Large room, clean and easy to find the hotel. The hotel itself was very quiet, not a lot of guests. Front desk very friendly at check in. The place was nearly deserted, we were literally the only car in the parking lot at 3pm. Check in was easy, but we had an issue with the door lock and could not get ahold of the front desk for half an hour. No one was there, no one was answering the phone. We figured it out eventually, but someone should have a cell on them or always be at the desk...road noise from highway is loud.

Unfortunately it is right across from the train tracks and you are awaken by the the train several times throughout the night. It is pet friendly so there is this a distinct smell that does remind you of pets. When we stayed there, the room was not thoroughly clean and there was pet urine in an area of the room. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

The only issue was that there is no pool on site. That was not a personal issue for us but a few families went downstairs wanting to get in the pool. A great feature about this hotel is they have actual full size bottles of Dove Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and lotion in the restrooms. That was a huge plus for us. There is no oven but there is pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, dishwashing liquid, dish scrubber, a stove top range, a full size refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker, and a microwave. We stayed in the long size suite so the bedroom had its own tv, and the comforter was super soft and comfortable. The bedroom also had blackout curtains which was super convenient. In our king size suite we stayed in, there was also a "living area" that had a recliner, a chair, a rolling table, and a built in side table. The TV does not connect to WiFi though so we weren't able to cast our apps to it but it did have HBO and Cinemax so we were able to watch a few movies.

bed was comfortable and staff fairly friendly Cleanliness. There were several ants running around the room and we found nail clippings under the sink. Room was also right next to the highway and construction which made sleeping difficult.

Everything was great I seen it advertised with breakfast at this specific location. But it did not have it.

The overall hotel is very nice. There is no pool or jacuzzi like pictures show on the web. The staff were great though and super helpful. The desk clerk Ray was an absolute enjoyful experience to deal with and super friendly. Over all a good stay. Just beware of the sidewalks as 2 of outlet party fell at different times due to them being in even and not marked.

Staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days , and not once did any of the house maids came to take our trash , bring towels or toilet paper. We had to keep going to the front desk to ask for these things. And again the whole trip we had our food and trash building up and the room started to smell like food. Overall our stay was good but wish the maids came in and freshened up the room.

This would have been a great spot except it had no pool or complimentary breakfast as advertised. Really pissed me off to pay $80+ dollars for a motel with absolutely nothing but a bed. No breakfast is absolutely crap as it was advertised as to having free breakfast and a pool.

It was dirty and smelly. They lied about having a continental breakfast. That was one of the reasons why we booked. The pool was disgusting. When on vacation we always book if they have a continental breakfast, it’s convenient and saves us a little bit of money and time. The room was horrible. We will never book again.

Poop was in my hotel room and when asked the manager about it she said the cleaner had a family emergency I was so upset and am still being charged for it

Not the same room as we booked online. Not considering the peoples stay by letting us know it was under construction without any breakfast in the morning.

It was an OK stay. Economical, hot water and good bed...thats all we needed.

Hallways smelled horrible and dirty. Room was spacious but it was not clean at all. Bring your own toiletries as the ones provided are pretty useless. Also, they have a full kitchen, with stove and a full size fridge but nothing to go with it. No cutlery, plates, cups or anything to cook with. The TV had no remote and the front desk did not have any extras. Room was missing light bulbs and it was very dark. This room should have been at most $60 per night and not $115. They had no breakfast as they're under renovation. Would NOT stay here again. Any review rating this place over a 5 is a fake review. Only good thing I have to say about this place other than the room size was that the front desk staff was nice, otherwise, stay away.

The lady we checked in with on the first night was wonderful. My reservation was not showing up on their side and she was able to make it right and only charge us the deal we found online. The gentleman the next day was also very respectful but the lady on the third day was not the nicest. She kept acting like we didn’t have a room and asking us our room number which I understand to a point but we had already stayed two nights so there was no reason for it along with the attitude. I think we were just more taken aback because the services before were excellent. The room was clean and nicely set up but the toilet was clogged when we arrived and the bathroom faucet felt like it would fall off at any moment. The pool was well kept and the lobby areas were clean. Breakfast was not impressive but was in fact available. This is somewhere I would stay again if I needed to be in the area. It was child friendly and felt mostly secure.

