Our room was in excellent condition. The staff was respectful and helpful. Our only condition was the one elevator available, but it was under construction so no control over that. Overall, the stay was amazing and would recommend to anybody!

Price is affordable for us, is very clean and we love bed and pillows, breakfast is good.

Breakfast was incredible.....Only bad thing was only 1 elevator working the whole time I was there (3 days).

Six flags was only 10 mins away and downtown wasn’t far either.

The hotel itself was super nice but the staff was judgemental and did not give me the room I booked.

We knew staying at a Drury Hotel we would have a great stay. Previous stay at Riverwalk area was beyond our expectations. I will always recommend this hotel.

Dinner was excellent, we weren't expecting dinner. It was right there for us to eat. Didn't have to drive to find an eating place to eat , after a long drive .Our nephew said they had to wait an hour to be serve at some other place & pay for their Happy Hour Drinks. Breakfast was wonderful , ready & hot to be eaten. We went out after dinner to see my niece. When we got back there weren't enough Handicap parking on the inside gated parking space. Thank God somebody was leaving, not the Handicap parking ,but we got to park inside the gated area. I guess not enough Handicap!

Wow! Is all I can say. This is my first time staying at a drury inn and it blew me away. My check in took less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and informative. I never waited more than a few minutes to be assisted at the front desk and they were always very polite. The room was very clean and was actually better than a few hotels that rhyme with schmeriotte. It did not smell bad or stale. The room was quiet I did not hear the neighbors at all. I did do laundry at the inn and it was kinda weird but it worked. They charge $10 but reverse it after you do laundry. Made me nervous. I asked the front desk for restaurants recs next to us and they gave great reviews and were honest. We did go to the Chinese buffet across the street and it was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised with our overall stay. Complementary soda station and popcorn were also a plus. For the price this place was 1000/10. Safe, secure, and welcoming. We will be back next weekend.

Only problem was freeway sounds into my room at night! Motorbikes & big rigs, a few mussel cars general traffic. Then twice during the night, firetruck from the nearby fire station sirens blaring went past the Hotel midnight & two or three AM. Pool was great but not outside, had to go out to a patio for sunning!

One of the biggest surprises was the free Kickback dinner. I expected a few light hors d'oeuvres, but it was a delicious, filling meal that was more than enough for dinner. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices and something for everyone. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained, and they absolutely made my 5-year-old's trip. She had a great time swimming every day. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day. I also appreciated how secure the parking area felt. Between the friendly atmosphere, great amenities, comfortable accommodations, and excellent complimentary food, this has become my new go-to hotel whenever I travel. Highly recommended!

Such a comfortable stay for my family of four. The breakfast was plentiful each day with a nice variety of food. We did not do drinks of appetizers in the evening but have no doubt it was as good as breakfast. We like that parking was gated and only for guests. The rooms were nice and cool and it was quiet at night time even though the hotel was full. Priscilla at the front desk was helpful and since a room was available we were able to check in two hours early to rest up for an evening graduation we came in town for. I would definitely stay here again when in San Antonio.

Everything was fantastic. The only down side was loud, jumping, splashing kids in hot tub in the evening. They should cut family time off at 9pm and have adults only from 9 to 11p.

I absolutely love staying at the Durry Inn! I like that they provide free breakfast and lunch, all though it does get a little crowded. The elevator was down so it took some time getting to the room during our stay.

I love staying at Drury. They offer so much more in hospitality than most hotels and the staff and property are excellent. However the reason I gave this Drury a 'good' instead of 'excellent' was the location. The busy highways were very noisy inside the room.

It was our first stay at a Drury hotel and we are impressed! The staff couldn’t be more kind and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with options for everyone. We were given happy hour coupons for a free cocktail and they offer a happy hour buffet. Everyone was happy and enjoying a tasty treat. Our room was large and very clean, my white socks stayed white walking on the carpet! The Market offered a large variety of snacks as well as drinks. We will stay here again.

