location being close to six flags was nice. however it was right along I10 so it was very noisy. getting out of the hotel was tricky too because traffic is very bad along the main road. the sink was backed up, wouldnt properly drain and would fill up with water. the bathroom door only had like a quarter inch of clearence away from the toilet. the room was super hot when we got there, took like 4 hours just to cool it down. the breakfast was ok, just bread, liquid scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, milk, apples, and some super processed sausage.

It’s located between down town San Antonio and New Braunfels in the north area of San Antonio on I10. It was a distance between downtown and schlitterbahn in New Braunfels. The rooms were clean overall but there was a drop off piss on the toilet when I went in for the first time to check everything. Looks like they never cleaned the toilet seat or didn’t clean good enough to clean the drop of piss off the seat. We went to the pool around 11pm and the gate to the pool was open. We assumed it was still open since the gate was unlocked and we didn’t see no signs at the gate that stated the time. There were 3 other guys at the tables by the pool just sitting. 12am comes around and a manager comes out to tell that it’s 12am and the pool is now closed in an annoyed firm voice. We leave and he locked the gate. The 3 guys that were at the pool, have been there since we checked in at 4pm. They went to their truck and slept in their truck all night with the loud engine on. They didn’t even pay for a room and got to use the amenities. They make you put down your car information at check in but don’t go to check if other people are mooching off the amenities for free and just sleeping in the parking lot. That was concerning knowing that anyone could just trespass on their property for the same amount of time we were there as paying customers and the hotel didn’t know or do any monitoring. The next day I woke up and realized I had forgot something at the pool. I finally saw the pool open and close time sign on the inside of the gate located on the very back of the fence. It stated the pool was open at 10am but it was 10:30am and still locked when I went to go retrieve my forgotten item. Signs for opening and closing should be at the gate at least for people to see.

The room was big, and the facilities were more upgraded than most motels I've been to. Could use a little bit more cleaning and looking over before the next guest arrives . Also, the locks on the doors looked a bit old and messed up, as in maybe someone had yanked on the door and broke the lock before. Another thing was that you could see outside from the side of the ac unit and the ac took a really long time to cool. We took a nap around 4pm and woke up an hour later, sweating.

Swimming pool was well kept and enjoyable.

Need to put coffee makers in rooms. Just makes it easier for people.

It was disgusting and so dirty. We got moved to three different rooms all of which had visible stains and we ended up having to stay at a completely different hotel. The staff was very unhelpful and refused to give me a refund.

Breakfast was okay. They had bread for toast, apples, waffle maker, egg patties, sausage links, and some cereal (raisin bran and fruit loops when we were there.) and apple juice and orange juice. It was about what you'd expect for the price. Also, there was some bouse pollution. Both from cars that could be heard from the highway and other guests could be heard constantly talking or walking by the room. Walls are not thick. Or the doors aren't completely sealed.

Location No one at front desk for 7 minutes We arrived after 3 and our room wasn’t ready. The gentleman doing the cleaning was very cordial and professional. He hurried to complete his tasks and the room was very clean.

Centrally located The continental breakfast lacked flavor minimal food presentation was for 3 or 4 people could eat at once. Coffee machine was broken. Had to go out to eat breakfast everyday.

First entering the lobby to check in, it had a strong unpleasant smell. Then when I get to the room, I booked a 2 queen bed and it was honestly dirty. The towels were all covered in someone’s piece of hair, one towel still had a makeup stain on it. The bed itself was so dirty. The blanket was super thin!! Not comfortable at all and when we lifted up the blanket more hair on the bed. Sleeping on it was super itchy. Not sure how this place has a high rating

For a two night stay it was a good choice to stay in and literally sleep. Not noisy at all after all it is by a busy freeway. Other than a couple pillows being stained, but didn’t really matter because I always carry my own pillow when I stay in a hotel, the rest of the room was very clean. There was also a big gap on the bottom of the door that I would recommend get fixed so no bigs get in.

They changed my room from a smoking room to a non smoking room. Didn't have my room ready for 3 hours. At 8:30 pm the maintenance tryed to just barge in for what I am still unsure of Didn't get an apology nothing out of him he just ran away.

Rm 202 was the original room we were given. After arriving I noticed the door was left open. There was a smell of urine in the room. This hotel was a good price. Our stay was comfortable and adequate, but not really anything extra. Breakfast offerings were okay, but when we arrived about 15 minutes before breakfast was over, a few things had run out. They were not willing to refill anything.

