There were ants in my room and the gym was being used as storage so you couldn’t utilize the area. Also the breakfast was never stocked. One morning there was no plates or milk , then next there was no eggs. The vending machines on the property did not work so no snacks or drinks could be bought.

Espantosa experiencia, después que estábamos en el hotel nos dijeron que solo habían habitaciones para fumadores. Nosotros no somos fumadores. Llegamos a media noche y no tuvimos más opción que quedarnos en una habitación con un espantoso olor, con el lava manos tapado y adema el techo estaba en medio de reparaciones o algo parecido. Tenía dos colores diferentes de pintura. El sofá tenía muchos huecos en la tapicería. Muy desagradable experiencia.

The business center was closed during my visit, but the desk was upfront with me about that and allowed me to study in the lobby/breakfast table area. Literally no complaints except the soap was a little hard to rinse all tge way off my hands.

The room was hot, even with a/c at 67. Addressed it with front desk and we were told that the homeless people would cut a/c wires and sniff coolant. They could provide another room but it would be the same.

IM NOT GOING TO BRING MY FAMILY INTO THIS PLACE. So I spoke to the staff and they told me I couldn't get a refund for either of the two nights. I spoke to expedia and the said they can't do anything without the hotel management approval. I left, paid for another hotel across town, and came back the next day to speak to the manager. He said he could refund one night only. So I got that worked out after a long time on the phone with Expedia. The short answer is if you don't care about your safety then come here. But if you want to protect your family, keep looking.

There were stains and things broken or missing or damaged around the room when I got it which was concerning and the elevator stopped working to get up to my floor. Bed was comfortable and looked clean and the place was decently quiet.

The elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart, part of the flooring in the elevator was as missing. The bed wasn’t clean. The area around it had a lot of sketchy activity. We checked out after the first night and went to another hotel.

overall a poor/less than average hotel experience because of the quality/cleanliness of the hotel itself. it looks so beaten up and the elevator buttons hardly work. the odor in the elevator and hallways was rhe worst part. it was a very strong stench and we couldn’t tell if it was mold, mildew, feces, dead animal, etc... luckily the room didn’t smell. despite the room being clean and tidy, the carpet by the AC unit was soaked in water, and the bathroom light didn’t work. the bathroom door handle looked like it was about to fall off as well. we asked staff if they could do anything to fix the light before we left for dinner but it was still out when we got back. hopefully the next people staying in that particular room don’t have to deal with it :( definitely wasn’t worth the amount we paid.

The front desk was friendly and re-establish our reservation after getting the okay with the manager but then fridge in the room we were given was not working, they had no technician to fix it. We were moved to a room on the smoking floor, which smelled terrible! When we asked if we could be switched to our original room, we were told it been sold already so we had to settle for the smoking room. The furniture was covered in dust, so we had to go out and buy stuff to clean off the dust and a plug-in to help with the smell. The things available to eat for breakfast were cereal, apples, coffee/juice, egg with cheese filled patties?, sausage links and a waffle maker. Thank goodness for the waffle maker! One the second morning they added mini muffins and bread for toast. The area was not the best either, lots of homeless people hanging around. My room was not cleaned properly. I was only given one towel and when I asked for more, he told me to look outside and see if I saw the cleaning lady so she could give me more towels. When i asked for complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, he told me there was no more that I could walk next-door and buy some. Horrible

My reservation said double room with queen bed, which I thought meant room would have two beds, it only had one bed and so I had to fix that, they did charge me a little extra, but it had to be done… wasn’t too big of a hassle, the guy at the desk was cool

The staff was very nice and the one I spoke to when I checked in was mindful to remind me about the deposit and how it would take a few business days to appear back in my account! She was super nice despite it being pretty late. Very quiet and cozy as well. The beds were a little rough and the pillows weren’t as soft, so my neck ached the next morning, but truthfully that could have just been me considering we went to a concert and I am still finishing recovery from a head/neck injury! Would stay again!

You could tell there was other hotels with bad activity going on right next-door. It was a good hotel good place really close to the base for me, but the area is going downhill.

hotel is located in a not so safe area. first night there was a huge roach chilling in the tub which gave me a heart attack when i was about to shower lol, room was okay just a bit dusty. staff at the front was the best part of the hotel ( the gentleman with dreads service was outstanding!) , breakfast was probably 4/10. it was a quiet for the most part too.

