    Everything was going great until it was shower time the water pressure was non existent. That’s a major issue! Getting back from the heat or even the pool you expect to come back and have a nice relaxing shower but the water pressure had other ideas. Never have I ever had such a low water pressure in any of the cheap hotels I’ve ever stayed at but to have it in the courtyard by Marriot is wild! I hope this issue is resolved for other guest.

    This place was excellent for a 3 star hotel, I would even go ahead and rate it 3.99. Great place for family with kids who just want to get away and enjoy a pool food and drinks. Definitely be my first choice next visit, if on a budget.

    The Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld is literally a 6 minute drive to SeaWorld, this is great when you are done for the day and just want to get back to the hotel. The pool was absolutely disgusting. There was stuff floating in it (clumps of hair, paper, rocks, bugs). I’ve never seen a hotel pool with blue/while chlorine floaters. I was worried about my children once I realized how nasty the water was.

    A perfect hotel in every physical way. I had a problem with the charge that appeared on my card, but it was quickly fixed when I complained. Therefore, I suggest you check your card statement afterwards.

    This hotel is under construction! None of the pictures on Expedia match anything that this Hotel provides. Everything is outdated. I stayed with two handicap people. One of the elevators wasn’t working, so I was forced to push my handicap Sister to a working elevator while my father followed behind having a very hard time walking on his own with his walker that distance . It was the hard and inconvenient for me to try to wheel around my handicap sister and make sure that my dad would not fall around all of their construction this Hotel. Hotel does NOT match Marriott standards whatsoever! There were broken bathroom doors, washing machines in the area provided for filling ice, made it impossible for a handicap person to even get into! My dad couldn’t use his bathroom fan because of the loud noise it was making. They were cutting down palm trees directly over the pool area on Friday at 1 o’clock in the afternoon . I was horrified to go back and find my sister covered in sawdust! They just started cutting trees over her!I tried to speak with the manager, but as soon as I started this is not Marriott standards. She became extremely upset! I explained to her that I threw away chlorine bottles that were left out at the pool and both doors we let open on the pool maintenance rooms?! The hot tub outside didn’t work for $1600 I would expect a little more than what we received. The general manager was very very rude and disrespectful when we went voice or concerns. Very disappointed!

    The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel location to Sea World was close and only 15-20 min from the Riverwalk. The outdoor pool is very family friendly. The only recommendation I have is for the Bistro. The bartender was super friendly and not her fault , but our nachos and kids grilled cheese took over one hour to be delivered and it was cold. It would be better just not to serve food if this is how long it takes. Other than that, this is a great place to stay and I will stay again!

It was quiet and in a very good neighborhood located near everything. The beds were very uncomfortable. They are super hard. This is the second Courtyard Marriot that was like this so I'm guessing whoever they get their mattresses from had a good sale on ultra firm mattresses.

    The location is excellent. If you are looking for super closeness to Sea World, it's great. Considering this hotel is in the "budget friendly" category it is disappointing they do not have free breakfast and shocking that they charge for parking. We have stayed at several other hotel chains similar in price and get free parking and breakfast. So this sadly, is a one and done for us.

    The hotel was under construction and we were put on a floor that was having the floors redone so it was messy amd loud when workers were there.     Hotel was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! They should have closed down for renovations. They put us on a floor filled with cation tape and caulk. When I stepped off of the elevator I stepped right into putty to put new floors on. Ruined my $1100 shoes and all the said they would do is refund my room. They also said the general manager would call me which of course I never received a call from. Marriott has enough money to where they should have closed that floor for renovations.

    My room had loose ragged material hanging from under the mattresses. The bathroom floor was filthy. The toilet stopped up and the guests above were super loud. The hallways on the third floor had says s on the carpet from paint and construction throughout. It was not appealing at all. The staff was super nice though.

    When I arrived, the room type that was originally promised was no longer available because they were sold out. This made the entire situation even more frustrating. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. I’ve stayed at this hotel regularly—almost weekly—and have never had issues before. Unfortunately, this time the experience was very different. The staff was unhelpful, and staff was rude to the Expedia representative who was trying to assist. As a loyal guest, I expected much better communication and professionalism. This experience was extremely disappointing.