Rooms were musky and furniture was old, comfy beds and AMAZING Staff.

When I checked in the woman was FaceTiming and ignored me for a couple minutes, bad service but not a deal breaker. The room was SO dirty. One bed was missing sheets and I tried calling the front desk. No answer. Walk down and girl is still FaceTiming and ignoring the phone. I ask for sheets because we didn’t have them and then she starts questioning me and almost giving me a hard time for asking for some? TERRIBLE service. The photos are NOTHING like the property. It is dark, dingy, dirty, and now welcoming. Will never stay here again.

The room we were given was dirty. The bathtub was so dirty we were unable to take a shower. We had to sleep with the curtains open with a bright security light in our faces because we couldn’t close the curtains. It served its purpose for one nights sleep. But the pictures are deceiving. For what I paid for I expected a clean room and working curtains.

Wonder night staff

The hotel itself was ok. We were on the third floor and our AC was terrible. It never got below 75 degrees. We let the front staff know in the middle of the night when we could not sleep, and they offered a room change, but our children had just fallen asleep, so they offered us two fans for the room, which helped enough to rest. The front desk lady was extremely kind and helpful, and she even called me after our stay for refund me some of my money for our AC troubles. There were people with LOUD music at the pool all night our first night, so if the pool had hours, they were not enforced. Also, the second night there was a 60th birthday party being held in the breakfast room, which led to loud music that night as well.

This property was very dirty, we had pubic hair on the beds, duck tape to keep the curtains up, stains on the walls and pull out sofa had red stains on it. Worker offered us a 2nd room and its worse than the 1st room. When we pulled up we were met with 5 homeless/crackhead sitting outside of hotel.

This hotel is in the hood and business area , also they charge a room fee as a deposit and upon leaving the will check room and maybe return fee still waiting on me refund.

The rooms were nice but the staff was not helpful and at times, rude. Particularly a front desk staff woman that we checked in with.

This hotel is old and is showing definite signs of needing some TLC. The hotel was clean although in disrepair. The Pool was in great shape, the continental breakfast wasn't the greatest and super bland. Over all we would stay here again as the price was decent and the beds were comfy, it was central to every where we wanted to go. I just want to warn people that this is NOT a super nice hotel and you get what you pay for - it was cheap so we didn't expect much.

Receptionist was rude at Check-In. Dead bugs along carpet. Vinyl tarp for a curtain with duct tape. Blood/Stains on sheets. Kitchenette dirty. Trash under the sleepaway sofa. Keys did not work, had to go to front desk three times. We cleaned up when we checked out, took out the trash cleaned up bathroom and they still have yet to return the cleaning fee. We honestly left it better than we found it. Interior of hotel does not match exterior, don’t be fooled. This was only a one night stay, arrived at 6pm, went to a concert arrived back at midnight and left by 9am because we couldn’t take how messy and hot it was. No way my family and I could’ve lasted longer. When we realized there was no a/c unit it was too late to check-out. Very noisy as well, you could hear everyone walking around in their rooms, sounded like they were stomping but even when we walked around it was loud. Also the location isn’t great, loud trains and highway traffic can be heard like you’re outside.

It would have been fine if the person across the hall from us didn't have a dog. That dog was barking all night and into the early morning and it was so annoying because it effected our sleep throughout the night and into the early morning

Loved the big room. Did not like the unsafe conditions and the security guard being shot to death outside our window.

It wasn’t very clean at all! There were food crumbs all over the floor & counter tops! Lamps had old food stuck to them , night stands were covered in what seemed to look & feel like syrup! Lost track of time on my check out day by 20min instead of getting a phone call to the room I was told through the door with banging & shouting being told I was late & being told I needed to check out now or pay $20 for check ing out late!

