The only good thing I can say is they give you a card for 3 free drinks per night, per person. Everything else wasn't good. Paid $150 for valet parking and they refused to park my vehicle. No bathroom on the main floor, you have to walk downstairs. The elevators are tiny. Our whole floor smelled like pot. Directions from employees were always wrong. The hallways looked like a hospital, not very inviting. They have free food, but it's disgusting.

Hotel is unique with beautiful architecture and charm. Elevator rides were a challenge due to the small size and number of travelers. Parking was also complicated as they are not able to accomodate oversize vehicles.

Great location in downtown with imediate access to Riverwalk. The property is a bit older in a regal historical type of way. Stay was great, the included breakfast a little perk, gym needs a bit of an update, and the valet was a little slow at times but is likely like this thru most high-rise hotels in San Antonio.

Everything that we could of asked for was met. The staff was friendly and the hotel maintenance crew worked immediately when an occasion arose. The view from the outdoor pool on the roof was like no other, not to mention the 2 hot tubs on the roof. The food was above par, the free dinner and drinks was something we weren't able to enjoy because we were constantly on the go. But from what we saw, the hotel Drury is the place to be in San Antonio. I love San Antonio and the Drury hotel. Definitely will be back.

Located in Downtown, not ideal for families traveling with luggage as we had to park in a garage across the street. Was located on the Riverwalk. Hotel was nice but the rooms were outdated.

Everything was great except 2 things, parking is $43 a day which is very expensive for San Antonio and rooms in needs of an upgrade but staff was wonderful and everything was very clean, comfortable.

We always stay at the Drury on the Riverwalk in San Antonio! The happy hour can’t be beat and the location is easy to access. Clean rooms and always give us an upgrade when available. We love it!

The room was really spacious and clean. The complementary hour was amazing.

The room was nice and clean. Everyone was extremely friendly. The food provided by the hotel on Friday evening was delicious. We would definitely stay here again. The halls on the 14th floor was in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and the floors were stained very badly.

FABULOUS hotel

I can say the floor around the pool needs to be like the bottom of the pool floor, rough! I saw a man wipe out by the ladder on the deep end. Too slippery. He laid a towel down there. He seemed ok. Also my sister, is handicap, was with our brother, who is a small man, there was a fire in the laundry room or something and you called for evacuation. I was in the other tower and we had no evacuation. So I did not know that was happening. My brother screamed for someone to help get Leslie, our sister down the stairs, well a big strong man from your staff came out of the crowd and thought he could pick her up, she is at least 200lbs, he had her in his arms then his foot slipped, probably because he couldnt see over her body to see where he was stepping. I really commend him for trying to help but I think it would have been better if he put her arm over his shoulder and his arm around her and my brother Robert on the otherside to do the same. It would have been safer. As it was they fell Leslie hit her head on the concrete and your employee busted his foot and then he couldnt walk. Fortunately the evacuation was called off and the medics arrived to help both of them. I dont know how your employee is, but Leslie seems ok. If you can let me know how he is.We love your hotel other than that. The staff are great, everything is clean and working. Food is good too.

Hotel was very nice. They had free breakfast and free dinner/drinks every night. It's also right on the Riverwalk with super easy access. The rooftop pool was awesome and my kids loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had absolutely no problems, we liked everything!

The people who were very amazing, clean rooms, hopeful staff, it was awesome picked up. My grandkids had them here for a couple days. It was so fun.

The front desk staff, food and beverage staff, and housekeeping were all amazing! The bar/restaurant downstairs was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and desserts were great! The complimentary breakfast was great as well. Location was perfect, we didn’t have to get our vehicle out of valet until the 3rd day as we walked everywhere along the river walk.

Love staying here, its in the heart of the Riverwalk, food is amazing here and the customer service is the best in Texas.

Beautiful room, clean and well appointed. Valet and front desk staff were prompt, friendly and professional, even during an especially busy time. Access to the river walk was a plus. The evening reception included 3 cocktails as well as a hearty snack offering- enough to make a meal ( chicken, baked potatoes, pulled pork, etc). Breakfast also included a full range of hot and cold options. Would highly recommend.

