The hotel was very affordable , very clean and quiet and the staff was great. We slept very well and comfortable. There Isn't anything that I did not like about this hotel.

The rooms had several roaches, the pool was only clean once and never covered during my stay and had bugs, cigarette butts, and other paraphernalia around it. It was a hassle to get clean towels and soap. The property itself was rugged and looked worn. The female manager was very rude and short with her explanations. I would never recommend anyone stay there and honestly would like to be partially refunded my money. Just a terrible overall experience

i loved how clean the room was. The shower floor wasn't scummy and gross. And last of all, there were no roaches. I didn't get any wifi. I had tiny towels, and there was barely any soap. Overall it was good tho.

Bed was good room temp was great We could of had more towels, WiFi didn't work, no hot water, limited parking. We had to park on opposite side of building. No staff available over night. No ice machine. And we had a couple of roaches pop out in our room.

The Rented room i paid for had an occupant occupying it that was not supposed to be there. Staff were friendly though. Supposed to refund me as i didnt end up staying due to this. The room i rented being occupied.

To be honest I didn’t like anything about this property. I reserved my stay for an evening I ended up extending my stay reserved the room for a following evening I took my luggage n bags w me for some reason I felt the need too ,but left all my new hygiene, (huge bottles) electric toothbrush et.. Ask front desk to have room serviced, clean towels n bedding since I was away I thought it would be a good time to get room clean well to my surprise when I get in that evening I was like where are my things? I call front desk and she is not aware of anything due to being new employee she calls and says that she doesn’t know what happened and all she can give me to make up is the tiny sample shampoo n little bar soaps I’m livid by this point it’s late in evening I can’t believe my belongings are gone I end up staying another night to get info and all they could offer is $25 compensation WTF my toothbrush alone was $99 not to mention my hygiene I am still bothered talking about it took the stupid $25 and mind you the lady was shorting me by saying it was a $20 compensation I was like no it was $25!

The front desk clerk AJ removed my belongings out of my room and vandalized my things. He purposely took ice cream out of the freezer I had put in there and dumped it upside down into my belongings so it melted onto my things. My clothes were tossed onto the floor in the back room where he dumped all my stuff, he killed the orchid plant I had in my room by breaking off branches and tearing off the blooms, my tablet was broken and I had several items missing

I like the convenience of fast food in walking distance.and the security guard walks around at night make sure your car is safe or at least I feel that way the staff up front is very nice and helpfull. Especially the one in charge she helped me out a couple times with my reservations very nice I didn't like the beds other than that everything was okay no roaches no bugs

You pay for what you get but the staff and the security at front office are great. They are steadily busy but seem to stop and serve great customer service. Very impressed.

No hot water had to wait the next by 10 am when check out was at 11 am so I slept dirty and had to rush to shower before check out

For a couple of days/nights, some jackass just Needed to blast his vehicles boom box. HAd to wait for His pleasure before I could relax.

Overall a very good experience. The area of location had many choices of food and necessities ( mcds, heb, etc) The personnel were sociable and customer service was good. The entry to the shower from the restroom area was a bit steep. It was difficult for my fiance to get in. Her height was the issue. I was able to help her but for those who may have future plans to stay there. I suggest installing a handle bar on the wall to help.

I had a double bed of which one I didnt use, springy beds and my socks were black from the unmopped floors. Something drove me insane at night itching me. Not bugs but definitely the sheets n plowcases irritating my skin on exposed areas..i was told numerous times that the deposit would be returned to my card but Never did.

The first room we got the TV was cracked in 2 places and was unplugged. I probably wouldn't have noticed until the next day, which it would have been hard to believe it was like that when we got there. So we took pictures and went to the front desk. We got another room right away. They had a microwave, fridge, stove, and sink. There was a lot of room. You have to call to get more sheets, towels, toilet paper, etc. if you are staying more than one day. Overall the room was clean. We had a very good and comfortable time.

I booked a room for non smoking because I have a 2 yr old and once I got the card for my room the smell of cigarettes and marijuana was so strong it gave me a headache so I sprayed perfume and dove deodorant, it was infested with roaches and the floor was so dirty and sticky I do not recommend staying here for anyone.

The comforter had cigarette burns. Toilet seat was loose and wobbly and there was hair in the bath tub. Found a clump of hair between the sheets which at first glance looked like a huge spider. Went to the H‑E‑B across the expressway and bought Clorox wipes and Lysol spray to sanitize the room. I told the clerk about the condition and he just stood there and looked at me. Never said I’m sorry to hear that or I’ll notify housekeeping. Nothing. Very disappointed.

It's overall good better than others clean I did see a 1 roach but I was comfortable. I managed to get done business done but there is some addicts around cuz of some empty baggies laying around in the parking lot. Honestly I've seen worse!

The pictures on hotels.com look like they were taken 10 years ago, as the outside of the hotel is painted a dark gray as opposed to the vibrant yellow and pink in the photos. The room looked like it was being used for... illicit recreational activities. A plastic bag on the smoke detector, the fridge didnt work. Paint chips all over the floor, and the entire room smelled like someone poured an entire bottle of laundry bleach on the floor and just let it soak into the vinyl flooring. The sink was clogged, the towels had hair all over them, and the toilet was disgusting. Ended up leaving and staying at a best western. Do yourself a favor, and don't be tempted by the low price tag.