    The guy at the front desk was great however housekeeping is seriously LACKING! Every day we had to go to the front desk for coffee. By day 3 still no Housekeeping.     Terrible experience, never coming back! I arrived at this hotel expecting at least the basics, and I just kept getting more and more disappointed. First of all, they don’t say anywhere that you have to pay for parking. You already pay a lot for the room and then get hit with this extra surprise at check-in. Totally misleading. Second, there is no breakfast included. Not even a simple coffee or something basic. Nowadays almost every decent hotel offers at least some kind of breakfast, but not this one. Third, there was only one jacuzzi working. The others were closed/broken. If you book thinking you’re going to relax, forget it. Too many people trying to use the same jacuzzi, you basically have to wait in line. Ridiculous. To make it worse, there is no microwave in the room, and not even a proper area to heat up food. For anyone traveling with kids or who likes a bit of practicality, this is a huge inconvenience. Overall, it feels like false advertising, poor facilities and a bunch of little “extras” just to take more money from guests. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here again.

    The hotel was luxurious, clean and comfortable. We had a very good stay except for one front desk lady who told us the stairs were out of order (fire code violation) which was an issue because our son doesn’t do elevators . He was going to pay extra to book another hotel but turns out there were two that were open but she was misleading. Otherwise we had a good experience.

    Room was not cleaned enough. It looked like a damn booger on the wall next to the restroom and the balcony was not swept and candy wrappers left out there. Didn’t get in pool. The water was shut off so we couldn’t shower, use the restroom or brush teeth. Staff didn’t send out any notice by email or calls. I love the Marriott but this one was not it.

    I recently had a 3-night stay at the Marriott Courtyard. There was minimal lukewarm water, NO HOT WATER for showers or in the bathroom sink. I had to ask the front desk multiple times for fresh towels, starting with the 1st ask around 0650 am. I finally got towels after 3pm. For the price, hot water and clean towels are not a lot to ask for. We will not be staying again.

    Had an awesome stay here! The hotel was super family-friendly, clean, and comfy. It’s also close to SeaWorld, so we didn’t have to deal with long drives. The pool was definitely a standout — super nice and perfect for unwinding after a day at the park. Definitely recommend!

    The carpet on the floor needs to be steamed and cleaned. Also, the tile in the bathroom is very slippery when you get out the shower and my husband fell really bad and hit his head on the toilet in the handicap. They should put a different type of flooring in the bathroom, especially the handicap bathroom and also rails not just in the shower but outside.

    A very nice property close to West San Antonio attractions. The property had a nice lobby, bistro, and pool area. Only complaints are that you have to pay for parking, which seems to be pretty a common practice in San Antonio, and the bistro meal prices are high compared to the quality of the meal.

    This hotel sits off of 151 and Wiseman. There is literally nothing next to it besides a gas station yet they charge guests $10 per night to park. When I asked why they said because of seaworld. No one is parking at this hotel then walking 3 miles to go to seaworld. No complimentary coffee or breakfast is available. Walls are thin. I heard the people next dooor two nights in a row, one time at 3:30 AM walking back and forth in the room. Won’t stay here again.

    Everything was great at the property the only thing i didn't like was the parking situation there was an event going on we couldn't find somewhere to park waited for someone to leave not fair if we had to pay for our parking at the property...Everything was great ... housekeeper went to our room gave us fresh towels one time our stay was 4days but i took my own towels tho .. staff was friendly helpful in any questions i may had during my stay ... not sure why but my husbands allergies were bad not sure if the Ac or what but overall was great and relaxing the hot tub fantastic.

    I honestly don't know why I keep booking at any of the Marriott properties. Everything is just ok. They don't have anything that even makes me want to keep staying at these properties, not even free coffee. I've stayed at more expensive hotels and way less expensive and they offer a lot more perks to make your stay comfortable.

    The pool and jacuzzi was excellent . The staff were professional and went above and Beyond to help my accommodations needed. November the Assistant Manager made it happen. Not only did she welcome me with a professional greeting. She had everything ready for my check in. The process was very smooth. And all I can say is this hotel had the best burger and had a restaurant and movie theater sitting style with huge chairs and laid back recline seats I could go on and on. Liz was helpful so was Jannetta. Second shift personal and third shift. Were super helpful also 10 stars. All the way. I had a good time here. Highly recommended .

