There was no hot water for the shower and the manager didn’t acknowledge the inconvenience, offer an apology or even suggest that another room might be available for a shower. It was the morning and instead the veracity of my claim was questioned. She then stated upper management would be in contact with me, but that never happened. Those who are not conscious of the customer’s experience have no business being in the hospitality field.

Hotel was nice. Unfortunately parked cars were broken into overnight. Very sad to see lots of bokeh windows.

It was extremely rundown. Carpet looked like it needed a shampooing like 5 years ago. Definitely paid too much to stay there. Doubt I’ll ever stay at another Marriott again.

It's old and dirty, and the first morning wee woke up and had to kill a roach walking on our ceiling. If budget is your main concern, go ahead, as it is passable - despite the pest concerns. But if you're expectations are higher, then I'd move on. Also, having to pay for parking in this area seems ridiculous and a transparent grab for extra money. I would not stay here again.

It was very quiet. Not a lot of noise from other guests and didn’t hear any freeway noise in the room. The whole place is a little run down. The bistro is unimpressive. Nearly $16 for a breakfast burrito and the Starbucks products are laughable. Could use some lattes.

This hotel is very dated and in desperate need of some updating. It is in a very nice and convenient location but there were definitely issues. My room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room and there was hair stuck on the ceiling of the shower and the bathroom itself. The door of the balcony had a large handprint indicating it was not cleaned after the most recent occupant. The outlets on the nightstand were very flimsy and the couch was very awkwardly shaped and almost impractical. The walls had repairs on them with paint of a different color and it was just not an aesthetically pleasing experience. The bed was comfortable but the pillows lacked any support. Onto the good, the staff was friendly and the location was okay and it was close to the airport. I did ask two different staff members about needing a shuttle to the airport very early in the morning and neither put that request in. It didn't take long to get one and my trip was unaffected by it but it would be nice if I could count on them to be reliable. I would not like to return to this hotel.

The building seems older and the ac unit in our room rattled….didn't notice until 1 am when we were trying to get sleep. Integration of what you pay for on Orbitz and what translates to your reservation could be better. Breakfast is “a la carte” and expensive. Was not good, and so many good options around the hotel that would be better.

The room and bathroom was very small and not too comfortable and also the indoor pool wasn’t well maintained and slightly dirty. Average stay for $150 a night and parking is not free either unless you pay extra via Expedia to get free parking.

We had to wait for both rooms to be ready, we had to wait about 3.5 hours total and we had to share a room until the other room was ready. Additionally, the room I was in the AC was not working properly and it got really hot in the middle of the night. When we checked out, there was no one to talk to and let them know of the issues.

I started staying at this location years ago because it’s conveniently located minutes from the airport but the last 5 years or so I enjoy staying here because of the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable, it’s like staying with family.

Hotel was good, everything is dated. TVs are small and only have limited cable channels. Both the soap and conditioner were empty in the shower, yet they leave a card asking for a tip for the cleaning service. They also charge you to park, which seems like money grab to me since they have a parking lot that is hidden and right in front of the hotel.

Property in great location!!! I had to pay for parking that shared parking with a public restaurant. The tub in my room didn’t drain properly so my family had to spend 20 minutes between each other to shower. The bldg in general was just completely outdated and for it to share the brand of Marriott it had a Best Western feel.

Very good for the money. Very nice restaurants near by and spacious room. But, as soon as we walked in the room it smelled ‘dusty’ the toilet did not work. We used the toilet downstairs. No available maintenance staff. We were disappointed.

This is a clearly older building and it shows. I had 3 rooms in the 3 days I was there. First room was fine except the second night water started leaking in from the room above. (It will have been the best room of the 3.) I got moved to another room around midnight. Except the other room was smaller than what I paid for and missing amenities I had specifically chosen my room for but since it was midnight and I was exhausted wait until morning. Woke up and took a look around and the floor was sloped towards the bed. Not reassuring. Went to make a sandwich for breakfast and apparently the fridge was frozen over with a huge chunk of ice. So let them know and also asked for another room with the amentities I had paid for. They got me moved into the third room. The AC in the 3rd room took forever to cool the room and was pretty loud. But at that point i only had one night left so I just dealt with it. The location was near the airport which is one of the reasons I chose it. I don't not recommend it but definitely check everything in your specific room before settling in.

What was unique with the property was that it has balconies off of the rooms. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The property management needs to set guidelines for traveling sports teams and ask that they respect other guests. The sports team on our first night was very well mannered … no problem. The noise of kids running in the hallways and slamming doors was constant on the second night of our stay. We ended u checking out a day early, as a result.

The rooms did not provide sound resistance. When people were walking and talking in the hallways-I could hear everything they said. They gave me an adjoining room. The man on the other side was on his phone. He was in an argument with his spouse. He was yelling and hitting something. I didn’t feel safe. I asked for a different room. The staff happily accommodated. All the staff was friendly-except one man. (Manager apparently) someone smoke alarm was going off in a room down the hall. Non stop. I went and reported it and asked if someone could check it out. I went back to my room and started packing up stuff in case we had to evacuate. After 5 minutes I went back down to ask why he hasn’t been up to check it out yet. He was making an omelette for a guest! I said to him are you serious right now? A smoke alarm has been going off non stop and you think making an omelette is more important? He finally goes upstairs and uses his keys to enter that room, without knocking. To his surprise there was someone in there. Crazy situation. He just had to reset the alarm and it finally stopped. Corporate said the reason he finished the omelette is because he knew it was just a faulty alarm and nobody was in there. Well that’s untrue. Clearly. Seems like they are trying to cover for him. The rest of the staff was so friendly. Room was clean. Bed was higher up than normal. I had to jump up to get in. I’m 5’4”. It was comfy but tall.

