Rooms are very noisy from road noise. Disappointed that they offer room freshen service alternate days unless you ask. Even after asking and being told they would freshen my room, they still did not. Breakfast was good though

Hotel was close to the highway, Restaurants and shopping area. Parking was free and breakfast was great with a variety.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and it never disappoints. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Although they can have a more variety for breakfast, it is exceptionally good and parking is never an issue.

Clean, quiet, and polite staff. Yellow hallways were a little weird but room was clean.

My husband and I have allergies and asthma. We were glad to see pets were not allowed, so we didn't suffer effects from staying there as we have many other hotels. Staff was great. Location worked well for us to visit family and plenty of retail and restaurants around.

Very kind staff (Frida, in particular). Location is great with shopping and dinning alternatives nearby. This is one of our go-to stays when traveling back home to Monterrey since it is closer to the MX boarder but still in the city.

Beds were clean and comfy. Received a call shortly after arrival checking if we had everything we needed which was a special touch to the stay. Breakfast had a good selection and staff working kitchen was very inviting.

I liked the cleanness and the facilities where very well maintained, bed was really nice and clean. The ladies from cleaning were very friendly and nice. The staff at reception was with attitude not the newbie, the other lady I think she was more manager, and that breakfast ended earlier than time.

Nothing I booked a room for my daughter (18) and my sister (36) to stay the night so they wouldn't drive back at night. They would not let them check in. They also would not let me get a refund.

Only place me and my wife stay at, when we're in San Antonio, no matter how far we have to drive. The staff is so helpful and nice, the facilities are always clean. Had to leave.

Concierge or manager on duty was very helpful, professional, and explained hotels rules in an extremely polite manner. We even received a phone call about 15 mins after check in to insure our room was as expected and if we needed any additional toiletries, bedding, or towels.

We love it here. very clean, comfy rooms and beds. Nice pool and workout space. They have snacks and drinks in lobby reasonable prices if you get a craving or need bottle water. Traffic could be bad in the area at certain times, not a hotel issue.

This simplistic and ordinary hotel charged a resort fee of $25 that we knew nothing about previously. There is absolutely no validity for a resort fee based on where it is located and that there is nothing remotely close to this hotel being a resort. They also charged a $5/day internet fee. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Somehow the pillow covers and bed sheets are not smell good. Also AC unit thermostat is not in good condition. Not able to adjust the properly. Other than those, service and staff are good.

I had booked a king size bed room for two people but was given a double queen beds room. My husband said it was too much hassle to move to another room so decided to not complain. I was surprised that our room provided 103, had a broken lamp cover and stain chair. Expected a little better but the hotel was clean overall. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Location was perfect. We would stay again but hope they honor what we reserved and paid for.

The sign by the pool says open from 6am to 11pm but when we called and asked the front desk they said 10 am. Since we didn’t go check the door prior to 10. Not sure who was telling the truth, the sign or the front desk person, but we waited around like an hour and maybe we could’ve gone in the pool earlier but went off what front desk stated.

Staff member super rude and tried to use my Debit card and they told me I couldn’t. Booked for one night was the hardest most impossible way to pay for one night they gave me so many problems

We found a great deal at this location. Extremely clean and close to Sam’s, Walmart and places to eat. Comfortable beds for a good nights rest before heading out to our next destination.

The only downside is traffic. To get to the road the hotel is on, you have to bypass a busy street, which always has traffic. That said, the area itself has plenty of places to eat and shop, within waking distance. A bonus is that Dowtown San Antonio is only 5 to 10 minutes down the highway. I highly recommend this location and plan to stay here again.

The stay was good. The front desk service was not very hospitable when I arrived. I waited 5 minutes to be serviced. There were two desk clerks and I had to wait for one to get off the phone with a customer to be serviced.

I live that hotel that is the 3rd time we have stayed ther. I never fear my car being broken into. Its clean the staff are amazing with special request. My boyfriend is an amputee and they always make sure we have the tings we need for him.

Overall my stay was great. From when we walked in, the staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and breakfast was simple, but very good. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the room and quietness. We needed a place not far from home due to electricity issues. Expedia found this property and so we went. Upon arrival the front desk worker said there was an issue with the virtual credit card. This was not a customer issue but an issue between the hotel and Expedia. The Hotel worker called Expedia and told them the credit card would not go through that Expedia gave them. The lady asked the hotel worker some questions about the hotel property and the worker stumbled and could not provide information. Long story short short hotel should be trained on issues so customers are not waiting at the counter for 20 minutes.

Its very clean, staff is great close to a mambos sea food is awesome.

The lobby smells moldy and the room smelled like an old dog. The bathroom floor and carpet wasn’t clean. The armchair was so stained and dirty that I wouldn’t even put my purse on it. The lighting was extremely poor to apply makeup.

We have stayed there before. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I never have to worry if they have the accommodations we need when my boyfriend and i stay. My boyfriend is a leg amputee and uses a wheel chair at night and to get in and out of the shower. They always make sure the bench or chair is in good condition. They allow early check in without a lot of extra headache. The room always feels clean never seen sso much as an insect inside the lobby or rooms. And let me tell you it smells amazing when you walk into the libby like they are always cleaning it.

Stayed a night for a short trip, I came a little late so had to park a little far but totally understandable. Room is spacious, clean, bed and pillows are comfy. TV has a lot of channels, especially Netflix & Youtube. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Staffs were super nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The property was so clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast, and they have a smaller nice and clean pool. The rooms were a good size. Not big or small. They have a microwave and small fridge in the room. The staff was nice. They checked us in quickly. Free parking too. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and a Walmart across the street. This is our second time here, and both times were great.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Hotel was clean, the employees were nice and it was reasonably priced. I am happy we chose this hotel. This is actually the second time we stayed. Great job with whomever is in charge and has a great team of folks that makes this hotel a great place to stay when visiting San Antonio!!

The Fairfield Suites at Brooks City Base was very clean and the service was geeat. The location waa walking distance from a shopping center with a Walmart. It also was near a lot of restraunts. 10 minutes from downtown. Hoghly recommend. The only issue was with the traffic light on Military that turns left onto Goliad where hotel was located. I sat in the left turning lane almost 10 minutes before it turned green. For the remainder of my stay I continued straight on Military past Goliad and made a left at the next light going around the Walmart. Much quicker.

Everything was great! I do wish they had more laundry because they only had one set and with a line of people who forget to get their clothes after 30 mins