I honestly can't say I liked anything because I loved everything. This reservation came with so much more that I didn't even realize. Free breakfast of course. Most hotels do that right? Well this also came with free dinner and evening snacks. It is directly on the Riverwalk. Absolutely beautiful views. Two pools. One indoor one outdoor hotel room was humongous. Two queen size beds plus pull-out couch that honestly could have fit three of my kids not just two. And to be honest I thought it was bigger than the queen beds. Staff was excellent and room service daily. I did forget about parking but they offer valet services for $43 a day so we took advantage of the valet who were very polite and very quick in retrieving our vehicle whenever we needed it. Hotel felt very secure having to use your room key to access not only the hotel but the elevator on the bottom floor, which means that there was only guests and staff throughout the entire hotel. If I could rate this a 100 I would. We would definitely be back to stay at the Drury hotel. Oh and also the hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was stunning and the history of the hotel. Make sure you asked the staff about it. It was really interesting. And for all the tourists this hotel is smack dab in the middle of everything you want to see and experience. The alamo, river walk, local restaurants, pubs, bars, and so much more are all within walking distance. And for those that want to experience the other sites such as Schlitterbahn, the San Antonio zoo, the caverns, the wildlife, drive-thru Park, and more. It is all within driving distance less than 30 minutes away. This hotel is a vacationer's dream. Nothing. I liked everything

This is our second stay at this hotel. We love the hotel, the staff from the valet to the front desk were all so friendly and helpful. Amenities are fantastic. We will definitely go back again.

The hotel and room were very clean and the meals were very good. I loved being right on the Riverwalk. I wished that the accessible bathroom had a bench or seat in the shower. Also, the hot tubs and the pool were packed with people all the time so we never got to get in. Everyone was very helpful.

Absolutely nothing good, old hotel, outdated rooms, breakfast with couples of items, forced overcharged valet, not worth it.

Absolutely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in to include really nice and more expensive one in Los Vegas. My husband and I were celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary and wanted to be near the Riverwalk. This one, The Plaza, was right there off the basement elevator. Hotel food was great and readily available morning and late night. Can’t say enough about the room… even had normal height commode which we found scarce everywhere else. We will be back!!!

The room was really clean and the snacks and drinks were fun. Much more than expected and the price was reasonable. I was just up for one night and it was really close to the Riverwalk. The parking fee was difficult- online it’s listed as $32, I got a message from the hotel after booking saying it was $39, I get there and it’s posted at $43, and then when I get charged it was almost $50 after taxes. That part was a little bit ridiculous that there was no consistency. If they want $50 to park overnight after already posting for the room then they should be up front about it. Otherwise, it was quite fun.

Great place, very large room was great

The rooms were very clean and all the staff I encountered were so nice and accommodating. Tye breakfast was your standard with eggs, patty sausage, waffles, fruit , etc. The hotel was lobby was beautiful and ornate! The location was perfect steps away from the Riverwalk and convention center was a short 12 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in San Antonio! Go Spurs!

You have to pay 43 dollar per night for parking, they have Valet parking but you better order your car at least 15 minutes before you’re ready to head out or you’re going to wait long time for you car

Great staff, check in at the desk was so smooth and the gal was super friendly and explained how the evening drinks and buffet style snacks worked and the breakfast. Hotel lobby is beautiful and our room was clean, beds comfy, and room had coffee and a fridge and microwave. This hotel has a great rooftop terrace where we sat and watched the sunset and the view is wonderful. They also have 2 pools, one is a rooftop pool. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and can't even believe all the food and the 3 drinks person that comes with it..I want to give extra credit to Connie who was working Sat eve when we were looking for a table to sit for the drinks and food. It was extremely busy and she pointed out a table that had just come available and promptly cleared and washed it for us. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond. I don't know who hires and trains the staff here but literally the best service I have ever had anywhere in all aspects. We will be back!!

We have stayed in San Antonio several times over the years and i will say this is the BEST hotel my family and i have EVER stayed in the country! as soon as we arrived i immediately saw how beautiful the hotel is and we were welcomed with a smile! even the valet was very nice!! We traveled with two kids under 3 and the staff made this entire experience a breeze!! from check in, i immediately knew this was the hotel we would be coming back to. all of the food was so delicious!!! everyone made us feel so welcome and the room was so amazing! the beds were extremely comfortable. the pool was so nice and i loved how attentive the staff was while we were eating. we never went without and they went out of their way to help us find seating. they made us feel so calm and at peace while we stayed here. we only stayed one night but we will definitely be coming back in the future and this is the only hotel we will be saying it from here on out! great job to all of the staff, so attentive and so amazing!

Every staff member was always polite, informative and helpful in every way possible. The breakfast was always fresh and hot and the happy hour was outstanding. These two items were a plus along with all the other amenities the hotel had to offer. We stayed for three days. I should have mentioned that first.