Security guard told us to park next to our room as soon as we pulled in. Pool was closed. Bathroom had mold. Had a drop of shampoo left in the tiny unmarked bottle. Pubic hair in the bed. Trash left behind from last occupant. Workers hanging out in the parking lot instead of front desk. Manager don’t help. Corporate didn’t do anything. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

The room wasnt cleaned properly, the stove wasnt wiped down, the tub looked so dirty we didn't bother to shower, we needed the sofa couch but it was dingy and dirty we all piled up in the beds. We got in late so when I tried calling the front desk around 1230am, to get a different room no one answered. Also picked the place for the pool, called front desk Sunday morning to see what time it would open they said 10am. Plus the wifi wouldnt stay connect so i couldnt do school work as planned. Around 945am the kids look out the window to notice the pool doesn't even have water in it. Definitely not worth $150, i could of paid half of that for a better room.

The hotel was clean and the room was large. Breakfast was good. Check in and checkout were quick. However, our complain is that there is no much noise insulation and the noise from the highway was unbearable. Neither of us could sleep not even wearing earplugs. I would not go back. If anybody wants to go, request a room at the backside of the hotel, it might be less noise.

They did not mention that there would be an additional $25 per pet plus a $150 deposit for pets. I would have looked elsewhere for our stay.

I liked that the location was in a good spot and close to the Frost Bank Center. The customer service from the young lady that checked me in was great, but unfortunately the gentleman that checked me out the next day was short and didn't provide a copy of my receipt and couldn't answer my questions.

Rooms were really nice, more than we expected

Beds were not comfortable, all plumbing fixtures were in need of repairs and parking lot was in dire need of attention. Was very noisy, but chalked that up to it being spring break.

Clean and quiet, pool was cloudy and dirty looking. It was out of commission per manager but it was not locked to keep people out. Gym has seen better days but was useable. Breakfast needs some work, it was really sparse the first day but got better the next couple of days. Not sure what the egg mixture was but did not look or taste very good.

Easy check in, super large room for $45. The room has two separate sides that gives you a lot of privacy. Very quiet and the beds don't make you itch when lay in them, so thats a super bonus!

The A/C was left by Brittany on the highest on purpose when we left the room. When we arrived they gave us room 327 it was dirty so we requested another room.The picture of the breakfast area has nothing to be the reality. Unsecured area. Never going back. Want a refund.

Sure Stay was in a questionable area. A few homeless people loitered around the bingo hall next door. Room was clean. Tvs didn’t work first night but the manager was nice enough to accommodate my family. Manager was very helpful with things to do in the area and very knowledgeable about the restaurants around the hotel. Not a bad stay just questionable area and complimentary breakfast consisted of one choice of cereal, powdered eggs, refried beans, and tortillas. Not consistent each day, and we stayed 3 nights. Not a awful stay, but not my first choice.

This is the worst hotel i ever been in my life. We found cockroaches soon we stepped in to the room. Nasty. I don’t know how this place can be still operating.

Horrible customer service from the front desk girl I asked her a simple question of what is fun places to go around the city and she gave me attitude and told me to search it up my self and it is very unsafe at night I was smoking a cig and drinking coffee on the benches next to the pool and there was this black trans man who I gave a cigarette then when I went inside my to my room they followed me and started to pretend to be in the room next to mine and started knocking on that door and my card wouldn’t work to open my door when I got to my room so I was stuck in that situation with them and in the morning when I informed the staff the guy in the front told me that he saw the cameras and he was following me but he did ended up kicking em out

It was a last minute reservation and was happy that we were able to check in very quickly. It was far away from our destinations for the day but was manageable. When we checked out there was a baby cockroach in one of the furniture drawers.