I mixed up the dates of when i was going to stay there. I reached out within 24hours to see if i can arrange the dates. They said no and kept my money anyways. What a horrible way to do business. People are human and mistakes can be made. Instead of being money hungry, how about you show some grace.

No WiFi on the 4th floor, was informed that the router was going to be reset and it never worked for 5 days. Breakfast is old, coffee machine did not always work, same food daily that is reheated each morning. Horrible stay, horrible quality!

There was significant water damage to the bathroom celling and it was visible they tried to patch the leak damage (unsuccessfully). I ended up taking pictures and showing the front desk in the AM; I was told maintenance would take a look & nothing was done about it.

It’s a nice hotel for the price. I woke up with my back hurting every day so I wish the beds would be better. The rooms are roomy and everything worked great. They did however only come make our bed one time when we were there. We were there for three days.

1. The hotel was filthy from the moment we walked though the front doors. 2. Our bathroom had a ceiling and wall that had fresh texture and was unpainted. I made the reservation 2 weeks prior to our stay. Could we not be placed in another room? 3. If you prefer a warm shower, then you’re in luck. NO hot water. 4. We asked for another blanket and bed sheet, and were told “no, the room came with all the amenities we needed.” We explained our son was going to sleep on the couch and needed these linens. Again told no. We had 2 flat sheets on our bed with a very thin blanket in between the sheets. No comforter or even a nicer, thick blanket. Gave a sheet to our son to use on the couch. Totally ridiculous! 5. Walls must be really thin or no insulation. We heard hall nosie/outside noise all night. 6. Tried multiple times to put wall unit on “constant fan” to block out above mentioned noise. Nope. Gave up trying. We were in town for stock show and our son was showing a pig. We were exhausted from having been up almost 24 hours and ready for a good night sleep. Your hotel failed to meet this expectation and was quite expensive for the service provided.

The hotel is older and needs some reservations. Not sure why there is smoking allowed. I was placed on a smoking floor. Where the rooms were moderately free from the smell, the hallways are terrible. I was placed here to keep the same rate for canceling 1 night of my original reservation. Not a good move on the property. Wasn’t like I was staying the weekend, we were here on a Tuesday for a Wednesday checkout.

Upon arrival 10/22/2024, the Hispanic guy in the front desk is very rude and terrible to deal. He act like a boss not a customer service. I been i a long flight and tired but when i ask him about early check in he wont allow me but i understand because of the time check in policy but i waited in the lobby until its already 2:00pm he is not allowing me to check in until the he left and the india guy help me to check in because theres available room.

My stay was okay. There were stains on the wall and I had to go to housekeeper to give me toilet paper because it wasn’t stocked up. The shower curtain had black spots on it when I got there, and they charged ME $30 for a stained shower curtain. My stay was okay. There were stains on the wall and I had to go to housekeeper to give me toilet paper because it wasn’t stocked up. The shower curtain had black spots on it when I got there, and they charged ME $30 for a stained shower curtain. The room smell like urine we literally slept with the window open and the person at the front desk told me “we can spray something or give you your money back” but they charge 40usd for early check in breakfast 6AM-9AM are you kidding? Do yourself a favor and get a room somewhere else (room 310 FYI)

Things I didn't like: the location is in a rather dangerous neighborhood, especially later at night. Lots of mysterious loud noises from the outside. The exercise center is not very functional, parts were missing on the machines, which was a bummer, hopefully that gets fixed soon. And the pillows are not regular sized. Overall I'd recommend this spot if you're on a budget, and don't mind being in the hood. The hotel itself is clean, soundproof rooms, and perfectly cold upon arrival.

Do NOT stay here! Booked for four nights. When checking in, there was a laundry detergent spill, verbally verified by staff, at the front counter. It remained there until I did an early check out on the second day. This was dangerously unsafe. They did not bother to clean the counter and floor. Fitness equipment broken. Pool was unsafe with a broken piece of pipe that can cut people. Reason for early checkout: Found a large cockroach in the bath and was moved to a new room. Found a used condom rapper and a gummy near the bed in the new room and was moved to yet another room. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Rooms clean and comfy just really dark. Location was perfect for getting something to eat. Overall I would give a 4 for the price.