This was an absolutely great value! The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The A/C in our suite worked in the separate bedroom but not the living room. Though it was not able to be fixed the staff immediately brought up two fans which helped with the issue. We knew breakfast and parking were included, but in the afternoon they also offer drinks and snacks. The snacks were beyond, you truly could feed your family dinner on the wonderful food they provided. We had never stayed at a Drury property before, but as a family we all said we would stay here again. Thank you for such a nice stay.

This place is great we stayed for the weekend. The room was clean the bed was a big pillow.

This hotel is my number one San Antonio hotel we go to San Antonio probably five times a year and I literally always book this hotel because it is safe has gated parking and the staff is amazing and I've never had an issue at all

LOVE their free dinner every night! Staff is really kind and welcoming. Love that's it's right next door to a good restaurant. Comfy beds. It's a little outdated and the elevator hasn't worked the last 3 times I have gone.

Everything is great, but the hotel is located next to the highway. You won’t be able to sleep because of the noise. You can hear every car that passes the hotel, and the rooms have zero soundproofing. Never again!

We loved everything about our stay at Drury Inn & Suites ! tThe staff was very warm and accomodating. The amenities were above and beyond anything we have every experienced at any other hotel.. It will now be our" go to"vacation stay. Breakfast and KickBack meals were excellent.

I have stayed at this location numerous times and had always been pleased. This time, however, I noticed that it is starting to show its age. The AC didn’t cool off as good and it smelled a little musty. The shower was also looking a little shabby. Overall it’s a great place just needs some TLC.

My parents and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. Hotel was very clean and we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner.

A fresh, hot, GOOD breakfast. Free, gated well-lit parking. Rooms very quiet, if NOT facing or over-looking the nearby busy Interstate freeway.

Stayed two nights in San Antonio for a medical procedure. Manager and staff were very attentive and polite. The daily happy hour was a treat and the food was better than expected. Likewise for the morning breakfast. Will definitely stay there again next time we're in San Antonio.

Staff was welcoming, friendly and kind from reception to janitorial. Allowed us late check out due to daughter’s medical procedure. Dog friendly really meant dog friendly at this hotel. We are grateful!

We drove in from Missouri to spend Easter with our family in Texas from Friday, April 03 through Tursday, April 07. We reserved online & it was fast & easy. Upon checking into the hotel, we could see that the property was nicely maintained, the staff was down to earth, kind & extremely welcoming. Our room was clean & smelled fresh. I am super picky about where I lay my head, so I checked out everything: floors, bed, bedding, kitchen appliances, bath tub/shower, toilet, sink etc. All perfectly cleaned & sanitizes for our stay. I was most happy about the comfort of our bed. Breakfast was a full, hot variety (food & dining area were also clean). My husband & I really loved the KickBack dinner treat. While we don't drink alcohol, we did still enjoy the food selection & atmosphere. It was great! The children enjoyed the pool & spa. I was a little shocked to see how clean the entire pool area was. One can tell that maintaining the property is the top priority at this Drury. And finally, the manager- Greg. He is such a polite & pleasant gentleman. I saw him walking the property many times during our stay. Conversing with guests, making sure that everything was satisfactory. I enjoyed seeing management so involved with guests. He helped me move some things to our room & every interaction that I had with him made me feel seen & respected. It was wonderful. There was nothing that we didn't like at this Drury.

Our stay at the Drury was fantastic. Starting with Lisa at the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful. She explained the parking, finding our room, snd all details of happy hour and breakfast. The staff for the HHsnd breakfast were also very friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We are so happy to finally find a hotel of this quality and so affordable.

