 6-10am, told by unfriendly staff, who wasn’t at the desk when we arrived, although she saw us walking in. Jeez what a fail. Nothing really.

Had the room been properly stocked to begin with, this wouldn’t have been an issue. The last day, however, I asked that the room be made up, and made sure we were all out and that the DND was not on the door. When we came back late afternoon, the room was still not made up. When I asked specifically that someone see to the room, the (very nice) employee asked what we needed. When I mentioned the top sheet, she gave me a “that’s strange” look (no, Hilton hasn’t stopped providing top sheets). Before she finished, the headboard fell - at least it didn’t fall on our heads in the middle of the night! Given the safety hazard, we were moved to another room. Skip this property - it’s very poorly managed.

    We have stayed here a lot and will not stay here again. Maybe they were short staffed but upon driving up, the garbage can had trash all over the place. Our room and many other's were not ready and we were pushing 5pm. I had requested a handicap accessible room for my disabled father but there was none available and the adjoining rooms that I also requested were a thing of fairy tales. There was no hand soap in either of our room and someone's laundry bag who I can only hope stayed in our room right before us was still in the closet. Breakfast was not fully stocked, the person working there was a ghost, and tables were dirty with ketchup and syrup. When my husband located syrup, it was from an actual syrup bottle but the cap wasnt even on, and there went his waffle. No more waffles could be made as the batter was gone, as were my hopes of giving this hotel a better review. Oh, and we took our kids so they could enjoy the pool but the pool could not be used because one story was that the pump didn't work and another that there was not enough chlorine. I am not sure why everything was so bad compared to previous trips but we will not be back. They have a "guarantee" that you will be happy but the employees did not seem to care about anyone's happiness as long as they could get to their smoke break. Do better. Be better.

    Reserved a king got two queens instead which are more like double beds. The sink was stopped up, asked for a different room and was told no but they would lower my second night rate. No discount applied. 1/2 roll of tp and the room wasn’t clean. I’ve stayed here before and had a better experience. I will not be back to this hotel.     The entire hotel needs an upgrade and deep cleaning. THe toilet seat was cracked and had to be replaced.     The room was comfortable and spacious. But the real stars were the staff! The power went out during the last part of the stay and the staff were outstanding during this difficult situation. They were very friendly and offered complimentary bottles of water as the power outage affected the drinks machines for breakfast.

    Everything was good, room was clean, the only thing that we had a clogged restroom and the front desk person told us to go p[ick up the plunger that he was the only employee and he couldn't leave the front desk. That really upset me. This is the second time we stay there and I had never had any problems. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, this time there was no bacon but they did have sausage, waffles, coffee, egg, potatoes, overall aside from the restroom it was good.

    The phone did not work it was also stained and old. Both elevators hooked very aggressively when moving than once to your floor it took way too long for doors to open. They were unsafe. Breakfast was nice for a 2 star hotel and staff was really friendly. Parking is adequate.

    Great stay...room extremely clean and bed was comfy... the staff was very courteous, and the breakfast counter was excellent both days of our stay. The Staff kept all the food preparations over the top..love you guys

    After checking in, my wife stayed in the car with the kids while I went in to set up the pack-and-play for our baby. Walking down the hallsX I saw extensive amounts of dust and dirt on the floors, and noticed the vents in the walls had dust in them. The elevator had a terrible musk to it. Whatever, just the hallway and elevator right? No. Upon entering the room, I turned on the A/C so it would begin to cool the room down by the time we got everything in and ready for bed. After setting up the pack-and-play, I went back down and out to the car where I noted to my wife how much my nasal sinus’ were burning and I wasn’t sure why. We then haul the kids upstairs and begin to change them into PJ’s when my baby begins to cough, seriously cough. I mention the dusty hallway vent to my wife. We then proceed to check the in-room vents and A/C units. Dust caked on there that looks like it gets wiped down once a year if it’s lucky. We then check the bathroom for mold and mildew, of which there was both (my wife is severely allergic to black mold). We then go down to the front desk who offers us another room but no refund because we’ve checked in already. We decline the additional room based on the appearance of the first and the hallways’ immense dirtiness. We were told to call the GM on Monday to talk about the situation. TL;DR— DO NOT STAY HERE—DIRTY!

    My car was broken into and I was not the only person to get their car broken into that night. Each weekend for past 2 weekends prior there were break ins. Police understand that it will happen and so does staff. The cameras are in a bad area, there is no night light, there is no 24 hour security. It’s a joke. Very unhappy with how often people this theft happens and how little help you can get when you get attacked.

    The room was adequate but was stuffy and humid. But the biggest downfall was a lack of housekeeping. I was aware that they only cleaned every other day. However I stayed three nights and never had housekeeping visit.

    We did have a problem with the bedding. The sheets seemed too small and kept coming off, and the bedspread kept bunching up. A small hand mirror was stolen from our room. I reported it to the front desk.

    If you're particular about the cleanliness of a hotel you will likely not be satisfied. There was hair in my bed sheets and hair on the shower walls. Kinda seems like they may not be changing the bedsheets. Rest of the room was clean and the air conditioning worked feally well. It was ok.

    The property and staff were excellent. I gave it a 4 stars of 5 due to the breakfast that was horrible. They ran out of half the breakfast before we got there. We left due to get breakfast elsewhere.

    Seems like a lot of car break ins here. Broken glass in parking lot and not a lot of cameras or other deterrents to prevent break ins.

    Our stay was fine and adequate. The bed was not the greatest, older mattress, and the AC unit in our room squeaked throughout the night, making it harder to sleep, but other than that it was great. The provided breakfast is very nice!