We found a big roach in the bathroom, we got moved to a different room where we found a dirty condom, moved us a 3rd tine it was mid night too tired to pack up and check out, but we did check out the morning (a night early) we were told again that we would get a refund for the night we didnt check in and for the night we found the roaches and for the early check out night! We got back home from our trip contacted expedia and they told us the manager at the hotel denied all of refunds and said that we stayed theyre all 5 nights! We just let it go, even thought we could confirm we werent even in texas the first night and the last night we stayed at a different hotel

It was in a good location, right in middle of everything that i needed to eat and shop. The only thing that i hated was that i could only get (3) stations on my television

The staff was AMAZING and very kind. However the hallways were stuffy and muggy and the pull out bed mattress was horrible. The breakfast was not very good. But seriously the staff here is super sweet and wonderful.

The curtains were so dirty and stained and had several holes in them. Which made us feel so uncomfortable. Spoke to front desk about it but they said they couldn’t switch me rooms because the hotel was all booked. I went the following morning and was told I would get switched to a different room as soon as there was one available. I turned in my room at checkout and still had a day left but was waiting for a room. I never got a call or update on when I was getting a new room if any. I had to cut my trip short and head back home. Very upset that I’m charged for the day they didn’t even give me a room.

Location was good, very near the Interstate! The property needs to be REMOVED from BOOKING.com There are Many Maintenance Issues at this property! 1. We had shower issues- Manager had maintenance to come and fix! (Inconvenience, made us arrive real late to “Family Restaurant Dinner”. 2. Hot in room (due to air conditioning not working properly). Please know that the overall temperature in this hotel was HOT! Windows were open in the hallway! 3. The Elevator went out (not working)! See photos.

When checking in the front desk girl was really nice and informative. The room however was a different story it was clean but smelt heavily of cigarettes which I reserved a nonsmoking room and smelt like an ashtray. We didn’t even try the breakfast due to the fact of the reviews mentioned before.

Ac did not work in the building only in the rooms. Would not stay there again. Also side door was unlocked and i told the person working at the front desk

This place was just “Ok”. The check in was easy. My original room which was on a non smoking floor sure smelled like a smoking floor. The minute I got out of the elevator I could smell the smoke. Thankfully, my key didn’t work and then I was moved to another floor. The room was meh. Sort of smelled old and musty, the paint on the walls was a mess, the chair in the room, I would never have sat on it. The elevator made a horrific scraping noise when going up and down. The place was just really sad and in need of a makeover. I stayed there for convenience to the concert venue but would likely not stay there again.

I like the price and the distance from airport. Didnt like the fact that the bathroom lock/door knob had been disassembled and was hanging loose and i had reported it to front desk on Friday!! and was in the same condition when i checked out on Monday.. not to mention housekeeping had been in that bathroom everyday i stayed, so the Hotel knew about it and did nothing about it. The elevator sounds possessed.. Some people arent going to want to stay there becuase of that...it sounds broken.. Other then those two things its a really nice place. its old, but clean.

My room was located at the 3rd floor, the hallway was very hot, the AC was not working the enite time i was there, the ice machine on my floor was never turned on, and the elevator was uncomfortably uneazy it appeared to be over heating i know this because in the maintenance room the hotel had a large fan blowing at the electrical box and with the door wide open, needles to say i will not be staying at this location again

The amenities that were noted on the checkout were not all usable. The weight room was not in proper shape and looked like someone had stole and broke in. The pool area was awful and not useable.

Paint in the bathroom was hanging from the wall. Looks like it may be from a water leak.

Nothings No lo recomiendo! no hair dryer ,no TV control ,sink was leaking,no coffe maker ,no cloths iron . nada ?

Our alarm went off 2 nights once at 9 pm and again at 1am. No maintenance man at night, so they just removed the battery and did not replace it. So it went off again at 1 in the morning. Then, when I checked out, my bill was not at the price I was given online. I asked for him to comp one night or at least take some off for the alarm inconvenience, and I got a measly 7 dollars. Will not stay there again.