This was by far one ofnthe dirtiest, most dosgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. My family and i reserved this and didnt arrive until midnight so we were very tired and tried to make the best of it. We just slept a couple of hours amd high tailednit out of there. Hair, grime, dirt, dead bugs...everywhere you looked there was gross things all over the floors and in every nook and cranny.

Coming from houston area, we booked this room after freight fest to sleep for a couple hours before heading home with 3 children under 10. We paid for a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed and we got a room that smelled, bugs in bathroom and no sofa bed. The front staff tried to show us other rooms available but they all smelled like smoke, sofa bed dirty and bed sheets with stains.

Everything looked good once we arrived from the outside. As soon as we got into the elevator we realized how dirty this hotel actaully was! Going into our room it was big and spacious for our big family. We used the pull out bed and the sheets looked dirty and hadnt been changed! No extra pillows in the room. Areas in the walls were dispainted! The carpets had alot of stains everywhere and smelled nasty. Also we went down for breakfast at 8:30 and there was literally nothing available. Breakfast should be served til 9am and wasnt.

The location is noisy, the room was a bit dirty, the sheets looked dirty, the curtain/blinds in the room were broken so we couldn't open them, the drawers where sticky and were hard to open up, one of the remotes to one of the tv's was missing and the only one we had the back to it was missing. Overall it was ok we were just there for one night.

As soon as we turned into the lot from the street I knew it wasn’t going to be good. The landscaping was excessively overgrown. It looked abandoned. The inside looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty looking. The first room they tried to put us in,( my husband, our 3 kids, my mother, and myself) the carpet was too big for the room, it was on the walls. The furniture was scratched up and colored on, and the pull out bed on the couch had mold on it. The extra blanket for the couch had some purple stains on it. The second room was a little better, but at this point we could not and refused to stay and found another hotel to go to at 3am!

Brittany lied about giving me a discount from Tuesday thru Thursday. And she wouldn't allow us to stay for the weekend. She booked up our rm on purpose to get new momey. Fo not stay here. Brittany dose not even make breakfast during the week only weekend to con clients to stay but actually she only serves bean cheese tacos. Which is not good plus i am allergic to refried beans. Housekeeper does not clean rooms properly . Housekeeper only cleans when you leave. They dnt ask you if you need extra towels or toilet paper. Plus when we first stayed here on the first night I was not charged a deposit as we should had been charged. Instead I was charged that when we left. I am disappointed that i was treated in such a way after i spent 1500 for a w week stay.

Only good thing was water pressure and cold ac. Otherwise bed only had a sheet, no blanket. Was far from clean. Hair all over everything. Stove top with no knobs or burners. Shower head sprayed water everywhere. Half the lights didn’t work. Constant smells in the hallway. The day we left the 3rd floor smelled like death by the elevator, which happened to be right outside our room. Day 1 had breakfast. Day 2 and 3 breakfast was cereal and they had no bowls out. Not a place I would stay at again.

As I was waiting to see about getting my reservation canceled I saw drug activity, drag racing and lots of homeless people in that area. There was graffiti written all over the trash bin on the hotel property.

Thank goodness it didn't have roaches but it's not where it needs to be. I even checked for bed bugs. No roaches or bed bugs but it wasn't a place I'll go back to.

This hotel looks too old, furniture and so but it was really clean and had all services we needed. I traveled with my family (2 kids, 5 and 10yo). Basic but good!!

Photos on the website are deceptive. Not exactly what rooms actually look like. Also advertises a full breakfast when in reality there only dry cereal and coffee.

Check in took over 20 minutes, got to the room and it didn’t smell pleasant. The room was VERY DIRTY. Bathroom had hair in the bathtub, on the toilet and in the sink. We called upfront on our cellphones (no phone in the room). They sent up a housekeeper or just wiped down the tub and left the rest. The sofa bed mattress was visibly soiled with blood, dirt and what appeared to be spots of mold. Lamps were dusty and all light switches were visibly dirty. I would highly recommend you save your cash and go elsewhere!