The breakfast bar had so many options and stayed well stocked. The breakfast bar attendants were polite and considerate. The location was right on the busy side of the boardwalk. You can walk right outside of the hotel onto the Boardwalk. The hotel is convenient to shopping, eateries, nightlife, and entertainment. I liked everything about this hotel.

It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. A few of the little issues was that it seemed that inly 3 out of the 6 elevators were in service. The wait for one during breakfast was a bit over 5 minutes. The other little issue was the valet parking. It would be nice for them to have a line for arrivals/departures and another for just vehicle pick up/drop offs. I understand it’s limited but it would help tremendously.

Walking distance to everything. Rooms spacious clean plenty of ventilation windows w views and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast, drinks and dinner snacks and also late night food available until 12 am for purchase in hotel. Large lobby with plenty of seating. Outdoor Rooftop pool as well as indoor pool available as well. Close to music venues. Aztec theatre.

Everything was great with the Exception of the valet parking, it seemed they were a bit understaffed so I understand the wait. The price for valet seems a bit high, I also wish you could park your own vehicle for maybe a smaller feee a day.

Convenient to river walk can go down and have direct access. We went during state basketball championships so of course rates were higher than usual.

Don't wait until too late to realize that this is actually on an island. The riverwalk goes around the property. Located in front of the Cathedral so you are able to visit the Light show at the cathedral at night- Marvelous. 1 block away from the "Lock" bridge. A bridge with padlocks attached by couples who swear they will remain together forever. According to our Riverboat G Rio boatswain, her brother has 3 locks on the bridge. Been married 3 times. Only 3 blocks away from the Briscoe Museum. Do not miss this gem. Steps away from Casa Rio, Bourdo's, so you can eat your life away. Talking about eating.. You don't need to go our because the evening 5:30pm complimentary meal and 3 beverages per person, is more than enough. Tellers' Bar, has great cuisine. The Pizza is unparalleled, (according to my kids), and chicken wings and Caesar's salad to die for. While there was some direct in the public walkways to the room, the team at the hotel, kept going to pick up after guests who would leave 'stuff' behind. The staff were friendly and professional. I loved the lady Miss. Polanco who checked us in. Mr Brian, who bussed our tables at breakfast and at evening dinner, the Valets - simply awesome. The breakfast reminded me of being in a Caribbean all-inclusive. - We ate continuously. My kids spent all the time in the afternoons in the pool. Great views from the pools. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to spend with my wife, as I was working. Thank you

Valet greeting started the stay off very well; registration staff were thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Nice view from room and right on the riverwalk. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff at check-in were very attentive and polite, which made a great first impression. The breakfast options were decent, and the evening kickback is a big plus- especially for families with kids, as it really adds convenience and value. The room itself was comfortable and met expectations. However, cleanliness could have been improved, as it didn't feel fully up to standard. Despite that, I would still consider staying again due to the service and amenities. The main issue was cleanliness. The bed sheets had visible stains, and there was hair (blonde hair, which no one in my family has) on the bedding. The toilet also had hairs inside the bowl, which required flushing to clear.

We loved the jacuzzi and that was on a separate hotel wing away from crowd.

We booked a king size and they changed it telling us we got an upgrade with a jacuzzi and a room with a view. The room was for a handicapped person and the view was for alley ways. NEVER staying there again!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Used to be a bank and The lobby is gorgeous. They upgraded our room for free because we were there for our 30th anniversary. Great breakfast. Definitely recommend.

We loved the location and the view of the city on the curch sidefrom the balcony. The breakfast and the Manager's Reception was really good. The front staff and valet were really nice. We prefer to park b our own vehicles rather than using valet, but that wasn't an option.

Love this hotel but the whole having to use the key card for the doors and elevators is annoying, the elevators itself was annoying literally had to wait 20mins for it to open, the whole valet parking as well is terrible and expensive.

I couldn't give a high enough recommendation! The staff was great. Location great. Hotel just beautiful! Josh gave us some great tips for out stay! Drury Happy Hour and Dinner atmosphere led to meeting Travellers from everywhere and sparked great conversations. One block to a Riverwalk entrance!

The staff was amazing, always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are on the small side but overall didn't lack for comfort. We opted to not rent a car to avoid the $40 parking fees per night, this fee felt excessive but most hotels in the area charge. The free breakfast and dinner/drinks were very much appreciated. It was an absolute pleasure I guess if I had to come up with something I didn't like it would be the two separate elevator trips in the bridge, but honestly it was negligible in comparison to facilities, service and room. Just wonderful. This has become my go-to. Usually at high-end places like this they charge you for breakfast and that's just another little perk that it's free

Location, location, location. Walk out the basement onto the San Antonio Riverwalk. The property is well maintained. The complementary dinner would have been better. It consisted of pulled pork sandwich, sandwiches, and hotdog.. The breakfast was much better.