The big problem is getting to this hotel. What I mean by that is when one exits the freeway, you enter a very busy street (Frontage) which is almost like another freeway. It requires getting from the left lane to the right lane and having to stop and enter the hotel parking lot while avoiding traffic at high speeds. I had to drive around again and almost got hit by another car. This is crazy! Also, there were guests that looked very suspicious, one individual smoking pot in the parking lot., and it all looked like people loitering. Can't confirm but it gave me bad vibes. The room is nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. But unfortunately these other things are discouraging.

The bedding had holes and burnt spots in them. The bathroom floors were dirty. It’s apparent they never dust. The whole place was just dingy and dirty. Praise God there were no bed bugs or roaches or I would have been GONE!

When we reached for check in there were five cop cars investigating some disturbance but the hotel manager did not know about it or feigned ignorance. As it was a noncancellable room already fully paid on Expedia we did not have much choice but to the night. Seems like the rooms in this motel is rented to new immigrants and results in problems. Not sure but was mentioned by another person who was unwilling to take check in and wanted his money back.

As my husband I arrived the property was well maintained until we got into our room. The floor wasn't vacuumed and we booked a smoking room but there was no ashtrays. There was a piece of toilet paper in eye peeper and our door was so uneven it did not match with lining of door frame so we could only lock our door with the door hinge. On the bed was one fitting sheet, one cover sheet and a top there was no blankets on neither bed. This was the worse experience I have in countered with days in.

The hotel was dated, but comfortable. They asked if we wanted housekeeping when we checked in, but didn't do it. The carpet was soaking wet by the fridge and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. But over all, an ok place to stay.

Staff isn’t patient, I don’t think these men like a woman to question anything pertaining to what they want from you. I wasn’t told about a deposit because I asked for something in writing I had to listen to a lecture about what none smoking is like I’m 2! Then I was refuse service because of this the man said because he’s trying to be nice and explain which he wasn’t especially if put that way over $60 which money was on the counter! And 2 credit cards after he saided one declined then later to say oh we got $60 off of it

My rating for this hotel was based on breakfast variety and time frame. Breakfast was from 6:00am to 9:30am. There was also no cleaning service after the first night.Mattress had a stain towards the bottom outside. The stay at this hotel was disappointing.

I did not realize that they did not have the standard continental breakfast, but an IHOP was a block away. Coffee was available in the room. We stayed there because it was a Wyndham Rewards property and was convenient to the event we were attending. If we go to another event at the same venue, I would not hesitate to book at that Days Inn again.

Great hotel conditions... Although, my room was a little too close to the highway and I could hear the noise outside. Hopefully, they will fix that for my next time visiting them. Recommended hotel!

Super amazed with the quality and cleanness of the hotel. I was skeptical at first due to several reviews. But me and my family stayed in two rooms in this hotel. Front desk is always answering calls quick if need anything. When we left to sea world our room was cleaned, as well as the pool was clean. The lady that works nighttime was very polite and helpful.

This hotel is close to LOTS of restaurants and shopping so if you are in SA and need a reasonably priced, nice place to stay - this is it!

It also appeared that there were people actually living in the rooms long-term. Some went as far as taking apart a car in the parking lot, and some had chairs outside of their rooms with copious amounts of cigarettes and garbage thrown about. The parking lot was filled with litter and overall the area felt unsafe. Pay the extra $20 a night stay elsewhere.

Terrible service, horrible smell, bed was not made, overall a terrible experience. Ending up not staying the two nights I reserved for and did not get money back.

If they can provide breakfast and clean the pool.

UT San Antonio Shool of Dentistry was only 6 min away for my son which was awesomen.

The first room we were given wasn’t made up and smelled like cigarettes. The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful and got us a new room. The new room was better, but still not immaculate.

but at the location no breakfast serve here and even lot of noise whole night with the people live there they drink whole night we couldn't sleep there properly

The carpet, bedspreads, and furniture, including the window unit (we had a suite) needs to be updated but they weren't terrible just outdated. The bathroom was VERY clean and seemed to have been updated. There was plenty of room. Housekeeping came and took our face cloths but didn't replace them and in order to get new ones we were told that we had to go all the way to the front office (our room was in the very back) to get new ones since there was no one to bring them to us.
