The location was great but the room was not good. The door had a big gap in between it look like the door was open, the restroom sent was lose. The sofa bed was so bad the mattress was all dirty.

Great location. Near UTSA. 1st room - Water leak in ceiling in 2 spots with black mold on ceiling. Moved rooms. Put us 1 floor down under 1st room. Bathroom door would not close. Stayed open about a foot due to uneven floor. Would not move us again so we cancelled and went to another hotel. Took a week and an email to refund the charges.

My room is kinda smelly. The whole hotel is really smell. Everything else was okey but the smell t bugging me so bad. I couldn’t sleep when I stay here. I have to buy the room odor spray to fix the smell. But I couldn’t change anything.

I liked the location, and staff were helpful. I booked an ADA room and was disappointed of not having an adaptable shower. Luckily the staff were able to get us a shower chair, but it was not what we expected when we booked the room.

The 1st room we received didnt have sheets nor blankets! We were offered another room and it smelled like spices. Our friends' were staying in another room and their A/C didn't work so they were moved to another room also. Overall, it was not a nice experience with a price similar a beautiful Hilton nearby. Hilton would have been way better.

The Hotel was older but ok on cleanliness. The issue is the safety. Cars were all broken into over night. When police came they said it happens all the time there. I would not stay here again due to this.

The breakfast was decent. The rooms were a bit run down and it didn’t feel very clean.

The room felt stuffy the entire time, even with the AC set to 71. It never seemed to cool properly and would get warm again quickly. When I called the front desk to ask about moving rooms, I was told there were no other rooms available. There was also a strong smell of mold in the room. Several things in the room didn’t work. The phone was dirty and nonfunctional, so I had to use my personal cell phone to contact the front desk. The TV remote didn’t have an input button, making it impossible to change inputs. When we called for help, the front desk staff member said she would send maintenance and hung up abruptly. We didn’t need maintenance for that issue—we ended up going to Walmart to buy a universal remote ourselves, which worked immediately. Customer service was poor overall. Staff were rude when we asked for additional towels, even though we had two adults and two toddlers staying in the room. The amenities listed were also misleading. The hot tub was completely sealed off with concrete, and one of the side entrances smelled strongly of dog urine. Overall, this was a terrible stay and not somewhere I would recommend.

This hotel is horrible, at least our room was. It had mold inside the closet. It smells horrible and the beds make so much noise, it was horrible to turn around in the bed. There were some bugs in the bed, not fleas, but definitely bugs. I got the room last minute because I messed up my reservation at another hotel, so I didn’t complain to the front desk. But please avoid this specific hotel. Breakfast was good though.

Clean rooms but a bit dated. Good helpful staff and the freeway is close. I would definitely consider staying again and my dog liked it because there were other pets nearby. Good part of town and crime doesn’t appear to be a problem, prior to booking I drove by the Motel 6 and there were working girls outside.

Best price in the area. Its an older hotel but you get what u pay for. They had breakfast in the morning. The rooms had refrigerator, microwave and restroom amenities. Will i come back and stay at this location (yes). The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was close to sixflag, shopping area, top golf and other fun places to take the kids.

When I asked for extra pillows for the bedroom, I was given one pillow with no pillowcase and two decorative pillows that’s seemed really dirty and was told “ we are out of pillows and pillowcases”. I also assume that the building was recently painted inside and out as there was paint splattered all over the hardwood floors, which made it seem dirty everywhere you walked. The bedroom and the bed was alright for what I needed, but the carpet was extremely dirty as evidenced by how dirty my socks would end up if I walked without shoes.

It was nice & quiet. Parking was convenient. I felt secure because there is no outside access to rooms. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful and prompt to fill requests. I love that the property is pet-friendly, as accommodating my dog was very important to me. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices & variety. Fresh waffles are a real bonus! Having a nearby ice machine and laundry was nice. Eggs, bacon & sausage at breakfast were cold. Pool area seems a little run down. Would have preferred no tub but a shower only.

The beds were very old when you lay down or got up the bed springs made very loud noises and you could feel the bed springs in your back. If someone moved in bed it would wake you up. The shower had no water pressure at all and there was no hot water.

We didn’t check in til almost 2am due to leaving Houston super late. Staff got us checked in super fast. Room was clean and quiet, breakfast had a small variety but something for all of us. It’s super close to six flags which was what we went for. Will def rebook

The lady at the front desk when checking in and out was nice and respectful. We were disappointed because as soon as we walked in the room we noticed that the rug was ripped/torn and not very clean. The ceiling on top of one of the beds was not done properly you could see a lump of drywall and not looked good. The shower head was not screwed properly and water was going everywhere. The bedding, the room and towels did not smell clean. This was not a very pleasant experience to sleep at and not very true of cleaness reviews I saw. It needs a little upgrade

Experience was ok for the money, but, the whole floor and the room smelled bad like stagnant humidity. It was uncomfortable. They also don’t have enough parking spaces for the guest staying in the hotel. I had to park in a curve where my vehicle could be hit. Food was dry and not very good. But service was ok.