The building is beautifully kept. The elevators are super quick. Our room was clean, cold and just comfortable- our beds were really comfy. The staff were extremely helpful and continued to check in on us while we ate dinner and breakfast. The hotel is wheelchair friendly, from entrance, to elevators and all the way up to the rooftop pool, has wheelchair accessibility.

There was a win with the San Antonio spurs. They celebrated outside our hotel with racing their car motors. We couldn’t sleep but found out the next morning that it was the tradition after each win. Some rooms were notified about this prior to it happening. But we weren’t. Would have been fun to go watch!! Lovely location

The staff was helpful when I arrived. Starting with the valet employees to the front desk personnel. Room was clean and the visit was overall very good. I liked the breakfast and snack time they had. I had never seen that before so it was a pleasant surprise. Especially if you're looking to save a little during the trip.

Plus was close to everything and they let you check in early. The bed was made but made with dirty bloody sheets. Towels were hard as a rock - just couldn’t believe the overall care of the place.

Fantastic experience at this location. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel general areas were clean. The breakfast area was clean an easily accessible. Perfect location with Riverwalk access and short walkable distance to everything else. Only parking available was valet. Tip: When checking in stay on Commerce Street and your making a left into the valet area and not on St marys.

This is probably the best Drury Inn I've stayed at. Great location on Riverwalk and very walkable area. Breakfast was very good and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Roof top pool is great. Direct access to Riverwalk is great for mobility challenged so as to avoid using stairs. Valet parking is convenient but expensive. Our room had a lot of street noise so good to use ear plugs which I did. Check room location for street noise if you are sensitive to that.

This hotel was such a blessing to our family for a spur of the moment 2 night stay. Right on the Riverwalk with was absolutely stunning at night. The room we had with beautiful sky line views of the city and the Riverwalk. As a family of 5 it was the perfect size for us. Every staff member I came in contact with were so sweet and made it feel like home. The breakfast, kick back and dinner WOW! Amazing. We will be back for sure. Now I’m looking for Drury Plaza for every state we visit, hoping to have the same experience.

The hotel offers free drinks and a buffet every night which is highly unusual. We found the free drinks not to our liking, but the food was different each night and really only one item with salad greens and some kind of roll. The food was tasty. We ate there only two nights but all the mornings (4). Great location. You can walk almost everywhere. We walked to the historic Market Square, the Alamo, the Riverwalk, the Governor's House, San Fernando Cathedral, the Magic Saloon (lots of fun, highly recommend), and the Western Art Museum (also recommended) We drove to the UNESCO Historic Mission National Park, the San Pedro Creek Culture Park which you could walk, and the Pearl Brewery District. The first night we were there the San Antonio Spurs won their play off game and the streets were raucous with noise, Horns blaring, tires revving until 1 or 2 am. The hotel was not insulated for that type of noise!

Huge suite rooms at a bargain price considering it is right on the River Walk. Bed was comfy, shower was great, we had a small living room and kitchen as well. Everything worked. We discovered that Drury also has a happy hour (90 minutes) with heavy snacks (such that it looked like many were making this their dinner), Included breakfast was also more significant than most hotel breakfasts. Would definately return here if we return to the area.

Checking in was a breeze, plus the evening we checked in. We were there for drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Really enjoyed it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with direct access to the River Walk. The included breakfast was better than many we have paid for. The lobby is gorgeous. I would have preferred self-parking, but the cost for valet parking was not unreasonable for its downtown location.

Although the facility is older, it is clear that it is taken care of well. The rooms were very clean. The outside pool could use some maintenance to make it feel updated. The indoor pool felt nice. The staff was amazing, every single person was helpful, openly willing to help, and worked hard. You CAN NOT beat the free breakfast and happy hour. My child snacked there and then we didn't have to worry so much if they would like anything when we went out to dinner. Valet was convenient and worked well. My 1 complaint is that the dishes and silverware do not feel clean. Maybe they need a better dishwasher. It is also noisy at night if you go to bed early. It quiets down around 1am or so but the road noise is quite a lot.