    The indoor pool was full of mosquitoes, something I’ve never experienced on past trips to southern Texas. One hot tub was broken and surrounded by chairs, which made the area feel even more uninviting. The hallways had a strange odor, and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, though it was manageable, and the room itself was clean enough for our needs. Unfortunately, the view from our window was completely blocked by a construction pod in the parking lot, which added to the off-putting feel. That said, the property did serve its purpose for the weekend. The best part of the stay was the location—just a quick five-minute drive to SeaWorld, which was the main reason for our visit. For that convenience, it worked, but between the poor service, lack of upkeep, and general atmosphere, it isn’t a hotel I’d be eager to return to.

    I booked 3 nights here and my room keys became deactivated every few hours so I had to constantly go to the front desk. Housekeeping did not come back when I asked for a few moments before letting them in and the next day I told them I did not need them and when I left and came back they had been in my room. I grabbed donuts and a waffle for breakfast to take back to my room and I was hassled and told that I couldn’t even though im paid for a 3 night stay which means I ate every other meal in my room. The television barely worked and the hotel clerk gave me the excuse that they were switching from cable to digital so that’s why my channels were not working and I know that’s a lie. Honestly, spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. If you’re out of town working and have low expectations then I this is fine but if you want a quality stay, go elsewhere. The staff was nice but that did not account for my overall stay.

    I had a good business trip for the most part. The staff are great. Staff are willing to help and make things right. I do wish that all rooms had a microwave, to my knowledge you can request one during long stays, but ! It has to be available, people stay for long periods of the time there. Unfortunately not having a microwave was an inconvenience for me, I didn’t enjoy having to travel too the lobby to heat up my food, it was very dreadful. I can say that i was highly appreciative of the refrigerator in my room. The amenities are pretty cool, great for events or business, the gym is nice and the pool is decent. Unfortunately on my visit the dive bar wasn’t open.

    Careful, they wouldn’t give rewards for Marriott because the reservation was through Expedia. Parking was so expensive $25 per night. Room smelled musky and had a bunch of chips in seat. Okay for a quick sleep on a road trip but no longer than that.

    When we booked the property we had hopes of a swim up bar and relaxing in a pool. The theme of this hotel should be temporarily closed. The indoor pool and spa.... temporarily closed. The outdoor swim up bar..... temporarily closed. The one thing at the pool that did work was the music that they started playing around 7:45 AM each day. That was my morning wake up, that I didn't want or ask for, each day. The walls are also super thin and we could hear the people above us moving around all night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    this hotel charges $10 for parking for some reason. the water pressure was terrible and the water was warm at best. they also were under construction in the lobby area. the price should come down if they aren't providing regular service. lastly, they did not provide room service unless asked.

    They were working on the prooerty, so at times part of the lobby was closed due to the workers having areas taped off. Or there was paint buckets in the lobby halls which you had tl be careful not to bump into. The housekeeper staff that we saw when going down the elevator were not friendly. They wouldn't say hello to us. Just stared at us and that was awkward and uncomfortable. Lastly, there was an evening that they were hosting a banquet and the parking was limited. We were not informed about this during our check-in, and we had a hard time finding parking that evening. Overall, we would not stay at this location again.

    We enjoyed the pool and on site grill. The communication was great. The GM emailed earlier in the week to advise the indoor pool was out of service due to a part back order, but the outdoor pool was good to go. The pool is connected indoor and and out. Even with just the outdoor pool, we had a great time. The splah pad was off. I advised the front desk and they took care of it right away. Definitely going back.

    The road noise was unbearable. I had a sound machine and the ac turned down for the fan to stay on and I still had to sleep with my fingers in my ears. The beds were hard as a rock. Expedia said breakfast was included-it was not. The pool was nice for my toddler but other than that, I wouldn’t stay there again. Definitely false advertising

    We accidentally left some hanging clothes in the closet and the hotel said they didn't find them.     The hotel was conveniently located and the pu lic areas were clean. Our room did have a broken towel rack and the bottom stripping on the room door was loose making it difficult to close. Also the indoor pool area was out of order and they ran out of pool towels. The outdoor pool can use better lighting in and over the pool.