Overall great value for the price to stay. Security is pretty tight so it has definitely done some changing over the past year or so. Not as much drug activity. Quieter. It's my first choice when in San Antonio.

The only good in this room was the bed. I called to get remote for TV I’m still waiting. I have stayed in various of hotels in my life this was the worse. It needs lots of improvements. I liked how the door was halfway off the hinges and the air choked of cigarette smoke when we walked in. I did NOT like the unidentified sticky stains that glued the phone to the receiver. I also did NOT like the different weird blood stains on the sheets and holes/deterioration in the wall. The fridge did not work and when asked to be rebooked, Expedia told me to stay in the room if I didn’t have enough money for another one because my refund was unavailable. Subpar experience and the customer service number made the situation slightly worse rather than resolved. We stayed otp with Expedia for 2 hours just for them to tell us the same thing while we were in an uncomfortable situation and then further proceeded to tell us how they don’t have a QA or higher ups that we could speak to about resolving the issue. When I asked for the number to HQ, we were told to wait and then being provided with the same number we called and telling us it’s HQ, we then saw the REAL number for Expedia HQ and they declined our call and tried to say they could only compensate with a 25$ gift card and that we’d need to come out of pocket if we wanted any accommodations or room changes because the “refund is already processing” even though we only had money for the room for that night. Several biohazards in the room where we didn’t even want to sit down and this is supposed to be a place with a cleaning crew. Below subpar and completely unacceptable. I did not enjoy my time here, don’t waste yours.

This is a disappointment of an establishment. How they have not been shut down is astonishing! The room given (room 105) looked like it had never been cleaned, the “pillow cases” had burn holes. The pillows were brown stained from how old and dirty they were. The sheets smelled dirty, the floor, mirror and bathroom were disgusting. Not including the roaches crawling on the floor! We were in a “non smoking” room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I got a headache with the smell just walking in. This motel is a serious health hazard, especially for kids! We tried to get a refund and it was denied. It is extremely sad how they think it’s okay to let their customers stay in these kind of living conditions.

Terrible hotel, dirty room and the restroom was the worse one .TV wasn’t working, the first hotel I’ve stayed in San Antonio that didn’t have a phone in the room .i had payed for two night , after my first night I left to a different hotel.

The Fridge in the room was leaking water. The front desk guy, solution was to just unplug the fridge even though we told him that we had items in the fridge. A homeless guy kept randomly knocking on door two or three times. Then at 5 am, someone was reving the truck loud trying to squeeze into a small parking space. Will never go there again.

Very walkable convenient to shopping, dinning and evening entertainment or plenty of spots for a nice time to hang out and have a few.

Non smoking room but smelled like smoke. Daughter stuck hand in wet pain 30 seconds into being in room. Pillows looked like pillow covers with no pillows in the cover. Cigarette butts all over outside. Floor wasn’t cleaned. Remote was under back of bed, towels had stains and fingerprints, ceiling in bathroom had mold, bed was sunken in, went to brush teeth and there were cigarette butts coming out of drain in sink. No hairdryer, or hangers. No tissues. 2 broken hangers. Do not stay here it is disgusting

This hotel is a great option if you are looking for something super affordable and a convenient location. The rooms are clean with all the basic necessities. Hotel staff was also very friendly! The only thing that felt a bit unsafe is that the rooms were outside facing an open space.

Room was ok. Got a non-smoking room but as soon as we walked in the room stunk like a strong smell of cigarette. There was also cigarette burns on the blanket. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest. Hair on the towels, blankets, tub. We found/killed 3 roaches when we walked in & found random roach guts on microwave, and trash cans. The trash cans themselves also were wet from idk what & had random hair shavings and was just so dirty. We had to buy febreeze & sanitize wipes just to clean the room & so it didn’t stink like cigarette but no matter what, the smell still stayed, for the entire week. & when unpacking from vacation, the smell stuck onto my clothes. For 2 ppl they only gave us 2 towels and 2 toilet paper & after reading we have to buy extra, we just bought some from a store. The staff weren’t very welcoming, just serious.. I guess better then having attitude. But gosh, when they knock for housekeeping I yelled “no thank you” repeatedly & the man still unlocks door and walks in! That happened twice in a row to the point where I had to put the security lock just to feel more comfortable…You can’t trust anyone. Security also knocked on our door for some reason, always woke us up everyday of our stay. Pool was very cold so, bummer but it looks clean. For the price, it’s not too bad & it’s pretty decent. We also had to buy our own Blankets and towels. Just consider bringing your own cleaning supplies, blankets, towels, and put the security lock on & you should be good.

I liked the price but we'll have to see what happens to the refund of the third day that we did not stay there. I was offered a $20 refund when I returned the key, but I have not seen it yet. The top of the bathroom sink was dingy. The A/C sockets were loose and did not hold the plug. There were no pillow cases on the pillows, just dust covers. One had a cigarette burn in it.

Manager was rude and provided no help in resolving the situation. However receptionists was very kind and helpful

The linens were stained. The furniture was all moved away from the walls. The curtains were very stained. The room smelled very musty. There was a freestanding dorm size fridge with a small microwave sitting on top of it. We would not book this motel again.