The indoor pool was great! Breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. The king suite was a little disappointing - there is no door on the room and then a window that looks into the living room. Not an ideal setup for our toddler. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

Everything was fine. Had a little bit of a problem with attentiveness at the bar, but the manager rectified it. The valet was not very good. I couldn't request my vehicle because they already had it listed as "out" when it wasn't. Also, they were way too slow/understaffed.

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel with many extras. Breakfast and dinner were included along with 3 drinks a day at no extra charge. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Great location and would stay again! Only thing I wish could be improved is the valet set up. A bit time consuming; the staff running it do the bast they can with the spaces available.

This hotel is exceptional. You feel like you are at a resort instead of a hotel in the heart of the city. Staff is phenomenal. Amenities are incredible, two pools, one that has the view of the city, three hot tubs, and the breakfast options and the meal breaks they provide are nothing short of a resort style amenity. We had an amazing time. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Wonderful historic building with modern updates where it matters. Friendly staff. Easy check in/check out. Street level access as well as a lower level walk out to the River Walk. We had a King Suite and it was spacious, comfy and quiet (except when the Spurs won and all the cars were honking - LOL). Good food and drinks. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Well, we have to go to a few places to finally find it, but it was so old and the ad in the Hotels.com looks so new it was over 100 year-old building so it was really old. The bones didn’t know we couldn’t park two cars. No one told us it was fiesta week we paid $45. They waved it because we didn’t eat the food. It was an edible and the drinks were all watered down even if it was free. It was not worth it cause it’s like drinking three drinks for the price of one or for one and you just get full and no affect plus we wanted to use the pool rooftop was closed due to the weather so the little tiny pool had 100 children in it and it smelled like gross chlorine to the max like you could clean the entire hotel for all the chlorine and there’s about 100 kids from the age of 6 to 1 years old jumping around it was crazy and I paid extra for Hotel for the Jacuzzi and Spa. We did not use my husband wanted it so bad didn’t get to use it at all we got dressed up and went there.

Room was small way smaller than shown in photos those photos on the link aren’t even the right hotel pictures of a riverwalk on the front yet your a block away high city view you got to be kidding I paid extra to look at the other building identical to the one I’m staying in I saw maybe a few other buildings your literally forced to look at the same building your in. It was by farther my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The Hilton was ten times better don’t book!

Heat in room did not work. Took maintenance 2 days to fix properly as a part needed to be replaced. During an extremely cold night in San Antonio had cold air blowing from the heater all night. Food okay. hotel dated but convenient

We had such an amazing time at this hotel. It is walking distance to many of the top attractions and it offers breakfast and an evening reception. This kids loved the evening reception (because they never stop eating) and it was a buffet. We will definitely be back!

The the service and staff were just wonderful. The room was clean, the snacks and drinks which included soft drinks and alcohol drinks were great. It actually made a nice dinner. We had meatballs and mashed potatoes and some steamed vegetables. Saved us a lot of money. There is access from the hotel basement to the Riverwalk. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The views from the upper terraces are beautiful. The hotel is just a few blocks from the Alamo. If you check out at 11 and your car is in the valet parkincg plan to wait a little while because everyone is checking out at the same time.

Great location in an interesting old bank building with very ornate fixtures. It’s a bit dated in the room and nothing to “wow” there. Great location for all the river walk and Alamo things. Staff was all outstanding. Valet was expensive but always nice and got the job done. Breakfast was included and a good variety of things , but there is a lot of people at the hotel so not a quiet dining experience.

I enjoyed a great view from my room on the 18th floor. The breakfast was more than sufficient with hot and cold items every day including a waffle maker. I was particularly impressed by the dinner items served each evening from 5:30 to 7:00 PM--more than expected, particularly the offering of 3 drinks per registered guest per evening. The value is tremendous for a downtown hotel. The historical feel is evident (loved it), and the room was updated, spacious, and very clean. The Drury is a 12- to 15-minute walk to the convention center, or a 5-min, <$10 Uber ride--absolutely worth it for the good rate and included food and drinks. Book it!