It was comfortable and good. I think the housekeeper forgot to put a shower curtain that caused mess and wet in the bathroom while showering. Breakfast was good too except for the coffee.

Pet friendly which was nice. Staff was responsive but not really outgoing. Included breakfast was very limited, options remained the same day to day. Property is old and could use some updating but room was. Location is close to highway so easy to find additional food options. Main concern was the room door which dragged on the floor making lots of noise which I’m sure disturbed rooms around me. Good for the price.

The bed would sink in the middle making it the worst sleep ever. We didnt couldnt sleep at all. The continental breakfast was cold every morning. Not a comfortable stay, definitely woukd not recommend.

The front desk lady was super nice! But when we had enter our room it was warm we put the ac to 60 we left to eat and it was stil warm we gave it the beneift if the doubt and it wa shot throughout the night! We left all day as we planned thinking something will give and might get cold we came back at close to 10 and it wad even warmer! I went down stairs thinking maybe they had fans because i knew it was labor day weekend. Well k ow no fans no moving rooms anything she was trying to see if we were staying another night but no. It would have been nice to have been offered a discount or something!

It was just okay. Things to be replaced like the faucet and shower head that were practically falling apart.

The eggs were hard in the morning and the sausage was dry, they either over cooked it or used the same food from the last morning.

There was an issue with elevators, however I understand that is not on the hotel's control

It was so late when I checked in that I didn’t have the energy to dispute it, but the room was not cleaned. Used soap bar in the bathroom and the keys from the previous occupant were in there also. Water stains on the floor.

For starters the elevator was broken, the ice machine was broken, there was no AC in the stairways or the hallways of the 2nd floor. The room we originally got assigned to smelt terribly of cigarette smell, it was awful and the AC was turned off so the immediate smell was terrible for my asthmatic daughter. The staff on duty did an amazing job at moving us to a different room right away. The room had issues cooling at times, the bathroom seemed to be needing alot of maintenance with plumbing. Overall the hotel was old, needs a lot of maintenance and safety issues!!!!

When I stayed here I had to leave early due to a roach infestation in my room I do not recommend staying here at all ants were on the bed biting us they recommend us to another room but we had to leave it was disgusting.

We had several issues with our room keys. We had to go down to the desk 4 or 5 times to get cards reactivated.

Great stay spent 4 days there very comfortable beds, clean rooms, great ac. Breakfast was ok with eggs, sausage waffles.

Very nice people

Ist time staying at your hotel and we had a great experience. Will definitely return in the near future. Staff is very professional and friendly. Check In/Out was pleasantly fast and convenient. Entire hotel smelled and looked clean. Our room was comfortable and cleaning staff generally had a smile on their face and acknowledged us. Parking area was well lit and safe. I didnt give you a 5⭐️ because theres always room for improvement. The breakfast can use an upgrade. And the pool area does need more lighting, new furniture and although we did improvise and use your bbq grill, we would definitely like to see a new one once we return❤️ Keep up the great work and we hope to give you a 5 Star once we return back in August👍

Good location good breakfast

I will begin by stating that upon my arrival to this property I noticed three distinct piles of glass when parking my car in the adjacent parking spots. The piles of glass remained in the parking lot for a few days before being removed. I stayed at this hotel for a week and requested a thorough cleaning; unfortunately housekeeping only removed our trash. The housekeeping themselves seemed polite so it may have been a management issue. They did not give us towels so we had to request them from the housekeeping when they were doing their walk through. It also seemed that the elevator was also shaking causing noises to be heard frequently. The elevator obviously needs servicing.

Outdated hotel needs to be renovated. Staff was awesome. Probably wont stay here again

The check-in and room were good. The water was warm and the shower nozzle had good pressure. The breakfast wasn't so much good. As it didn't have bacon or sausage, when we came down to eat. The eggs seemed watery. So we ended up going out to eat breakfast.

The room smelled musty there was mold in the fridge none of the outlets in the bathroom worked took 15 minutes to check in no one at the front desk never made the beds

One complaint though. Breakfast variations could have been better. More fruits and biscuits to be included.

Very Quiet and Convenient

Stuck in elevator for ten mins with my baby. They knew it get stuck because instructed me how to move door.

Was not expecting the$100 deposit when we arrived. Also the elevator broke and I was on the 4th floor unable to go anywhere. I’m on oxygen and can’t do stairs lol. The staff was very helpful though. They brought me breakfast to my room and was able to work the elevator manually to take me down the next day at checkout.

The water wouldn’t get hot in my room so I had to switch rooms mid-trip but the staff was amazing and quickly got me another room. The blow dryer didn’t work in the 2nd room but we made it work.

It was very clean. Better than other hotels in the San Antonio area. The only problem was a little dirty in the shower and it did not drain very well. Other than that everything was great.

This will become our choice every time we are in the area. Friendly staff, clean facilities.

Everything was ok except the elevator was out of service. Looks like he was out and then was working and than out again. Ice machine on the 4th floor was out of service as well. Walking up and down 4 floor for ice was not a lot of fun.

The hotel room & hallways had an odd odor. The floor inside the room was uneven & lumpy. The breakfast area was festive.