My truck was broken into in the middle of the parking lot as we’re many others, if we cannot feel like our vehicles are safe than we are definitely going to be staying at the locations that ensure this type of security.

Cleanliness of entire room , smell of room, no headboard , fire alarm set off at 2 am. The room smelled like mold. The room did not meet my expectations.

When I booked it said it was free parking but when I got to the hotel they had barriers and charged 5 dollars a day for parking.

Got in late the front desk was supper helpful. We had two rooms. They were very clean, comfortable and appealing. Would defiantly stay again.

No free breakfast as stated in booking. TV VERY VERY VERY SMALL AND PLACED IN CORNER NEAR THE WINDOW BED NEAR DOOR HAD NO CLEAR view. Hallways smelled like MILDEW. Beds weren’t comfortable. Big disappointment. I would like a REFUND.

On our way home from North Texas. Needed to pull in and rest. We stayed here before. The beds are amazing and the bathrooms are super clean on top of the hotel. Staff extremely nice will stay again one in the vicinity really enjoyed the restaurants within walking

Great service! The room was clean and smelled clean. The location of the hotel is close to a lot of places to eat. We stayed there because we had to catch a flight early in the morning. It was a short drive to the airport.

So close to the airport. Clean, really nice bed and decor in room. Gave us a snack bag when we checked in. There was ice water, juice and coffee available also.

Also, the hotel had advertised free breakfast but that did not happen. The only free breakfast was a banana. It seems like the restaurant has been converted to a Starbucks. The price I paid for this hotel ($126 a night plus tax) was not a good value. Not going back to this Courtyard.

Also, the hotel had advertised free breakfast but that did not happen. The only free breakfast was a banana. It seems like the restaurant has been converted to a Starbucks. The price I paid for this hotel ($126 a night plus tax) was not a good value. Not going back to this Courtyard.

Close Proximity to the Airport, but weird location. The entrance is located off a feeder road, but you have to actually drive through a restaurant parking lot to get back to the hotel. Very odd navigation if you aren't familiar with the area. I booked a regular King room, but they put me in the Accessible King, which I wasn't super happy about. the sink has no countertop space and the shower just sprays out all over the floor. I also had a first floor room, and the windows do open to the outside and I wasn't very comfortable with that set up, being a single female traveling for work. But overall, clean hotel, good location, and friendly service.

The place was nice, rooms were clean & nice as well. Wi-Fi provided. No complimentary breakfast, which was weird for the price I spent. And the pillows sucked. But besides those 2 things, it was pretty good. My kids loved that there was an indoor pool. And the ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice. :)

Extremely noisy, very little sleep was had. Basketball team stayed on our floor and was completely disrespectful of any other guests. Loud Noise level in the halls from 3am-8am with zero effort from the staff to correct the situation.

The room was extremely clean and everything was functional. The staff were friendly and attentive plus the location was perfect. I would definitely come again!

Room too small and outdated. Staff was friendly but the only reason I am posting this review is that our truck got broken into and apparently it happens very often in this hotel after talking to some locals. Very disappointed with the overall experience, you can agree that when something like that happens and you receive zero support from the property management it leaves a really bad taste, especially if it is a common reoccurrence… read some of the other reviews.

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. Not having a microwave in the room was inconvenient and the refrigerator did not work very well. Overall, the room was fine, nothing spectacular.

It wasn’t the nicest courtyard that I have stayed in. I requested a 1 PM check-in which they said was doable, but my room was not ready until 4:15 PM. They were kind enough to hold our luggage for us because we had already gotten it all out of the car before we realized we could not check in yet. When we picked our luggage up, the lady at the desk gave us free waters, so that was nice. It just was not as updated As most courtyards, I have stayed in.

The bathroom door in the room did not lock. The mini fridge did not get cold; food was not chilled or kept fresh. Poor lighting. Very small sink area. A/C was set to low or high but periodically shut off for hours at a time throughout the night, so the room was very warm.

This place is a proper, regular hotel, with a Bistro, it is clean, and the staff is nice.

Wonderful stay at this location. Check in went smoothly and front desk staff was very friendly. My stay was quiet and comfortable.

Elevators and hallways smelled funny - room was ok and had a comfortable bed. Have a problem with Hotels that charge for coffee - if I’m a guest you should be providing coffee for your people. Hotel had a thermos of coffee out in the public area and when I went to get some a staff lady was very rude and told me I had to pay for my coffee from the StarBucks - Really put up a sign and be polite to your guest. Ok that staff lady made sure that I wouldn’t be coming back anytime soon

Stay was great. Customer service was great and the bar and breakfast was even better!! Just a few minor things like small hole in wall..and other small blemishes and imperfections but overall comfortable stay.

For a Marriott I would stay at the one across the street I’ve seen super 8 with nicer rooms But the lobby and staff are super nice it is convenient they pay for your Uber back to the Airport I would give this hotel a 7.6/10

The room was comfortable and clean upon arrival. There was no noise in adjacent rooms.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of the issue i had with the room fridge and immediately accomated me to another room with extreme ease.

Not what I have come to expect fro Courtyard. Very small room. Old worn furniture. Cracked sink and stained shower.