Negatives: The hotel was unfortunately down to one elevator during our start, but it was not overcrowded or terrible, and they almost had it fixed by the time we checked out. The surrounding area is not luxurious and tends to have a lot of foot traffic (some might find it 'questionable'), however the property has gated parking with an overnight security detail. This is not any fault of the property, just want to be transparent about the area. We did not find it to be unsafe or concerning in any way. Positives: - Free breakfast AND dinner - Great AC - Wonderful, friendly staff - Luggage carts - Nicely furnished rooms and top notch housekeeping - Temperature-controlled indoor pool, hot tub, and towels - SECURE. Card key access at every door. - Well equipped fitness center (did not use, but looked in) - Pizza Hut, smokehouse, and a 24/7 Mexican restaurant all on the same corner (1-minute walk to each!) All in all, we originally chose this property to save some money, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we've had. Kudos to the staff!

Rooms very clean and good working air conditioner. The food is great compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Only negative for this trip was only one elevator was working. We enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed and comfortable. All staff were extremely professional and extremely friendly. Will definitely stay here again in my upcoming visits to San Antonio.

My stay here was excellent. When I arrived I was greeted by 2 of the receptionists of the hotel, they both were amazing. Room was clean and a perfect size for a family (2 queen beds). Breakfast was delicious and they also have something they call Kickback which includes hot food, snacks, sodas and alcohol which I did not know about. This is my first time trying out this hotel franchise and it won't be my last. You will not be disappointed.

A thing that I didn't like was that the television was not set up for streaming services. Often now, there are smart TVs in the rooms that are capable of this. I was fairly disappointed in that. Also, the dinner and cocktails was a very nice touch, however it was very restrictive regarding time availability.

We enjoyed the room, the service, and the food. We traveled there for an outpatient surgery, and this place was very convenient to the surgery center. The one thing we didn’t like is the noise in the rooms. We were in 2 rooms because we thought a room change would fix it. It sounded like there was a running car in the ventilation system all day and all night.

First time at this Drury but the staff was excellent in all areas. Room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful although I forget her name. However, she was a New York transplant, and I hope management will recognize her.

Disappointed. The AC had to be turned down super low to get any cold air. I was hot all night. The one working elevator at front was slow & buttons didnt light up. A regular told me that the other elevator hasnt worked in a year. The Happy Hour meal was so-so, not the best. On positive side, the bed was great. Comfy. Bathroom worked but no amenities like extra glasses, lotions, etc. The staff was super nice & helpful.

Always our go-to hotel in San Antonio. Safe area, close to downtown and Fiesta TX, 24 hour Mama Margie’s next door. Beds are very comfy. Love the spacious 1 bedroom with actual separation btwn sitting area and bedroom.

Area is sketchy not what i expected for it being in the medical center. The hotel is outdated and 2 out of the 3 elevators were not working. We traveled with our senior parents and going up and now the stairs was not fun. And to top all that off the hotel lost power multiple times.

This hotel is awesome! The staff is friendly and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is lovely. There is a drink fountain available any time. Lots of restaurants all around and convenient if you are staying because of the medical center. Will be going back for sure!

Room was quiet and spacious. The evening kick back time and breakfast were a plus! Close, less than 10 minute drive, to hospitals.

We had a fun weekend with four of our granddaughters and my son. Loved the location. They all attended Fright Night at Fiesta Texas.. My husband and I chilled and watched football in the room. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Hotel is a little older, but very clean. The area is older and there are some vagrants around. But there are several floors and I felt safe on an upper floor. They serve a free breakfast and dinner as well. Room was clean. Ac worked well. Ok place for the night. I would not walk a dog over there though as a woman.

The hotel staff were friendly and fast. The food was good. The only downfall was that one of the elevators was out of service.

Great location for med center - easy access to IH10. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. Several medium priced restaurants walking distance away. Friendly staff who greeted us as we arrived.

Every hotel i hqve stayed in ql ats had 4 pillows per bed not this one. When asked for extra they had none and they were l9cked in the basement with no one that coulf get them. Or thats what Onnie said. Mind you it is only 5:30. The mattresses were old and springy and definitely dated. Did not sleep at all. I have been to amot of Drury hotels and the amenities here were great. Just didnt get a good night sleep.

