    Breakfast was ok, Well to start off there was no one in the front desk area when we arrived we had to wait 20 min or more for someone to arrive after multiple people were waiting in the lobby no one apologized for making us wait for so long. The room in which we stayed in was not the best, the tile was peeling off from the restroom, there was a big water stain in the ceiling above the bed, it was also outdated I expected better conditions since it's a Marriott

    The breakfast was OK. It was eggs, sausage, and some French toast. the only thing I would’ve liked was if they had the French vanilla creamers they had some, but I don’t know what kind they were and they were alright just not flavorful Actually for the price, I got exactly what I was expecting so there really wasn’t anything I did not like it was clean. The beds were comfortable. I would’ve liked a couple more pillows on my bed but other than that, it was OK.

    I reserved a King Room and to my surprise I checked in and went up to the room only to find out that I wasn’t given a King Room, instead a double bed room. When I went down to the check in desk and complained about it, then and only then was I told that the King Rooms were overbooked. Mind you, at the time of my reservation, there was still 5 King Rooms available.

    It was a good stay. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good quality. The ladies working breakfast were very attentive, as were the people at the front desk. It's a pretty basic hotel that has everything you need, including a heated indoor pool.

    The gentleman checking everyone in on April 17 2026 was extremely rude. Act like he didn’t want to be there and made the check in process very disappointing. The facility is run down and extremely dirty on the entire floor. Huge stains on the mattresses in room 524. Air conditioner didn’t work through the night. It was a very unpleasant stay. It is not easy to get to and they charge you for parking

    Absolutely rhe worst experience ever. I was 10 minutes early and was not allowed to check in. First night there my truck and 4 others had our windows busted out and our trucks were rummaged through. Due to prior commitments I had no choice but to stay the next night. Went out to leave and there were 8 additional trucks with their windows busted out. Management DID NOT care. I asked several times Friday and Saturday for a manager and never spoke to one. I was told " I have let them know you want to talk to them". Bring your own towels - ask for clean towels and was told twice "towels are in the dryer. We will bring you some". Never got clean towels.

    The next day they took all the towels and left no toilet paper in the facility, and the hand soap was gone. The treadmill in the workout room was catching and then at one point the electricity went out and it was out for at least 3 days!

    The breakfast was adequate as you would expect, but the waitstaff, Judy, was amazingly friendly and helpful. She was the best part od the experience. The street and parking lot had potholes and seemed hazardous to many vehicles. The pricing for parking was high and unnecessary for the condition of the lot. The air conditioning in the room would not adjust and kept running even when it was turned off which is not bad for Texas heat, but it still was not functional. The shower head was broken and sprayed in all directions despite any attempt to adjust the sprayer settings. The tiel in the bathroom floor was loose and the grout was breaking and sitting on the tile. Overall, not a pleasant stay for the price paid. My wife and I were disappointed that we boiked for 2 nights and had to stay both but didn't want to lose the money we already paid. We love San Antonio and usually stay at other brands of hotels. We will definitely avoid this one and return to our normal.

Even though we were "upgraded to a King Suite" (the circumstances were understandable but my guest and I were forced into a smaller space) the pull-out bed was filthy and there were no extra linens or pillows. The room was next to the visitors' laundry room and the whole floor smelled damp and unpleasant. Wifi was sporatic at best, half the outlest and/or lamps didn't work, and there's no fan in the water closet. Add to this that parking is $5 a day or in a dark area outside the gate. I wouldn't recommend this location for anyone vacationing or the 2nd floor for anyone with asthma with environmental triggers, like myself and my guest.

    Why would they rent out the room if the ac is not working. The tech guy came in and could not get it going, and would let the desk know. So ee leave for the evening and return late and the front desk didn’t know about getting us another room. That is how smooth the check-in was.

I will say that the staff needs to do a better job telling customers that there is a charge to park. There are signs in the parking lot, but there needs to be a sign visible during check-in. The girl that checked us in did not mention it at all. We only found out later after checking in. And it has to be done by scanning a QR code. Not a problem for me, but for those who are not tech savvy, they might have to ask for help. And if you dont do it exactly right, you will get charged every time you come in the gate, instead of only being charged once per day. The manager, Ashley, was great in helping me out with this issue.