Great location, budget friendly. It comes with breakfast and a lite dinner with drinks. They have a bar with a nice menu for take out food. 5PM-12AM. They have coke products also. There a cool patio on 15th floor to end the view of the church and city. Your right on the river walk

Superior service, the room was immaculately, cleaned as the rest of the hotel was. Breakfast buffet was nice and had hot options….. the pancakes were SO GOOD! I only had the dinner buffet once but it was decent and not bad considering it was free. The main reason I booked here was to take advantage of the “kickback” drinks but unfortunately, I had to skip as I was sick my entire stay (boo) especially because we stayed during New Year’s Eve. I always like to skip on room service just because our stay was only 3 days & it’s only me and my husband, so not much to clean. But since I was sick, I asked our housekeeper (Sylvia) to change our sheets on day 2 so I had piece of mind that I wouldn’t get my hubby sick. She was so responsive and said she could come to my room next. She had it done within 20 mins. She was very sweet and so kind! The only thing that I would like to recommend or slightly mention is: 1) I do wish there was a designated pet potty area - I failed to realize we were in the city so very limited grassy areas. 2) We were told we had to park at the garage due to our vehicular being too big for valet. (Ram 2500 truck) The valet did tell us to head to the registration area and they would provide a discount for the inconvenience, which was REALLY nice of them to do. They provided us a $120 discount which paid for the total parking garage fee for 3 days. THANK YOU & keep up the excellent work!

We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Plaza San Antonio. The hotel is beautiful. We had a king suite with a balcony and it was so nice to be able to see the Riverwalk at night all lit up for Christmas. The breakfast was very good as was the evening kickback. The valet workers were so nice and retrieved our car extremely fast each time we needed it. The hotel is a perfect location on the riverwalk. We will definitely stay there again.

Spent a lovely Christmas at The Drury. It is so beautiful and festivly decorated. The front desk clerk was very helpful in getting us a room in the 19th floor. I love the afternoon snacks, especially hot popcorn! One improvement could be more variety with breakfadt. Like grits and bacon or vegi dmsausage.

From the time I walked it, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The lobby looked absolutely beautiful. From the bartenders, to the guy bussing tables, they were phenomenal! Our view wasn’t great, but our room was clean and very appealing. We only had one set of towels in our room, but that was an easy enough fix. The views from the 22nd floor would have been gorgeous, but it was so foggy you could see. You could walk right out into the riverwalk from the hotel and restaurants were right there. I will most definitely stay here again!intsome

The lady who checked us in wss so efficient and friendly. She found a room overlooking the Riverwalk and we really enjoyed it. We appreciate everything she did.

Room was clean but on the small side.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast and happy hour was awesome. The staff were all so nice. The bussers at the breakfast and dinner were extremely friendly and gave us some great giggles.

This hotel was wonderful to stay at the rooms are perfect there is an inside pool and jacuzzi there was an outdoor pool and two Jacuzzis. This place was outstanding to stay at. The staff was courteous and very helpful everything was clean but housekeeping could have been a little more detailed. This hotel was near all the wonderful sights and attractions you could ever think of. You got to go you won't regret it

The breakfast needs help was cold almost every morning

From the beginning that we got there the customer service was really good. The food was better than i thought we actually saved up money because we were able to eat there.

Everything was perfect

This was not and should not be offer as a King deluxe room unless perhaps it’s the “last one” as we check in about 4:15 we made a call down to the desk asking for another room. Everything was taken care of quickly and kindly and we were placed it what we were accustomed to for the Drury brand. Breakfast and kick were great… some real amazing staff attending the area during these times. Incredibly friendly. Hotel was clean and felt safe as it has for us on prior stays. We will be back for sure.

Nice and clean hotel, right on the riverwalk! But the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable and pillows were small and flat.

However, after checking out, we had a very disappointing experience with the valet service. We waited over an hour to retrieve our car. I had to ask the staff four times, and I noticed that guests who requested their cars after us were picked up earlier. What made it worse was that none of the staff apologized for the delay. Considering the expensive valet fee, this level of service was very disappointing.

& the day we were departing they lost them again and had to go back and find who brought the PO

Clean room, great breakfast and excellent location! Love that the room we booked had an actual bedroom that was separate from the living room. It was perfect for traveling with kids!

Great breakfast and kickback hour. Overall, a good stay. Floors were consistently dirty in elevators, and carpet felt dirty in room. Chairs in room had unsightly stains.

Every thing was amazing

Most everything about our stay was wonderful. The only minor issues with our room was there was no extra blanket but we changed the thermostat and there were no wastebasket liners. As I mentioned, very minor for us and overall our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Each staff member was courteous, helpful, hard working and seemed happy to be there!!! Would we come back? In a heartbeat!

I always stat at the Drury and never an exception the customer service is great. The Riverwalk facility is exceptionally nice, room was great, noise factor the best, there was a pool up top with two hot tubs as well as an indoor pool. Breakfast, Happy Hour is a great experience the serving staff the best. Not sure how they provide this type of experience for what the room charge is. Thanks to the wonderful staff from check in to check out to truly a great experience.