Drury is my new favorite hotel brand and I will be looking to lodge with them wherever I go. I think I am pretty simple. I need a modernized room, kitchen, Wi-Fi, air condition, and cleanliness. Not only did I get those things, I also got a gym, on-site laundry, an indoor Pool, breakfast, drinks, and dinner. I could have vacationed in the hotel by itself. The staff were phenomenal, friendly, and accommodating. Because of my experience I will most definitely be back. Thank you Drury!

Easy location to get on I10 and 410. Bed wasn’t super comfortable but it was pretty quiet being so close to the interstate. Drinks (3) snacks and breakfast included

Everything was good. The parking the service the cleans the surroundings. There were only two things that I would change. A toilet seat was too short, and the mattress was a bit or maybe more than a bit hardlong

The property was in a good location for where we needed to be. It was convenient access on and off the highway. Staff was great! Quick to assist in any way needed. Our room was clean and served its purpose. However, we were really disappointed that 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order. Our room was on the 5th floor; out of 8 floors---so there was usually a few minutes wait time to catch the elevator. Another disappointment was the fact that there was only 1 ice machine for the entire hotel, located on the first floor. Just made for some frustration and inconveniences. Stairs worked fine, but not for multiple trips to the car for unloading/loading from the 5th floor! We will be making more trips to San Antonio, but I highly doubt that we will stay at this particular Drury Inn & Suites again.

We’ve stayed here several times but this time it was more run down than usual. Only 1/3 elevators was working, carpets seemed dirtier than normal and on our first night swimming there was poop by the stairwell. I will say the staff is amazing and friendly.

They took good care of the property but it is very old.

There are 2 elevators but 1 was not working. They didn't even warn us. Instead we had to wait for long periods of time to catch the elevator.while talking to other visitors they said that both had been out for some time. These elevators only fit around 4 people at time.

I really like the location of this hotel. However, one of the elevators was out of service, which caused long wait times for the remaining one. This was frustrating, especially during busy hours when many guests needed to use it.

Only one of three elevators in service 🙁 Bed was to broke down for me to get a good nights sleep. The bed is what I pay for in any hotel. If it sucks, I wasted my money. The extras are great! The happy hour buffet and drinks plus a decent breakfast are time savers for travelers!

Since checking in, the staff were super courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was easy to find, clean, and the amenities were exceptional. We really loved the breakfast and dining options available and how kind the staff were. I will definitely be booking again and recommending the place.

Perfect for what it was and the price point, took the kids to six flags and seaworld, found a couple hairs in the bathroom but no biggie for me, can’t really expect four seasons service for $100/night, the free hot breakfast made up for it, definitely saved some money there for breakfast for me and two kids, and if you drink, they give you a voucher for three free alcoholic drinks every night of your stay during certain times at night, we didn’t take advantage of it but you definitely save more money there, we’ll definitely be staying there again when we come back in a couple months

I was not informed while checking in I had to request housekeeping to make our beds, we went one day without them going to our room, we had to throw away trash ourselves and go to reception for clean towels

We had an amazing stay. They had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone was friendly, caring, kind, and genuinely concerned about the quality of our experience there. Each morning we were greeted with multiple good mornings. Each evening the manager would come around asking how our day was. We could not have been more impressed.

Good location, decent amenities, and complimentary breakfast/snacks. But the Hotel is old and has that old carpet odour. Would be better to have more ventilation for the first room of the suite. Overall, not a bad option for a night but no more.

The food was good, the staff was very friendly. The worst part was one of the elevators were not working. It's a very large hotel with lots of people and having an elevator down was inconvenience to the customers.

Room was very clean One of the elevators was out, which made waiting for an available elevator longer The air conditioner in the room was very loud, it affected our sleep, and it’s not working properly to take the humidity out of the room

Convenient location to where we wanted to go, one thing that wasn't convenient was that only one elevator was working but we were only on the second floor so it was okay to take the stairs