    The elevator wasnt working, and we were staying on the 4th floor so that made it kind of stressing, I did ask if they were getting fixed soon and they said they didnt know when, they did offer to help with the stuff we had, but we still had more stuff to bring down from what they helped with which was only a stroller I was also charged a little more than what my reservation showed and from what they told my on the front desk when i checked in

    The hotel, itself, is a challeging location to get to. I lived in San Antonio for 12 years and I still was not sure if I was in the right place. I went to check in (I was early) - zero staff was there to help. I do have a service dog and they were great about him. He has paperwork but they never asked to see it. I do appreciate that but the hotel is out of date.

    The hotel, itself, is a challeging location to get to. I lived in San Antonio for 12 years and I still was not sure if I was in the right place. I went to check in (I was early) - zero staff was there to help. I do have a service dog and they were great about him. He has paperwork but they never asked to see it. I do appreciate that but the hotel is out of date.

    The breakfast is horrible and limited for a "breakfast buffet" The gravy for the biscuits just taste watery n plain. When i went to the front desk to ask for towels for the pool because they were out they told me they would bring them to me and that i could only get 3 for my family of 4 but in the end they never came. And pillows are soo uncomfortable

    In the online check in I specified a 11AM check in we arrived at 11:30 and was told that we could not check in until 12:30 1 pm and that they would text us when a room was ready. We did not receive a text message by 2PM so we traveled back to the hotel and approached the front desk top see if they did have a room available and they did. by the time we got up to our room that is when a text message came stating there was a room available. HUMM!!. When we arrived to our room floor the smell of marijuana was over powering through out the hallway (Not good being I had my 6 year old grandson). The room had not been vacuumed because we saw food crumbs through out and my grandson found a lint roller sleeve filled with hair IN his bed under the sheets and cover (very disgusting!!

    We were visiting the San Antonio are for the first time. Upon arriving to the hotel we waited awhile until we were able to check in because there was no staff available to do so. Once we were checked in we went up to our room. The room had a musty smell to it which was terrible but when we asked for a new room we were accommodated but it was not much better. It was not the best accommodations but we could not cancel once we booked because it would not allow us too. We will be back to visit San Antonio but will not be staying here again.

    About the hotel…the location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do but the hotel is on the older side and definitely needs attention. The rooms are small and the rooms that have king size bed don’t have a sofa bed in it the only rooms with sofa bed have 1 queen bed in it. The bathroom had many loose tiles on the floor and you could see where lots of the grout was gone. Our room had no iron, ironing board or blow dryer which should be in each room. The room smelled very musky/humid that made it uncomfortably so I had to spray some air freshener to help. Unfortunately we won’t be staying at this hotel again but I do want to acknowledge the people working there for their great customer service.

    I was disappointed that the heater in my room did not work, I checked in late, so I was not able to call and get in another room. The room was somewhat cold and I checked out early, as the room was to cold for me. Breakfast was great, but the dining room is too small and the coffee area was not kept clean, coffee also ran out. When I check in, the person who checked me in was able to accommodate me on the top floor.

    Steve was great at time of check in, very nice and respectful. At checkout the lady was wonderful, also she handled herself very professional when she had to remove a gentleman from breakfast time without any alterations or getting loud. She kept her posture and spoke to him with gentle voice even though man was trying to get loud and curse. Kudos to her!

    Hotel was not very clean at all. Room smelled like someone just got done smoking, tub would not work properly, Paint was chipping in room all over, in the bathroom there was rust on everything metal. While we stayed there for one night our friends truck got broke into on the property right out front under the lights. Staff was so so. The dayshift lady was not as friend as the evening/night person. Even when you click to check in early that doesn’t mean anything. We had to wait till 3:00 to actually get in. Breakfast options were very limited when we expected more.

    The cleanliness wasn’t good..we found a small bug in our bed, the bathroom was not very clean( the toilet looked liked it hadn’t been clean in a while with black streaks inside), none of the outlets on the lamps worked and the tissue box was completely empty. We stayed busy most our trip so wasn’t in the hotel very long. Did use the pool and it looked cleaned but no towels were available. Overall very disappointing stay with y’all.
